About Peri and Abel, I actually thought about it when playing (because a comment had mentioned it) and I assumed it was somewhere between "since the other characters have it, people will wonder about them too so I might as well give official answers" and "if I say they're ace no one will write/draw weird stuff about them" '-'

Those were also considerations- But essentially what I mean is, I knew I wanted to confirm that they're aro/ace, but I was kind of worried about the camp of "it's weird to say kids are ace" since I know that can be expressed even in otherwise inclusive spaces? Hence, the marking as "future orientation", as in. When they're old enough to stop and put a label on anything, that will absolutely be the label they both choose. Leaving it out was never a consideration for me as much as figuring out how to phrase it. I think saying a 13 year old girl /is/ asexual raises more alarm bells than saying that she /will grow up to be/ asexual- But at the same time, I don't personally see any kind of issue with young people already knowing and embracing their asexuality, so it's really more of a matter of trying to sidestep that particular bit of discourse without needing to put this whole explanation into the game itself-

Kinitopet Programmers AU

finally i am finished with this one, daaaamn

It is a plot-based au, i already have most of the storybits and like... a vibe-chart (i tried to make a playlist for this au and understood that for different chapters and different characters that'd be a copleatly different music, sooo it's a chart now :) )

i will post a fog-o-wared timeline that im hopefully gonna reveal comic-by comic, but also maybe with just pure writing. Hopefully i can include songs that i chose for them into it but we'll see (:

Now about au:

Main story:

Story follows non-sentient AI Kinito, his creator Sonny and his beta-tester Victoria (oc)

Being literally the first AI (or RRA in-univere) ever, Kinito does not have any, and i mean, any ai safety features so of course his reponce to a goal phrased as "have user near me and/or interacting with me as much as possible" is digitizing them into his own virtual world while killing them in the process. why wouldn't it be?

So that happened. Like, a lot. And with Sonny and Vic too (at the different time but yeah)

Sonny is like "He kills people. We should turn him off because, you know, killing people is bad."

Vic is like "well, we will die if we do that, and it is not that bad here, we are kinda immortal. We should give him acces to changing his initial instalation code before admin priveleges and acces to social media so we can have everythin we want here. It is not that bad to digitize humanity, yk?" and yes i know it is 90, no social media, but shut up, if they made ai then, then i can make twitter then too

Sonny is like "...no??"

And then they fight about it for million chapters

Also they both can't do anything without agreeing bc they have two parts of that admin access key (the data you use to delete kinito in-game) so they are stuck with eachother (also that's why Kinito can't just kill them)

Little facts that may or may not to be important:

Kinito asks so many questions (and weird once too) and has most of the glitches because he needs to analise your responces to copy your mind perfectly (let's pretend that people wouldn't lie about that...)

Your house in your virtual world is made from important places from your memories and oh boy can i do character explorations with this one

I decided that Sonny and Vic are not related. There were thoughts about making then "The Kinito Brothers" (or, at least, siblings) that were mentioned in commercial, but nah, they are just coworkers now. And a bit of work-friends (bc if you interact a lot as a manager of the project and the best worker might as well be friendly)

Author has no idea how small dying toy companies that accidentally create technological marvel work. Author has some idea how AI-s work. So be prepared to be spoon-fed info abut which ai safety problem we are dealing with in which chapter (:

Kinito will mostly be unrendered (as drawn here) but for some cool moments i might pose him as for my other posts. Also his eye placement changes to the side that is most visible because i want him to be able to look to the right side sometimes--

Also when i say "fucked up mentally" i mean they have that them psychological problems with me projecting heavilly B) (guess on who i project most. trick question. all of them. the whole au is my problems split into three characters and forced to interact B) )

okay so… does anyone else see a very clear potential future storyline of adam coming back as a demon and after trying and failing to get revenge against charlie and co. end up as a guest at the hotel in a last ditch attempt to get back into heaven only to become a genuinely better being and happier than he ever was as an angel further blurring the lines between heaven and hell in terms of the morality of the people in them eventually fully cementing himself as a fan favorite himbo by like season 3 or is that just me????

The “Michael and Lucifer are brothers” came other media having the two be twins. Especially the Netflix Lucifer tv show and the DC comics by Neil Gaiman that the tv show is based on.

Someone giving me an excuse to blabber on about my thoughts and ideas? That only happens in my daydreams! Also I just realized it's spelled Michael not Micheal oop-

I feel like everything can be traced back to Neil Gaiman in someway. Thank you Mr. Gaiman, for giving me more goofy but sad angels.

I haven't seen The TV show or the DC comics, but just the idea alone of these two being twins was enough to make me flesh out Michael's personality and the relationship between the two.

Just kidding : ) Michael wouldn't question Sera, he obeys orders with a morbidly unquestioning loyalty.

I imagine that Michael was the more responsible one, and would try to discourage Lucifer's ideas and dreams, but Lucifer tended to ignore him. Lucifer would cause some kind of havoc, and Michael would be the one to tell the angels. Luci 100% saw him as a buzzkill and a tattletale, and Michael knew his brother was a safety hazard with wings, but I think they still loved eachother.

Which is why it would both break them to have Michael be the one who battled Lucifer and forced him into Hell. Lucifer felt horribly betrayed, and Michael would have been trying to cope with the fact that he drove his own brother out.

I have many ideas for them, so little time to write :(

Hello! What's your opinion on Hazbin Hotel?

hi! i like hazbin, as you may have guessed from the art i've been reblogging. i love stories that play with christian mythos and the afterlife, i liked the musical numbers, and i liked most of the humor. i was very excited to finally get a full season.

TBH i think the season we eventually got is pretty rushed and weirdly paced. overall i liked it, but i wish there was more time to learn about these characters. for example, i really like carmilla's design, voice, and her song with vaggie, but i would have liked a full episode about her and her daughters that a 20+ episode season could have provided. or, speaking of vaggie, she was a flat character in the pilot. i really liked the direction they took her in, but they spent almost NO time on it and that really detracted from her entire characterization. also i fucking hate her hair redesign. just. so much. i hope she cuts it off again or leaves it in the ponytail.

but!! i was very pleased with a lot of things season one DID do. i was afraid they'd back off on the characters being "over designed" or make some dramatic changes to the concept/setting, but they stuck with it! i liked almost all of the songs; i feel like a lot of serialized musicals end up with a lot of meh songs. i hope we don't have to wait another 4 years for season 2.

The moth Vaggie idea comes from an image I get in my head every time I'm reading a particular fic about her turning into a moth (Fully Fallen by Anonymous on Ao3 is a fantastic read btw) but also she's chubby in my head, and there's nothing you can do about it. The Charlie came from inspiration from redesigns I've been seeing on Tiktok, but like, I gave her a cane because my sister and I both agreed that she needed one
