#poor nane
Note
On the topic of Sebastian being completely enthralled about everything Ciel is, I personally love it so much more knowing manga context, because O!Ciel was the 'spare'. He was not supposed to carry the family nane and, frankly, people didn't think he'd be capable of it due to his poor health anyway (Remember Frances and Vincent's conversation in the flashback chapters? It's obvious O!Ciel was quite saddened by what he heard).
By all means, in a twisted way, Sebastian might just be the first person to regard O!Ciel as someone deeply capable, a shiny singularity that doesn't live in anyone's shadow. The adults around him were - tho not unrightfully - seeing his fragility first and foremost while his brother, despite seeing him as worthy, didn't wish for him to leave and forge his own path. R!Ciel's reaction came from childishness sure, but that isn't to say that it didn't feed into the idea that O!Ciel was 'his backup'.
Going off from this, Sebastian is also the one thing in his life and is irrevocably his. Again, twisted, but all O!Ciel built has been under another's name. The manor, the company, the engagement etc. None of them truly his, but his brother's. And the other servants? They are loyal, however ultimately their own people. Sebastian? In an entirely different spot. He'll be there until the end after all.
This is an aspect of their relationship that tugs at my heartstrings so much. It's so toxic and depressing yet strangely soft and tender somewhat at least to me.
Sorry, I just really wanted to pour my thoughts and I appreciate your posts. So here I am!
anon, i’m in love with you
i literally think about this all the time like. that conversation frances and vincent had? imo vincent just flippantly saying "i guess ill just have to give the estate back to the queen lmao" could be taken 2 ways which is: at face value OR (what i think is more likely) vincent just saying what he knows will piss frances off to get her to stop talking. tbh vincent seems like a good dad imo and like he doesnt super underestimate o!ciel (he seemed absolutely fine with the idea of o!ciel going off to london by himself and opening a toy store in the future), but he DOES know that o!ciel is frail and sickly, and it makes me wonder how seriously he considered the idea that o!ciel might inherent the title of the queen's watchdog.
honestly, i feel in some respects, r!ciel treats o!ciel more carefully than their parents. he very much has an attitude of "my baby brother NEEDS me, he cannot survive without me!!" (gasps and shock, to learn it is actually the other way around /s)
all this to say, whether you lean more towards my interpretation or yours, or a fun mix, or whatever, it is undeniable that all of o!ciel's relationships were 'tainted' (for lack of a better term) by his illness and the way it made others view him and treat him.
AND THEN COMES SEBASTIAN
sebastian, who takes one look at o!ciel, and goes "lmao what a fucked up lil dude. time for little a snacky". sebastian, who then sits down to forge a contract with said little dude only to realize Oh Okay So This Child Is Clever. And o!ciel being sickly does kind of come up when they're making the contract, but sebastian focuses more on the actual logistics of that and o!ciel says 'nvm we'll deal w it when it comes up' (which is hilarious imo. he really said a sudden chill can put me on my deathbed but thats a problem for future me).
and then it turns out o!ciel is hella sheltered. but also a huge bitch.
and at this point, all i can assume is sebastian is so bewildered by this experience that the fact that o!ciel is frail and sickly and fragile is like. just another thing about this kid. o!ciel has never made sebastian's life easy and it would be stupid to think he would start now, sebastian thinks as his young master suffers from yet another cold just bc it rained yesterday. "i never knew you had asthma" says sebastian, who has read every medical journal to date on chest colds. "you never asked," says the bane of sebastian's existence.
and the thing is you can say "sebastian is only worried about o!ciel bc if o!ciel dies, he loses his meal" which is true and accurate and tbh if i was sebastian and i had put up w that much, i wouldn't want to lose my meal to a mere cough.
BUT ALSO
then you see the way sebastian is so fascinated and intrigued and bewitched by o!ciel. i think to sebastian the fact that o!ciel is frail and sickly is just another contradiction in the sea of contradictions that makes o!ciel so fascinating. and i think sebastian is the only one who really sees all those contradictions, he's the only one who sees everything that makes up o!ciel. and he loves what he finds.
(not to mention the fact that sebastian is the only person o!ciel allows to see his every aspect. or, well, some he tries to hide, but only because he thinks sebastian will try to use something against him. either way, sebastian is still the only person who he lets see the most of him. because sebastian is the only person who knows who he really is, who he doesnt have to put up a front for. he doesn't have to pretend to be his brother, he doesn't have to worry about being the spare.)

