MLQC Boys Jealous (PART 1 - SFW)

Gavin

He certainly is a jealous type.

Because he is a very insecure man. He had a tough childhood. He lost his mom. His dad was… underwhelming.

He often feels like your presence is the only good thing in his life.

You = the most beautiful and loving person that he has ever met.

So he’s not surprised to find many people adoring you… but it in no way means that it doesn’t bother him.

He can barely stand it even when that guy from your high school is getting just a tiny bit too close to you during the reunion.

And then he… leans to whisper something to your ear?

AND YOU LAUGH AT IT?!

The audacity!

The guts that little #$&!*@#% has!

He gets grumpy right away. He gives the poor, unaware guy A LOOK… but would never admit what bothers him or even that something bothers him at all.

Afterwards you need to humour him for a while before he finally opens up about it. And you should - this little biscuit needs that.

If it happens in the early stages of your relationship he just gets all shy and embarrassed and upset with himself for being so possessive.

He hugs you and presses your head against his chest so you won’t see his flushed cheeks and glossy eyes.

It crosses his mind that he basically doesn’t even deserve to be with and he shouldn’t stand on your way to find someone better…

So please, please tell him how much he means to you. How you would never want another one, because there’s no one who could compare to him.

If it happens a little later on…

Kiro

Kiro is an adoration subject of MANY.

He almost has no right to be jealous when thousands of people openly fantasize about him on a daily basis.

And yet - he can’t help it when he sees you talking with some man. Standing incredibly close.

Kiro finished his recording early that day and decided to surprise you at work… and that’s when he spots you. Giggling at whatever nonsense he might talk about.

You look so, so beautiful when you smile and that jerk seems to see that too.

Kiro knows he has no reason to worry. He can trust you. And you love him. And you know he loves you and would do anything for you and give you anything you might ask for.

So there is nothing you might look for in another man. Right? Right.

He thinks. As he RUSHES your way.

He greets you with all of the most obnoxious pet names in existence and his lips land directly on yours without a warning.

Your interlocutor reacts with no small amount of concern, but when you, only slightly uncomfortable, address Kiro as “honey” and ask him just what he is doing there, the guy realises his position.

Then he rightfully excuses himself and Kiro doesn’t even hide his satisfaction as he follows his opponent with his eyes.

He takes you out to eat afterwards. Wherever you want. It’s his treat - obviously.

He wants to feed you and make you smile and laugh the way that guy did.

He thought that would soothe his uneasiness, but it didn’t. He needed more. Much more.

Lucien

Lucien is a silent jealous.

He isn't obvious with his jealousy… but he sure as hell is jealous.

You had a date planned for tonight and you were supposed to come to his research center after work.

The fate wanted for him to finish in the right moment to see you stepping out the elevator.

Your smile that forms when your eyes meet caused warmth to fill his chest and he just wanted to embrace you… but then, a colleague stopped him to ask him one last question.

That’s not really upsetting or surprising to you. You were very much prepared that you’d have to wait for him much longer to even finish work.

What surprises you is a strange man approaching you with a smile on his face.

He turned out to be yet another Lucien’s co-worker. He recognized you as his girlfriend and wanted to chat with you while you had to wait for the profesor, so you want to feel awkward just standing there waiting with nothing to do.

He’s incredibly kind. Tells you a few compliments but mostly fangirls over Lucien’s work ethic.

How ironic is that the moment his beloved profesor is back, this friendly man becomes Lucien’s enemy.

But no one would ever guess that. He would never show that.

Until…

When you’re already in the car the questions start to slip from his mouth.

What did he want? What were you talking about? Was he asking questions about our relationship? Or your personal life?

“Lucien, are you jealous?”

Silence.

Change of the subject.

But you will go back to it once you’re back home...

Victor

Would never admit it.

But he has a certain tendency… to be jealous for no apparent reason.

And when he has a reason he can get really, really jealous.

By reason I mean the fact that that venomous snake Lucien is your direct neighbor.

And that your highschool mate cop is driving you around so carelessly with his motorbike.

Not to even mention that spoiled brat of a “musician” who doesn’t even try to be subtle with his flirting.

Do they even know that you’ve committed yourself to be with him? And ONLY him?

DID YOU NOT TELL THEM?

Victor however decided to remain silent about this subject. To then remain silent and grumpy at most times.

You noticed it. It worried you. You tried to talk about it many times, but he always pushed the issue aside.

Until that one day when you showed up late to your date at Souvenir and your transportation turned out to be a certain car driven by a certain scientist.

You wanted to talk? Now he sure will give you the talk.

That’s the day Victor bursts with his anger, jealousy and even though he tries to hide it - sorrow.

You can’t help but see the pain dripping from his harsh words.

Your hand slowly comes to touch his cheek and he suddenly falls silent. Taken aback by the softness of caress your fingers treat him with.

“I love you, Victor. Only you. Forever.”

At that, your lips meet for the first time that night in the kiss twinned with unspoken hurt and true commitment.

The warmth of passion slowly grows in the pit of your stomach as he pulls you into his arms to press you against the comforting, wide plane of his chest.

Mr. Love: Queen’s Choice Boys - Prompt #33 - “You’re so tiny looking.”

Victor

You were at a business dinner, Victor was helping talk to possible investors in your show

You forgot your jacket in the car, but the restaurant was freezing, you were nearly shivering as Victor looked at you and cursed you for not letting him hold this meeting in Souvenir.

He could see goosebumps on your skin, you’d only worn a simple outfit

Since it was warm out you dressed for the temperature forgetting that the temperature would change when you got inside the restaurant.

You had your arms crossed as you spoke to the investors, and Victor asked if you were cold

“I’m fine, and this isn’t the time, Victor.”

“Victor? You let your subordinate refer to you as your first name?” questioned the investor.

“Mr. Li, I meant, forgive my unprofessionalism,” you replied

Victor already didn’t like this investor guy.

