So I didnt end up rewatching any LMK today since I had a bad headache, but I spent the day enjoying the nice weather (good breeze coming in through my window into my work room) getting some work done on my drawing for @gillanfryingpan b-day and some drawings for the @cotls blog. Also finished dungeon meshi vol 13. 💪

Over all pretty productive day.

I see more and more hate in the tags for romance x reader stories and others asking for more platonic stories.

if you don’t like romance fics then fine but don’t bash on it for those who do. If you want platonic fics that’s great me too!! But that doesn’t mean one is better than the other

I hate seeing people bash on x reader romance fics, you can not like something without hating on those who love them and write them.

if you want more platonic fic? Then write them yourself. Draw them yourself. Create yourself. but don’t hate on those who create what they love.

It’s not right.

Ok so i have a cool twst/om crossover

idk if this has been done yet but

so what if after Belphie kills mc, mc just gets their "new life" or whatever as yuu in twst. Now how would Mc/yuu get there? im still deciding whether it be (1) Solomon did something beforehand to cause us to travel to another universe (maybe like he was cooking around us and the smell of it caused it) (2) Lilith's magic was stronger than intended to we switched universe (3) Barbatos did something.

On the topic of Barbatos i also have an au where the Magic Mirror and Barbatos are related somehow like maybe he created it but Solomon wanted to show him a potion and sent it to the twst universe or like Barbatos has like a secret brother/cousin that is the magic mirror and that brother/cousin can control the mirror from the om universe. Anyways this was random. i hope this makes sense.

1. Are you named after anyone?

Um I suppose that means if your asking about my legal (in which only via middle name) or my chosen (technically yes? The Primordial goddess of Night and child of Chaos, Nyx)

2. When was the last you cried?

Honestly don't remember, I don't cry very easy actually.

3. Do you have kids?

Nope! I actually managed to get a partial hysterectomy precisely so I don't have kids (and so I could finally stop suffering through periods because O W)

4. What sort of sports do you play/have you played?

Um I tried basketball when I was a kid, oh and I used to be on a little leagues baseball team but otherwise I've never really been into sports, I'll play something if the opportunity comes up but I don't seek it.

(Just remembered that I did do gymnastics for a brief period of time but never had the opportunity to get back into it)

5. Do you use sarcasm?

Oh no.... never heard of sarcasm before... what's that?

Serious answer is yes and usually only around people I'm comfortable with.

6. What's the first thing you notice about people?

Mm, kinda depends on the day/how busy I am but usually the hair/clothes, otherwise it's just kinda half observing that oh there's people there.

7. What's your eye color?

Green/Hazel.

Considering my ass C A N N O T handle horror then happy endings is very much the obvious answer.

9. Any talents?

Ummmm I'm not sure? I mean. I guess I do generally come up with decent creative ideas. No idea if that counts tho.

Esmonds Washington (state) no idea what that particular area is like though.

11. What are your hobbies?

Gaming is an easy one, occasionally I crochet, art (still very beginner) I love reading, does daydreaming count as a hobby? Cause i do that like practically all the time.

Y E S. I love love love love! My dog Angel (I will provide a pic~)

5'4 (but I could've been taller had the doctors that "handled" my moms pregnancy hadn't fucked up and forced me to stay in the womb longer than I should have. Yes I'm forever salty over them fucking over my mom)

14. Favorite subject in school?

No fucking clue actually, I had to be taken out of school due to bullying/teachers denying me my inhaler (I have asthma)

15. What is your dream job?

Owning my own salon actually, a salon that is both neurodivergent and disability friendly

I hate Luke Castellan. I hate how I know what he becomes. I hate how he betrays Percy and Annabeth when they both viewed him so highly. But most of all I think what I hate most is knowing that I'd fall for it too

I'm rereading the series right now and he's just so...perfect at manipulation. Making Percy feel seen, knowing just how to make Percy trust him. And Annabeth, well he was her first love, of course she'd trust him with her life.

It would be so easy for him to get me to trust him as well. I trust EVERYONE too quickly, a guy like that? Boom instantly trusting you with just one sentence. I still remembering having him as my favorite character the first time I read the Lighting Thief.

Okay. BigB getting the red task two times in a row is INSANE. IF we believe that it is functionally a boogeyman sort of task mechanic (I think Grian said something along these lines on Reddit?) then that would imply an equal chance for every player to get it each session.

So let's do some basic statistics! There are 17 players in Secret Life, and we assume an equal chance for each of them to be given the red task. We also have to assume that there is only one red task per session. We're trying to calculate the probability that BigB gets the red task two times in a row. (Also known as the probability that both Event A and Event B occur). Event A here is BigB getting the red task in Session One, and Event B is BigB getting the red task in Session Two. There are 17 options and only one way to fulfill Event A, so the probability of Event A is 1/17. The same goes for Event B, in this case, it's also 1/17. That means, to get the probability BigB gets the red task twice in a row, we need to multiply Events A and B together.

1/289. 0.003. That's 0.3%. There is a 0.3% chance that he gets the task twice in a row. And while it's certainly Possible, it's insanely incredibly unlikely!! 99.7% chance Anything Else happens.

With this 0.3% behind us, I think that we're right to believe Something weird is happening. Between the incredibly low likelihood mathematically, and the fact that he's been acting off and constantly lying, I would say this is intentional.

Why it's happening, on the other hand, is a question with much less easily findable answers. I know I've got my theories, but I'm definitely excited to wait and see what happens next week!
