The bitter cold of the forest did nothing to deter the young man's determination to return to the capital safe and sound. Clutching a small ring box in his left hand Run couldn't help but to smile as he looked up at the night sky. He felt unstoppable at that moment, it felt as though the moon itself had just blessed him and that the stars were cheering him on, to finally pop the question. He was certain that his love would say yes, he was certain that the moment this horrid empire fell into ruin that he could finally find true happiness and peace.
And it would all start with the one who owned his heart. Through the day and even deeper into the night would his heart soar at the thought of his darling little dove waiting for him back home.
Home.
That word used to feel unfamiliar on his lips but once his they found their place on those of his love, only then did he feel his world stop. Only then, and only then, could he call himself a free man, free from his dark past, free from the vengeance he so desperately craved, free from the endless river of blood that was on his hands. Even with his imperial arms that granted him the ability to fly high up into the sky like a mighty hawk, he was still a predator. He would hunt and claw down his enemies, following the instructions of his commander like a good soldier ought to. Run was a good man, even with the blood of the world's greatest scum on his hands. That was precisely why he has to protect his love, that was why he had to fight so hard. He had to stay alive, if not for himself then for his love who waited for him to return. Who knows how many hours of sleep they had lost waiting for him to return, how much blood, sweat and tears they spilt just to see him in the palace. Run felt awful for putting his beloved through this kind of torture but it was all going to be so worth it in the end. The day in which they could finally be together was so close, he could feel it.
Soft footsteps rang quietly throughout the quiet street, starkly contrasting the furious pats that followed closely behind Run. With a cheerful smile on his face his golden eyes softened even more at the sight of his comrades approaching him. He had asked Wave and Kurome earlier to keep and eye out for (y/n) and to report back to him immediately when he came back from his mission. Thinking that was the case he called out to them as he raised his arm into the air in order to greet them properly. He just could not help himself anymore, the pure joy that was consuming his heart was too much to handle. It felt like sparks were going off in his chest, a whole new feeling of adoration was consuming him like the sweetest drug there ever was. As the pair came closer and closer towards him, Run began to notice a few odd details. The distressed look on Kurome's face, the angry tears that were flowing down Wave's face, his distressed and heavy breathing impossible ignore on this otherwise tranquil night. His choked sobs made Run's eyes go wild as he scanned them both, finally spotting the dry and crusty blood on their clothing. Finally face to face, the trio went deadly silent as Wave continued to shed tears like a heartbroken child.
"What's the matter Wave, what is going on? Where is everyone, why do you have blood on you?!" Run broke the short lived silence as he asked various questions that plauged him at the moment. Reaching out towards his friends shoulder, Run tried to comfort him. He was instead met with a harsh slap with Wave's hand, his gaze focused on the ground beneath him as he bit his lips in order to contain his screams of regret. Distressed, Run looked at Kurome's blank face but there was a glint of sorrow and sympathy in those ebony eyes of hers. In her left hand she held a small hair tie, a tie Run had given to his darling mere days ago before his trip. Said tie was covered from bottom to top with dried up blood, a few strands of hair still clinging desperately on it as the wind suddenly picked up the pace. Quiet apologies and choked out crie scould be heard from Wave as he continued to stare at his boots, the blood from his chewed up lips coating his skin like crimson paint. Taking a deep breath, Kurome finally explained the situation to Run in the calmest manner she possibly could at that moment.
There was a sudden breach in the palace, it was either Night Raid or some bandits they were searching for, they weren't quite sure. The scuffle soon turned out into a fullscale battle and there was a high number of casualties. She showed the hair tie into Run's hands, indicating everything.
His heart stopped beating but for all the wrong reasons this time.
The clear sky was now grey, the dark clouds murking his vision. He couldn't tell whether or not it was the rain itself or his own tears, he really couldn't. Growing weak in his knees, Run tried to hard to keep his composure and his pain at bay. It felt as though he was being covered in ice at that exact moment, the excruciating pain overflowing his soul as his lips silently quivered.
He broke his own promise.
The one person he needed the most in the world was gone, just like that.
He wondered if the gods themselves were mourning along with him at that exact moment. The harsh rain seemed to be proof of that. Closing his eyes, he had finally realized that he could never be happy. Such a thing was not possible for a man like him, a man who had done so much, and yet so little. He was going to keep one end of his promise though - he was going to live for his revenge. If he cannot have his love then so be it. He was going to do what he set out to do to begin with.
That stone cold determination did little to soothe his aching heart at that moment but it was his best possible option for him.
Live, love, die. That was the law of the land. It was a law that he despised with his very being. What a pity that the land did not care for his feelings at that moment. It took what it wanted, whenever it wanted. And as retaliation, he was going to steal fire back everything tine times stronger than before.

Demon Eyes: Law x OC Chapter 1
If there was one thing she knew better than anyone it was books, and not in a technical way. Maybe it was better to say she knew stories. She knew a good story when she saw one. The beauty and tragedy of that was how subjective it was to like something. People came in all shapes, sizes, and depths. Some people just didn’t appreciate a good story.
She liked to read far more than she liked to live. The only reason she was any way fit to fight is that she swore she’d be able to. Break hearts, not promises after all.
Or so her sister, Ever, used to say.
And man did she and Z bring that point home.
She grimaced as she swallowed two large pills. The book store she worked in was a relic, to say the least, but at least surrounded by books she was warm. Even inside her small haven, she wore a jacket. North Blue was too cold for her liking, even if she did grow up here. The town of Touketsu was small, a literal blip on the map. Nothing ever happened here.
Nothing.
Not recently anyway.
That’s why when the doorbell chimed, Sena was perplexed. The only people who came to the shop were the owner and a handful of the elderly. School started some months ago so it wasn’t a frantic mother or child seeking textbooks. She watched with bated breath as the customers rounded the corner.
“Captain! This book is perfect.”
Sena inhaled sharply. A mink, a MINK! In the North Blue? She was so excited words tumbled from her lips before even glancing at his companion. “You’re a mink! You’re so far from home aren’t you?”
She blushed when the duo looked at her. Her hands quickly slapped over her face and the heat scorched her already clammy fingertips. “I am so sorry. Was that rude?”
The mink smiled at her shaking his head. “No! I’m sorry! I’m happy you realized I was a mink.”
Sena cocked her head to the side letting her black-streaked brown hair fall into her face. Blinking her red eyes once she wondered allowed, “If not a mink then what… a bear?”
She shook her head and extended her hand. “My name is Sena. If you need anything book-wise… I’ve got you covered!” The mink shook her hand introducing himself as Bepo and then turned and introduced his captain, Law, who in turn gave him a sharp look. He didn’t seem to appreciate attention being drawn to him. When their eyes met though he seemed to perk up, if only slightly. The dark circles under his eyes did little to convey enthusiasm.
“Would you happen to have Akame disease?” The man said. He seemed interested enough to take another step in her direction. His eyes lingered on the pill bottle she left on the counter. “I’m a doctor.” He added.
“Ah, I know who you are,” she began awkwardly, “but yes. I have maybe 3 more years.” She smiled warmly at them. The man in front of her seemed taken aback by her attitude. “I’m used to it.”
A silence fell between them. Akame disease was rare and seemingly hereditary from what little they knew. A blood disease. Traits being red or pink eyes, able to take transfusions from any blood type but give to no one. Not even others with the disease. Parasitic in nature. As the silence stretched Sena turned to the book held in Bepo’s paw. It seemed there was nothing more to say, “Well if you’d like to check out. We are closing soon.”
Sena ended up leading them back to her home. She had other books on navigation that Bepo was interested in. “I like to read and end up collecting books.” She said as she unlocked the door. Her home was simple, two stories, and honestly too big for a single human to live in. Law looked around suspiciously and Sena spoke his thoughts. “My best friend Z used to live here with me… but they’ve passed on now. No need to worry about a trap.”
She continued on into the kitchen where she started a pot of coffee. “I assume you’ll want to stay up to read and browse, coffee?” Bepo thanked her and she hummed in response.
Law and Bepo took to the bookshelves in the living room. Sena had said there were more in the halls and upstairs. It felt as if the house was itself a library. Books lined the walls and shelves and seemed to cover every flat surface. The more Law looked the more the house was anything but simple.
Including the discarded medicine bottles stashed everywhere.
He picked up a few, reading the bottles, but found no definitive indication of what it was. That piqued his curiosity and he justified the betterment of science as to why he pocketed the bottle. There were plenty lying around scattered.
In a few spots on the walls or shelves where there weren’t books, there were pictures or portraits. Leaning in close, Law could see two pairs of red eyes. “My sister,” Sena spoke from beside him. He had to fight the instinct to attack. “Here’s your coffee, nothing added.” And she walked away again. He wasn’t sure if she meant milk and sugar or poison.
When she stood by his side the top of her head came to his shoulder. Her red eyes were framed behind dark lashes and above sharp cheekbones. Her skin was olive and evenly colored from what he could see. Her presence was calming, even silent. She stepped lightly and sat perched cross-legged on the island counter with a book on one knee and a cup of coffee beside her. She was well on her 3rd cup before he had finished his first.
They found five books just in the living room alone. Law even found some interesting medical journals he’d never come across. “I really should organize,” she said absently flipping the page of her book, “but I don’t have the time.”
Law questioned that. She seemed to have all the time in the world. “Don’t you need to sleep?” Bepo questioned as he yawned and closed his book.
“Oh, no. I typically sleep 2 hours a day for a few weeks then crash for a full day.” She tapped her chin in thought. “I don’t really question it. Gives me plenty of time to read.” Her smile grew wider at that. “You’re welcome to crash here, doubt it’d be a very warm walk back to your ship.”
“Shouldn’t you be more wary of pirates in your home?” Law’s voice rang. The first thing he’d said in a while. Bepo gave him a look but he kept his eyes on her. She didn’t bother to look up from her book as she responded.
“Either you kill me or you don’t. Makes no difference to me.” She looked up, almost as if she were startled, and added, “but I doubt you’d hurt me for no reason.”

“If you’re Tatsumi,” you ask, breaking Youngjae’s attention from the anime he’s watching. You’re sitting next to him, as usual as he binges watching his anime. “Who would you choose? Akame or Esdeath?”
Youngjae’s eyebrow raises, looking at you questioningly. It’s not new, you’re always asking random questions about the anime he’s watching out of nowhere but this time it’s different. You’re asking him to choose between the protagonist and the antagonist if he’s Tatsumi, the main character. “Choose as in what? As in my comrade?”
“As in your lover?” you scoop your ice cream into your mouth, waiting patiently for his answer as he’s having a breakdown over whom to choose. Youngjae always has a hard time choosing between the protagonist and the side characters, saying that of course people always like the main protagonist but the side characters are also precious.
Which is why now you only want him to choose between the two sexy female characters but you can see smoke coming out of his head.
“Do I really need to choose?” he looks at you with a painfully desperate face, wanting a way out of the question. “I like both though!”
“Nope.” you tut, placing down your bowl on the side table. “You need to choose one. Like if Akame and Esdeath offer to have a one night stand with you, who will you choose?”
You can see Youngjae shifts uncomfortably, avoiding your gaze by keeping his eyes on the tv screen. It’s not long before you spot the growing tent under his pants that makes him shift a couple more times and whines, “Baby, you’re making it sound weird.”
“Well,” it’s not that weird but it does feel weird when your boyfriend is turned on by a 2D character. “Choose one, big boy.”
“Why would any of them wants to have sex with me?”
“I don’t know.” you laugh. You know it sounds kind of weird but who cares? “Maybe they think you’re hot.”
“Nonsense.” He inhales a deep breath, biting his lower lips in an attempt of rethinking his decision, before turning to you like he has made a decision. “Alright, background aside okay?”
You raise your shoulders, agreeing with whatever his condition is. You don’t really care about their backgrounds, you just want to see which one of the female characters that got your man hard.
“I personally think Esdeath is sexier.” he confesses, grimacing when he sees your serious listening face. However you keep him going, no attempt to cut him off. “Her outfit is always on point, but she looks very sexy in this one episode. So-” Youngjae scrambles to shake himself out of the narration, ending his answer with a simple statement. “I’d choose Esdeath.”
Tumblr media
Tonight is the second night of the weekend and as you both had agreed to, it’s Youngjae’s gaming slash anime night. Usually he would be watching anime up until midnight and then continue by playing games with his friends. However tonight he chose to start playing the game earlier than usual, claiming that none of the animes have uploaded a new episode.
This is where you come in.
You stare into the mirror, looking directly to the satin robe that hugs your curves nicely. It’s light but it’s thick and it’s new. You received it yesterday, just in time for you to wear it on the weekend.
“I must be insane.” you ruffle your hair, watching it slowly turning into a mess, a beautiful mess. You almost can’t believe that it’s you in the mirror, you look insanely a hot mess. It’s crazy how simple the outfit is but absolutely sexy and alluring.
It’s nothing much. You just want to see his reaction, rile him up and see if you can have him a moaning mess under you.
Tumblr media
“Mark, Mark.” Youngjae taps on the shift button repeatedly, moving his cursor to hide his character from the opponents. “They’re just behind the truck.”
“Jaebeom hyung, can you sit down for once?” Yugyeom whines into the microphone, annoyed by the fact that Jaebeom is going to expose their location.
Jaebeom on the other hand is hiding behind a tree, reloading his bullets into the weapon. “Shut up, Yugyeom. I’ve been playing this game longer than you’re born.”
“Shut the crap. You are still learning how to write when I was born.”
“That doesn’t mean anything.”
“It does.”
“Okay I see someone moving.” Youngjae interrupts their bickering, moving out of his hideout to a safe place. He wants a chicken dinner tonight and he’s not going to let anyone ruin the fun for him. “I can see his head….”
A shot is fired and Youngjae screams in triumph, successfully eliminating the annoying opponent that has been trying to kill his teammates. As usual, Youngjae being the expert one among them and Mark comes second while Yugyeom and Jaebeom casually got killed and left both of them alone to carry the team. Youngjae had to be satisfied with the squad because at least, they know how to play. If he asked Bambam or Jinyoung to play with him, nevermind. Oh Jackson? Not even a chance. That man doesn’t know how to stop once he starts working.
“Have anyone heard from Jackson hyung?” Youngjae asks, moving his character to steal the weapons and other things from the dead bodies. “It’s been a month since I heard about him.”
“Yeah.” Jaebeom answers distractedly, still trying to load his weapon. “Last time I heard, he’s still in China.”
The door creaks open and if Youngjae doesn’t have one of his ears free from the headphone, he might not have heard the sound. It’s very discreet, very soft as if someone is sneaking into the room. Not that Youngjae knows anyone that is able to sneak into his gaming room without his permission.
Ah yes. Except this one.
“What are you-- what?” Youngjae’s jaw hangs open by the time he tears his vision from the screen to you, standing in your glory right a meter away from him.
“Why? What happened? Is y/n there?” jaebeom.
“Not really a problem though. Can I say hi to y/n?” yugyeom.
“I can see someone coming, guys.” Mark.
Youngjae doesn’t know if he wants to laugh or to cry. You’re standing about a few feet away from him, in an attire that is foreign to his eyes but absolutely gorgeous, sexy, deathly- did he say deathly? -- and fuck you look so fucking sexy. Your satin gown is modest yet slutty, exposing your chest and only covers half of your breast, the only thing that probably holds the placket of your robe is the three little buttons on your navel which threatens to burst.
Shit.
Something comes to his mind and right when he recognises your outfit, a certain name slips through his lips. “Esdeath.”
“Es- what?” Jaebeom asks, still distracted by the incoming attack from the enemies.
“Esdeath?” Yugyeom on the other hand, successfully shot the new incomer and went into hiding while still focusing on the topic. “Esdeath as in the Esdeath in Akame Ga Kill?”
“Esdeath visited you?” Jaebeom mutters incredulously through the microphone. Youngjae can see that he’s squinting at the screen, probably trying to see the ‘Esdeath’ he mentioned. “You’re talking nonsense.”