With a sarcastic smile, Victor spoke, “We’re done here, I can always find a better investor, one who won’t question the professionalism of my “subordinate”.”

Everyone was shook but nonetheless Victor put some money on the table to cover his and your meals and swiftly got up, and helped you get your things and leave.

He put his jacket on your shoulder the second you stood up,

“If you’re cold, dummy, then just say you’re cold. It’s not unprofessional to be affected by the temperature.”

“Thanks, but you really didn’t have to do all that,” you said.

He grunted, and turned to look at you.

Oh my goodness soft Victor is here, looking at you absolutely drowning in his suit jacket.

The unpleasant look turned into a chuckle,

“You’re so tiny in my jacket.”

“Hey!” you started blushing because how would you not when he looks at you like that.

You decided to just go with it, grumpy Victor could stay out of this,

“Can I have your tie too?”

Victor’s eyes nearly rolled out of his head

But he wanted to give you his tie so much you would be so cute impersonating him.

The rest of the guys are under the cut!

Lucien

You were at one of his lectures, falling asleep because you can only listen to him talking in that calming voice for so long.

The lecture ended and everyone else left, but not you

No, you were still asleep but when Lucien walked over he didn't have the heart to wake you up, you looked so peaceful when you slept.

Instead of waking you up, he took his lab coat off and draped it over your shoulders.

The coat was far too big for you, it looked like an actual blanket

Lucien sat down next to you and rested his head next to yours until you woke up

(yes I know this is basically what happened in the story my brain is not working rn)

But when you woke up and saw him there, he smirked,

“You look so little in my lab coat,” he said

You realized you were wearing it and blushed, trying to take it off to give it back to him, he stopped you by putting his hand on yours,

“Keep it for now, you can return it when we get home and if you’re really that tired then you can just give me my coat while we relax at my apartment.”

Cheeky lil bastard was grinning but, let's be honest, you accepted.

Gavin

You were about to go get food, Gavin said he could drive so you guys didn’t have to pay for a taxi, so he brought Sparky.

But you were only wearing a tank top and some jeans, which incase you fall off wouldn’t protect your arms from being injured.

When he pulled up, Protector Gavin popped out immediately,

He took his jean jacket off and revealed his super toned arms,

You were like jelly already

He handed you his jacket, “Here, you should have this.”

“What about you?” you said as you refused the jacket

“I’m fine, so take the jacket,” he said with a smile as he pushed the jacket closer to you

“But I don’t want you to get all scuffed up if something happens,” you said trying to give him that puppy dog look so he’d just be safe and wear his jacket.

“We’re not going until you put it on, and I’ll force you if I have to,” he said as he stood up with a playful look in his eyes

He tried wrapping his jacket around you but you dodged, it was too fun to tease him like that.

He ended up eventually wrapping you in a bear hug as you both laughed and he put his jacket around your shoulders

(could you have just gone and grabbed a jacket of your own? Probably, but when Gavin and you were together you shared 1 (one) braincell and it wasn’t working too hard)

He looked at you with his jacket on and this guy was BLUSHING, you looked so cute in his jacket

So, precious

So tiny

“What?” you chuckled out

“Nothing, it’s just, you know, you just look so cute and you’re so tiny looking.”

You were both blushing messes as you FINALLY went to go and get some food.

Bonus: Imagine feeling his Rippling Muscles as you clung to him from behind 🥵

Kiro

You were watching as he shot his music video

It was cold on set because the lights for filming were super bright and super hot,

Kiro was even breaking a sweat with the air conditioning set to 60 degrees fahrenheit because the lights were so hot.

You watched him as he sang and pointed at the camera and had some confetti dropped on him and various other shots of the music video were taken.

He’d occasionally wink at you but Savin yelled at him because he was supposed to be looking at the camera, but Kiro just wanted to look at you

Halfway through he took his jacket off, what’s with him and all the layers???

He saw you from behind the camera and saw that you were very clearly cold, with a wave and a wink, he threw his jacket to you

You smiled back and mouthed “Thank you,” to him

He gave you a thumbs up as a little blush arose to his cheeks and ears,

Why were you so freaking cute in his jacket

You looked so happy when you wore his clothes and it just lit him up like a firework

He was all smiley for the rest of the day

After the shooting ended, he walked up to you

“You look adorable, Miss Chips, so tiny in my clothes.”

You laughed and he got closer

“I can give you more of my clothes if you want” he said in a sly whisper next to your ear

Kiro

Please

Let MC relax

You playfully pushed him away,

“Yeah and let’s see if you fit into any of my clothes too.”

Laughs all around, but you weren’t gonna forget about his offer.

it was in all honesty your fault for forgetting to close your binds. didn’t you know how many people would be able to look at you? to look at your body with their nasty desires in their eyes, with helios here at least he would be able to pluck out their eyes. all for you, everything for you

while it seemed like helios didn’t care, he was always there. always.

helios had a history of torturing others and perhaps that knowledge would sure come in handy

if helios was honest, he would probably kidnap and lock you up some place far away from everything. there he would “take care” of you, making sure that you wouldn’t be in danger (although the danger was all him).

MLQC Boys Singing to Thier Child(ren)

This is all just my personal AU and headcanons! If you want to read more about the kids, see my profile! If this idea has already been done, I'm sorry. This also contains spoilers for chapters that might not have been released for English servers.

Victor:

SOFT MAN SOFT MAN AAAAA

Maribella and Janette don't know this but thier father would sing to them all the time when they were babies

French songs? Check. Stories? Check. How much he loves their mother? YES

MC would just watch lovingly at the doorway

Mary would have the faintest memories of her father in her room singing her to sleep

Jane? Not so much (Baby was 10 when he died)

But you bet Mezza would spend hours at a time at her sister's bedside, singing her to sleep

Honestly, I love my Li girls

Lucien:

MC would've been the one to sing Charlotte and Thomas to sleep

Lucien would be in the room humming along or just straight up singing with her

He doesn't wanna interrupt the angel he calls his wife

Gradually over time, he'd be singing and reading stories too

MC and Lucien do it together (Teamwork makes the dream work!)

