i’m making a lot of changes in my life (going to school, transitioning, job hunting) that i know are good for me and necessary and i can’t really put any of them off any longer, but i get overwhelmed by it all very often... im also afraid to talk about it to any of my friends and i don’t know why. do the cards have any advice?
