Wow I truly hate the way that I feel whenever we have to talk about anything, my body is actually getting the burning sensation I get when I consider mortality too hard just thinking about it. Maybe my mom has BPD too and that’s the reason. Because I feel quite literally fucking possesed and it reminds me so much of her, it always has, the way I feel like Im literallydying when mad. it's not just anger either I feel so many different emotions swirling around every time I'm upset, to the point that conflict makes me start uncontrollably trembling (another trait we share) and my feelings are so strong that I can't stop myself from worsening the situation. And when your partner doesn't also have BPD you can kind of make them understand that it's not actually that youre really angry at them or ask that they don’t take the things you say to heart because you can't control the splits, but the hurt of words is amplified by 1000000×, and even when I try sooo hard to be normal and do things correctly i find out afterwards that I was too loud and mean again... i remembered my fuckup from our last fight (it feels weird calling them fights but idk how else to describe the night-long emotional discussions we get into even though they don't feel like fights) so clearly afterwards too but now it's literally gone from my memory so I don't remember what it was that made me shout, just that it was in response to feeling sooo sad. Thats the problem with talking out loud, when something upsets me that much even when I'm actively trying to be mindful i make things worse, see "impulse control" criterion
