I'm a mere humble person but you guys seriously made me feel a little important for a moment there ^///^

11. Favorite fan art of the year: Hard to say, but I'll say this sampard piece I got from Val baby for my bday, and this Ukatake commission by @dokidoki-muffin, this spiderdads commission by @giulscomix, and this Ittorou commission by @chibimochii have also stolen my heart!

And ofc all other commissions of this year (the bowuigi one fs;ijogij; and miguel one omggg, the pokemon commission so CUTE). And *wiggles fingers* I have more on the way....

12. Favorite fic of the year: Hard to say but I've been enjoying a lot of the Tickletober works specifically by @lovelynim and @ticklygiggles, and also this Nimona fic by @bambinella has become a fav, and all RWRB fics by @kourtniwritesagain!!!!! I still need to reblog them here.

13. Favorite ask game of the year: I can't remember which ones I played, but I remember there was a time I had reblogged "post your anonymous confessions" or something, and it resulted in the most interesting asks and conversations with you guys^^ I liked that.

14. My top achievements as a writer/artist/creator/blogger: If I'll be around in a year, this won't be 'writer' but 'blogger', but for this one as a writer, it'll again be completing all 31 days of tickletober right on schedule despite a minor intervention.. :"D

15. My own best fic/post of the year: I have no idea! But if I ask AO3, it answers that my best fic of this year is my bowuigi fic mahahaha (based on kudos btw).

Wonder if I'll ever get to it, since my reading and fic reblogging is already not what I like it to be, meaning that every fic I reblog would probably belong on that list lol. But alright, I'd like to make a faves of the faves list then.

20. Goals for next year: Read more...!!! Read more books, more manga, more webtoons, more tickle fics. I love them, so I should read more! My truest ambition.

Shoutouts to people who made my 2023 a better year: I know, and you might know, I didn't do so well last time since I tagged a bunch of friends but also forgot to mention some... not because I didn't care about them but because I am a flopper. So to prevent this embarrassment I won't mention any names this time.

I especially would like to thank everyone who is still around, who is reading this, who followed my new blog. To be honest, on my old blog I felt flattered to have so many followers but I was also aware it was the effect of being active for 7 years in a ton of fandoms, and that it didn't say anything about the accurate number of people appreciating what I was posting.

But to be at already almost 500 followers on this blog? Where I only post shit? Now that's a compliment I will gladly accept. Thank you to all of you for the support!

Physical touch

This man is all about touching. If it’s after a risky mission or an argument with his master, he just wants to be held tight and forget about the constant stress and responsibility that he has laying on his shoulders.

Anakin came rushing to his chambers after he got patched up in the med bay. He was sent on a mission to collect information from some spy guy that was lurking on some ship, turns out it was all plotted to kill whoever came to collect said information. His steps slowed down and came to a full stop when he stood Infront of his door, wich would led him into his home. His heart started beating faster when he felt the familiar presents in his chambers, waiting for him to come in.

The door slid open and revealed his loved one waiting impatiently just mere meters away from him. Anakins tensed shoulders relaxed as he rushed to their side to embrace them. He gently pulled them against his aching body while pressing soft kisses on top of their head „Welcome home Ani“ your delicate voice bought butterflies to his stomach „I‘ve missed you my love“ his voice not more than a whisper to your ear. Anakin let go of his S/O and cupped their face with his hands while staring into their eyes like he hasn’t seen them in years. He caressed their face and gently gently pressed his lips to theirs. Finally he could hold them Ingos Arms again.

Obi wan

Quality time

We all know Obi wan. He is caring and kind, but also keen to the Jedi order. In order to not stand out on your relation ship, spending time together is the perfect thing especially if your a Jedi too! He would enjoy your company and eventually sneak a kiss here and there (ahh omggg)

It was a late sunny day that y/n and Kenobi decided to take a walk together in a more relaxed part of the city. Occasionally people would walk by and greet the two Jedi politely while the two of them would greet back. Obi wan took his beloved behind a building that formed into a platform that showed a beautiful view of the passing suns. Obi took the hands of his partner in his much bigger ones „I wish I could show you how much I love you Obi“ Kenobis face softened and gently squeezed their hands „Your time is enough to show me how much you care for me love“ he pressed a kiss on their forehead as the sun slowly disappeared behind the horizon.

The Mandalorian Heard a Loud sneeze coming from not so far away in his ship. It didn’t startle him, it worried him. His gloved hand reached to their forehead before sighing„You‘re burning up! As long as this is, we will not continue our journey“ his voice sounded serious tho his face expressed pure worry, but that view was cut off since he wore his signature mandolorian helmet „But Mando we have to get the kid to its kind!“ the sickling protested. A heavy sigh was heard and the mandolorian shook his head, while he gently pushed his partner into bed „Just let me do this for you..“ he pleaded. No one could resist that genuine plead coming from this man so y/n had no other choice than to give up and relax in the small bed.