“What- what are you doing?” this time Youngjae totally feels like crying. He forgot that he’s video conferencing to play PUBG and the possibility of his friends watching this through their screen frightened him. Muting the microphone, he looks at you again with mixed expression. “Baby, what are you doing?”
His voice sounds desperate and you haven’t even started anything yet. Yet.
You let Youngjae’s eyes wander from your collarbone, down to the valley of your breast and to the buttons on your navel and further until his eyes fly to meet yours again, lust clouding his mind. You can see his pupils dilate, eye blown and breathless.
It’s fun to see him affected. It makes you feel powerful. It makes you feel extremely satisfied.
Perhaps this is what Youngjae has always been feeling whenever he dominates you during sex.
“Baby?” he calls out again, desperate to know what you had in mind.
Your eyes zeroed on the growing tent under his pants, it’s evident that Youngjae is already half-hard.
“I just want to ruin your mind tonight.” the immediate satisfaction fuels your desire to make Youngjae bend for you after watching his reaction. Youngjae is, what you can make out right now, utterly speechless.
“I- I don’t understand- wait-,” as Youngjae stutters with his words, you’re already kneeling on the floor, pulling his gaming chair facing the pc again, slotting yourself between the table and Youngjae’s inviting man spread.
“There is nothing for you to understand.” you utter while the tip of your fingers play with the string of his sweatpants. Youngjae’s eyes follow your hand down, his breath hitches as you press your palm on his hardening cock, giving him a firm grip. His moan almost comes out as a whimper, grimacing at the slightest contact as he tries not to show it on his face.
“Youngjae?” Mark calls, snapping Youngjae out of his trance. He scrambles to switch the microphone on, just in time you pull down his pants, exposing his cock to your eager eyes.
The coolness of your palm wraps around his cock and the way you grip him makes Youngjae hisses in pain and pleasure, enough to elicit a curse out of him. “Fuck.”
Yugyeom quickly detects the change in Youngjaes mood, asking him if he is fine and able to continue the game. And in all honesty, Youngjae wanted to leave the game the moment you walk in with the outfit, the fucking sexy outfit. He can’t describe how turned on he was, seeing you almost naked with that Esdeath cosplay.
“One moment, Gyeom-ah.” Youngjae is about to reply when you tug on his shirt, wanting to say something to him. “What is it, sweetheart?”
For the third time of the night, Youngjae wants to cry out loud. You are sitting under his table in that robe, your breast threatening to burst out of the tight material and fuck- Youngjae is so fucking hard.
“Let’s make a deal. If you can finish the game quietly while I suck you,” your aura is absolutely different tonight, Youngjae realises that. You’re more dominating and goodness gracious, Youngjae have no problem with that. You’re so hot and Youngjae would give anything for you to suck him. “I’ll let you rip this robe off me and fuck me senseless.”
Youngjae’s eyes widen at your suggestion. You’re making a deal with him? For what?
“And what if I can’t?”
“Well, if you can’t,” you drag your nail along his shaft, sending shivers up his spine. “Then you’ll let me ride you. Let me fuck myself on your cock.” you challenge him, holding his cock towards your lips, sucking his head lightly. Saltiness of his pre-cum invades your taste bud and you’re now addicted, wanting more of his cock.
Youngjae inhales a deep breath, shifting in his place before unmuting his microphone, resuming his attention to the game.
Oh, bring it on.
Tumblr media
“Youngjae, why are you so slow?” Jaebeom asks, running towards the unidentified dead bodies. He starts collecting the weapon and life stock while Youngjae’s game character stops in the middle of the track as if it’s malfunctioning. Technically, the owner of that character is, indeed, malfunctioning.
Youngjae’s breath labored as you continued to bob up and down his length, fisting his cock from the base and stroking his scrotum. It’s hard not to moan. Youngjae has been enduring your teasing quite good so far, only occasional hiccups and soft whines escapes from him and went unnoticed by other members.
Youngjae has long given up to switch his microphone from mute to unmute then to mute again, he now resorts to detaching his headphone away from his head after muting the microphone so he won’t have to hear anything.
“Baby.” he whines, hips thrusting upwards as you kitten licks his head and slots your tongue on his slit, collecting his pre-cums. Youngjae’s cock is dangerously red, as if if you try to lick him one more time, you’ll see blood. His veins pop up and paint his length angrily. “Please baby. I don’t want to play the game anymore.”
“Hm?” you ask, not quite hearing his pleas. You take him in your mouth again, going down on him until he’s deep in your throat, humming to your satisfaction. His cock isn’t exactly big but he definitely makes up for the girth with his length and his stroke. “You’re saying?”
“I just-” a loud moan escapes him after you deep throat him once again, hitting your gag reflex. Youngjae trashes in his seat, holding the back of your head gently but firmly. It’s too much pleasure for him you guess. “Fuck. fuck. Fuck. please baby. Don’t do this to me.”
You release him with a pop and watch his cock curves backward, smearing the mixture of his precums and your saliva against his shirt. You don’t care about the video conferencing at the moment, you just push him further from the table so you can stand up and straddle him on his chair. They can watch if they want to.
You tug on the string of your underwear, revealing your nicely trimmed pussy to his eyes. At the sight of your drenched core, Youngjae mutters curses under his breath, reaching a finger to your fold.
“Fuck.” he caress your fold with his middle finger, occasionally dipping it inside only to let a gush of wetness out of your pussy. “Fuck, you’re drenched.”
“Mmhm.” you agree. You’re wet from all the thoughts while you suck his cock, thinking of how good it would feel when you ride him. “Can I ride you now?”
“Fuck.” Youngjae’s hand grips your hip as he guides you, slowly sheathing his cock inside you at your speed. “Ride my cock, use my cock. Do whatever you want.”
“Oh-” you let out a long moan to the stretch of your pussy is extremely good, the feeling of being filled with Youngjae’s cock takes you to another level of ecstasy. Even though you have been fucked a lot, however, riding Youngjae’s cock is always, undefeated pleasure.
“Are you being filled well, princess?” Youngjae asks as he’s balls deep inside you.
“So, so full, Youngjae.”
“Goodness.” Youngjae’s hands roam all over your ass, then up to your navel, pinching your nipples through the satin robe. “You dressed up like Esdeath to have sex with me?”
“I just wanted to try a new thing.” You shift in your place and Youngjae’s tip nudges a certain spot in you, causing you to throw your head back, gripping on his shoulder tightly. Your eyes shut close as you start to ride his cock, feeling the bliss of his veins against your walls.
Youngjae on the other hand is dazed with your breast, bouncing right in front of him. He reaches down and a quick flick of his thumb, your robe is open and you’re absolutely naked to him, at least. Your robe stays on your body but the upper part of the robe has slid down and exposed your shoulder, probably a good view for the boys.
“Look at these breasts.” he tuts, sticking his tongue to graze one of your nipples. It’s not a secret that Youngjae loves your breast and he probably has a fetish for your twin peaks. He always gives extra attention and he can go on for hours, licking and sucking your nipples.
“Want me to feed you?” you ask, hips moving up and down his length but you can always multitask, cupping your breasts and bringing them together, putting the nipples close. “Suck them, please?”
“Fuck. Yes fuck. Fuck.” he holds you by your waist, sucking your peaks alternately. Whenever the tip of his tongue grazes one of your nipples, your walls tighten around his cock, causing him to hiss in return. “You’re really enjoying this, huh?”
You nod, impaling yourself on his cock. You’re getting tired and you don’t really feel your legs so your movement starts to falter, slowing down after a few while. “Jae…”
“Tired?” he chuckles, tapping your ass as you nod to his question. As much as you enjoy riding him, you have to admit that your stamina would never surpass Youngjae’s.
Youngjae lifts you in his arms and just like that, his dominant side appears again. Bringing you to the bed, Youngjae manages to press his cock deeper inside you, making you moan all the way.
“Look at you.” he tuts when you’re spread on the bed, half naked in your Esdeath cosplay. “So beautiful.”
“So fucking sexy.”
“The death of me.” Youngjae’s hand trails up your leg, past your navel and cups your breast, pinching and rolling your taut bud. You actually shiver at the change of his emotion, retracting to become the submissive partner like you always did.
“Youngjae.”
“Hm?”
“Fuck me.” you plead, whispering as if someone will hear you. Ironic, you thought. Youngjae’s friends have probably disconnected the video conferencing because of your lewd moans and now you dare to whisper? “Please,”
“Oh yeah, of course my Esdeath. I’d fuck you hard and raw.” he promises, lining his cock at your entrance. “Be my guest.”

The Poison Sister
Chapter 7
Entanglement
(I’m using Ryuko Matoi from Kill La Kill as a reference, due to the life fiber strings)
Tumblr media
She felt trapped and tangled as strings wrapped around her bear body. Blood dripping from the corners of her mouth and down her cheeks. Everything around her was black and long hair was flowing all around her. Sounds of memories where echoing around around her. Her childhood, fathers death, Inuyasha’s birth, Kirinmaru’s break of the marriage, Izayoi’s death, Inuyasha being sealed, Kikyo’s death, her violation, and Sesshomaru’s hatred. Memories that filled her long life of 600 years.
Soon her eyes opened showing off a beautiful blue, seeing she was now standing in front of a woman. “You may return, but as a different body.” the woman said. The yokai was confused and looked down seeing strings where entangling all around her body. “For you have not finished what you wish to. Return.” the woman stated once more.
The female was thrown back and her body collided with a soft surface and silk sheets. Her eyes wide as the strings covered her body, then tore changing her body. Once golden eyes where now a bright ocean blue, hair once silver now shorter and black with red streaks. Red string tattoos laid on her arms. Crescent moons cascading down the length of her spine showing her connection to the west. So’unga and Murasume laying beside her shining brightly.
Her heart beat echoed in her ears as she looked up at the hut ceiling. Slowly she pushed her body up looking down at her hands taking notice that she no longer had claws. Younger dragging across her teeth biting she no longer had fangs either. “Human..” she whispered. But she didn’t smell human, she still smelled of yokai blood. The girl slowly stood up and held onto her stomach as she walked outside. She looked around only to fall once more making her look down noticing red strings where tangled around her ankles. “W-why..?” she whispered. She tried to pull herself away letting out cry as they cut into her skin. “Help!” she called out. She clenched her teeth and leaned her forehead down.
Footsteps came towards the laying female, making her slowly look up. Her blue eyes meeting amber eyes. ‘Daddy..’ she thought. But he was younger looking, he didn’t have his armor on and it was a different kimono, and he only had the So’unga on him. “Looks like your caught on something little one.” he said deeply. He smiled and cut her loose from the strings in which she quikcly crawled away before she could be captured again. “T-thank you..” she whispered.
He took her hand carefully helping her up and looked at the tattoos on her arms. “Soul collector strings, now why would a human teen need such markings?” he asked deeply. She looked at her arms staring at them. “Um... M-my family died, s-so I g-got the strings f-for remembrance my lord..” she said softly. The daiyokai general looked down at her surprised that a human would even consider getting tattoos, considering only higher ranked humans were able to do so.
The daiyokai stood with his pack his eyes drifting towards the small human girl every now and then. She was walking around the ruined village, looking for something but won’t tell what. His attention was removed from her once more looking towards one of the other generals glaring at him for interrupting his thoughts.
The teen moved around looking for anything that the woman could have left, or anything she could use to find out why she went farther back in time. She stepped down a hill slowly and grabbed onto a tree and jumped onto a lower path. Her feet carried her towards a burned up hut, and she pushed the ruined curtain back and walked inside. Blue eyes widened when she took notice of the long red strings that shot towards her making her scream. She quikcly ran out but was captured and dragged back. “Let go!!” she yelled. A large demon walked out in front of her laughing and grabbing her. ‘Why human?! Anything but human!!’ she screamed to herself.
Akame fought against the demons hold grabbing onto anything she could possibly hold onto. Finally her hand grasped onto an arrow, in which she picked it up and stabbing it into the demons eye. Black smoke erupted from the arrow making her cough and quikcly cover her nose and mouth. The demons corpse disintegrated on top of her.
The clan jogged to the hill and stopped when they took notice of the demons bones laying around the female. She was sitting up staring at the blackened arrow. ‘Poison..’ she thought. ‘I still have my poison..’ she happily thought. The human stood up and grabbed a scroll that had her name on it and ripped it open. “Should never touch a girl without asking..” she mumbled to the corpse.
‘Akame, welcome back to the world of the living; not your time but your new place. For you are indeed human. But you have your daiyokai poison abilities. The red strings tattooed on your arms are the things keeping you alive. Your sword will soon be returned to you, only Murasume as you can tell InuTaisho is indeed in possession of the So’unga. They don’t know you. So act as though you don’t know them.’
Akame stated at the scroll then slowly shut it looking down. She reached forward grabbing a bow and a satchel of arrows, and began walking away. ‘The hell am I supposed to do... Walk this land as nothing but a reborn girl..?!’ She screamed in her mind. ‘I’m human!! I’m gonna die..’ she thought. Her pace then froze when she took notice of a name on a tree. Her eyes widened and she gripped the bow. “Naraku..” she mumbled. “Do you know him little one?” came that deep voice. She turned and looked at him then back at the tree. “Yes my lord..” she said softly. She HATED this ‘my lord’ bullshit! Why the hell was she giving this man formalities, this was her father! No... This wasn’t her father, not anymore.. “h-he killed my family.” she stated. ‘And me..’ she thought.
InuTaisho stated at the girl with a slight hint of sadness in his eyes. This darkened half breed was even terrozing humans, much less the humans that were protected along his lands. “I see. I’m sorry for your loss litt-“ “Akame. My name is Akame.” she stated. Her blue eyes where casted along the side towards the settings sun. Her short hair blew in the wind, and her kimono shifted showing off the row of crescent moons along her spine. ‘Strange girl.. She don’t of royal human blood, but yet holds markings that only a royal could get.’ He thought. “Akame..” he said deeply.
He had taken the female teen to a different human village allowing her refuge. She wanted to stay with him but she knew better and accepted her place in the village. “Her clothing is quite strange. Her tattoos as well.” one of the members of the clan stated. InuTaisho just watched as a few older ladies took the young girl into a hut. Usually girls where bare with children by her age, but yet she doesn’t even seem to have a love interest.
Akame looked at reflection in the river water, her once long beautiful silver hair had been sliced and colored; bright golden eyes that shunned brighter than the moon now the color of the ocean. She wasn’t even wearing a kimono but strange shirt black clothing that showed off her stomach and long legs. She wanted her sword back, she wanted her life back; but she knew she couldn’t have that.
She wondered if Sesshomaru was born yet, not like it would really mattered; she planned to not run into the daiyokai again. She turned and walked away from the river and took off into the woods. She knew how to defend herself, and didn’t need a village to sit around in. She needed to find Murasume!
Tumblr media
She climbed up into a tree watching as a demon fell and disintegrated. She smiled and stood up and looking out at the moon. Red strings flowing around her shinning brightly as she laughed softly and fell back against the tree shutting her eyes. It felt incredible to be so free! She forgot how much humans got freedom while demons where constant chased and being forced to kill. She bit her lower lip smiling and sliding down sitting on the tree.
Soon the female went to sleep the red strings surrounding her, protecting her from any type of harm. A smile on her face but tears could be seen shimmering on her cheeks.

Tomoe, The Eastern Tigress - Chapter Nine
Chapter Nine - The Birth Of A Rivalry
Reika was absolutely terrified.
After Hougen’s dogs knocked Gin and John unconscious, Hougen decided to drag their bodies back to his base in the Southern Alps. They weren’t the Dane’s only prize, however, as he’d taken a liking to the bitch. Reika was dragged, kicking and screaming, up to the mountain base. She was tossed into Hougen’s hut, where she’d been staying for the past few days. She could barely eat or sleep, spending every second huddled in a corner, trying to put as much distance between herself and her captor as possible. When Hougen wasn’t eating or sleeping, he’d watch the bitch, slowly licking his jowls as if he were imagining running his tongue along her fur. It made Reika sick to her stomach.