A Most Deadly Encounter
Characters: Belinda, Nane, Emerson
--
"Oh my god, you're Nane Fahkry, the famous vampire! The one from that show... I have seen every episode the second it aired!"
Nane sighs. Another fan. Great, and Elizabeth isn't even here to steal the spotlight from him, the way she loves to.
"Where's your girlfriend? Elizabeth? I thought you two were always together."
Nane's eyes narrow at the question and he turns to finally face the voice that's relentlessly bombarding him with questions and starstruck statements.
"Yes, I am Nane. Yes, I co-host Vampire Idol. No, Elizabeth isn't always with me, clearly, as she isn't here."
The woman seems startled by his responses but she quickly recovers and offers a smile.
Nane hesitates when he sees the smile. It isn't the usual smile he receives from fans. Not from vampires, not from human fans. His eyes narrow again, but this time he studies the fan as she speaks again.
"Wow, Nane out and about all by himself! I never thought I'd get to talk to you alone! Can I pick your mind on a couple of things?" He heaves a sigh. How annoying. However, he has an image to maintain, so he forces a smile and indicates away from the crowd toward a bench on the side of the road.
"After you, then." She beams and takes the offer, moving toward the bench to sit.
He notes something about her. The red stilettos. Didn't he hear something about a woman who always wore red stilettos? Her intense interest in him coupled with that... what did it remind him of?
He shakes off the thought and follows her to sit as well, waiting for her questions.
"When you kill your victims... do you prepick them or are they actually members of the audience, for real?" She asks. His bottom lip twitches ever so slightly. This question, he hates.
"No, they're not prepicked. They are members of the audience that volunteer to die."
"So... you never kill out of vendetta against people?"
"No."
"Do you... ever take the bodies home and consume them later?" His eyes shoot over to the woman for a second, a bit surprised by her question. She doesn't scream vampire to him... but she's so morbidly interested in the death aspects of the show...
"I.. have once or twice..."
She pauses. "Hey, uh... if I told you I had a way to get ahold of people for you to... partake in... what would you say?"
Now he's had enough. He's heard about this before. People that enslave humans for vampires to feed from. He may be sadistic, he may be a vampire, but he finds the whole practice gross. He starts to stand without reply.
This seems to surprise her.
"Wait-"
As he takes a step away from the bench, he bumps into another person, hearing a muffled "oof."
"Oh, I'm-" before Nane can get another word out, the face that collided with his chest shoots up to meet his eyes.
"Watch where you're going."
Nane throws his hands up in surprise, then suddenly registers that the woman has bent to her knees, picking up... spray cans?
"I apologize," he says simply, having no idea who he's speaking to.
"Oh, I'm so sure," she shoots back as she picks up the last of the spray cans. "Watch where you're going next time."
He starts to open his mouth as their eyes meet and something registers across her face.
"You-"
"... me?"
"You're that Nane guy from that horrific show, Vampire Idol!" Nane groans. Another person that recognizes who he is.
"Yes I a-"
"You need to be shut down!" His mouth snaps closed and his eyes narrow once more. He knows who this is. It's that pathetic human who calls herself a hero and has been trying so hard to shut down his show. "You're doing unspeakable things on that show! I don't know how it's allowed to air at all!"
He laughs. "People are sadistic."
"You're the sadistic one! A sadistic freak. Those poor victims."
He takes a step closer and hears a soft gasp.
When he glances over toward where the red-heeled woman had been sitting, she's now standing closer to the two with her hands clasped in excitement, eyes gleaming like the weirdass fangirl she is.
This woman freaks him out.
He glances back toward the strange woman he bumped into.
"Those victims volunteer to take part in Vampire Idol. Victims don't volunteer to die... I can show you a real victim, if you'd like."
His lips curl up in a dangerous grin and his eyes gleam sadistically, making the woman take a step back.
"You're a monster."
"Sweetie, I'm a vampire. What do you expect, a kiss?"
"Do it!" Calls the woman from behind him.
"Gladly, I'll give you a kiss. A kiss of death."
The shorter woman takes a staggering step back and points an accusing finger in Nane's direction.
"I'll have you shut down yet!" She screams as she scurries away.
"I'll be waiting," he says nonchalantly, waving off her threat. A sound makes him glance back at the heeled woman once more, where she's standing clearly disappointed at how that interaction ended.
"I'm leaving now," he says, ignoring her protests and walking away a little faster than normal.
Freaks.

