Hello, it is the morning and here is my promise, song that remind me alot of redacted characters! It's mostly darlin I've come to realize this.

Steady by The Crane Wives- Darlin planning on killing Quinn but Sam says they aren't ready if they fly off the handle. Darlin listens and while Sam sleep they leave to go find Quinn. (There's a part in the tempo that sounds like running so that's them running- in their human form after him) they fight with Quinn but in the end Sam was right they shouldn't of flew off the handle, the last words of the song was "we weren't ready" and we can guess what that means (I wanna right this as a fic so badly)

Head over heels by Tears for Fears- it's just David and Angel, David being head over heels for angel

Rolling in the deep by Adele- the freelancer to Kody, telling him that they can do so much damage to him bc he fucked with them, they wished things were different but unfortunately Kody is petty and he fucked around to find out

The moon will sing by The Crane Wives- avior and starlight, it's just a compilation of their relationship, avior loving starlight like the sun, it's kinda sad when you think about it

ho-ly shit, this actually got finished. this was so much work for something that is so incredibly niche, but im so happy with it. this was SO MUCH FUN to come up with, to think of songs for each card, to slip in silly references and make my little border designs... thank you so much everyone else who has been enjoying these posts!

I truly believe Will Wood is an incredible musician and songwriter and is one of the top lyricists in the last decade both in and outside of the genres that he chooses to play in with absolutely zero irony. I also believe that you can only fully understand that if you’ve either had a pet die before listening to his music or you have a history of drug abuse and mental health crises. Or you’re trans.