Charlie would love these nights and when she got old enough she would join in, singing Thomas to sleep

Lucien is sO PROUD

Too bad it won't last for long until they fight again

Gavin:

He's so soft-

Has three kids and sings to each of them

Andrew, Lynn and Elise love it

Gavin mostly sings kids songs and soft tunes

But the kid's all time favorite is the one he learnt from his mother

His mother would sing this made up song for Gavin and Shaw when they were kids

So naturally he had to sing it for his kids too

MC picks up the lyrics after a while and sings with him

His heart can't take it

The tune will get stuck in the kid's heads in the morning

Andy, Lynn and Elle remember it LONG into their adulthood

Kiro:

Oh god

Is this even a question?

Of course he sings to Jessica are you insane

MC joins in, Jessica often jokes that they sound like dying rats

Jess, that's not how you talk to angels

He. Will. Sing. Anything.

This was really fun to write about. Knowing that these guys are so supportive of MC and want to help her in any way possible with whatever she’s struggling with is just so sweet.

Thank you for the love and support as well! 😭 I’m usually just memeing it up out here so writing HCs is very new for me but your support helps so much! I did meme a lot while writing this as well because what’s life without memes, so you can find all of my inner thoughts crossed out~ Hope you enjoy!

Gavin:

Gavin loves and supports MC through everything. He’s constantly watching and confronts her whenever he believes something is wrong.

After noticing her sulking at herself in the mirror, he asks what’s troubling her.

“Nothing really! You don’t need to worry about me.”

She gives him a small smile and turns away from the mirror.

He figured it had something to do with her figure given the way she was looking at herself.

He remembered her mentioning how even though she’s a nutritionist, she still struggled with her own weight.

She didn’t seem all that down back when mentioning it, but the expression she had in the mirror said otherwise.

He stood up from the sofa and asked if she wanted to go with him during his morning jog.

“Why would you want me to do that? I’d only slow you down.”

Gavin: I don’t mind. If it’ll help, then I’ll do anything I can.

This man isn’t one for small talk. He gets straight to the point. He observes, finds the problem and seeks out a solution. There was no need for MC to confirm his suspicions about wanting to lose weight; It was all in her expression.

“I don’t really want you to go out of your way for me... Besides, it’s important you don’t slack off with your training.”

Gavin: I wouldn’t be slacking off. Training with you would only make me work harder.

A NATURAL ROMANTIC BUT ALSO A FUCKING MORON WHO GAVE HER A BLOOD SOAKED LETTER. IM GONNA BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF YOU YA DUMBASS

MC takes up on Gavin’s offer considering how adamant he was. He also didn’t seem concerned in the slightest about MC being a burden BECAUSE SHES LITERALLY THE LIGHT IN HIS LIFE AND WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR HER

After they go jogging, they stop for a healthy meal of MCs choice because Gavin doesn’t know what food is. Have you seen his kitchen? INSTA NOODLES EVERYWHERE. Boy is literally the type to throw a lunchables on the dinner table and give thanks for his beloved meal. Omg nononono I’m thinking of all these sad things now about how Gavin was literally homeless for a while as a kid so he probably just got used to eating something small and simple every day. BYE IMMA GO CRY NOW

While eating, Gavin comes up with a few more ideas to help and offers to take her to his gym every other day.

They come up with a plausible schedule that could seem efficient to MC’s wish of losing weight.

This also gives MC the chance to make sure Gavin is taking care of himself as well.

Kiro:

Kiro and MC meet up when he finally has free time and manages to escape from Savin.

Like their normal days together, they end up walking around Loveland City, going to some sightseeing locations. They just enjoy each other’s company.

When stopping to buy a snack, Kiro grabs two bags of chips and beams up at MC only to see her forced smile. He immediately gets concerned given how positive she always is.

Kiro: Are you ok? What’s on your mind?

“No, it’s nothing. I’m just trying to narrow down on the amount of junk food I eat.”

Kiro: Why is that? You’ve always told me to live to the fullest.

“Well... I’m trying to lose some weight but it seems more problematic than I had originally thought.”

With MC looking ashamed of how little progress she has made thus far, Kiro places both bags back on the shelf with a bright smile.

Kiro: Well if we both work together then there’s no chance we could lose this fight! Besides, Savin has been at my throat lately considering the mount of junk food I’ve been eating recently too.

“Kiro...”

MC stared at Kiro, dumbfounded, who seemed so positive. This gave MC a boost of confidence, herself.

She quietly thanked him while giving him a genuine smile.

They spent the whole day doing fun activities. In a way, this was part of Kiro’s plan to help MC. He knew how much this mattered to her so he wanted to keep a smile on her face while secretly help her from the shadows.

It’s honestly what he does best. It’s hard to tell in the game since we don’t get to see every expression he makes or how he reacts to things, but take a good look at his reactions in the anime. You can see how serious he really is behind his happy facade.

He continues to silently help her every time they spend time together as well as send her encouraging texts and reminders.

Nobody is more positive and encouraging than Kiro~

Lucien:

Lucien knows everything nutritionists know, let’s be real. This man was a child prodigy who skipped half of his school life, going straight to college.

He knows EXACTLY what MC needs. The one problem is, so does MC.

She knows what she needs to do but doesn’t have the kind of support she needs. She easily becomes discouraged when things don’t work out after trying so hard.

Luckily, Lucien is also a wonderful supporter minus when he just “what’s a magic? Don’t know em. No thoughts. Head empty. Only science and death”. Uhu then what do you call that flying cop outside the window? Where’s your science behind that? Lucien: “Well you see, there is a certain DNA mutation that—“ DO NOT ANSWER THAT YOU FOOL I KNOW ITS SCIENCE BUT MAGIC IS EASIER TO ACCEPT RN BECAUSE MY BRAIN GO BRRR

But considering it’s MCs health, he is very supportive and even explains that many people struggle with the same problem. There’s not exactly any problem with how someone looks unless it is overall affecting their health for the worse but he will gladly help MC if she wishes to lose weight.