Book One: On The Outside Is Pain But Inside Is Love
'Ya can't be all alone like this, ya look depressed as shit' Bendy's squeaky voice echoed in the inky head of the tall demon. The Ink Demon let out a sigh and walked away with inky hoof footprints trailing behind him.
The demon was going through so many emotions that was unknown to him, like this ache was hurting his chest, Bendy said it was sadness but he didn't feel sad, he felt sluggous every morning, he was too tired to yell at the Ink seachers and was too tired to look for this Allison chick Bendy won't shut up about.
'Sheep Sheep Sheep...its time for sleep..' The Ink Demon hated Sammy for his voice, it was annoying hearing him talk every day, the demon walked deeper into the studio, he needed to sit down on his throne and walked those old cartoons...that Henry created..he's dead but it shouldn't matter to him, Henry saw him as a monster.
The Demon finally arrived in his throne room, he sat down on his lovely throne and watched some of the old cartoons.
Bendy sat in front of a blank projection screen, he was stuck in thought, What would make that tall Darling happy?, the little cartoon stood up with confidence and excitement , He'll just find him a friend outside of the Studio, he knows Darling loved humans, especially. with Henry before...before..no, don't get sad niw you have a mission, Bendy told himself as he walked towards the exit door. Before he could touch the doorknob, 'I don't think so little demon, you might need some help in the outside world.' Bendy smiled and turned around to find Allison and Tom, with that the little demon opened the door and into the outside world with Allison and Tom.
..........
'I DRAW!' a deep voice said as he draws a card from a machine thats strapped across his arm, 'Now Dark Magician Girl, get ready to meet your teacher, I sacrafice two of my monsters to tribute summon one of my ever fateful companion, DARK MAGICIAN!'
And just like that, two monsters that were standing on both of Dark Magician Girl disappeared and then a flash of black flew up into the air, revealing the Dark Magician.
The man chuckled as he played a blue card, a spell card at that, 'Now I play a spell card called Advanced Rutiual Art, I shalk use Dark Magician for this art to ritual summon, Magician Of Black Choas!' The man then revealed another spell, 'I activate the spell card Monster Reborn to bring back my Dark Magician!'
Now with all three magicians he ordered them to attack his opponent with Dark Magician Girl ending the duel with the last attack. Everyone watching the duel cheer and shout praises at the man, Bendy was speechless..this was the new world Henry was warning he about but he couldn't take his eyes off the man, HE WAS PERFECT FOR DARLING!
Bendy eagaerly ran up to the man and grabbed his hand, startling the poor human to death, 'By the Gods, you startled me little on,' the man said as he gently shook the little devil's hand.
Allison knew about Bendy's plan to get the Ink Demon a friend but this guy had the potential to be more than a friend to that lonely demon, she whispered a plan to Tom, he agreed to knock him out when they got away from many watchful eyes, in this new world they already know its hard to lure a person to an abandoned location without them panicking.
The man's nane was Atem, but to his friends, he was Yami, he showed the ink creatures around the duel stadium, of course of the lack of sense he had in the moment, he didn't question what they looked like, he just thought they were costumes it was almost Halloween anyway. Allison and Tom looked around noticing people were leaving and smiled, almost time to put their plan into action.
Bendy talked and talked with Atem about Darling, about the Ink Demon's personality, and about his loneliness. 'Hm, sounds like he needs a friend, is it okay if I meet him?' Atem asked with wonder, the Ink Demon sounded like a nice person to meet. Before Bendy could say or do more Tom chomped the side of Atem's neck, causing him to pass out.
........
Atem woke up as he heard muffled talking, then there he saw him, a tall, black dripping, demon. He let out shout in fear but that was his first mistake, for Darling was on patrol to watch him.
He watched at the human jumped up to stand on his legs and ran away to find an exit, he cracked his knuckles and bones and counted three..oh its been years since he ran after his victims this human was now different from the rest cause the human probably knows he can't outrun the devil...
To be continued ..thx for reading Book One, will make a part two soon.

Interesting note, Thane's sword is possessed by a coward. The sword is called Deathless so they took up the nane.
Theyre terrified of fighting scary things, and they're in the hands of a hero in a dark fantasy.

