so annoying to get suicidal again. i don't actually want to die but i also have a big urge to end it all. i know it is because i feel trapped in life. i know it is stress. i feel like i want to die, but deep down, i know don't. the impulse and intrusive thoughts are still horrific, but at least it helps knowing the urges are just a reaction to current circumstances which have been blown out of proportions in my mind due to how childhood trauma fucked up my brain. it is ptsd. it is a flashback to the past, but the past is over even if my body doesn't realise it yet. i will be okay
