The best brunch cake ever - coconut lemon bunts! My son has been asking to help make a cake for a few weeks. I told him to look through allllll billion of my cook books and pick one. He landed on @orchidsnsweettea_ coconut line - but since he likes lemon more than lime made the executive chef decision to change it. While this sounds like a fun activity- it’s so important for him to participate in, as he has to learn that by knowing how change things make any recipe dairy free - he never had to miss out on anything ever! Eh si, a Roma la colazione di Pasqua è una cosa seria, si spazia dal dolce al salato come se non si mangiasse da mesi e soprattutto come se non si pranzasse di li a poco🙈🤣 Quindi oggi colazione super golosa, ma leggera perché ci sono un sacco di cose da fare, organizzare e pensare😉 Vi invito a colazione con questi deliziosi mini Bundt davvero particolari ed estremamente golosi🤩 L’impasto si realizza in un lampo, non contiene né uova, né burro, ma tanto ottimo Skyr che lo rende estremamente morbido e goloso. Non ho resistito e ho voluto variegare questi mini ciambelloncini con della crema di nocciole per ricordare il classico ciambellone variegato Se preferite, al posto della crema di nocciole potete usare quella di pistacchio, di mandorle o aggiungere della confettura. Insomma davvero quello che è più a vostro gusto e in base all’umore😉 E’ una ricetta velocissima e versatilissima che può essere facilmente proposta anche in versione Vegan 😉 Oramai siamo quasi arrivati alla Pasqua, così non ho potuto resistere e ho vestito a festa questi Mini Bundt creando dei piccolissimi nidi di amaranto soffiato e cioccolato fondente 🤗 Allora, che dite, metto su il caffè e iniziamo con i preparativi? Mirisne heljdine tortice Potreban materijal: suvi sastojci 150g mešavine za heljdin mešani hleb „Danubius“ (70% pšenično i 30% heljdino) 100g demerara šećera 1 kašičica praška za pecivo 1 kašičica sode bikarbone 1/4 kašičice mlevenog anisa 1/4 kašičice mlevenog oraščeta 1/4 kašičice mlevenog kardamoma 1/4 kašičice mlevenog đumbira 1/2 kašičice mlevenog karanfilića 1 kašičica cimeta mokri sastojci 120ml mleka 75ml ulja od pirinča 1 jaje 20g sirupa od pirinča Priprema: U posudu za mešanje sjediniti suve sastojke i promešati sve varjačom. Posebno sjediniti mokre sastojke i malo umutiti žicom za mućenje, a zatim sipati u suve sastojke i sve lagano sjediniti mikserom. Masu sipati u odgovarajući pleh za mafine sa rupom po sredini. Voditi računa da se ne napuni skroz do vrha. Ako se koristi silikonski kalup, nema potrebe da se podmazuje, ali ako se koristi metalni, podmazati ga uljem i posuti brašnom pre sipanja mase. Peći u rerni predhodno zagrejanoj na 200C 20 minuta. Od ove količine materijala izađe oko 10 mafina.