Even the green baby came to the side of the bed and patted the sick ones hand „You stay here too, while I look for medicine“ he said demanding to the kid that made brabble noises that seemed like a form of him understanding. The bounty hunter left the ship and looked for a small village that would help him with his problem. Meanwhile y/n had slipped into a deep sleep and only woke up when they felt a wet cloth on their head „Mornin sunshine..“ the masked man greeted „You didn’t need to do all this for me“ they said with a soft smile on their face. Din caressed their face and shook his head „You are worth the trouble Cyar’ika“ he said softly

We'll just say my nickname is B. I'm 22 and a physics major/math minor. I work full time as a bartender atm but I hope to get my PhD and live a life where I never have to work customer service ever again. I'm a Capricorn sun, Leo moon, Scorpio rising, ISTP, apparently a type 8 enneagram. I'm the oldest of three siblings and I'd do absolutely anything for my brother and sister.

I have two ferrets who are the closest thing to children I will ever have. I love the arts and finding ways to express myself through hair, clothes, tattoos/piercings, etc. Speaking of, I have a mullet. It's not dyed rn because I'm too lazy to keep up with bleaching my hair so it's just brown. I drive a station wagon cause I'm exceptionally queer.

I've lived my entire life in the mountains so I really want to go to grad school abroad or at least in a city bc I love uprooting my life and starting over and being an anonymous menace to society.

Fun fact! I wasn't even going to go to college, I was just gonna join the circus because I did 15 years of ballet and gymnastics and never thought I could afford school. I always wanted to be one of the people that dances on the silk ropes. I had a wonderful high school science teacher that helped me apply and encouraged me to pursue an academic life. I do art as stress relief thus my blog.

CEO of making you blush. Gets you flustered all the time. He literally can never get enough of you. Sometimes you’ll just catch him giving you that stare. Or just like checking you out and you’re like: Kakashi we are in the middle of the village control yourself.

You really can’t get him to be jealous. You’ve tried everything and anything but he never gets riled up. He can make you jealous, but he doesn’t do it a lot. I think the only time you can really get him worked up like that is if you unintentionally make him jealous. If he knows you’re trying to, he won’t let it work. Another thing; you’ve done it on every surface possible in your apartment. The kitchen table, the bathroom counter, the shower, every gosh darn wall. Probably even on a chair at your dinner table... What can I say. HES WHORE KNEE

You will definitely be eachother’s first times. If you’re with him you’re with him for the long run. He isn’t gonna give himself to anyone like that. Nope, you’ll know you’re stuck with him once he starts to get intimate.

That being said, I don’t know why but I don’t think he’d be very self conscious about himself tbh. Like he’s touch starved as fuck already and so inexperienced so like.. now that he’s experiencing physical contact like he’s never had before my guy is short circuiting. Any touch from you feels wayyy to good for him and he could care a less about anything else when he gets going.

this is going to sound cheesy, but it means so much that you thought that my shitty blog was worth following, it just blows my mind

I was going to do a sleepover but if you’ve been around for awhile you know they don’t really work out for me for one reason or another

But to get real for a second

I’ve been on and off tumblr for years now

I started this blog back in March and it was a mess of just reblogging, then on June 24th I decided to clean up my blog and start writing again The last time I had written was in 2018 on my old wattpad account, I stopped writing cause I started getting bullied and even got a few death threats

But moving on

Then four days later on June 28 I posted my first fic “Hold Me?” and even though it’s short, pretty shitty and cringey, it has a special place in my heart,  (It’s also the only fic of mine I’ve liked on purpose just to get it to 69 notes lol)

Then I got my first comment, 5 words are all that it took to make me want to keep posting, 5 words send by the lovely @ajokeformur-ray “This is /so/ cute omggg ~” Thank you Erika, without you I wouldn’t have made the friends I have

I knew of NCT since their debut but AHAHAHA you see, I felt a bit funny because I’m older than many members JKFNDJK so I avoided them until around Superhuman/Boom when some friends exposed me to their music during a trip we made for a Got7 concert, a week with them was enough for me to go back home straight to search more about NCT, and here I am now : D

-theyre born in america to a beholding cultist group, their parents are like Teachers With Doctorates, they have six other siblings (who also all go different ways) the upbringing is like zero privacy 100% authoritative, they live on the compound which doubles as like a high end Alternative Schooling, i imagine they would have called their parents ma'am and sir more than mom and dad, its competitive family dynamic and theyre being Trained to take the archivist position on the off chance that gertrude dies of old age (i think given that a branch in china had a guy lined up thats a reasonable thing to assume the cult does as a whole?), they attend like a compound boarding school with other cultist children (like, america has A LOT of cult compounds,, so i think it would be def a thing for dread god followers, and since tmi has like Some kind of academic standing, with american culture there’d be some kind of accredited legitimacy to the school)