Stop, A Vampire Idol Snippet
“The last time that I saw you, you were... more yourself. What have you become? Who have you become? Whoever he is, I don’t like him. I want my friend back.”
Well, good. I try to convince myself that it’s a good thing, the fact that she doesn’t feel those feelings anymore. The fact that I’m not who I was anymore. The fact that she’s noticed my changes. I try to act like her words aren’t haunting me and keeping me from closing my eyes, but I can’t get her face out of my head.
The horror in her eyes when she realized that I’d changed so drastically.
What’d she expect? It had been a decade. It wasn’t like only a year or two passed since she and I fell out of contact. No, time had passed and in that time, I had changed. It was only natural, right?
My fist closes on the sheets as her face stares at me scornfully from inside my head. I can just hear what she’d have to say about that.
“You are a vampire. There is nothing natural about you. Or me, for that matter.” I sigh, turning to bury my face in my pillow.
Stop.
Stop.
Your voice won’t leave me alone and I don’t like it. I used to find comfort in thinking of your face. Now it just brings me nightmarish horror.
Stop.
Good god, please stop.
Just gonna tag my main crew (the general taglist) - ask to be added or removed: @amandahoyle, @jade-island-lives, @bathingindirtyteacups, @wyldlynxx, @mrs-raven-writes

Mighty Nein ep. 8
“How do you know what the Traveller’s like? Do you hang out with the Traveller too?” - “No, but I hang out with you.”
Is he being a nice person because he’s a nice person, or is he calculating kindness?? What’s this guy’s deal? I’m so suspicious towards Fjord... I think VM’s general distrust rubbed off on me. XD
I feel like I learned a lot about Jester in this episode, and about why she was immediately super affectionate towards the others, who haven’t done much more than let her roam free in her natural chaotic state so far.
Also... I kinda have a hard time expressing my thoughts on that... but there’s a certain level of consideration towards the others in both Fjord and Jester that I really kind of like... There have been some indications that Fjord is willing to put other people’s thoughts and opinions above his own. And Jester is not about to let that happen with his Academy plans.
“The Traveller is with you. Forever and ever.” - Today on ‘blessing or threat’ with Jester Lavorre.
“Good wrist action - terrible roll.”
I have a feeling that Liam’s gonna be an asshole about Caleb’s Keen Mind for the rest of the campaign. XD
“Mein Freund, I have just cast a spell on you, so you have to listen to what I say.” - I should try that pick-up line some day.
I love how godawful Nott’s charisma is, especially coming from Scanlan.
Thank god Matt found another NPC merchant to pour at least 10% of his whole soul for the campaign into. :D

Sanctuary marker for Holyrood Abbey.
A series of three shiny brass letters mark the boundary of an old refuge for those being pursued by debt collectors.  Within the sanctuary, those who were in debt could seek refuge from their creditors. Here, food and housing were provided, though at a substantially higher rate than could be found in the walled city of Old Town. But more importantly, the sanctuary prevented creditors from being able to harass and haul these poor souls off to the Tollbooth Gaol.
I don't know why, but this tale popped up in my "anniversary" alerts, it tells the wonderful things believed in by our ancestors, this relates to a man who was able to "Fast" for extraordinary long times.
About the year 1531, one John Scott, a Teviotdale man, attracted attention in Scotland by his apparent possession of the ability to fast for many days at a time. Archbishop Spottiswood gives an account of him. ‘This man,’ says the historian, ‘having succumbed in a plea at law, and knowing himself unable to pay that wherein he was adjudged, took sanctuary in the abbey of Holyrood-house, where, out of a deep displeasure, he abstained from all meat and drink the space of thirty or forty days together. Public rumour bringing this about, the king would have it put to trial, and to that effect, shutting him up in a private room within the Castle of Edinburgh, whereunto no man had access, he caused a little bread and water to be set by him, which he was found not to have tasted in the space of thirty-two days. This proof given of his abstinence, he was dimitted, and coming forth into the street half naked, made a speech to the people that flocked about him, wherein he professed to do all this by the help of the Blessed Virgin, and that he could fast as long as he pleased. Many did take it for a miracle, esteeming him a person of singular holiness; others thought him to be frantic and mad; so as in a short time he came to be neglected, and thereupon leaving the country, went to Rome, where he gave the like proof to Pope Clement the Seventh.
‘From Rome he came to Venice, apparelled with holy vestures, such as the priests use when they say mass, and carrying in his hand a testimonial of his abstinence under the Pope’s seal. He gave there the like proof, and was allowed some fifty ducats to make his expense towards the Holy Sepulchre, which he pretended to visit. This voyage he performed, and then returned home, bringing with him some palm-tree leaves and a scripful of stones, which he said were a part of the pillar to which our Saviour was tied when he was scourged; and coming by London, went up into the pulpit in St Paul’s churchyard, where he cast forth many speeches against the divorce of King Henry from Katherine his queen, inveighing bitterly against him for his defection from the Roman see, and thereupon was thrust into prison, in which he continued fifty days fasting.’
John Scott, the faster, is alluded to by his relative Scott of Satchells, an old soldier of the German wars, who, about 1688, drew up a strange rhyming chronicle of the genealogies of the Scotts and other Border families, which he published, and of which a new edition appeared at Hawick in 1784. The author plainly tells that he was
‘———- ane that can write nane
But just the letters of his name.
’and accordingly his verses are far from being either elegant in form or clear in meaning. Yet we can gather from him that the faster was John Scott of Borthwick, son of Walter Scott, of the family of Buccleuch, since ennobled. Hearne states (Leland‘s Itinerary, vi., preface) that the story of John Scott, the fasting-man, was investigated with great care by Signor Albergati, of Bononia, and set down by him in a paper which is preserved, and of which he prints a copy. The learned signor affirms that he himself took strict means of testing the verity of Scott’s fasting power during the space of eleven days in his own house, and no fallacy was detected. He put the man into clothes of his own, locked him up, kept the key himself, and did not allow meat or drink to come near him. He ends the document, which is dated the 1st of September 1532, with a solemn protestation of its truthfulness.