Knowing that Lucien views it this way immediately gives MC more confidence.

An enormous amount of stress has been lifted off her shoulders which will ultimately help her reach her goal.

Lucien comes up with a solid workout plan and diet that is easy for MC to follow and even offers to make her some special meals to help with weight loss because Bill Nye over here has the solution to everything

I also highkey imagined him whispering in her ear like the first day they met that if she follows his plan without any casualties, he would give her special rewards and yes I do mean THOSE kind of rewards because this man is K I N K Y. I don’t even like him, I blame my friend who’s constantly giving me these ideas about him. You’re lucky you’re a bitch or I’d probably be on the floor for you too.

Victor:

Victor’s biggest struggle is vulnerability. He is very blunt and says what comes to his mind without always thinking it through.

Because of this, he upsets MC when talking about her weight.

He meant no harm from whatever he may have said but notices MC’s sorrowful expression after lifting his eyes from the papers on his desk to meet her gaze.

He immediately acknowledges what he had done and puts everything away for the day, offering to take her to Souvenir.

“What..?”

Victor: I’m done for the day. If you don’t have anything else to do, you can come with me.

“But why?”

Victor: You’re still you regardless of your weight, but if it’s something you want to change, I’ll help.

The man wanted to tell her she’s beautiful and amazing no matter what, but hahaha we all know this man can’t compliment for the life of him. Jkjk he can but like I said before, v u l n e r a b i l i t y. He struggles with expressing his true feelings.

MC responds with pure shock on her face,

“Really?? You’d help me?”

Victor: Only an idiot would ask a question like that. You should count on me more when you’re struggling with something like this.

Baka this baka that. If I don’t add it somewhere, than this whole HC isn’t accurate at all. All you thirsty Victor hoes go watch his baka clip if you want more *spray bottles*

He tidies up his desk and grabs his coat, heading towards the door while MC stumbles over her thoughts.

He only stops halfway out the door to look back over his shoulder at MC.

Victor: Well?

“I— I’m coming!”

She rushes over and follows him out the door.

Victor ends up making MC a delicious and healthy meal, one he knows is a special meal for a weight loss diet.

Cooking was never that important to him. He only learned because of the little girl he once knew. But now... Now he has a new reason to continue cooking.

That girl had come back to him and he would do anything in his power to make her happy.

Shaw:

He watches MC intently as she talks about how difficult it is for her.

Right before MC finishes, he places her on his skateboard and takes off without giving her time to protest.

She shouts in fear ofc. Why wouldn’t she. I’m terrified every time the game says he puts mc on his skateboard just—

Shaw chuckles with amusement in her ear and then tells her to push off with her own feet.

“ARE YOU INSANE?” yes, yes he is

Shaw: I won’t let you fall but I won’t stop until you push.

“Fine fine!”

With the help of Shaw keeping her steady, she’s able to smoothly push off the skateboard a few times.

After getting the hang of it, there’s a slight smile taking place of her feared expression from before.

Shaw’s expression, however, doesn’t change in the slightest. That teasing smirk rests on his face as she continues to push them down the park sidewalk.

As they reach the main road, she yells back to Shaw when the skateboard doesn’t slow down.

“Shaw—!”

It’s all she managed to get out as the fear she once had returned again.

MC shut her eyes with panic as the street grew closer and closer, only to feel an arm wrap around her as the cold wind hitting her face dissipated.

When her eyes opened, she saw Shaw giving her the same mocking smirk he always wears. However, his eyes showed signs of gentleness he doesn’t often express.

He offers her one of his skateboards for workout purposes as well as being her workout partner.

She politely declines his offer of skateboarding but hesitantly asks if he would help her in other ways.

The question needs no thought from Shaw but he doesn’t want her to know he made up his mind to help long ago. ah yes, his one weakness as well, vulnerability

Shaw: I suppose being of assistance to you may turn out entertaining.

MC: Is that all I am to you? A source of entertainment?

She pouts at him half jokingly but he pays no mind to it as he kicks up his skateboard and continues walking ahead while suggesting a few things they can do to help with weight loss. Daring but not enough to scare her away. He actually wants to help but needs her to comply with his suggestions

Shaw is the type to help those he cares for without making it obvious. He believes personal relationships is a weakness for someone like him so he always keeps people at arms length; He always wants a possible way out for when he has to push people away.

While this is true, he’s also struggled with vulnerability his whole life. Considering the type of person his father was, growing up with a man like that not only puts pressure on Shaw, but also forms this broken and terrified personality under his overconfident facade.

Someone please just hold this man, he’s trying his best and needs healing

Their solution for MC is to try some fun activities together. Fun enough for MC to believe that Shaw isn’t going out of his way for her but also not as extreme to the point where MC won’t participate.

· The stars seem brighter tonight with the full moon by their side.

· MC is dancing alone on her apartment rooftop in the dead of night.

· Gavin feeling her in the expansive wind goes and watches her for a moment while floating in the sky, but then he sees how sad she seems trying to dance with an imaginary partner.

· How like her, he thinks.

· MC twirls on her own and her dress swishes softly in the night, and then she lifts her head and eyes to the starlit sky as she slows to a stop in her lonely dance.

· Gavin sees her pull a hand up to cover her heart and manages to hear her mumble, “Let’s see…where are you?”

· He stays hidden from her sight as she scans the expanse of the sparkling sky. Was she looking for him? Did she even know he was there?

· Her eyes light up with a wide open mouthed smile. “There!” She raises her arm high as if trying to reach the stars. He sees the glint of the ginkgo bracelet he gave her for precautions.

