im off to a pretty good start. it feels so good not overeating dinner and actually being able to move around. without feeling completely disgusting, bloated, and exhausted the way i used to feel after bingeing. i genuinely can't remember ever stopping myself from finishing a meal before, my brain is so trained to just mindlessly clear my plate. everyone just praises me for it without ever thinking about how it could make me feel. family, friends, parents of friends. i wanna feel confident and in control of my body, not how i've always been where i have to position my arms to hide my stomach or constantly tugging at my shirt in different directions to make me look slimmer. for once i wanna stop worrying about what other people around me say about my body, or how anytime i diet its immediately assumed as an ed (sheeran, not). i am constantly enabled in my disgusting habits, all because people see those who want to lose weight as being "fatphobic" or "problematic" and my binge problem is not taken seriously. i think i'm doing a great job so far staying healthy and getting on track, so i'm very proud of myself right now.
