HIS VOICE THUNDERS (LIGHTENING)

It's time to be seen and heard by the world and the powers of darkness. Your voice matters. Join your voice with His and He will release an explosion; things are created and when you speak what He has said, they are.

"Listen closely to the thunder of His voice, And the rumbling that goes out from His mouth. Under the whole heaven He lets it loose, And His lightning to the ends of the earth. After it, a voice roars; He thunders with His majestic voice, And He does not restrain the lightnings when His voice is heard. God thunders with His voice wondrously, doing great things which we cannot comprehend." (Job 37:2‭-‬5)

Lightning is a naturally occurring electrostatic discharge during which two electrically charged regions in the atmosphere or ground temporarily equalize themselves, causing the instantaneous release of as much as one gigajoule of energy.

Today’s podcast is called “Becoming a Woman of the Cloth” where I think out loud about the theme of cloth in the scriptures and how it’s used as a symbol of Presence in a bunch of different ways, and what that has meant to me. ⚜️ I also absolutely love this phrase “Woman of the Cloth” both in the spiritual sense, but also since I love to weave and create #slowcloth in the old school way - not that different from the way my ancestors did. As I weave, I feel a connection to who I am in the sense of my DNA and all the people that participated to make one little ol me. 🥰 ⚜️ This was a fun one to record because of the way Holy Spirit was speaking. I sometimes have a feel for what I’m going to say, and other times it’s as simple as opening myself to the Flow to see what will happen. I’m learning that my heart needs to take center stage in my weekly podcast - never mind the study I do - faith is never just intellectual. This is all about the heart. 💚💙💜 ⚜️ Faith is absolutely wholistic and touches spirit and soul and always plays out in the body in the ways we are moved to love each other. ⚜️ God bless you and wrap you in the cloth of His mantle of anointing, cover you and your sins with the train of his robe, and bring you into empowering Presence where all is known and yet all is LOVE. ⚜️ Where religion teaches us that we are unworthy and on the outside looking in, Jesus draws us close. That’s one thing I really like about that guy, he just doesn’t act like a religious person.