That afternoon, Reika watched with bated breath as Hougen tore into a chicken carcass. Outside, she could hear the muffled shouts of one of Hougen’s soldiers as he preached Hougen’s agenda to the rest of the pack. The bitch winced as she felt her stomach rumbling; the chicken smelled good, and she’d been refusing to eat. Hougen paused, his head slowly turning and looking at the little female.
“Mmm?” he purred. Reika swallowed hard. “Are you hungry, sweetheart? I bet you are.” With a swing of his paw, Hougen knocked the half-eaten chicken towards her.
“No…!” Reika looked away from the kill despite the protests of her rumbling stomach. “I don’t want anything you give me…! Just let me go!”
“Oooh, but, Reika…” Hougen stood up, slowly advancing towards her. Reika’s heart raced faster, her eyes scanning for somewhere else to run to. She dove to the side, but Hougen was faster, jumping in front of her. Reika flinched, the smell of rotting meat ripe in Hougen’s breath as he whispered to her. “You’re my girl now. And if you’re going to have my puppies, then you’ll need your strength, heheheh…”
“No…!” Reika swallowed again, trying to push back the bile rising in her throat. “You can’t make me do that! I refuse!” She attempted to back away, but momentarily forgetting about the chicken carcass behind her, she stepped in the blood and guts and lost her footing. She fell onto her back with a yell, and with a sneer, Hougen stepped forward, pinning Reika down with a paw.
“You silly girl,” he growled playfully, ignoring Reika’s cries and pleas. Before he could do anything further, however, a sudden chaos outside had caught his attention.
“Out of the way!” a voice shouted, cutting off the preaching soldier. Hougen recognized it as Rocket’s brother, Jet. The door to his hut slid open, the Borzoi stepping inside and panting. “L-Lord Hougen…! This...isn’t a bad time, is it…?”
“Tch…” was Hougen's irritated reply. Glancing down at the still-sobbing Reika, he huffed and pulled away his paw, padding towards his spy. Reika immediately returned to her corner, silently thanking the Borzoi for coming when he did. “You’d better have a good excuse for interrupting me, bastard.”
“Y-Yes, sir,” Jet said, looking down at the ground. “I’ve come to report that a group of Ohu soldiers headed this way.”
“Is that so?” Hougen’s interest was piqued, though he wasn’t surprised. His dogs had failed to bring down Akame; an act of retaliation from Ohu’s troops had been inevitable.
“Yes, sir,” replied Jet with a nod. “That said, there’s only a few of them. It seems the Ohu Army’s lost a large amount of their dogs. They’ll go down easily.”
“Mmm…” Hougen began to frown as he thought it over. “No, it won’t be that simple. That Gin’s made many allies, and I’m sure those Ohu fools are gonna try rounding them up. Tch...that tora-ge bastard’s pissing me off more and more. Looks like I’m gonna have to blow off some steam, heh.”
Jet understood immediately. He moved out of the way, allowing Hougen to head outside. Reika looked up, realizing what was going to happen.
“No…” she gasped. Panicking, Reika tried to rush out of the hut and after Hougen. Jet apprehended her quickly by biting down on the back of her neck, holding her in place. This didn’t stop her from continuing to yell after the tyrant. “Stop, Hougen! Don’t hurt them! Please!”
Hougen continued, ignoring Reika’s begging. His soldiers watched him silently, preparing themselves for the violence that would be coming soon. Within the group of dogs, Hook stood, his head hanging in an attempt to not stand out amongst the other dogs. He’d joined Hougen’s ranks days ago, not to serve the Great Dane in his evil schemes, but to see if the rumors had been true about Gin and John’s capture. Now that he knew the truth, the gears in his mind turned as he tried to formulate some plan of helping them escape.
A small shed sat a few feet away from Hougen’s hut, a small hole in the back of it being the only way to get in or out of it. Two guards stood at the hole, peering into it and observing the dogs inside. Gin and John were lying in the darkness, covered from head to toe in gashes, cuts and bruises. It was amazing that they’d managed to survive the beatdown they’d gotten, but as Ohu’s top males, perhaps it was to be expected.
“You bastards…” John croaked, an eye opening and glaring at the two guards. Though his breathing was labored, the Shepherd still managed to speak with ferocity. “Checking to see if we’re dead? Well, sorry to disappoint you, but we’re not gonna die…! Not for you, or that shitface you call a Boss…!”
“Don’t waste your breath on them, John…” Gin groaned, his body shivering from the cold, stone ground. “Save your strength...at least until Akame comes with reinforcements…”
“I just can’t stand it…” murmured John. “We could’ve taken out every last one of these bastards if Hougen hadn’t…” He fell silent, gritting his teeth as he remembered Reika’s capture.
“I know, I know...But don’t lose hope. Hougen WON’T succeed. It may take days, it may take months, but sooner or later, Hougen will pay.”
“Hear, hear…”
Outside, Hougen approached the shed. The two guards, hearing him, quickly stepped to the side, bowing their heads fearfully. Crouching down, Hougen peered into the darkness of the shed. John and Gin were quiet now, their eyes closed. The Great Dane snorted, forcing himself inside.
“Tsk. Don’t pretend to be dead just because I showed up.” He paused next to John, smacking the Shepherd in the face with a paw. John responded immediately with a weak snarl. “Hmph. Well, lucky for you too, that old Kishu made it back to Ohu. Now, the Ohu Army’s headed this way. Unfortunately for you, though, there’s not as many as I thought there’d be, hehe…”
Shit… Gin thought, his heart racing. Something really did happen to Ohu…! This isn’t good…
“Now that I think about it,” Hougen continued with a pleasant tone. “If the Ohu soldiers are all the way out here, there shouldn’t be anyone protecting Gajou. And if there is, heh, well, they won’t last long against my army. I’ll take Ohu as my base, and all dogs in Japan will have no choice but to bow to me!”
Hougen threw back his head, cackling evilly. As rage surged through him, John managed to lift his head, sinking his fangs into Hougen’s leg with a growl. Hougen stopped laughing, glancing down at the Shepherd with narrowed eyes.
“Still got some fight left in you?” he sneered, before reaching down and pulling John off him with ease. He threw John against the wall, forcing a grunt of pain from the Shepherd’s maw.
“John…!” Gin cried out to his friend. Hougen looked back at the silver male, licking his jowls as he approached him. He slapped his paw down on Gin’s head, pressing it in as if he were squishing a bug.
“As for you, Gin,” Hougen hissed, bringing his muzzle close to Gin’s ear. “Don’t think that I was being merciful by letting you live. You’re my toy now. You won’t leave. You won’t die. I’ll eat you alive.” Without warning, Hougen bit down on Gin’s foreleg, lifting him up into the air while triumphantly declaring:
“Because you’re my prey!”
Outside the shed, Gin’s torture was heard by all who were near. A new wave of fear washed over Hougen’s followers, and they were all reminded of why they should never, ever, cross the tyrant.
After a successful hunt, Tomoe, Ken, and Kagetora returned to the rendezvous location that Weed had set up. They found some sika deer in the woods and managed to bring down a doe. Tomoe had even used her Retsu on it, taking it down instantly. By the time they’d reached the clearing, the blood had been almost completely drained out of it. The rest of the Ohu dogs had returned as well, some feasting on what they’d caught, and others waiting to share what other prey was coming.
“Ooh!” GB said, looking up at the doe as the three friends set it down. “Nice catch you three!”
“Heh, thanks,” Kage replied, proudly licking his lips. “Anything interestin’ happen while we were gone?”
“Yeah” GB glanced over his shoulder, nodding at where Weed was eating. “Apparently one of Hougen’s dogs came here trying to attack Weed.”
“What!?” Ken exclaimed.
“Everything’s fine now,” the Setter assured quickly. “That Rocket guy protected him, and Jerome was nearby, too.”
“Where’s that guy now?” asked Tomoe.
“Weed told Rocket to let him go…” GB grunted in obvious disapproval.
“Are you for real?” asked Kage in disbelief.
“Is that kid insane!?” Tomoe snapped, looking over at the puppy. Her good mood was instantly ruined, replaced with unbridled fury. How could their Boss allow for something so stupid!? Without thinking, she began stomping over towards Weed. Ken, Kagetora and GB quickly followed.
“Wait, Tomoe…!” Ken barked. “I don’t think this is a good idea…!”
“I don’t like it either,” GB added. “But he’s just a kid!”
Tomoe didn’t care. She wouldn’t stand back and let Weed think he’d done something smart. The youngster in question looked up, noticing the approaching Tomoe. Beside him, Jerome started standing up.
“Oh, hi, Tomoe,” said Weed, smiling innocent. “I saw your catch. Nice--”
“You let that guy go!?”
Everyone looked up as Tomoe yelled accusingly at Weed. Rocket stiffened as he was taken a bite of a hare he’d caught. Glaring, Jerome prepared to step in front of Weed. The puppy held up a paw.
“Wait a second, Jerome,” he said, before standing up and facing Tomoe. His brow furrowed. “Yes. I did let him go.”
“Why?” Tomoe demanded. “He was one of Hougen’s dogs, right? As long as we’ve been here, he could be on his way to Hougen and telling him where we are!?”
“He was scared when Rocket pinned him down,” Weed argued sternly. “He’d learned his lesson. I won’t kill someone who’s afraid for their life.” Tomoe didn’t respond for a moment, instead gawking at the male as if he’d suddenly grown a third eye in the middle of his forehead.
“Idiot!” she then snapped. “Of course he looked scared! Dogs who do bad things tend to be scared when they have to face the consequences of their actions. You can’t be soft like that, kid!”
She’s got a point there… Rocket found himself thinking.
“You’re wrong.” Despite Weed’s attempt at a calm demeanor, Tomoe could see a fire burning in his eyes. “Being nice to that guy will teach him a lesson, you’ll see. We won’t have any more issues with him.”
“Back off, Tomoe,” said Jerome, having enough with standing back and watching. “Weed is the Boss and his word is final. None of us have a right to question him.”
“If he makes a stupid choice, then that affects all of us,” Tomoe growled. She shoved her nose against Jerome’s, staring him dead in the eyes. “I’m not gonna stay quiet just because you think he’s God’s gift to dogs.”
“That’s enough!” Weed interjected. He butted Tomoe’s chest with his head, forcing her back. Tomoe’s eyes widened, her gaze shifting down to her chest, and then and the runt who pushed her. “I’ve had enough of this constant fighting between you two! I won’t forgive anymore. Understand?”
“...Yes, Weed…” Jerome grumbled, looking away. Weed continued staring at Tomoe, his brow raising expectantly. Tomoe, once she calmed down from her shock, spat on the ground, kicked at the snow, and turned away. The other dogs cleared a path, allowing her to return to the doe. She threw herself down and began eating savagely. One could only wonder who she was pretending to tear apart: Weed or Jerome.
The snow was falling lightly that night. At the edge of Hougen’s base, two dogs stood guard beneath a light figure. They stared ahead at the pathway before them, eyes and ears alert in case any intruders wandered near. They perked as they heard the faintest sounds of pawsteps approaching their location. A large, dark figure appeared, casually strolling towards them. It was a dog, a massive Great Pyrenees, to be exact. His right eye had what looked like an old scar running through it, permanently blinding it. Watching the approaching male, one of the guards took a cautionary step forward.
“Yo,” the guard called out. “Where you headed?”
“Just wandering,” the Pyrenees responded, his voice low and gruff. “Let me through.”
“You’re not allowed to pass through this section of the mountain,” said the guard. His comrade stood up, ready to act if needed. “This territory belongs to Lord Hougen.”
“I won’t stop anywhere.” The Great Pyrenees continued walking. “Your “Lord Hougen”’ll have nothing to worry about.”
“Bastard!” the second guard dog snarled, deciding to take a more hostile approach. “You can’t just walk in! Doesn’t a big idiot like you understand that?”
“I don’t give a damn who’s territory it is,” the large male spoke sharply. His fangs flashed as the street light hit them.
“That’s it, asshole!” Both dogs prepared to pounce. The first dog made his move. “Disrespect Hougen, will you? I’ll kill you!”
The Great Pyrenees leapt as his attacker did. In a swift movement, his fangs latched onto the guard’s testicles and tore them off. Blood sprayed into the air as the guard dog landed in the snow, screaming and crying from the pain between his legs. His comrade turned to the Pyrenees, his eyes wide in terror.
“What the…!?” he yelped. “What the hell did you do!?”
“You both are annoying…” the male muttered, spitting out the dismembered testicles. “I tried being nice, didn’t I? Hmph. The name’s Hiro. Hiro the Ballsnatcher. Attack me again, and I’ll do the same to you. Got it?”
The second guard dog shrank back. This Hiro was clearly not one to be trifled with. He ran back to the injured guard, picking him up by the scruff and dragging him away with him.
“Bastard…!” He yelled as he fled. “I won’t forget this…!”
“Hmm…” Hiro murmured to himself. ““Lord Hougen”, eh? I heard he’s a real bastard. Maybe Kamakiri came to work for this guy…? Hmph.” The male began walking deeper into the territory of the tyrant.
“Only one way to find out.”

Was Run able to seduce and trap Akame with his stud cock like he planned?
It had taken a great deal of effort, and almost dying, to get his plan of seducing the raven haired beauty to work. He had been fighting her, staying at a distance after a few too many close calls of her nearly cutting him. Lucky for him, part of his plan involved coating the wings of his Imperial Arms with a potent aphrodisiac so if they even grazed someone, they'd become unbelievably aroused. He finally managed to graze the assassin after getting close enough so that she wouldn’t be able to dodge properly. Akame was grazed by the feather, the aphrodisiac immediately entering her system. She started panting, feeling her cunt begin to get wet and heat up from her intense arousal. “Wh-what did you do to me?!~” Akame exclaimed, her voice filled with lust thanks to the aphrodisiac. “I coated my wings in an aphrodisiac, so when I grazed you with one of my feathers, you’d be put under the aphrodisiacs effects.” Run explained, landing on the ground and putting his Imperial Arms away, confident she wouldn’t be able to keep fighting in her condition. “So you’re just trying to fuck me then?!~” Akame demanded, annoyed that he went through all that just to try and have sex with someone who was trying to kill him. She looked downwards and noticed he was sporting a rather large tent in his pants, the assassin getting even wetter at the sight of it. “If I do sleep with you, it'll get rid of that aphrodisiacs effects~” Run said, noticing she was staring at his tent now. “... Fine, but only to get rid of this damn aphrodisiac...” Akame replied, setting Murasame down angrily and approaching the blonde stud.
She got on her knees, swiftly undoing Run’s pants and dropping them along with his boxers, the blondes stud cock flopping free and smacking Akame on the face. The assassin gasped, her face flushing red as she saw how enormous Run was. Akame only got wetter from this, the assassin whimpering softly as her arousal grew. “Well, are you gonna start sucking it or what?~” Run asked, prompting Akame to take his length into her mouth. The raven haired slut started sucking on the tip, licking curiously at the head of his length. He groaned in pleasure, loving the attention she started giving him. He placed his hand on the back of her head, forcing her to take more of his length into her mouth. Akame gagged around his length, surprised at his attempt to make her force more of his length into her mouth. Akame continued sucking him off, starting to take him deeper into her mouth, continuing to gag around his length. Run soon got tired of her slowly taking more of his length into her throat so he pulled back slightly and rammed forward, slamming his cock down to the hilt into Akame’s throat.