· MC’s face softens as she says, “Watch over him will you, Jupiter? Bring him back safe to me…please…”

· Gavin’s expression goes from a brief moment of shock to softening in affection. He makes his move as she was lowering her arm from the sky. He catches and stops its descent.

· “May I have this dance?”

· She gasps, opening her eyes, “Gavin…” tears prick her eyes, but don’t dampen her smile.

· Gavin is a little shocked and stutters, “H-hey what’s wrong?”

· She shakes her head. “I just thought you wouldn’t show up because you were busy on a mission…and how they take you away from me…”

· Gavin smiles pulling her into his arms.

· “I couldn’t leave you right now even if I tried…” he whispers.

· He pulls back a little to look at her, his amber eyes alight with tender longing.

· “Would you like to dance among the stars?”

· She gives him a nervous look as if afraid she would fall, but how could she when she was with him?

· “Don’t worry,” he assures her, “I won’t ever let go. Never.”

“Out About on the Town” - HC [FLUFF]

Thanks so much to @in-a-world-of-my-own-invention for my first ever request! (So sorry this took so long to complete!) This was so much fun to brainstorm 💖💖

A/N: Basically these HCs each have 3 events. 1 is described in little detail, another is described in moderate detail, and the last one is described in great detail.I did try to make each guy about the same length. If I wrote all three events in great detail, I’d be writing fics lol (brace yourselves,-these are long) Also sorry if the last lines sound like karma lines RIP

Gavin: "Memory Lane of the Youth”

(Ngl, this was the hardest for me to write for some reason, but I’m very satisfied with the results I think; thanks so much to @stehkotori for all the info/ideas on our favorite Birdcop ♡)

💫 The “Letters Through Time” segment that you did became a huge hit and Loveland TV want you to do a part two on favorite haunts of people from when they were young

💫 You finish your interviews and find that the favorite memories happen to be an old timey arcade in the middle of the city, an amusement park that had been open for several decades, and a cliff side park where people particularly enjoy stargazing

💫 You want to call Gavin to come with you, but hesitate, is he still on mission?

💫 Just when you make the decision to call him anyway, your phone rings. It’s Gavin and you almost hang up on him in surprise

💫 “Gavin! Are you back from your mission? You didn’t get hurt, did you?”

💫 You hear Gavin laugh and your heart just swells “I just got back,” he tells you, his voice light, “It was a pretty easy mission this time. What’s up?”

💫 You tell Gavin about the show you’re shooting for “Do you have any free time? I’d like to ask you on a date for you to come with me. You were such a big help to me last time, and this excursion sounds like fun. If you’re not too tired, of course”

💫 He’s already in even before you asked “I’m free, where should I meet you?”

💫 You tell him the address of the arcade, intending to meet him there. Not even 5 minutes later, you hear the familiar roar of Sparky outside your apartment window. You run downstairs to meet him. “Gavin! Wha-”

💫 “Need a ride?” Gavin asks, leaning against Sparky. You eye him carefully and he smiles “I didn’t get hurt, I promise” You don’t believe him and inspect him carefully

💫 The two of you head to the arcade, your arms are wrapped around Gavin’s waist. It’s the first time in a while since you’ve felt free

💫 You arrive at the arcade and you gaze at the building, amazed. Despite its age, bright neon lights flashed continuously across its walls exactly how it did five years ago. Immediately, you pull out your camera and start snapping away. “It’s just like I remembered,” you say aloud, “I came here once with my friends.” Then you grab Gavin’s arm and pull him towards the entrance, “Come on! Might as well play some games”

💫 You go inside and an elderly man greets the two of you warmly “You’re welcome to play any of the games, just ask me for the tokens.” You look at the surroundings. There was Pac-Man, Galaga, Pinball, (wow hahaha I am old) and many more games of the past. Then you see a basketball machine and you spot a glint in Gavin’s eyes

💫 “Let’s go play basketball!” You suggest, remembering that Gavin loved to play basketball. You pass some bills to the elderly man and he gives you a handful of tokens. “Come on!” You hand Gavin some of the tokens, “I want to see you play”

💫 Gavin’s skills are unmatched, and you watch in admiration as he shoots ball after ball into the hoop. You snap a few pictures and the machine dinged

💫 “Young man,” the elderly owner says, awestruck, “You just beat the high score that no one has been able to in years”

💫 Gavin rubs his neck, a little embarrassed, “I just like it, that’s all” NAW homeboi was trying to impress you but also he is really good

💫 “Well you have some talent,” the old man says as you drop your unused tokens into a bowl, “Come back and play anytime”

💫 “Thank you so much!” You thank the owner for the interview and the two of you were on your way to the amusement park

💫 “I can’t believe this has been here all there years,” you marvel at the spinning rides, the Ferris wheel, and the carousel. “Now I can understand why this made it into the top spot for favorite haunts”

💫 For the rest of the day, you drag Gavin from ride to ride, taking pictures every chance you get

💫 It was twilight when the two of you get done with the amusement park. “What’s next?” Gavin asks

💫 You grin, “Our favorite pastime,” you blush a little at the word ‘our.’ Before he could ask, you blurt out the answer in excitement, “We’re going stargazing! And tonight’s perfect! Come on!”

💫 It’s quite a trek up to the cliff-side park, but Gavin is here and he has an arm around you, supporting you. The two of you hike up the mountain and the trail ends in a grassy meadow. Your mouth drop open, “It’s beautiful up here!” You exclaim, the tiny lights of the city seem so far way

💫 Luckily, there doesn’t seem to be anyone around so you and Gavin have the area to yourselves. Gavin settles himself on the grass and extends a hand towards you, “Come here”

💫 You sit and suddenly Gavin tugs on your hand, sending you flying into his chest. Your face flush instantly, “Gavin!”