-they go to whatever fancy university for a weighted accelerated library sciences program that their family has a connection to, with like the smallest bit of experienced freedom they also take art classes at a Less Nice For Profit liberal school thats just a block or so away from the other as it tends to be in small american cities that are designated college towns, theyre like so paranoid about being caught and watched and judged that they go through the whole trouble of fabricating a whole entire different person to be for the other school which does not check anything ‘cause theyre getting paid, which like the money dries up a bit enough for them to start up some Fraud, i think the very start of like the identity theft is the End, but before that they would keep track of everything like taking notes about different places different selves needed to be, keeping track of lies the best they could, theyre the only one of the siblings left who havnt made it Super clear theyre with a different patron, so they feel the obligation to keep it up, i also think there’d be a lot of, wow no one can ever know anything about my terrible fucked up monster life so no one can get close, i cant even get close to me, vibe going on with all that

-this is the lead up to the psychotic break they have, and it Looses them up enough to experience the spiral, during the break down they find a book that Feels Familiar and its like, transcribed recordings of children in therapy conversations accompanied with art from the patient , it probs has a Misleading title like “my wonderful changing body and me!” like one of those youre going through puberty and instead of helping you emotionally im going to toss a book at you and leave the room kind of thing

-so they get lost a while, read a book in peace, break a mirror in a way thats v symbolic, like a representation of their sense of self becoming fractured, they use their blood to mark where theyve been, its all very trans formative and dramatic, (like they def arnt using they/them before this, they embrace the multiplicity of it all)

-their Purpose is to lead victims through, they create and maintain narrative mazes for people to get lost in and lead them to madness (so, like the metanarrative function of pyramid head, or like the bartender+delbert grady in the shining, or like the night clerk in the first downfall game? i guess the second one too but the first one has that vibe im going for and is less symbolic over all), this also means they like vacuum up after a messy meal

-the title that old fashioned people use is the minotaur, but stuff about their role within the cult as a concept is like jaws of madness, the teeth, the porter, doorman, caretaker, maid, whatever nondescript jobs victims see them having

-happening simultaneously to that metaphysical stuff, their physical self drops out of everything and a distant aunt offers to take them in which their family is Fine with cause their a disappointment and all, but it turns out their aunt is a house that like uk buzzfeed and travel blogs calls the mouth of madness, its like a winchester house, m takes it over and converts it to a bed and breakfast tourist spot for the income and it just, becomes a legit hotel business (but i think thats after the great twisting fell through)

-so timeline wise its, breakdown, impulsively marrying the physical embodiment of the lonely,the great twisting, hotel

-like cause they had no place of their own there was no place for them to go after the twisting fell through so they went no where, it was real upsetting tho

-things that not every minotaur had but some could do so this is like personal quirks! is they can move the understanding of physical things to create obstructions as long as its repetitive,so making mazes and labyrinths! and sometimes their fabricated spaces are like noticeably fake, they also cant balance a lot of victim plots and make new space like the first purpose comes first even when the second function would benefit

- they look however you expect them to look whatever that means for you but they also have a static like base self that they can like, replace with other selves

-like seeing the pure concept like how the distortion is that weird long fuckhands thing, their True shape is like a vitruvian man in constant motion like a photographic blur, you could probs see how a leg could be a tail and how shifting heads and shoulders could be horns and how weapons held by many hands are hooves of a beast

-there’s not always time for any of that so sometimes they have to just lock someone up, let their mind fill in the blanks and do them an insanity, box cutters have a nice sound but power drills are more appropriate for quick jobs

-they can fully Check Out of their physical body and just leave it there, they eventually have to go back and get it tho, it can do its own thing but its primarily customer service auto pilot

-their dreams are like realistically mundane, with the occasional interruption of something that catches up with them (like if they cut their hand off irl itll be fine but theyll eventually have a normal dream where their hand gets severed) (they also do a lot of work in dreams but they like differentiate between like im consciously doing stuff in the dreamscape and im a victim here dreams but theres no real, difference, thats not really their thing to be in control of)

-i think the sum of their personality would be like someone who exclusively talks in customer service voice and when theyre not working theyre a nervous wreck, they hide behind stuff when ever they can and feel more comfortable with something between them and other person like a wall or a magazine or a counter desk, that sort of thing

Yo! Long time no see! Lol yes, I’ve written for One Piece since I was a tiny weeaboo, and here we are again! I hope you’ll enjoy this and that it’ll be worth accepting that I switched blog lol. Omg I’m so sorry this turned angsty af, with a slightly mellow ending, but it’s as I always say - jellies do good to no one! Anyway, I hope that you’ll enjoy!

Sabo

Sabo notices the change in his s/o’s demeanor with just the first signs. She’s grown slightly distant with him, tends to make more sarcastic comments whenever he tries to talk to her, and even has given him the cold shoulder a couple of times now. Needless to say, the boy is worried and upset, wondering what he did wrong.