Akame gagged loudly around his cock as he forced her to take him down to the hilt. The slut continued to suck and slurp his cock, her tongue licking at his shaft. Run could feel himself getting close to cumming, starting to face fuck the girl before hilting into her throat once more and cumming, pumping her throat and mouth full of his seed. Akame moaned around his length, loving the taste of the blondes cum in her mouth. Run slowly pulled his length out of her mouth, pumping the last of his load out onto her face. Akame moaned at this, looking up at the stud before collecting the cum on her face and swallowing it. Run quickly pinned her to the ground after that, helping the slut strip off her clothing, leaving her in only her bra and panties, the latter of which swiftly being moved to the side to give Run access to her soaked cunt. Without any further delay, Run thrust his hips forward, thrusting into Akame’s wet pussy, causing the assassin to scream in ecstasy, her cunt automatically tightening around Run as she came just from him thrusting into her.
Run smirked as she came immediately, taunting her by saying, “I didn’t think you’d cum this fast~” Akame only glared weakly at him, her eyes filled with lust, and said, “Just shut up and fucking breed me!~” “As you wish~” Run replied before starting to thrust in and out of Akame’s cunt, causing her to start screaming in ecstasy as she was roughly fucked by the Jaeger. The stud continued pounding in and out of her, fucking Akame hard and fast against the ground. Akame could only moan and scream, loving the fucking she received despite it being from an enemy. Akame’s breasts were bouncing wildly with every thrust of Run’s hips, the stud removing her bra to let her tits flop free. Run leaned down began sucking on one of Akame’s breasts, causing the girl to start moaning and screaming louder. “Oh FUCK!~ Keep doing that!~” Akame moaned out, drooling as she was thoroughly fucked. Run pulled away from her breast after a moment, pulling the assassin in for a heated kiss, their tongues quickly intertwining and wrestling for dominance.
Run could feel himself about to cum, thrusting deeper into the slut, pounding his length against his womb as they continued to sloppily kiss each other. They swapped saliva as they quickly approached both of their climaxes, their tongues sloppily fighting for dominance in their kiss. Akame came first, her cunt tightening around his length again as she reached her second climax. Run quickly came afterward, pumping her full of his thick, virile seed. They pulled away from their heated kiss, a string of saliva connecting their tongues together as they both panted with arousal, Run’s orgasm quickly ending as he pulled out and shot the last bit of his load onto her body. Akame swiftly turned over, pulling her panties down and presenting her bubble butt for the Jaeger to stare at. “Hurry and fuck my ass~” Akame said, smirking lustfully at Run. Run quickly thrust into her ass, the assassin screaming with ecstasy as her ass was penetrated by the Jaeger.
Run began thrusting in and out of her asshole, the assassin’s bubble butt jiggling with every thrust her made. The stud and slut were panting and moaning, both of them knowing this was their last round. Run continued to rail away at her asshole, Akame drooling onto the ground as her tongue lolled out of her mouth. The girl having become a complete a slut by this point. Run grabbed onto her hair, yanking it back roughly as he thrusted in and out of her rear. Akame screamed with ecstasy as her hair was pulled, her eyes crossing with bliss as she was handled so roughly by the stud. It wasn't long before either of them felt their climaxes approach one last time, both lovers continued to moan, scream, and pant with lust. Run continued to fuck her roughly before finally reaching his climax at the same time she did, Run hilting into her ass before cumming, pumping her rear full of his thick seed. Akame screamed in ecstasy, cumming as she was pumped full. Run pulled out, covering her ass and back in the last of his load. “Well, that was great~” Run said as he sat on the ground, getting some rest after the mind blowing sex he’d just had with Akame. Akame slumped forward, lying naked on the ground as cum leaked from her ass and cunt. “Yeah. So long as no one finds out, I wouldn’t be opposed to doing this again.”

Sauske comforts Sakura as she breaks down in tears, there's a knock at the door and it's Boruto and his family
Boruto(coming inside the house): any sign of her dad?
Naruto: not yet but we do have some leads apparently she was seen at the ramen shop with a woman....they are brining her here to me to ask her some questions
They hear a knock at the door Hinata opens it, it's the police force with the woman as they enter the house
Kawaki(shocked): you....why are you here?
Phara(backing away to leave): I'm sorry...I should go....
Kawaki(grabbing her arm to face him): that night.....he told me you died....why mom....why lie about your death to leave me with that man! Why put me through hell and leave me in the hands of Jigen if I wasn't worth it mother!?
Phara(crying): how do you remember me? I erased your memories of me.....how is this possible....?
Kawaki(screaming): answer me mother!?
Phara: you were never suppose to know who I was.....I made sure of it just like my previous births Fugaku and Minato!
Sauske(shocked): did you just say....
Naruto(shocked): Fugaku and Minato....
Phara(pulling away from Kawaki): I'm sorry but I got to go....
She reaches the door but is stopped by Boruto
Boruto(stopping her from leaving): look I know that right now what just occurred is a shocker for everyone....but please just answer some questions from the police force....I promise that's the only thing we want to know right now.......Akamari is missing and we want to know where she is....please madam....just answer what you know about Akamari
Phara(letting go of the doorknob): fine....I'll do so....I didn't mean for this to happen.....I'm sorry
Phara walks back into the living area and sits on the couch....the police force ask her basic questions....she answers them.....after ten minutes they leave
Phara(exusing herself): I apologize for what happened today....
As Phara walks out Naruto gently grabs her hand stopping her
Naruto: can I ask you something.....can you tell me how you were involved in the births of Fugaku and Minato...and why are you here now?
Phara: it's just too painful to remember....
Naruto: I just want answers to what just occurred in there....please just answer my plea
Phara: ok....I'll start from the beginning
She sits down and Hinata gives Phara tea, she takes a breath and starts her story
Phara: we were what you called birthers....a stand in to give birth for the Otsutsuki future children....we did our duty as birthers...we even had our own assistants to help through the births....until Kayuga realized she can procreate herself...then she no longer needed us...we were discarded and forgotten....but the clans saw us as an opportunity to use us to procreate dying clans that were of use....like the Uchiha clan and the Namikaze clan....because as birthers we were immortal we can procreate a clan in ten years time
Naruto: So when did you realize you were a birther?
Phara: at the age of 32....I was put in the temple of birthers to practice thier ways of life ....it was a long time before I was finally chosen.....I was 72 at that time when Iroku Minatos father was my partner for a mating ceremony....but I didn't expect to fall in love with him....we as birthers are never suppose to get attached to our birthing partners....our sole duty is to make sure we complete the ceremony of new life....and move on to the next partner
Sauske: what happens to the child after it is born?
Phara: he or she becomes the sole responsibility of the father after spending three to four years with the birther.....the father comes to the temple retrieves his child and leaves....birthers are never to get attached to thier procreation....which is two rules I broke when meeting Iroku
Phara remembers the first time they met, she was in the garden singing as she was petting her lion Siru. Minno her assistant runs to her as she sits at the waterfountain
Minno(excited): miss.....miss....good news.....you were chosen my lady...to be a birther for the Namikaze clan miss
Phara(upset): what...why I wasn't even a prime choice that day...how is this possible?
Minno: miss the nuns want you to get your things ready....we will leave at dawn to get there at daybreak ....the Namikaze elders want to meet you before the ceremony
Phara(walking away): this is impossible I was suppose to be the match for the Uzumakis eldest son....why would they do this last minute
Phara goes to the head maiden, as she opens the door she sees the head maiden praying at the temple
Head maiden: if this is about the last minute switch....its already decided Myomi will be going to the Uzumaki clan....they wanted someone with experience
Phara: but I was chosen as his partner head maiden....why was I rejected....
Head maiden: because the eldest son heard about Myomi giving birth to twins....and he chose her because of that....and besides the Namikaze clan wanted a virgin birther....you are perfect for it
Phara: but I know nothing about thier customs or background...or who my partner is....
Head maiden: his name Iroku he's twenty four years old...never had a partner...so the clan chose him for the mating ceremony
Phara: what if he's mean or barbaric....I heard that clan is ruthless with woman....
Head maiden: I promise you those are just idiotic fables the birthers spread from time to time....the clan has changed greatly and the man is a gentlemen when it comes to women
Phara: ok then I'll go get my things ready....thank you head mistress for my pairing
Head maiden: your welcome my dear
She leaves at dawn to make it just in time to the Namikaze clan....she covers her face as she steps off the carriage to a large building and steps inside. The elders are waiting for her as she enters inside
Elder 1: so you must be her.....Phara the virgin
Elder2: she's looks tiny no more than five feet three inches....can she even bear a child with those hips...she needs more meat and protein....
Iroku(coming in behind her): would you stop criticizing her....she must be nervous already given the task she must do
Phara turns around, a six foot handsome man with blond hair and the bluest eyes captivates her entirely
Phara(nervous): are you Iroku...my partner...
Iroku(smiling): yes you must be the birther...miss Phara the virgin
Phara(blushing): yes I am....nice to meet you sir...its an honor to be your mate
Iroku(cupping her face): the pleasure is all mine Phara...I would love to see that beautiful face of yours once we are alone together

Akame Ga Kill has been sitting in my anime recommendations list for a while now. I just finished watching it and I’ve gotta say. That stung deep.
Some of it was corny- as anything with getting stronger past human limits can be- but I have to say as one of my favourite tropes it was good.
I loved that none of the main cast were safe, including the main character.
However I also hate how attached I was to them. I hated when Sheele, Bulat, Chelsea, Lubb, Mine, Susano, Tatsumi and Leone died. It tore me apart. Even the bad guys.
As much as they made you hate them they weren’t all one dimensional, each of them had ideals, wants, dreams, and reasons behind their actions.
What hurt the most was seeing the Emporer die. I knew it was coming. I knew it. But out of all the cast- and honestly I loved the lot of them- the Emporer and Leone made me cry. Because that child, was only hurt and manipulated, and yet he had to walk down to his death.
Leone, she survived so long! She lived so long with those wounds and yet died smiling.
I often think about how I love when happy and angsty media stays that way. I relish in proper angst and death. If a character dies they stay dead.
KNY (Kimestu No Yaiba) did something similar but ultimately not. I mean. Really, the ending of the manga was disappointing but I’m also kinda happy they didn’t keep massacring characters. Though ultimately the main cast survived completely and that’s unforgivable.
But back to AGK. I’m almost looking forward to seeing the fandom rewrite deaths honestly? Alternate universe- no one dies.
But none of the deaths are senseless. Sheele dies to protect Mine and stick around. She even with her last breath does it. It’s also not a shock factor as it’s said they can die at any time.
Bulat was harder. I know why, reasonably, but I’m mad about it. His death was a major plot point to give Tatsumi Incursio, but I can’t say that the battle would have gone differently. Though in a world of an assassin gang, I’m surprised they’re not made to build of resistance to poison. You know how cool it would be to see Tatsume have to endure that training.
Chelsea... I honestly can’t say I enjoyed that death. She wasn’t my favourite character, in fact I didn’t like her much, but Kurome living upset me a lot. Chelsea took out Bols, yeah, but Kurome living so they could mount Chelsea’s head was not something I enjoyed, I was angry. Which goes to show that they can frame a death of a character I don’t like to invoke a reaction from me.
Lubb. Oh my god. Of the main cast, he was my favourite. I thought he’d live of all of them, or die sooner. Getting literally backstabbed, and then falling to his demise eventually to be impaled in front of Tatsumi. Nope, not for it. I honestly wanted to stop watching.
Susano + Mine. Honestly Mine dying was very much so something I was angry over when I thought she was going to blow up around Tatsumi. Nope, he saved her. But then you’re given this idea that she’s going to ask him out, and while I wasn’t for it, I was like, “you both would be so happy”.
That final battle with her didn’t give me an idea she was going to die. How would I know? She literally went ham and even kept on her grand ideals. I thought, “if anyone would survive this, it would be her!”
Then she... died. Mine wasn’t one of my favourite characters. I would definitely have traded her for Sheele. However I love her to death after her determination. I wish she could have seen the world without discrimination.
Susano was expected but I didn’t expect Najenda to live through that. Was disappointed when he didn’t kill Esdeath though. Her freeze time powers really made me swear and go, “fucking really?!?!” I was... not pleased she got a power boost. But I guess it made sense.
Tatsumi... okay I knew this. I got spoiled that all my favourite characters would die, and the main character would too. (Hah jokes on them, Run lived!)
But honestly, the way he died, hurt me. He wasn’t going to die initially, and then you see him get injury after injury saving everyone from being bulldozed and it’s like. No! Why?! I was... less than pleased. But more so because I thought he could have led a pretty happy life but considering all of his love interests die, not pleased.
Leone... well I’ve covered her. The Imperial Arms breaking made me freak out, and I was upset she allowed the Minister to shoot her so much. But she killed him, said goodbye to Akame, went to the slums to see old friends, then died in an alleyway with a smile on her face.
I must say, notably a villain I didn’t want to see die was Bols. Oh and the Emporer but I don’t consider him a villain.
See, our first imperial arms user- I forgot his name already tbh- that Tatsumi fought and Bols are similar. They’re executioners. HOWEVER! Bols shows regret, compassion and room for growth. If he didn’t follow orders, he probably could have been redeemed. He committed atrocities, but so did the only two remaining of the main cast. I loved seeing the impact of what being an executioner was like for two different characters.
A death I wanted from the get go of his character was the Minister’s son. I’m upset he died with Lubbs.
Then Esdeath and Tatsumi at the end. I think that was her winning in a way. They can’t bury their comrade anymore, she took him into death with her.
Another thing I’ll point out. Run... seemed to have changed from initially going around with Esdeath to when he is alone with Kurome and Wave as Kurome was dying.
I thought honestly he would be more sinister- it seemed like he was- but turns out he was a teacher wanting to change the world for the better.
I kinda prefer my idea he was going to torture Esdeath later and take her place but maybe that’s because of his angelic design.
Honestly this is the second anime I’ve watched new in full the past few years, the other one being Devilman Crybaby.
I gotta say. 8/10. Not everything was perfect, some things could be different but that’s my subjective taste.

NXT Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Review
Episode: 7.3.18
First Round: Authors of Pain vs TM-61:[***]
We start off the tournament with last year's final, which is kinda intruiguing but also means that one of those two teams are already out. It was a good match that had some good pace right from the start and had a nice flow, some cool spots (Miller's moonsault or even the powerbomb on the apron) and the aussies came so close to winning but they had to give up and suffer defeat after the last chapter. I personally would have made both go on in the tournament but it sucks that Miller and Thorne already lost after being back in the ring since i'd say less than a month and looking at the bracket it seems like a very rushed tournament unlike last year's edition. AOP move on and will face in the semifinals the winner of the 1st round match between Heavy Machinery and Street Profits.
Episode: 14.3.18
First Round: SAnitY vs Tino Sabbateli&Riddick Moss:[**]
It was a short and ok match where the heels got a bit of offence and then they the end up screwing up everything, hot tag by SAnitY  and then their belly to back&diving neckbreaker combination who gave them the win and make them advance in the tournament. Sabattelli&Moss need to improve and actually try to develop a character, while SAnitY is already Main roster material.
First Round: Street Profits vs Heavy Machinery:[**3/4]
Another short but solid match and this one felt also very enjoyable. Quick start with Heavymachinery going for the win but Ford managed to get the tag to his friend who almost got caught but their opponents' finisher but Ford was able to get Knight out of the ring and then they captalised Dawkins' DDT followed by a Frog Splash from Ford who get the masters of swag in the semifinals of the tournament. I love the street profits: they're good on the ring and fun to watch but they'll get crushed by AOP.
Episode: 21.3.18
Oney Lorcan&Danny Burch vs Pete Dunne&Roderick Strong:[***1/4]
Since Mustache Mountain is out of the tournament because of Bate's injuiry, the weird team formed by Pete Dunne&Roderick Strong gets to replace them. Personally i think this is the match i liked the most so far: it was fun, fast and very intense and i'm falling in love for the team of Lorcan&Burch because they are so similar and their style of wrestling is something i love: very direct and stiff and probably they should deserve more, because obviously they lost against Dunne&Strong. Based on what happened with Cole&Dunne/Strong, and also on the fact that who wins the tournament gets a title shot at Takeover against Fish&O'reilly, i'd say Dunne&Strong are at the moment the #1 favourite to win the Dusty Rhodes Classic and the match with Sanity will be very interesting to watch.