💫 He laughs and you feel the sound rumble through his chest, warm and comforting, “We’re stargazing,” he reminds you and positions you so that you could comfortably look up at the sky. Your face turns a even brighter red, if possible

💫 You soon fall into a comfortable silence as the sky darkened to a inky black and slowly, twinkling stars start to appear

💫 “It really is beautiful,” you break the silence softly, wonder lacing your voice. Gavin makes a noise of agreement and he pulls you closer to him. “Gavin, I want to know about the constellations” you gently request

💫 And in his sure, soft voice, Gavin starts to name the constellations in the sky, pointing them out and telling you random facts

💫 You stretch your hand out towards the glittering background, “Don’t you ever wish you can just...reach out and grab them?” You ask softly, “Something about it makes me feel safe, like someone is watching over me”

💫 A calloused hand covers yours, the touch gentle, but you can feel the firm strength that you always associate with Gavin coursing through

💫 “The stars and I will always be there to protect you, no matter what”

Kiro: Night Market Expedition

(This isn’t exactly across the city, but MC does drag Kiro around. I thought it would be cute! This was loosely modeled after the Japanese Fireworks Festival, hanabi. This one is a little short - sorry!)

🎆 It’s summer and that means festivals galore! One of the key parts of the festival is the night market, full of food and quaint handicrafts. After the night market, there will be a fireworks show

🎆 You invite Kiro out since the two of you love to chow down his album recording wrapped and you thought he deserved a break. DON’T TELL SAVIN ABOUT THE FOOD

🎆 Kiro is super excited at the prospect of all that food getting the opportunity to spend time with you as well as being able to see the fireworks

🎆 He meets you at the bustling square in his typical disguise, a hat and black frames. The various vendors are already making food and delicious smells fill the air. Kiro is practically bouncing as you make your way to him. “Miss Chips! Are you ready for our food expedition tonight?”

🎆 “Yes!” You say as Kiro cheerfully wraps you in a hug as way of greeting

🎆 “What’s our plan of attack?” He ask as he surveys the sprawling vendors, cerulean eyes twinkling with anticipation

🎆 “I did some research,” you say as you pull out your phone, “I’ve narrowed it down to ‘Foods We Have to Try,’ and ‘Viral Foods.’ Where do you want to start?”

🎆 Kiro studies your list with intense concentration, “The King Takoyaki first,” he says finally

🎆 “That’s exactly what I was thinking!” You exclaim and Kiro sends a million-watt smile your way

🎆 “Just as I thought, Miss Chips and I are really connected!”

🎆 You pull out a map that you procured earlier and study it. “Let’s go!” You grab Kiro’s hand and pull him along to the vendor

🎆 Along the way, you can’t help but snap pictures of the various handicrafts that people are selling. Kiro asks if you want to stop and check some of these out

🎆 “Later! We’re here to eat first,” you pull Kiro along, with nothing but your destination in mind. You arrive in front of the “King Takoyaki” stand. You and Kiro share a gleam with excitement and order 2 takoyaki

🎆 Kiro is about to take a bite when you stop him, “I need to take pictures first!” He laughs and grabs your phone

🎆 “Miss Chips, let’s take one together!” He pulls you closer to him and holds up his takoyaki, grinning at the camera

🎆 He takes a picture of you two, grinning goofily with your takoyaki

🎆 “Ready? On 3, 2,1!” The two of you bite into the savory ball.

🎆 “Mmm!” Kiro wriggles with delight. You laugh and sneak a picture of him when he’s not looking. “Oh this is so good! Good call, Miss Chips!” He high fives you, “What’s next?

🎆 You look at each other, “Ringo-Ame!” [apple coated in crunchy sugar candy] Both of you say in unison and the two of you break out into a fit of merry laughter

🎆 “Come on!” You say, tugging on Kiro’s arm. “I think I saw it earlier.” You lead the way amidst the bustling vendors and stop in front of a little cart filled with bright red glossy apples on sticks

🎆 You pause to take some pictures. “Here!” You turn towards Kiro’s voice and suddenly your mouth is filled with a sweet tanginess

🎆 Kiro grins, “Is it good?” You nod as you chew and Kiro laughs aloud. His laugh is bright and carefree; it makes you smile as well

🎆 “We’re supposed to eat it together,” you mumble when you finally finish chewing

🎆 Kiro hands you an apple on a stick, “Then it’s your turn to feed me!” He opens his mouth wide and you stick the apple in his mouth. “Just as I predicted, whatever Miss Chips feed me is unbelievably delicious!” His voice is a little muffled

🎆 You put your hands on your waist and pretend to glare, “Of course! I only introduce you to good food, you know!”

🎆 Kiro smiles and it’s infectious. Your lips tug up in an answering grin

🎆 The two of you go from stall to stall, sampling various foods when suddenly you hear a commotion near the river

🎆 “The fireworks!” You exclaim, “They must be starting! Let’s go!” You grab Kiro’s hand and pull him towards the crowd. Everyone is congregating on the banks of the river, getting ready for the fireworks show

🎆 You manage to find an empty spot a little ways from the crowd. After all, you didn’t want Kiro to be mobbed

🎆 The two of you sit and wait. Kiro pulls you close and there is a thunderous BOOM!

🎆 The sky bursts into dazzling colors and the crowd oohs

🎆 “So pretty!” you shout to Kiro over the noise. He nods, staring at the colorful bursts. You steal a glance at him. The various colors and flashes from the fireworks throws different colors across his face, and you forget to breathe for a moment. Kiro looks ethereal

🎆 Kiro glances at you and your eyes meet. You can feel the ever present warmth emanating from his bright blue eyes and it warms you all over. He pulls you even closer to him. “What are you looking at?” He asks loudly

🎆 You smile and press your lips against his ear, “I was just thinking, that just now you looked like you do on stage. With the lights flashing, only right now the stage lights are replaced with fireworks. A true idol, bringing light to his fans,” you say, speaking from the heart

🎆 He gazes tenderly at you for a moment and then leans down to whisper in your ear, just like you had with him, breath ghosting over your ear,

🎆 “But to me, Miss Chips is my light, she outshines even the most beautiful of fireworks”

Lucien: Cherry Blossom Tour

(FYI contains traces of Blossom Date-my Lucien creative juices has been used up by writing my other fic lol. NOTE: What I tried to write here is basically hanami aka a Japanese tradition of viewing cherry blossoms and eating/drinking. Also, this might be a bit biased oops)

🌸 It’s springtime and cherry blossoms are finally in season!