Second Day!!
Late but still here 👌🏼
Both @nane-hen and I are really proud of this. I have always loved to imagine their life as adults ✨
Later today we will upload the third day... Kinda ns//fw so we will be careful with that 👀
Enjoy!
DAY 2: Adult life/Sharing bed
“What were the fucking chances?!” Was both Cartman’s and Kyle’s thought.
“We are so sorry. The platform must have made some kind of mistake!” The poor receptionist looked really apologetic at both men.
Kyle Broflovski and Eric Cartman are employees to one of the biggest companies in LA. Both were requested by their boss to go to New York to close an important deal with one of their partners. Of course, they weren’t aboard with the idea of a trip with the other but they had work to do.
Everything was going fine. They barely crossed word with each other in the entire road. But here they were now. Trying to figure out a solution to their messed up hotel reservation.
“Don’t you have any other room available?! I can take whatever you have!” Said a very annoyed Kyle.
“I am sorry, sir. But all our rooms are taken. This time of the year hotels are normally fulled.” Kyle groaned. This discarded the idea of finding another hotel.
“Well, I guess we have no other choice.” Eric said and took the key cards on the desk. “It will be only a couple of days. I can live with that.” He looked at Kyle quite amused. “What do you say, Kyle? Roommates?” He held Kyle’s key card in his hand. The redhead looked at him and heavily sighed. “Fine.” He took his card.
The lady seemed relieved at their words and immediately started typing something.
“I will send room service your room number so you can order whatever you want from our menu. It’s the least we can do for all your troubles.” She said with a smile while an employee helped them with their suitcases.
“Thank you!” Cartman said and they were lead to their room.
The room was not bad at all. They had a clear view of the city, they had an spacious couch and the bathroom seemed really nice. The only and obvious problem: there was one bed.
“Oh, for God’s sake!” Both mumbled at the same time. Kyle looked at Cartman like everything that just happened was his fault. Eric just shrugged and venture into their room.
“Well, this is nice.” The brunette said while leaving his suitcase on the couch and opened it..
“How can you be so fucking calm at this?!” Kyle lashed at him. Eric dismissed this and took his jacket off and kept it in his suitcase.
Kyle couldn’t help but stare a bit at his coworker. He hated to admit that he looked great. But this thought was immediately pushed to the back of his head. “How are we even going to make this work? We aren’t going to sleep in the same bed!” He crossed his arms.
Eric rubbed his temples. “You know that I am always up to fighting with you, Kyle. But right now I think we are both very tired from the journey and the hotel’s confusion.” He looked at him sternly. “So, how about we relax, get that free dinner they offered and then we figure out what to do with the bed situation?”
Kyle was speechless. He knew that Cartman loved to annoy the shit out of him but now he really could see how tired he was. And so was he. He hadn’t realized this but his body really felt heavy and he was hungry. “Alright…” He sat on the bed near the phone and called room service.
“Great! Let’s go overboard!” Eric said while taking the menu that was in one of the drawers. He started writing what he wanted on a hotel’s notepad. Kyle looked surprised at him. “What? They are paying for it, aren’t they?” Cartman said with a smirk. The green-eyed man looked amused and shook his head. Eric gave him the menu. “Go crazy, Kyle.”
A few minutes later, a waiter came with their dinner.
Everything was set up nicely in front of them. Boy were they hungry.