At first he just kind of assumes that it’s the stress that comes with a change of environment. Being in the Revolutionary Army is not easy, it’s not a field day. There’s going to be exhaustive training, severe scoldings from the bosses when something goes wrong, surges of tension between comrades here and there – it’s a war they’re fighting, there’s so much pressure that, sometimes, it’s hard to keep oneself level-headed.

Sabo starts to worry that he didn’t judge his partner correctly; he would have never suggested her joining his cause if he had known that she wouldn’t be able to handle it, let alone agree to it!

He goes to talk to her with nothing but good intentions and concern in his mind, so when she seems to get even angrier the second he suggests that she can quit anytime he’s thoroughly puzzled, and even sadder. He never intended on offending her by making her believe that she was weak! On the contrary, he knew just how strong she was, but all of his words just seemed to turn against him, and she refused to listen.

If he can’t go to his s/o for comfort, of course he’s going to rely on his best friend who, sadly, also is the source of the problem. The more distant the couple grows, the more often Sabo goes to vent to Koala. This course of action starts to become a very frustrating cycle that is, definitely, benefiting none of the parties.

It’s easy to catch that none of this is doing any good on Sabo’s health. Lately, he seems quite out of it, there’s slight bags under his eyes, he doesn’t really quip into conversations as much as he used to, and has received a couple of punches and slashes that, had he been his usual self, he’d have dodged easily.

Sabo is the kind of guy to show off his s/o, so everyone at the base knows just how much he loves her, what a great couple they used to make, from what the blond would often space out talking about. It’s easy to tell that she’s the reason why the chief of staff has been feeling so down.

Even when everything seems lost a cause, the idea of cutting his emotional ties with her never, ever crosses his mind. Sabo is a very optimistic guy, so he’s going to keep trying to find out what has pierced into their relationship, and is going to fix it. The first time he came across the option was when some of his partners suggested it, when even Dragon himself ordered that he had to do something about how she’s affecting him. Boy, was he angry and irritated, but he knew the boss was right; he couldn’t allow himself to be a nuisance for the organization.

He needs a couple of days to think about what to do, but actually acts quickly because he knows he doesn’t have as much time as he wishes he had. And as much as it might infuriate his s/o if she finds out, Koala plays a crucial role during these two days, providing comfort and encouragement. She’s his very close friend after all, and wants nothing more than for him and his realtionship to be healthy.

Sabo’s confidence drops an awful percentage when he finds himself waiting for his lover to answer the knocks on her door. He had even written a letter just in case all she would allow was having it slipped under the door to her quarters, and even then he just hated to think that she would return it to him, torn and unread. It really was his last hope.

When he finally has the chance to meet up with her, he’s absolutely ready to drop to his knees, bow his head as low as it can go and beg her to open up to him like she used to. The silent treatment is killing him, and the idea of having to break up with her kills him even more.

“I’m just not… fond of how close you’re to Koala, is all.” Those words leave her mouth and Sabo is feeling a torrent of emotions. Confusion, temporary relief but, predominantly, anger. At himself, for not catching the signs that seem so obvious now, and at her for the utterly idiotic occurence. I’m not sure about the arguments they’ve had so far in their relationship, but let me tell you that this is THE argument. It gets to the point where he’s grabbing his hair in frustration and his s/o is starting to tear up from the intense emotions leaking from both of them. It could have been so easy to solve if she had just opened up to him about her feelings instead of pushing him away. Sabo is going to feel utterly betrayed, he expected more trust from his s/o. But he stops, he takes a deep breath, looks into her eyes and explains,once again and, hopefully, for all, that she is the one he wants to love. He does anything he must to convince her about it, and promises that he will remind her every day, until she believes it herself.

After having “solved” the problem, it’s going to be a little hard for Sabo to come to fully trust his s/o again. However, he’s happy because they went through the adversity and came out as a couple, with some scars, but nothing that time and good experiences couldn’t heal – starting with his s/o’s sincere apology to him and to Koala, who quickly became good friends with her. This honestly meant the world to Sabo, and gave him hope that they would keep growing steadily as a couple.

Pub Encounter Part 1 - Yorihisa Hodo Route

Okay, so I bought this on the Switch since I don’t think I have the guts to play this on Steam for the whole world to see LOLL. (However, apparently I have the guts to publish my thoughts on a blog post for the whole world to see anyway LOL) I’ve always been curious about this game because it features LIs on the older spectrum, maybe a bit too old for others, but I’m cool with it if they’re interesting! Typical start with Shiori going to a random pub and meeting a bunch of random old men who are regulars there. I’m following a guide on Steam, so I’m gonna go for Yorihisa first~ He seems to be the type that’s kinda flirty and open but keeps that as a facade? We shall see~ All the guys didn’t really appeal to me in the prologue haha. But! Yorihisa is Shiori’s favourite author and he’s a literature professor too! He sounds cool! Lol! It’s funny how Ryuunosuke seemed pretty cold initially, but when he started talking about Yorihisa’s books (that he enjoys), he actually smiled quite sweetly haha. Guess he’s the cold on the outside CEO that’s actually really nice type?