🌸 Cherry blossom themed everything have been popping up everywhere. Cafés, bakeries, ice cream shops, you name it. It’s the perfect time for couples to go out and enjoy spring under the cover of pink and white

🌸 You have been working nonstop for days and you were getting a little jealous at all the cute desserts that your coworkers posted on their social medias. This weekend, you finally have the day off and you want to go see the cherry blossoms before they’re all gone

🌸 You invite Lucien, and he readily agrees. He has been waiting for your invitation

🌸 He shows up in front of your door at 10am on the dot, dressed in a cozy white sweater with a black overcoat. “What’s the itinerary for today?”

🌸 You grab his hand and excitedly show him pictures on your phone. “So Kiki recommended this café and she said that the sakura latte is a must try! Also, afterwards, maybe we can go to this bakery! The mochi there looks so cute! And then after the bakery, we can go to this spot. I heard it’s the best place in the city for cherry blossom viewing!”

🌸 Lucien smiles as he lets you pull him along and ramble about all the places you want to see. “Slow down, silly girl, we have all the time in the world to see everything you’re interested in”

🌸 The two of you get to the café and settle down in a booth near the window. You eagerly order the sakura latte, Lucien orders the cherry blossom tea. As you wait for your drinks, the two of you chat casually about work. With Lucien around, the conversation is never dry, no matter how boring the topic

🌸 Your drinks arrive and Lucien waits expectantly, knowing that you wanted to take pictures. You quickly snap a few pictures of the pretty drinks and upload them onto your social media with the caption “Trying this for the first time!”

🌸 You take a sip carefully and Lucien watches with amusement. “Is it sweet?” You nod happily. Lucien chuckles, “Silly girl, you got foam all over your mouth”

🌸 Before you can grab a napkin, Lucien tenderly swipes his thumb across your lips. In the blink of an eye, his tongue darts out, catlike, to taste the foam on his finger. “You’re right, it is sweet,” he grins at your shell shocked face

🌸 LUCIEN CAn YoU nOT

🌸 After you recover from ProfessorSmooth Lucien’s antics, you finish your drinks and head over to the bakery to try the special sakura mochi

🌸 “Welcome! For today, we are having a lovers’ special! For every couple, we are giving them 2 free sakura mochi with the purchase of the special couple cherry blossom waffle set!” The cashier greets you cheerfully

🌸 “Er...” You are flustered

🌸 “We’ll take it,” Lucien answers for you as he wraps a arm around you, smiling politely at the cashier

🌸 Smooooooooooth

🌸 You collect your food and you once again take pictures of the delicate desserts

🌸 Lucien waits patiently until you’ve set your phone down and offers you a bite of the mochi. You close your eyes in delight as the fragrant taste spreads through your mouth and Lucien chuckles. “Good?”

🌸 You nod as you open your eyes to find Lucien gazing at you in adoration. Blushing, you move to return the favor and his grin widens

🌸 After finishing the desserts, you bring Lucien to the park where you can see couples setting up blankets underneath the pink blooms

🌸 “Careful,” Lucien warns as the two of you navigate through the crowd

🌸 You sigh, “I didn’t expect there to be this many people. There aren’t any open spots!”

🌸 “Look over there,” Lucien directs your attention to a little grove hidden a ways from the bustling crowd, “I think there might be some cherry blossom trees in there, would you like to check it out?”

🌸 You walk towards the grove and glance at the crowds behind you. They didn’t seem to be interested. The trees part to reveal a little clearing in which five cherry blossom trees sat undisturbed, branches laden with faint pink blossoms. You gasp in delight. “Lucien, how did you know these were here?”

🌸 He shakes his head, smiling, “I didn’t. I think we just happened to be lucky” WhAt a CoINcIdEnCe

🌸 You run up to the gently swaying trees, eagerly taking pictures. “It’s really so beautiful!” You gush

🌸 “Yes,” Lucien murmurs, but he’s gazing at you, “Truly beautiful” You don’t notice RIP

🌸 “Did you know that cherry blossoms are the embodiment of mortality?” He suddenly inquires after a moment. You look at him, a little startled by the topic. Oops here comes a lecture by Professor Lucien. He smiles as to reassure you and continues, “The Japanese Samurai believed in this principle to appreciate the inevitability of death without fearing it. This was carried over by the Japanese pilots during World War II who painted their kamikaze warplanes with cherry blossoms before embarking on suicide missions to ‘die like beautiful falling cherry petals for the emperor.’ It’s a beautiful contrast, isn’t it?”

🌸 You look at the delicate blossoms thoughtfully, “Yes, but you forget that cherry blossoms also embody spring,” you say quietly. “Spring and rebirth goes synchronously with cherry blossoms. The Japanese also worshipped these cherry blossom trees in the spring to grant them a bountiful harvest. So even though they are fleeting, they teach us to appreciate the fleeting moments in life and admire their beauty”

🌸 Lucien stills, “Indeed,” his dark eyes are on you, ever so unreadable, but you detect a faint fondness within those violet pupils

LOL this was my attempt to write a scholarly scene like the one they exchanged during the Blossom Date in the Chinese server EPIC FAIL RIP

🌸 You smile at him, “So instead being sad about these fleeting moments, shouldn’t we be happy that we get to see such beautiful blooms?”