Episode: 28.3.18
Semifinals: Authors of Pain vs Street Profits:[nr]
I'd rather call this an Angle than a match because basically it was so short i can't call it a match. AOP got the job done immediately since Ford was ringside clowning and got distracted by Ellering and Dawkings got hit by the last Chapter from Akam and Rezar. Personally i hoped for at least a match even a bad one to be fair. AOP in the final was very predictable but it makes a lot of sense to even win the cup again. I hope the street profits will at least get to do something more after TakeOver.
Semifinals: Sanity vs Roderick Strong&Pete Dunne:[***1/4]
For the second semifinal we got a match and actually a solid one, with Strong&Dunne pulling off the “upset” and going to the finals. I personally predicted Sanity not winning the tournament and the change in the bracket also made my prediction more true since i feel that maybe if they want strong and dunne to “split” it might happen in the final or even at Takeover. Match itself was good and i loved the finish since that Cloud 9 into the Bitter end was cool (not well executed because it was a difficult spot but indeed a cool idea for a finishing tag team move)On papers, AOP vs Pete Dunne & Roderick Strong should be a hell of a match. Sanity is getting called up in the main roster very soon.
NXT Championship& Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Final: Undisputed Era vs Authors of Pain vs Roderick Strong&Pete Dunne:[***1/4]
So as we saw on NXT, the final was moved to Takeover and became a triple threat match. Now, the match was good, but i didn't understood the rules: it started off in a big mess and then the referee remember them that they had to tag themselves into the match? Why, it just ruins momentum and makes no sense. But what makes sense is the ending with Strong finally joining undisputed era, because he is probably sick and tired to be so close to winning something and then losing everything: it happened first with the nxt title, then with the cruiserweight tournament and then the UK title against Pete Dunne and being with Dunne in the tournament, it makes me thing it was already set before the start of the match. Strong turning heel is a really smart move because his stuff as heel in PWG was awesome and he needs someone to cover his weeknesses when he has to cut a promo and Cole being the leader and mouthpiece of Undisputed will be perfect.
Overall:It wasn't a great tournament, but at least it was enjoyable and watchable, but to be honest, i wasn't expecting something unbeliavable. If you're short on time, just watch the final, if you're not i liked also Strong-Dunne vs Lorcan&Burch. Personally, i hope this tournament will get upgraded  and become something like the Mae Young Classic or the Cruiserweight Classic [6.5]

Manga the Week of 3/22/17
SEAN: …eurgh.
Dark Horse has the 4th and final volume of Dangan Ronpa. Will anyone survive? And will any more manga spinoffs be licensed?
J-Novel Club debuts another series with a ludicrous-seeming premise, In Another World With My Smartphone. Still, they’ve won me over with ridiculous books before…
ASH: Though I’ve fallen way behind in my light novel reading, I do continue to be amused by the absurdity of some of these titles.
ANNA: That is sort of hilarious, but I’m just not a light novel reader. If only someone would bring back the 12 Kingdoms books…..
ASH: YES! I would love that so much.
MICHELLE: I was thinking about those books just the other day! I also would read the Saiunkoku light novels.
SEAN: Kodansha has a pile of stuff, including three more digital debuts. Altair: A Record of Battles is a long-running manga from Shonen Sirius, and it’s supposed to look fantastic. Also, more historical manga, yay! Basically, this is the sort of title the Off the Shelf column was made for.
ASH: I was not aware of this series at all! Definitely sounds like something that I’d be interested in reading.
MICHELLE: I don’t know much about it, but many of the covers are gorgeous, so that’s encouraging.
ANNA: Huh, this does sound intriguing.
MELINDA: Well, huh. I think you’re right!
SEAN: BLAME! Academy And So On is a spinoff of the main BLAME! manga that I think is similar to Spoof on Titan. It’s also digital only.
MICHELLE: I don’t know… I really loved BLAME!, perhaps to the point where I wouldn’t find a spoof amusing.
ANNA: I still need to read BLAME!.
SEAN: It’s not all digital. Clockwork Planet makes its print debut. It’s also Shonen Sirius, but seems to be more SF steampunk and fanservice.
And some series are ending, as we get the 7th and final volume of Forget Me Not.
The next digital debut next week is also a “Hey, Michelle and Melinda!” sort of series. Hozuki’s Coolheadedness is a long-running series from Weekly Morning, about a deputy of the King of Hell and his daily life. It’s won awards.
ASH: I’ve seen a little bit of the anime adaptation and it was great fun. I suspect the manga is as well!
MICHELLE: Totally on my list!
MELINDA: Oh yeah, this, so much this.
SEAN: Kodansha has a 3rd volume of In/Spectre and its wonderfully annoying female lead, who I love.
Lastly (at least digitally) is Museum, which runs in Young Magazine and looks dark and depressing as hell.
MICHELLE: I don’t typically go for dark and depressing, but this one seems to be a mystery complete in three volumes, and that does have some appeal.
SEAN: And a 4th volume of That Wolf-Boy Is Mine.
MICHELLE: I’m looking forward to this, which I believe is also the final volume.
SEAN: UQ Holder has transitioned from weekly to monthly in Japan, and that seems to mean volumes are coming out slower here as well. Here’s the 10th volume.
Seven Seas has some stuff as well. A Centaur’s Life never fails to puzzle and confuse me with what demographic it’s actually aiming for, even at its 11th volume.
Lord Marksman and Vanadis has a 3rd volume of fantasy action.
And there’s a 6th Merman in My Tub, which I think may have caught up with Japan.
More BLAME!, as Vertical is releasing the 3rd of its giant omnibus editions.
MELINDA: These really look so nice.
SEAN: Viz has a 5th volume of peppy slice-of-life comedy Goodnight Punpun.
ASH: Goodnight Punpun continues to devastate me, but I still find it compelling.
ANNA: I don’t think I have the emotional fortitude to read it yet.
ASH: It does take a fair amount; I have to time my reading carefully.
MICHELLE: I feel much the same, Anna.
SEAN: As well as another volume of Master Keaton, now in double digits.
ANNA: I love this series.
SEAN: And there always seems to be more Terra Formars, with its 17th volume.
Hooray! That’s it… oh wait, Yen. In fact, we’re not even halfway there. (sobs)
Yen On has 4 books this month, i.e. it’s a very light month for them. First off, Accel World 9 finally finishes off its huge 4-book arc.
Durarara!! also wraps up another arc with its 6th volume. All I can say is: pen. DRRR fans will know what I mean.
Log Horizon’s 7th volume shows us what Shiroe and his group were doing while the events of Book 6 happened.
And Re: Zero shows us Subaru trying desperately not to get killed by his maids.
Oh yes, and for digital lovers, volumes 7-10 of Spice & Wolf’s novels are also out next week.
Now for all the manga they’re releasing. Accel World also has a manga release with its 7th volume.
There’s a 5th volume of the Akame Ga KILL! ZERO spinoff.
The Asterisk War gets a 3rd manga volume.
Always enjoyable Barakamon has lucky Vol. 13, and I find I no longer keep comparing it to Yotsuba&!.
MICHELLE: I still plan to get caught up on Barakamon soon. I have a huge pile.
SEAN: Blood Lad has an 8th omnibus, and is nearing the finale but is not quite there yet.
MICHELLE: Yay! I haven’t read this series in ages.
SEAN: There’s a 3rd volume of the Boy and the Beast manga adaptation.
As well as a 2nd Bungo Stray Dogs.
ASH: As someone who is somewhat well-versed in Japanese literature, I got a huge kick out of the first volume and plan on reading more. I’m not sure the series works as well for people who don’t catch most of the references, though.
MELINDA: I plan on checking this out.
SEAN: More manga adaptations of light novels! Here’s the second Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody.
MORE manga adaptations of light novels! An 8th Devil Is a Part-Timer!.
Dragons Rioting has a 6th volume of what still appears to me to be mostly breasts.
Fruits Basket’s Collectors Edition has reached its penultimate volume, and features more angst than you can shake a stick at.
MICHELLE: Heh.
MELINDA: YES.
SEAN: There’s a 5th print volume of Handa-kun as well.
We have reached the last volume of He’s My Only Vampire, and while I enjoyed it, I am also very happy to see it’s ending.
MICHELLE: Same!
ANNA: One of the few vampire titles I haven’t read!!!
SEAN: The Honor Student at Magic High School continues to be irritatingly ahead of the light novel release with Vol. 6.
Kiniro Mosaic has a 2nd volume of cute girls being cute and maybe sort of yuri.
Then more yuri with the debut of Kiss and White Lily for My Dearest Girl, which may be from Comic Alive but is apparently on the ‘sweet and cute’ end of the yuri spectrum.
ASH: I plan on giving this one a look! The cover is adorable if nothing else.
MICHELLE: I’m looking forward to this one, too! My friend said, “It’s S. A with lesbians!”
MELINDA: Absolutely on my list!
SEAN: Love at Fourteen finally returns with a 6th volume, and let’s face it, these kids are fifteen now.
MICHELLE: Heh. Another series on the read-me-soon pile.
SEAN: EVEN MORE manga adaptations of light novels, with the 4th OreGairu manga, which it too long to type out.
Speaking of long titles, a 6th Of the Red, the Light and the Ayakashi.
ASH: I really need to catch up with this series! I enjoyed the early volumes, but have fallen behind.
SEAN: Return of the Son of manga adaptations of light novels, with the 6th Strike the Blood manga.
Manga Adaptations of Light Novels Must Be Destroyed with the 5th Sword Art Online: Progressive manga, which as always needs MORE ARGO.
A third print volume of Today’s Cerberus.
Twinkle Stars has a 2nd omnibus, and I suspect will continue to deal with not being Fruits Basket.
MICHELLE: But it’s so good!
MELINDA: I am behind on this, and can’t even quite believe I let that happen!
SEAN: And there’s an 8th (really 9th) Ubel Blatt omnibus.
So that’s 48 titles, and that’s not even counting the 2 that Yen delayed to the week after next just because. I think this is a new record. What say you?

The Poison Sister
Chapter 4
Haunting Memories
Warning: sexual assault, manipulation, and abuse, kind of incest..? (Biting is meant for mating, but he’s biting her to use her manipulation of memories and dreams..)
Memories
Normal
Tumblr media
“Lady Akame!!” Jaken yelped. He watched the female walk down the path ahead of them. Her eyes graced forward and only a slight twitch of her tipped ears showed that she heard the imp. “Why are you alone Jaken?” the female questioned. “L-lord Sesshomaru’s arm had been cut clean off! D-during a battle with Inuyasha!!” he yelled. “H-he needs your healing abilities my lady..” he mumbled. She turned looking at Jaken closely then nodded and walked towards him.
The imp led her through the forest and towards the laying demon. “You truly are pointless.” she mumbled. “I can’t heal a limb, but I can’t stop the bleeding.” she stated. Her boots clicked as she stepped on a tree stump and sat down. She grabbed his sleeve, forcing him to sit up and ignoring his threatening growl. “Growl at me all you want, it’s not getting you anywhere.” she firmly stated.
The two said nothing, the female only watching as a bright red light emitted from her left hand healing the harsh ripped skin. He took notice of their mother’s scent crossing against her skin, but also the sight of So’unga strapped her back neatly underneath her boa; which had slipped down and wrapped around her elbows. Silver strands where tied back in a loose ponytail, and golden eyes shining brightly in the darkness. When he looked at her, the first thing he thought of was royalty. She didn’t wear a crown or a fancy kimono, but instead held a confident gaze with a powerful attitude. She held marking that only a true royal daiyokai could hold, a sword of a great dog demon; a body filled with poison that could kill the strongest demon in mere seconds. Her whole being screamed queen of the world. But yet she wasn’t. She refused her title. Refused her marriage. Refused her royal name.
Just as he had done the same thing.
Jaken stared at his lord cut arm, as the skin was no longer gushing blood nor was the skin torn and rotten; but instead fully healed over and sealed. Akame had departed to a river to wash her hands of any blood. She spoke nothing to her older brother, only when she called him ‘pointless’. But yet even after he almost had her killed, she still helped his arm. He slowly stood up ignoring Jaken’s yells for him to rest. The daiyokai made his way towards the river and looked at the female.
She sat on her knees cleaning her hands, her boa laying beside her along with Murasume and So’unga. “So mother had the sword this whole time.” he stated. The female just hummed and sat back fixing her kimono sleeves, and then pulled up her stockings more. She then stood up and pushed her hair back fixing the ponytail. “Mother sends her regards. Says you should visit sometime.” she stated. She picked her things and walked away, the small fox quikcly jumping onto her shoulder. “Akame.” the male growled. Her pace stopped and she looked down and then back towards him. “What happened that night?” his voice was cold, but his eyes showed slight concern for the girls well-being. “Why do you care? Why don’t you continue believing what you assume. You spent over 60 years believing it, so why ask for the truth now?” she questioned.
He walked towards her grabbing her arm, turning her body so she was facing him. He could see her darkened veins showing the miasma draining through her body has not left yet. She looked to the side the fox leaving her shoulder and began chasing Jaken. “Why do you care..?” she whispered. “Because your still my sister.” he growled. “And if you refuse to tell me, then I’ll find out myself.” he growled. Her body was shoved against a tree, his palm pressing against her wrist causing a black chain to wrap around both of their hands, his fangs dug into the crook of her neck.
The female clenched her teeth grabbing onto the sleeve his kimono, her eyes glowing brightly as a blue barrier surrounded them. Everything soon went black and memories sank around the two of them. Memories that have been haunting her.
Akame sat on the bank looking over the flowing river. She had a long black and red kimono on, and murasume laid beside her. Long silver strands blowing in the wind, and gold eyes mimicking the shimmering moon. ‘I know your back there Kikyo.’ the female mumbled. The priestess walked out slowly and made her way towards the young daiyokai.
Akame stood against the tree watching, her hand clenching her older brothers kimono tightly; his fangs digging into her skin harder. “S-Sesshomaru.. p-please stop..” she whispered. He just shifted closer as he growled against her skin.
‘Kirinmaru..?’ the female whispered. She slowly stood up as Kikyo walked away hiding her smirk. Miasma surrounded the area causing the daiyokai’s body to weaken. Her eyes glazed over as she fell back slightly, her back colliding with the ground. The imitation daiyokai for on top of her, miasma emitting from his body. ‘Stop...’ she whispered.
Her kimono was torn from her body, the demon crying for the man to stop. Her virgin body was slammed into, her lips parting and a silent cry left her lips. Blood dripped from her ruined cunt, and tears began falling down her cheeks. The demon began to pound into her, laughing as her cries got louder begging for him to stop. Each time she attempted to fight back the miasma got stronger causing her body to weaken. The demon was using the royal daiyokai, scentencing her to death by her own families hand. Poisoning her royal blood by stealing the only innocent part of her body.
Tears fell down her cheeks as her body slowly fell limp against her older brother. Small cries left her throat. She tried to break loose of his hold no longer wanting to see the memories. But the chains held them together until he removed his fangs. She slammed her eyes shut crying as she struggled. The first time Sesshomaru had bit her, Tōga had to rip the boy from her body. She remembered blood gushing from her throat, and how her father tried everything he could to rid of the wound. Tōga and Inukimi almost killed the boy once the wound had been fully healed.
Her body laid there, kimono torn and only covering her bloodied cunt and breasts. Blood and semen had sank across her thighs, while the female looked broken. She slowly pulled herself up and clawed her way to the river, sinking inside. A blue light surrounded the pond, and a loud scream from the demon could be heard. A deep guttural growl echoed across the air. But the female looked as if she noticed nothing around her.
But the moment her older brother came into view, her tear filled eyes met his. Her body weakened and covered in scratches. The scent of virgin blood covered the land. A growl left the older siblings throat. ‘Whore.’ he growled. That word brought the female over the edge. A cry left her lips and she entangled her clawed hands into her hair shaking her head. ‘I-I’m not! I t-told him t-to s-stop...’ she whimpered. ‘Tch. Your pathetic. And a disgrace to this family, just like father.’ he growled. The siblings soon turned and left the shattered girl. ‘Brother..!’ she cried out.