The ambience was quite nice, they made conversation and it felt like they weren’t enemies at all. Cartman made some jokes about the accountability guys, Kyle laughed. Kyle told Cartman how his father almost disown him when he told him that he wasn’t gonna be a lawyer like him, Cartman told him he made a great decision. And Eric told him he didn’t have a dad but that his mother always encourage him, Kyle felt happy for him.
“This has surprisingly been a great night.” Said Kyle while downing his glass of wine. “Agree.” Followed Eric. “I can’t recall I dinner this relaxing.” Kyle nodded.
Cartman got up from the bed and left every plate in a table near the door. “Well, as great as this was. I think it’s time for us to get some sleep. We have a big day tomorrow.” Eric said, taking a pillow and throwing it on the couch.
“Wait… are you sleeping on the couch?” Kyle asked while watching Eric take his shirt off and putting on a new one. He blushed slightly. Maybe it was the wine. Yeah, that had to be.
“Yes, it’s fine for me. Don’t worry about it.” He said and disappeared into the bathroom.
Kyle took that moment to change into some pajamas and make his mind up.
When Eric got out of the bathroom Kyle couldn’t stop looking at him. Cartman noticed.
“What? Got something on my face?” He joked. Kyle shook his head. “No… I was thinking…” Eric interrupted. “Geez, that’s never good.” Kyle threw the other pillow and it hit him square in the face. “Shut up, Cartman!” The other man just laughed. “Alright, alright. Go ahead.”
Kyle was seriously considering going back on his decision but his mind was made up. “I was thinking… that the idea of sharing a bed with you… it’s not THAT horrible.”
“What?” Was all Cartman could say.
“I mean… that we could… share the bed. It’s only going to be a couple night, no?” Cartman couldn’t believe what he was hearing. It wasn’t that he was completely opposed to the idea of sleeping in the same bed with Kyle but… there was something telling him that this wasn’t a good idea.
Kyle could see doubt in Eric’s eyes. So, with a heavy sigh he took Cartman’s pillow, put it next to his, took Eric’s arm and threw him to bed. “God! Is it that hard to understand that it’s ok for us to sleep in the same bed? I don’t mind. You don’t really seem to care. And I don’t want you bitching around tomorrow that you didn’t sleep well. So problem solved!” He fell into his side of the bed, turned the lamp off and covered himself with the blanket. “Good night.”
“Good night…” Was Eric’s final words for the day.
Deep into the night, a really confused bi-colored eyed man couldn’t sleep. He couldn’t understand how his rival could sleep so soundly.
He hadn’t thought the idea of sleeping on the couch was bad. But having Kyle, his coworker with whom he fought almost everyday, sleeping next to him really made him nervous.
“What the fuck is wrong with me?” He thought as he watched Kyle. “He looks so… peaceful… Nothing like his normal self at the office. He usually is stressed and tired.” He scooted a bit closer. “It’s good seeing him like this.” He smiled to himself. He could finally take a closer look at his enemy.
He normally made fun of his genetics. His pale skin, his freckled face and his obnoxiously curly red head. He loved teasing him about it. But now. He enjoyed seeing those same things. Something in his chest seemed to agree with him, as his heart skipped a beat or two.
He was totally checking out his enemy.
He didn’t really wanted to keep looking at him, but he couldn’t stop himself either.
He was a mess. But he could finally close his eyes.
Three hours later, the first sunbeams were making their appearance through the window.
Eric opened his eyes slowly. He felt warm and relaxed. His arms were holding something tightly against his chest and that something was holding him just as hard. His vision finally focused just to find a sleeping redhead nestled comfortably in his arms.
“Yep, definitely the best night I have ever had.” After that thought, two other things came to his mind. First, that he wouldn’t mind waking up like this again. And second, he really had to thank whoever messed their reservation up.

FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD)
CAST: Keaton Whittaker (Carrie White), Alice Ripley (Margaret White), Larissa Schmitz (Sue Snell), Kody Bringman (Tommy Ross), Tessa Archer (Chris Hargensen), Andrew Brewer (Billy Nolan), Kendra Kassebaum (Lynn Gardner), Brian Lange (Mr. Stephens), Erin Herrick (Norma), Melissa Maricich (Frieda), Frederick Habreen (George), Riley Neldham (Freddy), Alexandria Henderson (Helen), Eli Wills (Stokes)
NOTES: Beautiful HD capture of one of the Final Dress Rehearsals. Top notch production and thrilling performances from Alice, Keaton, and the whole cast! This is quite a unique capture since it was the first time the blood was dropped. Too many amazing things to point out here, don't miss this one!!! A+ Well filmed with a nice mix of close-ups and full stage shots and no obstructions. Based on the revised Off-Broadway version, and presented at the Balagan Theatre. Because this was recorded at the final run-through prior to opening night, there are a few “holds” as they worked out any kinks: * After “Evening Prayers” there is a hold to change all microphone batteries, resulting in most of the song being run a second time (the sound check was removed and put as a bonus at the end of act two). * During the scene where Carrie is getting ready for the prom a microphone made a "farting" noise and Alice grabbed her butt and said "sorry" which made the cast and tech crew laugh.
Carrie: The Musical - Seattle - October 13, 2013 (Pro-Shot's master)
FORMAT:  MP4 (SD)
CAST: Keaton Whittaker (Carrie White), Alice Ripley (Margaret White), Larissa Schmitz (Sue Snell), Kody Bringman (Tommy Ross), Tessa Archer (Chris Hargensen), Andrew Brewer (Billy Nolan), Kendra Kassebaum (Lynn Gardner), Brian Lange (Mr. Stephens), Erin Herrick (Norma), Melissa Maricich (Frieda), Frederick Habreen (George), Riley Neldham (Freddy), Alexandria Henderson (Helen), Eli Wills (Stokes)
NOTES: One of the first regional productions of the revised Carrie. Good to have Ripley in something.
Carrie: The Musical - Stagedoor Manor - July 31, 1999
FORMAT:  MP4 (SD)
CAST: Julie Kleiner (Carrie White), Vivienne Cleary (Margaret White), Nina Sturtz (Miss Gardner), Kaily Smith (Chris), Erin Evers (Sue), Blair Late (Tommy)
NOTES: Another abridged version. Video suffers from gen loss but has cleaned up decently. Piano is the only instrument in the orchestra, and it drowns out some of the singers. This has been incorrectly labelled as an authorized production, which is incorrect - this was an unauthorized production (e.g., no rights were secured before the production), though Gore (and Cohen) were in the audience of this performance and chose not to sue Jeff Murphy and Stagedoor over copyright infringement, partly because Gore said he had always wanted to see the show done with actual teenagers (reported by Jeff Murphy, the director).
Carrie: The Musical - Stratford-Upon-Avon - February 16, 1988 (Preview) (Pro-Shot's master)
FORMAT:  MP4 (SD)
CAST: Linzi Hateley (Carrie White), Barbara Cook (Margaret White), Sally Ann Triplett (Sue Snell), Paul Gyngell (Tommy Ross), Charlotte d'Amboise (Chris Hargensen), Gene Anthony Ray (Billy Nolan), Darlene Love (Lynn Gardner)
NOTES: Filmed professionally for the RSC archives on the third night of the performance (February 16, 1988). Shot from first row mezzanine center with no obstructions with audio taken directly from the soundboard. Mostly a full stage shots without zooms. This is usually incorrectly labelled as "Opening Night (February 13, 1988)", which is incorrect, as on opening night, Barbara Cook was almost decapitated right after the set changes from "Don't Waste The Moon", which not seen in this video (also verified by the person who copied this from the archives).