🌸 “Yes,” he answers and his voice is a little thick with emotion

🌸 “These moments spent with you, no matter how fleeting, will always be beautiful”

Victor: Hidden and Exotic Foodie Gems Across Town

(Count how many times Victor calls you “Idiot” or “Dummy”)

🍽 You’re doing a segment on undiscovered food joints around town

🍽 You ask Victor to join you since he’s a chef he owns Souvenir (one of the original hidden gems)

🍽 Doesn’t want to (“Dummy, just interview Mr. Mills and film it at Souvenir”)

🍽 You explain that since you already covered Souvenir, people want to see new content and new restaurants

🍽 Dummy “I’m busy”

🍽 A little disappointed, you say you’ll go invite Lucien someone else

🍽 Are you an idiot “Goldman, cancel all my appointments for today” (GiVe GoLdMaN a RaIsE) “Which restaurants are we going to?”

🍽 You excitedly show him a list of restaurants which includes a restaurant that has a soup dumpling recipe spanning over five generations, another which all their ingredients come from their home farm, and another restaurant which promises a unique sensory experience like no other. “So I was thinking having soup dumplings for breakfast, then the farm-to-table place for lunch, and then finally the multi-sensory restaurant wrapping it up for dinner!” You ramble, not noticing Victor sitting at his desk watching you, a small smile playing around his lips

🍽 “Dummy, so are we going to get going or not?” He interrupts you, “I do have a company to run, you know”

🍽 “Let’s go!” You cheer, pulling Victor from his desk. He refuses to admit that your enthusiasm is infectious

🍽 The soup dumpling place is located in the older part of the city and you’re entranced by the architecture of the buildings and quaint cobblestone streets. You take pictures of everything. Victor rolls his eyes, but secretly he’s smiling on the inside. Seeing you excited, he couldn’t help but feel the tingle of excitement as well

🍽 The dumplings were delicious and you captured everything with your camera, even stopping Victor from eating in order to take that perfect shot

🍽 Dummy “You’re not running a food blog”

🍽 After breakfast, you inform Victor that the next restaurant is up in the mountains. His brows crease. “Are you going to drag me all over the city?” Yup

🍽 “These are the restaurants the viewers want to see most,” you tell him as you trek up the picturesque trail through the woods

🍽 Dummy “Watch where you’re going”

🍽 You don’t listen to him as you continue yammering away and taking pictures. You don’t notice how Victor is watching you intently to make sure you don’t trip over a tree root or smack into a branch

🍽 Suddenly your foot misses a step and Victor grabs your arm before you could fall. Your momentum propels you into his hard chest. You hear a sigh above your head, “Didn’t I just say to watch your step?”

🍽 “My oh my, what a lovely couple!” You hear a cheerful voice say before you can retort. Victor lets you go carefully, still holding onto your arm. You both turn to find a little old lady smiling at you

🍽 “Hi!” You break away from Victor, a little flustered. You introduce yourself to the woman and your reason for coming. She warmly welcomes you guys into the restaurant

🍽 “Would you like to see the farm first?” She asks and your eyes light up. You look at Victor. He coughs

🍽 “You know, you don’t need to ask for my permission,” he says, rolling his eyes

🍽 “The two of you are so sweet,” the lady coos as she leads you guys to the farm

🍽 The two of you spend a lovely afternoon, eating the freshest ingredients. You ask the lady many questions about her restaurant until you feel like you got enough material. There were many pictures taken

🍽 By the time you guys leave the farm, the sun is just starting to set. “Perfect timing!” You beam up at Victor, “I can’t wait for the multi-sensory experience”

🍽 Idiot “You’ve done nothing except eat all day. How can food excite you to this extent?”

🍽 “It’s the experience, not the food,” you tell him, waiting as the two of you arrive before a nondescript steel door. “And...it’s who I’m with,” you add, more softly as your cheeks redden. The door swings open then, saving you the embarrassment

🍽 The two of you are blindfolded, with earplugs in. You hold on tight to Victor’s hand as a server leads you two inside. You are gently directed to sit down and a hand removes your blindfold. You blink, eyes adjusting to the light and then you gasp. Multiple lights in a wide array of colors are projecting lazily onto the walls and table. Soft music play in time to the revolving lights. “Wow!” You exclaim in delight

🍽 “I see that it doesn’t take much to impress you,” Victor says quietly and you turn your head just in time to see a soft smile across his lips

🍽 You stare at him because did Victor just smile? And he sighs, “If you keep ogling at me, you’re going to miss the show”

🍽 Show? You’re about to ask when suddenly the music stops and the room darkens. There is a blast of fanfare and lights explode. You smell something absolutely fragrant and your server enters the room.

🍽 For the rest of your meal, every course is paired with a matching scent as the lights dance to the music. Your senses are completely assaulted. You miss Victor smiling at the way you eagerly scarf everything down

🍽 At the end, the music quietens and the lights dim. You put down your utensils and turn to Victor happily. He’s looking at you with something inexplicably soft in his eyes. You blush, feeling self-conscious. “Wh-why are you looking at me?”

🍽 “You have sauce on your face, dummy,” he says without skipping a beat. VICTOR, CAN YOU NOT

🍽 You pout at him, after wiping your mouth. “So...you didn’t enjoy it?” You ask quietly. You can’t help but feel hurt, and you wonder if you had wasted an entire day of Victor’s busy schedule

🍽 There is a sigh and Victor reaches for you, pulling you close and you tumble into his lap. GUYS, YOU ARE STILL IN A RESTAURANT

🍽 “That’s not it, dummy,” You hear him sigh and then-

🍽 “I’ll always enjoy the time spent with you. That time is never wasted, as long as it’s with you”

See I can write fluff sometimes, it’s not just angst all the time and not smut 😅 Wow this ended up being longer than I had previously planned to be. They turned out to be like minifics whatttt rip i’m sorry (Also there were some technical issues-forgot to save) 😓 But I hope that this was what you had in mind! Hopefully I got the characterizations of the boys right!💖