Finally she was released from her brothers hold and fell to the grassy field. Her knees digging into the ground as she gripped her neck, her body shivering. The memories leaving a cold sweat graze across her silk skin. Blood dripped from her brothers lips as he stared forward with blood filled eyes. He was angry. Very very angry.
Akame sat alone in the clearing, her brother having left her a while ago. She had given up on attempting to stop the bleeding, and just allowed the blood to soak the top of her kimono. “Are you proud father?” the female mumbled. “Our family is just filled with a bunch of fucked up demons..” she whispered. “Royal blood... Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard..” she whispered. “Would you have reacted the same way brother had..? Am I whore for not being able to fight back.?” she questioned once more. She then clenched her teeth and slammed her head back against the tree. “Why the hell did you go after that woman?!” she yelled.
Unknown to her senses, a male spirit stood close behind her; staring at her with saddened amber eyes. So’unga glowed slightly as the female looked down, silver bangs covering her eyes. Blood dripped from So’unga, and soon gathered across the ground and surrounded the spirit. Akame soon looked up and looked over at the sword of hell. “What are you doing..?” she whispered. She slowly stood up and watched the blood trail and followed it, only to see the blood was surrounding nothing. At least nothing she could see.
She turned to the sword once more, stepped forward and wrapping her hand around the hilt. Slowly picking it up and looking at it. “That’s real blood... What the hell are doing- Ah!” she yelped. She dropped the sword and looked at her hand watching smoke rise from it. The scent of poison dripped from her. “How..?” she whispered. She quikcly jumped back overnight her nose and mouth letting out a strain of coughs. “Shit..” she mumbled. She quickly waved her hand allowing a black barrier to surround her.
Akame’s arm slowly fell from her face, her golden eyes wide, and her heart sped up. The barrier fell and the poison that came off of So’unga went straight towards her veins, only it didn’t burn her this time. “F-father..?” she whispered. Gold eyes met amber ones, her shorter form growing smaller as the tall daiyokai stood with slight confused look. Her lips parted to speak but nothing came out. Her frail body slowly fell back and she passed out, both from the poison but also the wound inflicted across her neck.

Akame stated at the strangely dressed human. She sat on a mat with her arms tied behind her back, long curly black hair and brown eyes. She also wore a strange white top and short green bottoms. She didn’t smell demonic nor spirtual; just an average human with a touch of sweetness. “Why were you trying to free my brother?” Akame finally spoke. She pushed herself off the hut she was leaning against and walked towards the girl kneeling down to her height. “Who are you hm?” She questioned. “M-my name is Kagome! And I wasn’t trying to free anyone! I was grabbed by this creature and it pulled me into a well back at my shrine, and before I knew it I was here..” the girls stumbled. The daiyokai hummed and stood up cutting the ties loose with her claws. “Demon!!” the villagers yelled. Akame quikcly looked up and grabbed the girl before the centipede could grab her, quickly jumping up and over the creature. “Into the forest girl. Now.” the female growled. Kagome quikcly nodded and took off as the centipede followed.
Akame jumped up and jumped from tree to treee. She couldn’t use her poison with Inuyasha and the human in the forest, so she only relied on claws, and simple demon strength. She then stopped when she noticed the glowing within Kagome’s side. “I see. You carry the shikon jewel.” she mumbled. She jumped down pulling out an arrow and placing it in the string of her bow, pulling it back and shooting it. Black smoke surrounded the arrow as it struck the bottom of the demons body. The demon let out a scream of pain and quikcly turned around attacking the western princess.
The female sat against a tree watching as the human pulled the arrow from her younger half brother chest. She clenched her teeth and jumped up before the centipede could touch her. “Damn her..” she growled. Keade yelled at the teenage girl and Inuyasha sprang out and sliced the centipede in seconds. The daiyokai jumped down and grabbed Inuyasha by the throat before he could run at Kagome. “Control your urges little brother.” the female stated. The hanyo glared up at the female before his eyes widened when he realized who it was. She smiled and jumped back as the spirtual beads wrapped around her brothers neck. “Pick a word human.” Akame said. “A word??” Kagome yelled. She screamed and ran when Inuyasha started running at her once more. She ran out into a bridge and then quikcly ran off when Inuyasha stepped onto a bridge. “Sit boy!!” Echoed through the air. The hanyo slammed face first into the bridge. The female continued echoing the words until the hanyo fell through the bridge.

Jaken let out a gasp as he stood behind his lord. “Lady Akame!” the imp yelled. He silverette sat on a cliff side looking down ignoring the sound of the imp. She soon stood up the moment her brother attempted to step near her, and just walked away. She was tossing something up in the air and catching it each time it went back to her hand. The small fox quickly ran and walked beside her mewling cutely. “You shouldn’t walk away when lord Sesshomaru approaches you!” The imp stammered out. “Are you giving me orders Jaken? I thought you would have learned to respect the superiors of this land.” she stated. She turned hair blowing back showing off black and red eyes. The imp quickly ran behind the demon lord. The female then turned back around and walked away once more. “Inuyasha is awake is that correct?” the older sibling questioned. She hummed and continued walking until she was finally out of her brothers sight. She just wanted a bit of peace and quiet, listening to Inuyasha yell at Kagome wasn’t the best thing for a demons ears.
She stepped inside the hut smiling softly at Kagome. Kagome smiled back and sat up straight when the daiyokai sat across from her. “He keeps calling you Kikyo doesn’t he?” Akame questioned. The human girl nodded letting out a sigh. “He’s an idiot, typical half breed.. You two look nothing alike, although you do smell like her though. But you would think he would be able to tell the difference.” she muttered. “You knew her..?” Kagome questioned. The silverette nodded and leaned back against the wall. “Yeah, we use to be close, until something happened and she ruined a very close family relationship.” she stated. “Oh cry me a river! She ruined nothing between you and Sesshomaru! He’s just a damn idiot and fell for a lie that never happened!” the hanyo yelled from outside. “But it did happen Inuyasha. He just happened to walk in during it.” the female replied back. “Well still if the bastard is still holding it against you, then he’s just as pathetic as I remember.” he called back. The female shook her head and looked off to the side, her eyes closing and soon falling asleep.
“What happened? To her and this Sesshomaru..?” Kagome asked quietly. Keade looked towards the sleeping daiyokai. “Sesshomaru is her older brother, and Inuyasha’s older half brother. Akame spent a good 20 years protecting Izayoi and helping with Inuyasha after his mother had passed.. My sister had a demon portray Akame’s fiancé Kirinmaru. Turns out the demon had protrayed himself so well to the point Akame didn’t even realize, and the demon wound up raping the princess of the west. Sesshomaru found her the next morning and called her a disgrace to the family name and refused to let her speak on her behalf. After that Sesshomaru completely cut Akame from his life, and Akame did the same to Kikyo. Due to her being a princess and a younger female she wasn’t to court anyone until she was fully mated.. But since her virgin blood was taken, she can be considered an outcast and her mate now has the option to kill her when it’s his time to wake..” Keade explained.
Kagome looked at Akame with saddened eyes. “Her own brother shoved her away after she was tricked and traumatized..” she whispered. “That’s awful... He can’t even be considered an older brother if that’s how he acts.” Kagome stated. Inuyasha was listening when looking through the small crack watching Akame sleeping form. He remebered her coming back to the village with this broken look. He wanted to kill his older brother when he learned of what happened, but he couldn’t hate Kikyo though; even if he wanted to.
Tumblr media
Soon the 3 where up and ready, Kagome was walking through the village while Inuyasha was up in a tree. The human took notice of the female daiyokai was standing against a tree outside of the village, her sword balancing against her leg, along her with bow. “One cut killer, Murasame.” Kagome said quietly. The female looked towards her then down at her sheared blade. “Smart aren’t you?” she asked smiling. “I’ve read about it. The blade an only be possessed by someone who has poison running through their veins.. It can kill the strongest man with just a simple cut.” Kagome stated.
The female smiled and pulled the sword from it sheath and holding out in front of her, black demonic energy surrounding the sword. “My father; the great dog demon could barely even handle the poison.” she said simply. I’m the only one who can naturally withstand a cut from this blade. It’s how I become my full form. I’ll show you sometime if you decide to stick around.” she said smiling. Kagome smiled and nodded watching the female out the sword back. The two began walking along the village speaking about the future and the feudal era.
The daiyokai’s arm wrapped around Kagome’s waist quickly jumping up away from a bird demon. “Damn things.” she mumbled. Kagome looked down at the females arm blushing lightly ,and felt cold when the demon female let go. “It got the jewel shard!” Kagome yelled in realization. “Swallowed it.” Akame mumbled. “Well why are you attacking it?!” Inuyasha yelled. “Because if I attack it then the jewel will be unpure and unusable dumbass!” the female yelled back. The two bickered both barking at one another. “Dumbass go get it! I can’t touch the jewel!” the female finally closed it. She glared at him as he picked Kagome up taking Akame’s bow and arrows. “Idiot..” she mumbled. She jumped down and quikcly pulled the villagers away from the river, her claws striking and poison covered bellow the bird. So the moment it dropped the demon would melt. “Hold your breath!” she yelled towards the humans. They all quickly obeyed covering their mouths and noses with their sleeves.
“She’s using the foot... She can’t shoot.. That’s brilliant.” the daiyokai stated. She stood beside Keade who was keeping her nose and mouth covered. The demon quikcly covered her eyes as bright pink lights shot through the air. Her eyes wideneing when she realized what they were. “She broke the shard..” she whispered. She jumped down and watched as the bird melted into the poison. She pulled her sword I put and pressed it down watching as it took absorbed the poison cleaning the water once more. The villagers removed their sleeves from their noses and mouths allowing them to take in a breath.
Tumblr media
Kagome walked with the female daiyokai, both getting away from Inuyasha’s constant yelling. “If you would want, I can come with you both to search for the shards. I can see them, just can’t touch them.” Akame offered. Kagome smiled and nodded putting her arms around the daiyokai. Akame blinked in confusion looking at the human girl but didn’t push her away. “Your a strange human..” the female muttered. She pat the girls head then moved her away. “I’m kinda bored with doing the same thing everyday, could use a bit of a change.” She said simply. Kagome smiled and the two began walking back to the village, but Akame stopped and looked back. “Hm? What’s wrong Akame?” Kagome asked. “Head back to the village. I’ll be there in a bit.” she stated. She jumped up and flew off to the distance. ‘I know this scent.. It’s mixed with Sesshomaru’s..’ she thought. ‘The hell are you up to..?’
The female dropped down and looked seeing her older brother sitting near a large dragon. “Izayoi..” she mumbled. Her eyes widening at the sight of the passed human woman. “The hell do you think your doing huh?! If your attempting to trick Inuyasha into your bullshit, it’s not gonna work!” she yelled out to her brother. “Merely tricking a half demon isn’t hard little sister.” the demon stated. She reached back grabbing her bow and pulling out and arrow, pulling the string back and aiming it towards him. “Leave the half demon be Sesshomaru. He wants nothing to do with, just as you want nothing to do with him.” she stated. The bow shook and she shot the arrow causing the poison filled arrow to sweep paste the large demon causing a loud roar. Jaken yelled and ran away from the large demon as the females poison struck it.
She would never strike her own brother but merely push him back. Akame stepped back and moved away placing her bow back in its place. “You’ve grown soft towards the half breed, but yet you still say you hate them.” Sesshomaru stated. She looked back towards him smiling softly and brushing a strand of silver behind her ear. “I don’t hate them, I despise half demons; they’re blood is tainted and defiled and I find it disgusting that he shares my fathers blood. But he still my blood, and as his older sister, I shall protect my blood.” she stated softly. “Something you shall never know about, Sesshomaru.” she stated softly. She then turned away once more and continued walking humming quietly to herself. “By the way. If Inuyasha is to wield Tenseiga; then leave him be. You should be happy you at least got something from father.” she stated softly. Her eyes glossed over as she continued walking. “Because not all of us are as special..” she mumbled. She soon disappeared completely no longer wishing to be in sight of her older brother.

Tomoe, The Eastern Tigress - Chapter Seven
Chapter Seven - Hougen’s Cruelty
The blizzard raged on that night. Inside the shed, Gin, John, and Akame had finished their meal and were fast asleep. Akame’s ear would flick occasionally; ninja dogs were light sleepers, their ears trained to pick up sounds of danger even while sleeping. Before it’d reached midnight, the Kishu’s ears picked up the faintest sound of paws walking through the snow. Akame was awake almost instantly.
“Gin,” he barked. “John.”
“Mmmph...” John grunted as he stirred. He flashed the Kishu an annoyed glare. “What the fuck, Akame...?”
“Something’s not right,” Akame explained. Padding towards the windows of the shed, he glanced out. As he feared, the small structure was surrounded by a small army of dogs. “We’re surrounded...!”
Gin and John immediately felt more awake at that news. They stood up, joining Akame at the window. It was just as he said. Neither of them could even count just how many dogs were standing there, partially obscured by the snow. Two dogs approached the shed, a Borzoi, like Reika had described, and what had to be the largest Great Dane they’d ever seen.
“They’re in there, sir!” the Borzoi was saying. “They’ve got nowhere to run to!”
“That big guy...” John muttered, his fur bristling. “It’s obvious he’s the leader, but something about him rubs me the wrong way. He’s not like that Nero guy...”
“It could be Hougen,” Gin suggested. “I didn’t think he’d find us so quickly...”
“Heh...” John licked his chops. “Then we’ll just have to take him out right here and now. I’ll crush him easily.”
“It won’t be that simple, John,” said Akame, though John was already padding up to a hole in the roof of the shed and jumping out. “John!”
John ignored Akame’s warning as he stepped onto the snow-covered roof. Adrenaline was pumping through his veins as the Dane’s eyes locked onto him. The Shepherd showed no fear; his body was already lowered into an offensive position.
“Yo,” the Dane yelled as he came to a stop. “I hear you three are the top dogs of Ohu. Is that true?”
“Who’s askin’?” John shot back.
“I am,” the Dane replied boldly. “Now answer the question: are you three Ohu’s top dogs?”
“Tell me who you are first, and maybe I’ll consider answering.” The air grew tense as the two males challenged each other, neither showing signs of backing down. Gin and Akame joined their friend on the roof.
“What do you want from us?” Gin asked with a firm voice. The Dane’s eyes wandered over to the Akita, his jowls stretching back into a smile.
“Aha...” he cooed. “That tora-ge fur...those scars...you’re definitely Gin.”
“And you’re Hougen, I presume?” Gin refused to show any signs of fear. If this was Hougen, as he assumed, then Gin knew that any display of weakness would be preyed upon. That’s the sort of male Hougen was, according to what the trio had learned in the past six months. The Dane chuckled at Gin’s confidence, before slowly turning and squatting over the snow. John’s eyes widened.
“What the...?” he said in alarm. The Great Dane’s followers gasped as they watched their leader force out a lump of fecal matter. With one final grunt, it fell out onto the snow. The Dane sneered up at the three leaders.
“I’ll tell you what,” he barked slyly. “How’s about a deal? That mouthy Shepherd eats my shit, and maybe I’ll tell you if I’m Hougen or not.”
“You disgusting piece of shit!” Rage filled John’s body. “Someone as filthy as you can only be Hougen! I don’t need to eat shit to prove that!”
“How childish...” Akame grunted, also disgusted by Hougen’s lack of decency. “But John...don’t buy into his games. He’s only trying to embarrass us.”
“I know that...!” The Shepherd snapped. “Grrr...! What do we do then!?”
“Isn’t it obvious?” Hougen interrupted. “Surrender and make things easy for me. It’s inevitable that I’ll take over Ohu, so why not give in while you can? Gehehe...” As the male spoke, Gin whispered to his companions.