Shiori is so cute though. After talking to Yorihisa and them about her favourite book of his, she stayed up all night and read the book again loll. Gotta say, him gently touching her cheek and expressing concern over her dark circles was prettyyyy cute hahaha. It was really heartfelt when Shiori thanked him for writing these books, it really seemed like he appreciated how genuinely she loved his books. Hahaha omg, they’re really planning to play a game to see who falls in love with the other first? Guess Shiori is going to have to try really hard to win and get him to write another romance novel! Lmao when she said she’d turn him into a lovesick little puppy🤣 Honestly, with how bold Yorihisa is by holding her hand, kissing her forehead etc, I can’t find any hope in her winning considering how innocent she is LOL. Initially, it seemed so awkward for Mamoru and Hideaki to help teach her how to grab a guy’s heart, but I think Hideaki was just so cuteeee for hugging her in excitement when she was able to do what they taught her properly haha. LOL, she ended up failing as expected, but him warning her that the way she tried to seduce him felt like an invitation for sex and not “love” was good, she should be a bit more aware of how guys might react if she does all this touching and gazing into their eyes! It’s so normal for someone of his age to have had a wife, but it just completely flew over my head and I didn’t expect him to talk about a late wife who died a few years ago. I was so surprised at how forward Shiori became after seeing how sad he looked thinking about his wife, she literally brought him back home and was ready to give herself to him! I’m glad he didn’t take her up on the offer and only kissed and cuddled her to sleep. It’s pretty crazy how smitten she is with Yorihisa though lol. OMG, I guess I can say the same for Yorihisa, he’s definitely smitten with her, like dang. It was so hot when she asked him how you’re supposed to drink Nikolaschka (his favourite drink), so he got Hideaki to demonstrate that you kinda mix the lemon, coffee and sugar in your mouth and then drink the liquor in the cup in one shot, which sounds very fascinating tbh. But omggg when he asked her if she still wanted to try it, and when she said yes, he literally put the drink in his mouth and then kissed her and gave her the drink that way omggg LOL, I feel sorry for the clueless LI guys watching that on the side hahaha. I guess he was kinda jealous of how Hideaki and them were talking about how they taught Shiori how to seduce a guy and she tried it on them loll.

I love Hideaki, he’s like a Dad, caring about her and watching out for her so she doesn’t get taken advantage of. Ryuunosuke on the other hand cares in a different way though, he acknowledges that she’s an adult but made sure to ask Soichiro about what happened and why he didn’t stop it haha. Love that even though it was done kinda in a teasing way, Yorihisa still made sure to ask for consent before doing anything. Oh wow, I didn’t expect him to have lost both his daughter and wife to illness. It’s kinda saddening and yet sweet that his wife bought him a cat (similar to the one they previously bought for their daughter) before she died. It was so nice to see how they were starting such a normal couple life with her cooking him food and making a bath for him etc, it was quite cute. Only problem is, for some reason he’s ghosted her for a month! I can see why she would cry at the pub with Soichiro over that, I mean, it seemed like her feelings finally got across to him and he was reciprocating, and yet now he’s just…gone. Okay, that was so hurtful and uncalled for! First, he avoids her, and then says it was all a game etc and then spites her by giving her a kiss like she “wants”. It seems like he’s afraid that being with her any longer would make him really fall for her and he thinks that would mean he’s forgetting about the family he once had. It’s an understandable thing to go through I admit, I mean, he probably feels really unfaithful and terrible towards his late family for thinking that he can enjoy such happiness without them BUT, he was still pretty slack to Shiori though, she’s just earnestly trying her best to be with the man she loves. Well, they made up fast! I’m glad Ryuunosuke confronted Yorihisa though, he was so cool! I’m just glad to see how unrelenting Shiori is though lol, but I guess that’s something she’ll need if she’s going to chase after Yorihisa, since he likes to run away lol. Honestly, it seems like Yorihisa probably spent that month writing his new book to be like a confession to her or something. So I guess he’s gonna surprise her~

I thought he would chase after her and say that initially, she was a replacement for his wife, but not now, not anymore, but he just let her assume that was it! That was honestly heartbreaking to hear for her, here is Shiori laying her whole heart out to him, telling him that she loves him and doesn’t care about the game anymore, and he can’t give her any words of reassurance? Even if his novel is a confession to her, I’d still be annoyed. You can’t just leave her and hurt her like that! Sigh. Well, that was a rollercoaster of a ride, he can really be so cold and warm at the same time lol. I didn’t expect him to publicly dedicate the book to her, that was nice. But I think I liked the good ending more, just because I thought it was really sweet when she said “I’m home” to her empty house, and he said welcome home to her walking in behind her. I think it’s always nice to hear that from another person.