CAST: Aaron Tveit (Frank Abagnale, Jr.), Norbert Leo Butz (Agent Carl Hanratty), Tom Wopat (Frank Abagnale, Sr.), Rachel de Benedet (Paula Abagnale), Kerry Butler (Brenda Strong), Linda Hart (Carol Strong)

CAST: Alex Jennings (Willy Wonka), Zachary Loonie (Charlie Bucket), Billy Boyle (u/s Grandpa Joe), Vincent Finch (Augustus Gloop), Amy Carter (Veruca Salt), Rhianna Dorris (Violet Beauregarde), Daniel Rhodes (Mike Teavee)
NOTES: Fun show with very imaginative staging, though I do wish they used more songs from (either) movie. The first 5 minutes of Act One has some wandering and blackouts, but after that it is a steady and unobstructed shot. Includes curtain call.
Chasing Rainbows - Paper Mill Playhouse - October, 2019 (StarCuffedJeans's master)
FORMAT:  MP4 (HD)
CAST: Karen Mason (Ma Lawlor), Stephen DeRosa (LB Mayer), Colin Hanlon (Roger Edens), Karen Mason (Kay Koverman), Ruby Rakos (Judy Garland), Lesli Margherita (Ethel Gumm), Max von Essen (Frank Gumm), Michael Wartella (Mickey Rooney)
NOTES: Great HD capture of this Judy Garland bio musical focusing on her early years, leading up to The Wizard of Oz, with a couple of fun tap numbers! Act One starts when Judy sings a version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow (same tune but with different lyrics). Act Two starts part way through the number right before they enter the MGM studio. Please do not post screenshots of this video on Twitter ever. Gifs on Tumblr are okay after the NFT date, but don't go linking things to actors and shows.
The Cher Show - Broadway - April, 2019 (StarCuffedJeans's master)
FORMAT:  MP4 (HD)

NOTES: Beautiful HD close-ups but some long drop-outs and quite a few obstructed scenes. The rake in the mezzanine at the Neil Simon kinda stinks and I'm pretty sure the ushers were playing flashlight tag with each other the entire show. but I began to care a lot less as the night went on Video is very Cher-centric...choreography in "Dark Lady" is captured beautifully, but for the rest of the show I was mostly focused on getting those Stephanie, Teal, and Micaela zooms. We start at the scene before "Half Breed" and when Stephanie tells everyone to stand up for the finale it's all over for my filming ability.

Decent amount on generation loss with some distortion at the top of the screen, and a time code at the bottom. Sometimes incorrectly labeled as 1995 .

NOTES: The original Broadway cast filmed prior to moving to Broadway. Professionally filmed using multiple cameras for the Lincoln Center Theatre on Film and Tape (TOFT) archives. Newly surfaced video which is a HUGE improvement over the previous version which has been in circulation for a while. This is also complete and includes the opening announcement alerting the audience that the show is being filmed. Amazing quality, but still has a little generational loss. In black and white. The DVD has been enhanced with chapter stops for all of the musical numbers. This, along with the tapes of Crazy for You and Passion, is amongst the only three TOFT tapes that have been leaked.

CAST: Zoe Gertz (Beverley/Annette & others), Douglas Hansell (Kevin T./Garth & others), Richard Piper (Claude & others), Simon Maiden (Oz & others), Sarah Morrison (Janice & others), Nicholas Brown (Kevin J./Ali & others), Nathan Carter (Nick/Doug & others), Katrina Retallick (Diane & others), Sharriese Hamilton (Hannah & others), Emma Powell (Beulah & others), Kellie Rode (Bonnie & others), Kolby Kindle (Bob & others)
NOTES: HD capture of the Australian company of this fantastic musical. Includes a video of a post-show Q&A with the cast in honour of the 18th anniversary of September 12. Shot from the back row of the dress circle, so a head blocks the centre at times but it’s shot around where possible. Most noticeable in the group numbers where a lot of the action is downstage. The first 4 minutes or so is mostly wandering shots as I was setting up my camera and evading ushers. A lot of great close-ups - Zoe’s “Me and the Sky” is a highlight.

NOTES: As far as I know, the first ever video of the Toronto production! I had the entire show in VOB format ready to post but, unfortunately, I lost the USB it was on in the middle of an airport. Luckily I was able to salvage all but thirty minutes of the original footage, so all that's lost is part of the scene after "I Am Here" and a portion of "Somewhere In The Middle Of Nowhere". If you find a USB the size of a thumbnail around Pearson, it's a $5 reward! A flu passed around the cast that they were all just recovering from, and at one point you can see Bev take a tissue out of her pilot's jacket and blow her nose. It explains the large number of understudies on, particularly of interest is that of the role of Hannah being played by a Caucasian actress, which causes her absence for the bus scene and leads to a severely different dynamic I'd not seen the character played as before.

NOTES: The bottom left of the video is slightly obstructed by a lighting rail. The master accidentally stop recording during '38 Planes' but realized right away so it’s only missing a second or two. Some nice close-ups. Clive misses the cue for the first “Welcome to the Rock!”

NOTES: My first video ever. I couldn’t see what I was filming so the camera has a tendency to film upward toward the ceiling. You can hear me laugh pretty loudly since I was holding the camera close to my face.