“We need to make a run for it,” he said. “If a dog gets in your way, take them down, but we need to focus on leaving.”
“I’m not a fan of running away...” John grunted.
“I know,” replied Gin. “But we need the rest of the army to know what’s coming. If we die here, who’ll warn our families about Hougen?”
John didn’t respond, but Gin already knew the answer. He looked at Akame, and the Kishu nodded to him. The plan was set. Together, the three dogs leapt from the roof and onto the ground below. Hougen perked.
“Oho? So you’ve decided to welcome death after all? Well, in that case...” Hougen lifted his head, shouting aloud. “All of you! Rip ‘em apart!”
A fierce battle cry filled the air as Hougen’s army advanced on the three males. As Gin commanded, John and Akame didn’t focus on trying to take anyone out if they could avoid it. They slipped under pouncing dogs and kicked away any fool that got too close. Some of Hougen’s males would try to attack all at once, latching onto the fleeing dogs in an attempt to slow them down.
“Hrah!” Gin jumped into the air as dogs clung to his body. He landed on his back, crushing them beneath his weight.
“Gyaaaaaah!” A dog cried out as John slashed his throat. Akame, meanwhile, stepped on the heads of several dogs like stepping stones. Out of the corner of his eye, he searched to see of Hougen was anywhere nearby. Oddly enough, the Dane was nowhere to be found.
“Akame!”
The ganin turned his attention over to Gin. The Akita stood nearby, panting as he struggled against a swarm of attacks. Looking over at him, Gin ordered:
“Use your shinobi techniques! Escape while you can and head to Ohu!”
“Uh...?” Akame gasped. “Are you sure, Gin?”
“Yes...!” Gin brought down a paw on an enemy’s head, knocking him unconscious. “One of us needs to warn Ohu! John and I’ll keep distracting them. You go!”
“Yeah, Akame!” agreed John from afar as he knocked away a few soldiers from his body. “We’ve got this!”
Akame grunted in dismay. Though it was a reasonable plan, it just didn’t sit right with the male to leave behind the comrades he’d respected and saw as his family. Still...Gin was his leader, first and foremost; Akame couldn’t refuse his command. Closing his eyes and gritting his teeth, Akame forced himself onward.
“Gin...! John...!” Akame performed a great leap over the last of the dogs, making his way to the nearest gathering of trees and climbing his way up. He felt a tear stream down his face. “Please...don’t die!”
“That’s enough, you bastards!”
The battle came to a sudden halt as Hougen spoke. John and Gin paused, bracing themselves as Hougen reappeared in front of them. Rocket’s brother, Missile, was hanging onto a squirming dog. Gin’s maw fell open in shock.
“Reika!”
Both Ohu males stared in dismay as the unfortunate female was brought before them, whimpering and sobbing as Missile’s fangs threatened to tear into the side of her neck. Hougen looked at her, smirking, before returning his gaze to Gin and John.
“I don’t have any mercy, so...” Hougen paused to chuckle sadistically. “Keep resisting if you want. Just know that this cutie dies if you do.”
“Boss...!” Reika cried. “I’m so sorry! They ambushed me! Please...don’t stop fighting on my account...!”
“How low can you get, you bastard!?” a furious John roared.
“Shut up!” Hougen snapped. “As long as I win, it doesn’t matter what tricks I have to use, gyahahaha!” As Hougen laughed, his followers began biting Reika’s legs and belly. She screamed in pain. Gin shook his head, his ears flattening against his head.
“Stop...!” he begged. “Just stop! Let her go, Hougen!” The Dane flashed a toothy grin at Gin. Finally, everything was falling into place. Raising his head again, he howled to his soldiers:
“This is it, boys! Take them down!”
Gin and John watched, bracing themselves, as Hougen’s males grew closer and closer...
Two days had passed since Kaibutsu’s death. As Jerome had said, the humans returned to Futago Pass once more to retrieve the monster’s body. The Ohu soldiers had gathered at the near the base of the waterfall, watching as Kaibutsu’s body was airlifted away, never to be seen again. Jerome made sure to stay out of sight, still feeling great shame over how he’d failed to die alongside his comrades. If his masters believed him to be dead, then so be it.
Once the humans were gone and peace settled over the Pass, the remaining members of Ohu attempted to continue living as they did before. As of now, there were only 29 dogs. The Dog Paradise, once lively and filled with dogs, was eerily quiet. Dogs who’d died and not been laid to rest were given burials; a lengthy task, but no one complained. Inside Gajou, a large chamber had been created due to the cave-in, one big enough for everyone to gather inside and sleep during the night.
The evening of the second day came quickly. Tomoe sat in front of Gajou, looking up at the darkening sky with a look of content on her face. It’d been so long since she could properly gaze at the stars.
“Hello there, youngster,” a voice called to her. Looking over her shoulder, Tomoe saw Ben padding up to her. She smiled.
“Oh hey, Uncle Ben,” Tomoe chirped. “I thought you’d gone to sleep already.”
“Not yet.” The large male took a seat. “Had something on my mind.”
“Mmm?”
“Gin, John and Akame have been gone all this time...” Ben’s blind eyes looked towards the sky. “And no one can be sure when they’re coming back exactly. We don’t have the substitutes anymore, so we need someone to fill in.”
“I thought you were already doing that, Uncle,” Tomoe said, cocking a brow.
“You could say that,” replied Ben. “But, really, I only took up the job because I used to be Ohu’s General back when Riki was alive. I plan on going back into retirement now that things have calmed down. And who better to take my place than John’s own daughter?”
“Eh...!?” Tomoe stood up, staring, wide-eyed, at the old male. “You want me to lead Ohu!?”
“Hoho...calm down, youngster. You won’t be leading by yourself. Your father’s the new General these days, so you’ll be filling in for him. Meanwhile, Gin’s role will be filled by Weed.” Ben then glanced back, making a beckoning motion with his head. “Come on out, you two.”
As if on cue, Weed and Jerome appeared from the entrance of Gajou. Tomoe stared at them intensely, her eyes narrowing.
Oh, great... she thought sarcastically. The pipsqueak and his new lap dog... In all honesty, Tomoe wasn’t exactly sure why Weed rubbed her the wrong way. Jerome was a different story; his cold demeanor and odd obsession with Weed was obnoxious to her. The puppy, however, hadn’t really done anything to her, aside from getting singled out because he was Gin’s son. Perhaps that was the main reason. A petty one, maybe, but a reason nonetheless. Tomoe kept those negative thoughts to herself as the Akita mix and the Shepherd joined the conversation.
“Mr. Ben talked it over with us already,” Weed said. “He thinks I should fill in as Boss until my father returns to Ohu.”
“I’ve offered to act as his advisor,” Jerome added. “It’s the least I can do. Weed offered me a new purpose, and this one seemed the most appropriate.” It took all of Tomoe’s willpower not to roll her eyes. “Consider me as your number three until that Akame fellow returns.”
“I know both you and Weed are young,” Ben said to Tomoe. “But long ago, Gin proved to me that even a child could do great things. If you feel any doubts, you just need to talk to us. You won’t have to be alone, Tomoe.”
“Mmph...” the young bitch murmured as she thought it over. “Just until Dad comes back, huh...? Well...alright. I’ll do it, Uncle.”
“I’m glad,” said Ben with a calm smile. He stood up, yawning. “Alright. I’ll go and settle down for now. You youngsters don’t stay up too late, hmm?”
Ben slowly made his way back into Gajou, his nose and ears guiding him. Weed, Tomoe, and Jerome were left alone, all of them silent. The mountain winds blew about, ruffling their coats. After a moment of silence between the three of them, Weed decided to speak.
“I don’t think we’ve officially met,” he said with a grin. “I’m Weed.”
“So I’ve heard,” replied Tomoe coolly. Jerome watched her closely, listening to the tones in her voice and examining the emotions in her eyes. “The name’s Tomoe.”
“I’m sure we’ll make a great team,” Weed said, his tail swishing.
“If you say so.” The female lazily ran a tongue over her paw.
“Hmm? What’s the matter? Don’t you think so?”
Tomoe didn’t respond at first. Glancing at Jerome, she could see the clear distaste in his eyes. She snorted. She wouldn’t apologize for not falling head over heels for a puppy she barely knew.
“I never said I didn’t,” she finally said. “I’m just not sure if you’re actually ready for this, kid.”
“He’s ready,” Jerome cut in. His voice seemed almost defensive. Tomoe scrunched her muzzle. “Don’t worry about him. Like I said before, I’ll be his advisor. The Veterans have given their approval already. Of course, if you also need assistance, I’d be happy to oblige.”
“I’ll be fine,” Tomoe assured bluntly. “I’d like to figure things out for myself, if you don’t mind.”
“Mmph,” was Jerome’s reply. Weed looked between the two Shepherds. He could tell there was some tension in the air. Quickly, he spoke up.
“Maybe tomorrow we can organize a big hunt with the rest of the army?” he suggested. “It could be--”
“WEED!”
The three dogs perked their ears at the sound of GB’s voice. Looking towards the woods, they could see the Setter emerging, printing towards Gajou.
“Come quickly!” he shouted. “It’s Akame! Akame’s here! Tomoe, you come too!”
“Uh...!?” Tomoe gasped. “If Akame’s here...”
“Father must be back!” an ecstatic Weed cried. Hastily, he rushed to meet GB, Jerome following behind him. Tomoe, however, didn’t see so certain that all was well. She couldn’t explain it, but there was a bad feeling deep in her gut. Something wasn’t right. Tomoe rushed to catch up with the other dogs, and together they ran to the base of the Pass. When they arrived, they could see Ken, Kagetora, Harutora and Nobutora already there, surrounding a familiar, white Kishu who was lying in a thin layer of snow.
“Uncle Akame!” shouted Tomoe. The other dogs looked up, seeing GB, Weed, Jerome and Tomoe approaching.
“Ah, there they are, sir,” Ken said, looking back at the ganin. “Weed and Tomoe.”
Akame looked up, his eyes widening at the two youngsters. When he looked at Weed, he momentarily believed that he had fallen into the past, and that a younger Gin was approaching him. The resemblance between Weed and Gin was uncanny; one would never even guess that the puppy had Kishu blood. Akame then looked up at Tomoe. When he last saw her, she was about the size of Weed, maybe a bit bigger. Now, she was a young adult adorning scars of battle. Her resemblance to John was 100% the same, but it was definitely close.
“Uncle...!” Kagetora whispered in awe. Akame snapped back into reality, feeling the wetness of tears on his cheeks.
“If only your fathers were here to see you both...” The ganin whispered softly.
“Where are they, Mr. Akame?” Weed asked, looking around. “Didn’t they come with you?”
“I...” Akame paused, biting his lip. “I’m afraid that Gin and John are in terrible danger...”
Everyone was taken aback. The air had suddenly gotten chillier as Akame’s words sank in. Danger? What sort of danger!?
“What’s happened to my father!?” exclaimed Weed. He stepped closer to the Kishu. “Tell me, Akame!”
“Give him space, damn it...!” Tomoe snapped, forcing the puppy away with a paw. Her voice quivered, something that neither the Kais nor Ken had ever heard from Tomoe before. She wasn’t the type to scare easily. It was obvious that whatever had happened to John was causing her great distress. Regardless of this, Weed narrowed his eyes at the female.
“We’ve been investigating a series of rumors and violent pack takeovers in the Southern Alps,” Akame explained. “We found out about a male named Hougen and his plans to take over Ohu...”
“What!?” Harutora exclaimed.
“We were on our way back, but...” Akame continued. “Hougen ambushed us...! Gin told me to escape and warn everyone.”
“They’re not dead, are they?” asked Tomoe quickly.
“I doubt it,” the Kishu assured. “Gin and John are strong males. A couple of common dogs won’t be enough to kill them. If anything, Hougen’s probably going to hold them prisoner.”
“We can’t just stand around here then...!” said Kagetora. He looked to Weed. “Weed! We need to go and rescue them right now!”
“But...” Weed murmured in uncertainty. Tomoe snarled.
“What do you mean “but”?” she spat.  “All that talk about meeting Gin and you’re hesitating?” Jerome stepped towards Tomoe, uttering a low, warning growl. Tomoe ignored him.
“It’s not like that!” Weed defended himself. “Ohu only has 29 soldiers now! How can we leave the Paradise!?”
“29 soldiers!?” Akame echoed, unable to believe his ears.
“Unfortunately, we lost most of the Ohu soldiers due to an attack from a monster,” Ken was quick to explain. “It’s a long story...Weed has a point, though, Tomoe. If this Hougen guy wants to take over Ohu, leaving the Paradise without dogs would be foolish.”
“Let’s discuss this later,” Nobutora spoke up. “Please...Mr. Akame needs to rest.”
Everyone had to agree. For Akame’s sake, they’d stopped arguing. Easing the Kishu onto his back, Ken led the group back towards the stronghold. Little did they know, their entire conversation had been watched.
Hiding in the shadows, taking in every word, was Rocket.

A Fallen Star
Gotta make it…
Gotta make it…
I’ve gotta make it!
Those words had been echoing in Orion’s head for days. The young male raced through the forest undergrowth, his tongue lolling from the side of his mouth. His claws sank into the soft soil, launching him forward with each step. How many miles he had traveled, he couldn’t be sure. But what he did know what that the murderous bear, Monsoon, was in the area. The rancid scent of bear filled Orion’s nostrils, causing him to pick up his pace.
Yamabiko, Andy, Bon...Rigel...everyone...I’m almost there!
He wasn’t supposed to be there. In leaving the fallen Paradise, Orion had broken the promise he made to Akame. Akame… The ginger male gritted his teeth at the thought of the old male. In what seemed to be his last moments, the old ganin had trusted Orion to keep his word, and yet...here he was, far from the army he was supposed to be leading.
Forgive me, old man...I didn’t mean to break your promise, I swear…
The youngster shook his head; there was no time for regrets right now. His paw pads were sore; if he kept on, they might’ve started to blister. But Orion couldn’t stop. Even the slightest delay meant death for for his friends and his brother. Orion’s thoughts wandered to Rigel. Would the dark male even care to see him, despite his intentions? Their final words to each other had not been kind, even if, admittedly...Rigel had been right in some regards. Orion refused to let anyone else say it, but he was no fool; he had been selfish and arrogant lately, nothing like his father or grandfather. But even with his faults, he cared about Rigel. He cared about all of his comrades. It was because of that he was defying Akame’s words, and entering Monsoon’s territory.
How’s that for selfish, Rigel? I’m coming to save you guys. I’m not about to let you die because of Sirius.
A surge of anger suddenly shot through the Akita. Sirius… This was all because of him… He just had to play the self-righteous hero and run off. It was a pity, really. With the power of the three brothers combined, the Paradise could be saved. Alas, something had happened to his older brother, and Orion had no choice but to see him as nothing more than a liability. There were more important things to worry about anyway.
“This way! Monsoon’s stench is growing stronger!”
The thunderous sound of pawsteps filled the air as the runaway Ohu soldiers galloped down the forest path. Leading the pack was Akakamakiri, the now ex-member of Ohu’s ranks. His nose quivered, searching for any sign of Sirius’ scent.
Sirius, thought the Wolfhound. Where the hell are you?
“We mustn’t go on any further!” Rocket’s voice rang out from behind him. “We’ll surely be killed if we just run in like this!”
“Pheh,” Akakamakiri scoffed, not even bothering to look back. “For an Ohu dog, you sure talk about running away a lot. Stop trying to tell us what to do. We’re going to Sirius and that’s that. Now either shut up or beat it.”
The Borzoi shook his head, letting out a frustrated sigh. Beside him, Rigel gave him a sympathetic stare. Even if Akakamakiri and the others continued to be stubborn, Rocket’s efforts were definitely appreciated. If only some other sensible dogs could’ve joined them…
Onward, the small pack went, until the forest ended, and revealed the open hills. They paused, panting from exhaustion. The Kamakiri brothers pressed their noses to the ground and began to sniff about while the others watched.