Overall, Yorihisa was a playful guy, but maybe a bit too playful and hurt from his past so he hurts Shiori a lot by not communicating better with her. He hides good things and bad things alike so I feel sorry for her. She’s always so upfront and honest about her feelings and she tries her best to communicate that, but he always backs away. Until the end anyway, kinda!? At least in the end, he can finally frankly tell her his feelings and his thoughts, so I guess that was nice. He’s quite a frustrating guy, and he definitely has Shiori in the palm of his hands, so I guess it was pretty frustrating to see her so easily allow herself be so vulnerable and reliant on his manipulative ways? Loll. But yeah, it was cute sometimes, but otherwise, their relationship is so unbalanced.. Not sure why she had to quit her job in the sequel when we don’t even know much about her job in the main route but okay loll. The date was a nice sweet little addition to the story~ but yeah, as a whole, I couldn’t take Yorihisa for always hurting Shiori and yet never apologising for his actions.

High school is possibly the worst place on earth. It’s like it was made to cater to the catty elite, but anyone who is different, or weird, or even just shy gets a target put on them. Laurent is different. His hair is too long, and he prefers actually going to class to learn rather than gossip, and he reads throughout his lunch break. And yeah, sometimes people give him shit for it, but Auguste has always told Laurent to be better than the assholes, so he’s never let that bother him much.

Except. Except, then there’s his mortal enemy, Aimeric. Aimeric is six months younger than Laurent, and they were childhood best friends, right up until Laurent’s dad fired Aimeric’s dad and Aimeric decided he had to take it out on Laurent.

It’s not usually that much of a problem, until the first day of Laurent’s final year of high school.

The issue is that all (three!) of Laurent’s friends were a year above him. Which means they’ve all graduated now. Which means that Laurent no longer has a shield of protection. Which means Aimeric finally has free range to attack Laurent in whatever way he sees fit.

The plan comes into action during roll call. Laurent knows this, because everyone in the class seems to simultaneously get a notification on their phone - Laurent included. Everyone at Marlas State High School is a member of the secret MSHS facebook group. When everyone’s phones vibrate in unison like this, it only means one thing - new gossip.

Roll call ends and they are all set free to walk to their first period classes and check their phones on the way.

Laurent doesn’t need to click the link. He already knows what the bio says. He wrote it. He shoves his phone back into his pocket and gets halfway to class before he thinks, fuck this, and heads for the sick bay.

“It’s first period,” the office receptionist says, skeptically.

“I have a headache,” Laurent snaps.

Luckily, the sick bay is empty, so he can sit down on the uncomfortable bed in there and try not to freak out.

He’s been careful with this blog! He doesn’t tag anything or make personal posts. He even used a really old email address from when he was a kid to sign up. The only things that prove that it’s his is the profile picture - an artistically blurred photo of him - and the three word bio: Laurent, 17, gay.

He buries his head in his hands. His phone is going off with notifications like it never has before. Gay, gay, gay. Why the fuck did he write that?! There’s only one person who could have done this - Aimeric. Aimeric is the sole person in their school that was friends with Laurent when he was using that email address. He must have used that to search for Laurent’s blog.

This is so fucked up. Laurent had a very specific plan for his coming out - namely, to do it in university and also never speak to anyone from high school again. Sure, there have been rumours before, but this is practically a signed declaration. The torture this year is going to be relentless.

Laurent spends another twenty minutes with his head in his hands, when the door opens and in comes the receptionist and -- Damianos Akielos. Laurent immediately wants to die. Damianos - or Damen, as everyone calls him - is most definitely the most popular guy in school. Hell, he’s probably the most popular guy even in the schools he doesn’t attend, he has that many friends. Not only is he loved by just about everyone, but he’s also in three different sports teams, and the captain of the environmentalist committee at the school. When he smiles, literal sparkles appear around his face. Laurent once went to one of his wrestling matches and had a week of uncomfortably hot sex dreams afterwards.

“-still no excuse for fighting,” the receptionist is chastising him. And yet she still manages to sound more affectionate than when she’d been questioning Laurent’s headache.

“Aw, Miss Halvik,” Damen says, in a syrupy voice. “I didn’t know you cared.”

She laughs, and then instructs Damen to take the ice off of his cheek in twenty minutes, before leaving.

Damen sighs when the door closes, and then looks up and spots Laurent. “Oh!” he says, eyes widening. “Laurent, hi, you’re-- are you okay?”

“I’m in sick bay,” Laurent replies, testily. “So evidently not.”

Damen has the gall to look concerned. It’s not like he and Laurent have ever been friends or anything like it. “What happened? Did someone hit you?”

“I have a headache,” Laurent replies. “Your endless questions aren’t helping.”

“I’m sorry.”

They both fall silent after that. Despite the ice pack clutched to his face, Damianos still looks beautiful. His skin is flawless and brown, and his curls form perfect little ringlets that are just long enough to get in his eyes.

