ADHD culture is dying of thirst when there’s a full glass of water right next to me because I don’t have enough executive functioning to reach over, grab it, and put it to my lips. It takes me an hour of bargaining with my brain to take one tiny sip; and then I do it all over again.

i did it. i did the funny thing-