“Eh?” Kurokamakiri lifted his head, staring at his comrades. “What are you guys waiting for? Come and help! Even if your nose isn’t that great, it beats standing around.”
With that, the young males, Gennai, and Tsuyoshi walked after the Wolfhound brothers, joining them. Rigel and Rocket stood at the side. Even if they were running with them, they were making it very clear that they no intention on actually helping in their foolish plans. A low growl emitted from Akakamakiri’s throat, but he said nothing. Finally, Yamabiko spoke up.
“Here!” he yipped. “Sirius and Orion went this way!” Without waiting a second, Akakama and Kurokama rushed off.
“You’re welcome…” Yamabiko murmured, staring after them.
“Let’s just go,” said Gennai gruffly.
The males were off again, making their way up and down the hillsides, and entering the next patch of forest.
GRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRR!
Monsoon’s heart-stopping roar shook the earth. Following it was the familiar sound of barking dogs. One in particular caused Akakamakiri’s ears to perk.
“Could it be…?” he began.
“It’s Sirius, brother!” Kurokama yipped. “Let’s go!”
“Wait!” Rocket began, but it fell on deaf ears as the Kamakiri brothers, Yamabiko, Andy, Bon, Gennai and Tsuyoshi picked up their pace. “Dammit…”
“Come on,” said Rigel. “Maybe we can get through to Sirius, and get out of here before anyone tries starting a fight.”
“Hopefully…”
Sirius couldn’t move, only able to stand stalk still, staring wide-eyed as the Demon Bear tore apart the hound dogs who had been sent to smell him out. The tora-ge hadn’t even gotten to know their names...now, they were dead, and for what? To kill a bear who had done nothing to them? A surge of rage built within Sirius’ chest as he watched the final hound bite down on one of Monsoon’s toes, trying desperately to make him suffer.
“Stop!” Sirius ordered. “Leave Monsoon alone! You’re only angering him more!”
“Stop?” the hound growled back, his teeth sinking deeper into the bear’s flesh. “Stop!? He slaughtered my comrades; I’m not stopping!”
“He’ll just kill you too!” argued the Akita. “Don’t make the same foolish mistake! I can talk to Monsoon, get him to stop--”
“Gah!” The hound had been kicked away effortlessly, knocking him flat on his back. He had only a second to realize Monsoon’s foot wes coming down on him.
“Monsoon!” Sirius barked. The bear didn’t acknowledge the tora-ge as he crushed the last hound beneath his paw. Red liquid flowed out, turning the grass a bright shade of crimson. Still, Sirius called to the bear, his determination never fading. “Zion, come here and translate for me! Maybe we can calm him down!”
The white Akita peered out at his comrade from the shrubberies. Disbelief was radiant in his eyes. Sirius stamped his paws.
“Zion! Zion, come out here!” Monsoon’s eye fell upon the tora-ge, his tongue running along his blood-covered paws.
“You’re still here?” the bear growled. “You pitiful mutt...I’ll smash you to pieces!” Monsoon brought up his monstrous paw, and brought it down on the unsuspecting Sirus. Zion’s eyes widened.
“Sirius!” he cried. “Look out!”
“Sirius!”
A flash of red and black shot through the sky. Sirius looked up, and to his surprise, spotted Akakamakiri and Kurokamakiri latching onto Monsoon’s paw. Monsoon bellowed in pain, his paw thrashing wildly to shake them off, but the Wolfhounds refused to let go.
“Akakama…” murmured Sirius, dumbfounded. ‘Kurokama…”
“Sirius!” Bon’s voice rang out. “Oh my God!” Sirius glanced back, seeing his old comrades emerge from the foliage. They surrounded the Akita, eyeing Monsoon carefully.
“Those idiots,” Rocket hissed, glaring up at the Kamakiri brothers. “They’re going to get themselves killed…”
“Let’s get Sirius out of here,” said Rigel, stepping close to his brother, and nudging him towards the undergrowth. Sirius backed away, staring at Rigel as if he had suddenly grown a third eye.
“Rigel…?” questioned Sirius. His eyes darted from face to face. These dogs...did they really come to save him? Akakama and Kurokama...had they learned nothing from the months before? Were they really going to torture Monsoon further? The tora-ge’s lip curled back in a snarl, and he began to bark at his former leaders. “Let go of Monsoon!”
“Not this again…” Andy muttered.
“Get him away from here,” Rigel ordered. “Now.”
“What? No!” Sirius began to struggle as the other dogs began pushing him towards the shrubberies. “Zion! Zion, help me! Tell Monsoon to stop fighting the Kamakiri brothers! DO SOMETHING!”
“Shut up!” Monsoon threw down his paw. “Enough with your annoying barking!” Akakamakiri and Kurokamakiri braced themselves, and jumped off the bear’s paw just as it smacked the ground. They rushed to the other dogs, Akakamakiri attempting to pick up Sirius by the scruff.
“Let’s go, Sirius,” said the red Wolfhound. “We’re not letting you die here, not after all you’ve done for us.”
“Don’t be stupid,” Sirius snapped. There was a pause. Everyone was taken aback; it seemed Sirius’ patience had finally reached its limit. “I’m trying to stop this war once and for all, can’t you see that? Why must you all insist on torturing Monsoon so much? He hasn’t done a thing to you now! He just wants to be left alone!”
“So why don’t you leave him alone?” Rocket suddenly asked. Sirius paused, shooting a stern look at the Borzoi.
“Because I understand him! I know you all are hurting him! I’m the only one who can save him from bloodthirsty dogs like you!” Everyone was prepared to argue, to put it in Sirus’ head once and for all that this talk of “saving” Monsoon gone on for far too long. But not a word got out, at least not one that got Sirius’ attention. The tora-ge had suddenly torn through the other males, rushing to stand in front of Monsoon. The bear glared down at him, his paw raised, ready to kill.
“Still you approach? You must really desire death. Very well; allow me to give you what you ask for, mutt.”
“Hold on, Monsoon!” Sirius demanded. Monsoon ignored him, his paw hanging over the dog.
“Sirius, get away!” Rigel shouted, his heart racing. This was it. Sirius had finally lost his mind. “Please, bro!”
“Listen to Rigel!” Yamabiko added. The others began to join in, ordering and pleading for Sirius to find his sanity. But alas, it was hopeless. Sirius glanced towards the bushes Zion had hidden himself in. The white Akita stared back at him, a strange, new emotion in his eyes. But Sirius had to desire to decipher it. He needed his translator.
“I won’t ask again, Zion! Come here and translate for me, now!”
“No…” Zion finally said, his voice soft. “I won’t translate anymore…”
“...What?” Sirius’ ears fell slightly. “Zion...Zion, quit messing around. Come here, I need you! I--”
“DIE!” Monsoon’s roar drowned out the dogs’ words, and he finally brought his paw down. Sirius gazed up at Monsoon, his eyes begging Monsoon to stop.
“Monsoon…”
“NO!”
Sirius let out a panicked yelp as he felt a sudden force push at his side. He was set flying, landing with a thud on his side in the grass. There was a muffled cry of pain as Monsoon’s paw finally fell still.
“Rigel!”
“God! God, please, no!”
Sirius looked back over his shoulder, seeing just who had given up their life to save his. The back half of Rigel’s body stuck out from beneath Monsoon’s paw, one of the claws piercing right through his back. His hind paws kicked rabidly, as if it would somehow help him to free himself. A stunned and horrified silence fell over the other dogs.
“...Rigel…?” was all Sirius could think to say. Just then, Monsoon began to bring up his paw, bringing the impaled Rigel up with it. He opened his drooling maw, and was about to feast on the unfortunate male, when suddenly, another streak of red flew through the air, up towards Monsoon’s face. Sirius stared up at it, his head tilting slightly. Who on Earth was…?
“AHHHHHHHHHHH!” the newcomer unleashed a powerful battlecry, catching everyone’s attention.
“Who…?” Andy began.
“That sounds like…” murmured Yamabiko.
“Orion!” Bon shouted.
Indeed, soaring overhead, performing his family’s greatest technique, was Orion. He had finally arrived.
“You again…!?” grunted Monsoon, his single eye widening in alarm. Orion was getting dreadfully close. The Demon Bear recalled the past, when his father was killed by Gin. He remembered how his head had been ripped from his body in a single swipe. Fear overpowered his anger, and Monsoon quickly dove to the side. However, he had not been fast enough to avoid the Battouga entirely. Orion whizzed past his head, his fangs slicing through the bear’s tough skin with ease. A long, deep gash had formed in the side of Monsoon’s head, spurting out blood.
GRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRR!
Wave upon wave of stinging pain washed through Monsoon’s body, sending him into a fit of rage. His paws swung up, clutching his head. The sudden, jerking movement caused Rigel to slip free of Monsoon’s claw, and he feel down, down, down to the ground.
CRUNCH!
“Rigel!”
The Akita’s comrades rushed to him quickly. Even Zion stepped out from the bushes, going to Rigel’s aid. Monsoon stormed off, bellowing and tearing away at the flora in his rage. It wasn’t long before there was a grim silence. Up above, Orion landed on a high branch, stopping to catch his breath.
“Rigel…” he panted. “Oh, shit...I hope I wasn’t too late…”
Orion began to jump down the branches, making his way to the forest floor. As he grew closer and closer to the scene, he could make out the voices of his comrades.
“We need to get him back to Ohu!”
“There’s no way we can get him back in time.”
“Bullshit! Why are we wasting time talking when we could be doing something to save him!?”
Orion’s heart skipped a beat.
No…
“Rigel!” Orion cried as he jumped into the clearing. The eyes of his comrades feel upon him, but he ignored them, looking only at his brother. Rigel’s broken body lied in the grass, blood pooling around it. His eyes were glazed over in shock. Orion took a step back, his head slowly beginning to shake.
“Orion…” Yamabiko began, his eyes soft with empathy. “I...I’m sorry…” Orion said nothing and quietly walked towards his brother’s body. He rested a paw on Rigel’s shoulder, gently shaking him.
“C’mon, Rigel, get up,” he barked. Despite his efforts to hide it, his voice was cracking. “D-Don’t be a baby...Y-You’re fine…Look, I’m here now. We can take Sirius and g-go home...”
“Or…Ori…” Rigel tried to speak, before he violently began coughing, spitting up more blood.
“Don’t make him talk, Orion,” said Rocket, trying his best to speak calmly despite the situation.
“L-Let’s just go get help…” said Bon, his paws shuffling about worriedly.
“It’s too late for help,” barked Gennai grimly. “He’s already lost too much blood, and if we move him…”
“Don’t say that, goddammit!” Tears were beginning to stream down Orion’s cheeks. “We’re gonna take you home, and you’re gonna see Grandpa, and Dad, and M-Mom, and B-Bella, and…” Orion came to a stop when he felt Rigel’s paw rest on his. Despite the pain from his wound, the black Akita couldn’t help but smile. Even if his last words to Orion hadn’t been the kindest, Orion was still his brother, and he could never hate his flesh and blood. Rigel’s eyes then wandered over to Sirius, who stood a short distance away from the other dogs. Slowly, he extended his other paw to the tora-ge. Sirius hesitantly walked over, earning himself a cold stare from his ginger brother.
“Guys...” Andy barked in warning.
A brief moment of silence passed, before Sirius and Orion looked away from each other. Orion lied down, his head lightly brushing Rigel’s. Sirius soon did the same, and with the last bit of strength he could muster, Rigel wrapped his forelegs around his brothers’ shoulders, pulling them in for one last hug.
“I...love...you...guys…” Rigel choked, his voice barely higher than a whisper.
“Aw, Rigel…” Orion sniffled. “Cut the sappy crap...you’re...you’re gonna be...aw, dammit, Rigel...I...I love you, too, bro…” Orion buried his nose into Rigel’s cheek, giving him a tender nuzzle. He heard the shuffling of paws, and looked back to see that Sirius had removed himself from Rigel’s embrace, and was now standing over his brother, staring down at him with his usual, stoic expression. Orion snarled.
“Well? What are you waiting for!? Tell Rigel you love him, or...or I’ll beat the hell outta you!” Sirius disregarded Orion’s words, letting out a sigh and shaking his head.
“You should’ve just stayed in Ohu,” he said. “But you didn’t know better. I forgive you, Rigel, and I promise, I won’t let your death be in vain.”
“...What?” Orion gawked at Sirius. Even the other males couldn’t help but look at Sirius in utter confusion. “Who the hell do you think you are, talking about forgiving him? If anything, Rigel should be forgiving you! Go on, apologize to him!” Orion turned to Rigel. “Rigel, don’t you dare die, not before Sirius apologizes.” Rigel didn’t respond, instead, lying motionless, his eyes now closed. Orion’s heart began to pound as he raced to his brother’s side, shaking his body again.
“Hey! Hey, Rigel! W-Wake up! Sirius hasn’t apologized yet!” Rigel didn’t stir. Orion’s ears pressed flat against his skull. “Rigel! RIGEL!” Orion threw his forelegs around his fallen brother and began to cry. It was, perhaps, the first time in his life that he had ever shown true emotion for another dog. Yamabiko, Bon, Andy, Zion, Rocket, Gennai and Tsuyoshi joined Orion’s side, shedding their own tears for the fallen star. Sirius backed away, standing near the Kamakiri brothers.
“I…” Sirius began quietly. “I think I should go…”
“What?” replied Akakamakiri in surprise. “After all that, you’re still just gonna run off to that bear?”
“I’ve been set back by all this. I need to go and try to calm Monsoon down…”
“Stop acting stupid, Sirus. We’re taking you back to Fatugo Pass.”
“No. I won’t go back.” Sirius looked Akakamakiri right in the eyes. The red Wolfhound snorted; he was beginning to grow agitated.
“You’re going back one way or another,” he barked. “And if I have to drag you back, I will.”
“Or,” Sirius began. “You can come with me.”
“Eh?” Kurokamakiri spoke up. “What are you on about?”
“Listen, I can’t go back. I won’t go back. I need to protect Monsoon, no matter what anyone says. You guys may not understand, but I know you won’t leave if I ask. So come with me, keep me company.” Akakama and Kurokama shared a glance. Neither of them had any interest in Sirius’ gaming of befriending the Demon Bear, but it wasn’t as if they could just go back to Ohu. Perhaps...perhaps they could still help Sirius, they way he had helped them in the past.
“Fine,” Akakama finally said. “Let’s go.” Sirius nodded, and together, the three ran off. Andy’s ear twitched, and he glanced back.
“Hey, Sirius and the Kamakiri brothers,” he yipped. “They’ve run off again!”
“How annoying,” Gennai grumbled. “We were just about finished here, as well…”
“C’mon…” Rocket prepared to run. “They couldn’t have gone off too far. We can still--”
“What’s the point?”
There was a silence as everyone glanced at Orion. The red Akita’s tears had finally come to a stop, but he still clung tightly to Rigel’s body. He spoke in a voice that was oddly calm, albeit a bit scratchy from his wailing. Admittedly, it was alarming. Orion never acted like this, especially when something bad was going on. He would yell, bite, kick, headbutt...this...this just wasn’t Orion.
“Don’t you guys get it?” Orion continued. “He only cares about that bear now. He...He doesn’t care about Ohu anymore, just making that...that Demon happy...He...he killed his own brother and he doesn’t even care…” Another batch of tears streamed down Orion’s face.
“Orion…” Yamabiko began, taking a step towards him.
“Just leave me alone.” Yamabiko let out a small whine. Bon gave him a nudge.
“C’mon, Yamabiko...let’s just go and see if we can catch up to Sirius, ok?” the white Shepherd barked. The Kai took one last look at his friend, before sighing, and nodding. The remaining males rushed off after Sirius, Akakamakiri and Kurokamakiri. The sun was beginning to set, the sky a gentle orange. The forest began to grow dark and cold. But not even the even winds matched the coldness that filled Orion’s heart.
“I’m sorry, Rigel...I...I’m so sorry…”