After a moment, Damen carefully says, “Did you get your headache before first period?”

Laurent looks away.

Damen takes that as an answer. He speaks as if Laurent is a skittish baby deer. “I’m sorry about that post, but I promise it’ll blow over. It’s just the start of a new year and everyone is desperate for drama. Something else will happen for them to focus on soon, I’m sure of it.”

Laurent levels Damen with a cold look. “It’s easy to be optimistic,” he says, “when you’re straight and perfect and everyone loves you. I doubt they’ll even let me last the year here.”

Damen frowns. “Do you really think that?”

“That you’re an optimistic idiot? Yes.”

“I mean that you won’t be able to stay here.”

Laurent sighs. “There’s a reason,” Laurent says, “that I didn’t come out on my own terms already.”

Damen falls into a thoughtful silence again for some time. “Do you think it would be the same for me? If I were --not straight.”

Laurent scoffs. “Everyone who saw you dating Jokaste last year has little doubt that you’re straight.”

“But if I wasn’t,” Damen insists.

Laurent shrugs. “I don’t know. You’d probably be fine. They’d all call you brave and keep loving you anyway. I’m an outcast, they’re all probably just happy for another reason to hate me.”

“Do you want to date me?” Damen bursts out.

It’s hard not to roll his eyes. “Just because I like men,” Laurent says, “doesn’t mean I want to fuck you.” He very specifically doesn’t say no, though.

“No,” Damen says, “I mean. What if we-- If I’m so popular then, wouldn’t it...make it easier… if we were dating?”

Laurent scowls. “You mean you want to pretend to date me so that people aren’t so fucking awful to me?”

“If you think that would help you,” Damen says, earnestly. “And any other not-straight students here.”

The worst thing is - it’s actually really tempting. Damen is offering to be his beautiful, bulky, human shield. It sounds like something out of a low budget rom-com.

“You dated Jokaste,” Laurent says, stupidly. “Everyone knows you’re straight.”

“Bisexuality exists, just FYI,” Damen replies. He’s smiling a little now, like he thinks Laurent is cute or something. What the fuck. “Listen,” he stands up. “I’m going to go back to class now. I can’t really afford to miss much more of history. But the offer stands. Think about it, and come sit with me at lunch if you decide you’re up for it.”

Hey guys, long time no post (sorry, life has hit me like a bus, I hope I can make it up to you guys soon)

So, I'm sure a lot of you, if not all of you, have seent he trailer for the reboot of our greatly loved and cherished show by now.

I know a lot of you are not happy what what we've seen (so far) and that's totally fine and I can respect that. I get exactly where you're coming from. I have a few things I want to say about the whole situation.

But I have also seen so much hatred towards the new cast members. Especially for the fact they are not white. And I am seriously disappointed. You have every sing right to be mad the original cast is not back and that the networks did not listen to your views and opinions, but a lot of you need to chill the f**k out.

I've seen so many racist comments and sh*t about these ladies. That's not cool. Honestly, f*ck y'all for that. As a latino, I am so sad that so many of you will weapnize these girls skin colors and ethnicities into your anger and outrage over a damn show to. It's bullsh*t and I am sick of it.

Most of y'all are bitter the original cast/story is not in the reboot, I get it and tbh I was too at first, but c'mon, who wants to watch the same story over again. Besides, we all know, as of 2018, no matter what the og cast as said, they are not on good terms and a revival/reunion is just not going to happen. These girls are not to blame for it.

And another thing. Being a latino, I know first hand, that not all latino people look the same. Hell, my siblings and I look NOTHING alike. We come in all colors. So for you people saying Macy is "too black", y'all need to chill the f**k out alright. Alyssa is most definitely not the same shade as Shannen/Holly/Rose but y'all never complained about that. Shannen literally has nearly black hair and blue eyes, nothing like the other women on the show. And again, I heard no complaints? Not all races and ehtnicities look the same. As someone who has gone through life hearing people tell me I am "lying" that my siblings are my siblings because they have darker skin than me, it makes me sad that you'd imply that people cant look different and be related. Also, that you would use something such as race as a weapon against someone. That’s royally f*cked up.

Btw, for you folks who think this show is "propaganda" and "pc" because the cast is not white, shut up, white is not the default. Everyone deserves inclusion. A story can be told through different races/genders/sexualities/etc. Get a grip.

It just makes me super angry that these girls, WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG BY THE WAY, are being targeted with racial slurs and sh*t. Stop, be respectful, and don't be a racist, it's not that hard.

Now that is out of the way.

You can hate this new show (though let's be real you have yet to see it, a trailer cannot do an entire show, that hasn't even been filmed yet, justice), that is well and fine. You have every right. Do you. But don't attack these girls for doing their job. They are all clearly really excited about it, give them a chance to show you what they come up with.

