theo’s bedroom is slowly coming together

#river dipping #theodore doe #echthroi #ts4 #ts4 edit #after the save broke yesterday morning for the fourth! time i finally pulled up mod manager and started looking through the hundreds of #conflicts i apparently had and also deleted well over 500+ duplicates... my mods folder is SO rancid i'm sure i missed some conflicts #bc see those dark blue pillows on theo's bed? those are actually white :) but for some reason when i move the pillows near the wall they #change color depending on the time of day... it's not just those pillows some other objects do it too... just closing my eyes at it <3 #the bed and desk are where theo spends most of his time so i spent forever on them. his bed needed to be overwhelmed by stuff #there are... ten pillows i believe two large covers a sheet and a blanket. theo kind of just... burrows into the center and hides. #bunny boy behavior........ and yeah those are matthias's gloves on theo's desk <3 #i have to recolor the stuff on theo's walls later. i imagine his walls are mostly empty and it's just the floors in his apt. that're messy #but i wanted sticky notes to help him remember things and that back wall is going to have matthias's art and love letters #<- which theo definitely takes down and hides whenever matthias actually comes over lmaoooo #also i finally moved all of the pins from theo and matthias's boards over to @theodoredoe (mattodore was taken 😞) #i wanted a place just for my oc boards and i also wanted to be able to add sections to each oc's boards so! new acc! #yk how i mentioned theo's board looking so cluttered? yeah so. figured out it's bc over half of his board is just quotes #i made a section and threw all the 200+ quotes in there and will slowly put some of them in his main board #his board just looks so much better now like i'm so happy about it 🥰 it was definitely worth the time #OH ALSO!!!! I don’t think wanting people to see my art or read my writing is the same #I’m happy I’m getting more followers because it means more people interact with my creative works #which feels objectively different to how I think of Fame #I want people to like the final product: the art or story. I’m not necessarily building a brand around who I am as a person #I did originally make this tumblr to post my funny sex shop stories then moved on when I switched jobs and didn’t have an audience #and now that I do I have such a better writing voice to share them with so I’m happy people are enjoying them finally

I realized I made some notes on how different characters fight in mob psycho, and I never posted them. here you guys go, for any reference needs

Mob: mostly simple attacks, not very showy, just waves his hand and uses telekinesis/exorcizes something, doesn’t move around much. As ???%, much more destructive, psychic force seems to just emanate off of him and destroy everything

Teru: VERY mobile, throws himself around with telekinesis, puts his whole body into the attacks and tends to use moves from normal fights (punches, slaps, kicks, etc). Utilizes a variety of psychic techniques with flexibility, very creative. Piss stance, necktie sword. Much more flashy than Mob

Ritsu: uses powers to throw people/things around. While Mob and Teru attack with just psychic blasts, Ritsu tends to use his powers to grab other things as an attack (grabbing the delinquents and throwing them against each other, throwing the Claw guards against the wall, picking up cars to sandwich Shimazaki between them). Uses his environment creatively (fire extinguisher smoke screen against Shimazaki). More flashy than Mob, but not as mobile as Teru. Hand gestures for Drama

Shou: sneaky + speed + bomb!! Tries to be as evasive as possible using invisibility/speed (probably telekinetically enhanced?) to hit from behind, using either telekinetic force (his stomp in his introduction, the shockwave hit on ???%) or his charge bomb attack. Potentially uses speed/evasive moves as defense instead of the barriers we see most everyone else use

Serizawa: likes to channel his powers into an object (umbrella, business cards). Uses that object as a shield, sword, or something to blast psychic powers out of. Not very mobile in season two, moves around much more in the yokai fight. Not particularly flashy, but looks cool regardless

Reigen: deception/surprise!!! Either tricks people into thinking he’s going to do something else and then attacking, or just outright taking them by surprise and attacking before they know what’s going on. Usually doesn’t have a follow-up move, just does the one attack and hopes for the best. Prefers to bluff his way through a situation

#mp100 #I like what these details say about each of the characters #mob doesn't like making a show of things but is very powerful so he doesn't really need to get wild with it #teru I think was very influenced by how the other delinquents fight #because a lot of his moves tend to be punches/kicks/slaps that are psychically enhanced #I guess to fit into how other gang members fought #ritsu is still learning how to use his powers so he really only knows telekinesis at this point #but he's very creative with how he uses that telekinesis and he takes full advantage of his environment #putting that clever brain of his to use!! #shou kind of breaks my heart because he never uses barriers and I worry that he doesn't know how to #because that might have been seen as cowardly #or maybe not an option at all since he was surrounded by espers strong enough to break most barriers #so instead he tries to be fast and sneaky to get the upper hand #I wonder if serizawa doesn't feel as comfortable using his raw power and prefers to channel it into an object? hmm #and then reigen is the king of bluffing and hoping it works out for him #and surprisingly enough it usually does

Blurred Future

When the GIW became too much (too much for Danny, the ghosts and his family), everyone made the decision to close the portal. Danny wanted to stay, he wanted to experience all that was left of his life, but his family wouldn't let him. Jazz was terrified that the GIW would find out that there was still a ghost on earth, that they would hurt him, so at the last moment she pushed him out and yelled that they would let him come back when it was safe.

Years passed, years where the ghosts watched as the cheerful halfa faded, as he missed his family every day. As he aged and stopped aging (Clockwork explained it had to do with his feelings, Danny felt nothing); the halfa kept waiting, but nothing happened.

Then, a portal opened. Danny got excited, thinking Jazz would be on the other side but the world was not the same. He scanned the abandoned lab and found Vlad's face, he looked like an old man. Danny frowned and asked about his family, but Vlad denied sadly, then he explained that he had lived a long time (much longer than he should have) but he was starting to die.

Vlad also explained that Amity didn't exist anymore, that Sam, Tucker and Jazz had spent their lives disbanding the GIW, making the world a better place for him. But none of them stuck around to see the outcome; there were always rogue agents of the organization, always a danger to Danny that none of them wanted to take.

They made Vlad promise them that he would eliminate every piece of the old government agency (and he did, there wasn't even paper evidence left) and bring Danny back.

Years passed since then, and although Vlad doubted he had long to live, he kept his promise. Danny didn't take it very well, but he let Vlad speak, Vlad even took him to his family's graves. And above all, Vlad let him make a choice: He could keep the portal open, live in both worlds, or he could close it, stay on one side or the other.

Danny decided to stay, he did not close the portal but decided to live the human life that had been taken from him. He asked Vlad what he could do, and the former halfa shrugged his shoulders, he indicated that he had left him his fortune, so he could do what he wanted. He also warned him that "heroes" were beginning to be born into the world.

Not quite understanding the warning, Danny did what his clone had done in the past: travel. It felt strangely liberating to explore everywhere, to see how the world had changed. On one of his travels he stumbled upon a place: Gotham.

His obsession stirred as he saw all the crime in the city and he wandered into "Park Row" with a frown on his face. There he found a little boy, he looked like he was about to cry but was desperately looking for something. Danny decided to help him.

The boy saw him with distrust and asked him who he was, clearly he was not used to receive help; Danny noticed his blue eyes, his black hair and his fierce look. Then he looked at himself, he looked to be in his 20's, but they had similar features. An idea came to his mind.

So, thinking he couldn't lose anything, Danny said the stupidest thing he could think of at the moment.

"I'm you, from the future."

Jason was a little boy living a hard life, but the stars, the dreams and the desire to fly hadn't left his heart. When a stranger who looked like him told him he was his "future self" he believed him.

This, of course, changed many things.