I also want to ask that charmed fans out there, be respectful of others who have a different opinion of the new show. You don't wanna watch it? Don't. You don't like the new story? Cool, great for you. You wish they brought the old cast back in some way? Me too, but sorry guys, it's not gonna happen. But don't go telling or charmed fans they are fake or disrespectful for wanting to check the new show out or supporting it, that's childish adn you aren't some snowflake for being "OG CHARMED ONLY!!! THE ORIGINAL POWER OF THE THREE IS THE ONLY POWER OF THREE!!! THIS IS SJUST A BAD COPY!!!" Ya, cool for you, go eat a snickers and watch the original show.

This show does not negate/erase the old show. Let me repeat, THIS SHOW DOES NOT NEGATE/ERASE THE OLD SHOW. The original show will still be there. It always will be.

If this reboot sucks and crashes & burns, guess what? The original Charmed will still be there.

If the new show does great and gains a great group of fans, old and new, guess what? THE ORIGINAL CHARMED WILL STILL BE THERE.

Let's at least give this show a try. It is a new and fresh spin on the original story.

I've also seen a lot of you complain about the trailer, and cool, you can do that, but don't claim these girls are "terrible" actresses from ONE teaser trailer of a PILOT. Give them a chance The original pilot for the original show was awful, not just some of the acting. Don’t base an entire show off of a pilot trailer, or even a pilot for that matter.

As for people saying the cgi is “bad” and was better in the 90′s version, lmao y’all are just salty and lying let’s not even front. But still, they JUST got a budget from being picked up, give them the opportunity to impress you. CGI has come a long way, I’m excited to see what the magic looks like in this one.

One thing I don't like the "feminist" angle they are pulling with the new show, that is no fault of the actresses, blame the cw for that choice of wording, because we all know damn well that the original show was all about feminism for it's time. This is a new time, feminism changes with time, I hope people understand that. Many will argue the original show wasn't as feminist as it could have been, of course, I agree, but in the time that it was, if was very much feminist. Don't let these new headlines about the new show being big on feminism, diminish the fact the original show was all about strong and powerful women that supported other women.

I know some of the old cast is not on board with the show, that's fine, they have every right. But you don't see them attacking these ladies for telling their charmed story with this new show, so you shouldn't either. Wish them well. Shannen and Holly both have, despite Holly not being in very big support of the show, she wished them well. It's called respect you guys, c'mon.

Let them have their shot. Shannen/Holly/Alyssa/Rose got their shot, let these ladies have theirs.

Be respectful. If you don't like something, or even everything, about the new show. Totally cool, 100%, but don't attack these women on twitter and be d*cks about it. The original show didn't go anywhere, it is not erased. Just say your piece, respectfully, and move on.

And I'm not here to start up arguments. Nobody is right and nobody is wrong, everyone has right to opinions. But even still, you don't need to be cruel about it. Don't go trying to make these girls lose their jobs they are really excited about and their show cancelled, y'all are being petty.

And a lot of people are angry that the new cast said they haven't seen the old show. Though I'm sad they haven't, mainly because I want them to feel the magic I felt growing up watching it, which I'm sure a lot of you can relate to, it doesn't mean they are being disrespectful to the original because guess what? This is  a new show (WAHH, OMGGG??? WHO KNEW) These new characters have nothing to do with te characters from the original show. I don't see what people are so stuck on that. It's like you cannot grasp the point of the show being "another take" on the original story, it's not that hard to understand.

I mean let's be honest, if they  tried to be too much like the original, y'all will roast and complain. If they don't make them anything like the original, y'all will still complain. It's a lose/lose situation when you're bitter about it. If you go into it with an open mind, you might like it. And might not and that is okay.

If you love the original charmed so much, great, go watch it, tweet about, tweet the stars about it and tell them how much you appreciate and love these characters (without attacking the new characters/show). But don't belittle these new ladies and tell them they are "ruining" the og show, because they are not. And be respectful to them, wish them well, if you'd like, and move on. Don't have something nice to say to them, don't say a god damn thing at all to them.

Also, if these ladies block you on social media, I'm about 98% sure you deserved it. The charmed fans I have seen, are being cruel to these ladies, without any reasoning and it's not cool. Don't be a brat because you didn't get your way with how things turned out. Wish them well and move along.

BTW This blog is and always will be about the original Charmed, that won't ever change. But I hope that you guys welcome this new show and it's cast with an open mind and open heart, I know a lot of fans will. But I also know some won't. I hope they do though because hey, they just may surprise you.

Please don't reblog this and start to argue, I'm not here for it, I just wanted to state my word on the negativity and hope that we can all be respectful. This isn’t a  “you’re wrong, I’m right!!” post, I’m just asking you guys be open and be respectful.

Now, I'm excited for this new show and I hope you guys are too. I'm sure these ladies will work hard, along with the rest of the cast, to bring you something magical. I wish them well and look forward to what they have to offer to the Charmed universe.
