La dualidad tiempo/espacio se congeló para nosotras

El minuto a minuto se vuelve tan álgido como mi respiración. Camino hasta el lugar y la veo.

Los nervios me comen por dentro, sólo pensé que era algo que ya había vivido.

Tomamos un té. Veo sus manos, sus rulos y razgos. Nada ha cambiado, o tal vez sí. Pero por un instante se me cruzan millones de recuerdos del último año, en un santiamén explotan las expectativas, los sentires y las experiencias que vivimos.

¿Es sobre nosotras ésta historia? Pienso, mientras bebo un poco de té. La tarde de vuelve fría y la brisa choca con nuestros pómulos hasta que descendemos por las escaleras del subte.

Volvió Rulos en otras formas. Volvió en charlas, risas, virtualidad, volvíó -o está por volver mejor dicho- de forma lenta y sentida. El espíritu para sanar se acrementa segundo a segundo.

Pienso entonces cómo me siento con los latidos insurgentes, las risas cambiantes, los pómulos que duelen por las risas que nacen.

Sin embargo, emerge una ola de miedos, me paraliza la idea de lastimarme(nos) y lastimar a otres. Siento que va configurando una nueva realidad en la cual ella y yo estamos en diferentes ciruntancias: hace unos meses creo que eramos dos personas distintas.

Aprendí que tengo que vivir la experiencia, entregamos a los sentires porque de lo único que tengo la seguridad de que nada se puede controlar.

Llegamos al lugar para recorger la lectura de turno: Vir cano, en una de sus tantas obras que te vuelan la cabeza. Caminamos por caballito charlando, rosqueando pero también teniendo silencios necesarios para sentipensar. Sólo estuvimos un par de horas, pero sentí que la dualidad tiempo/espacio se congeló y el tiempo se detuvo para nosotras.

Se acercó la hora de despedirnos, nuestras pieles se encontraron luego de meses, junto a la corriente electrica de siempre, intancta y explosiva. "Espero que estes bien", fueron las ultimas palabras que quedaron en nuestra cabeza.

În luna iulie din anul acesta, pe platforma de recrutări online eJobs, au fost înregistrate peste 1,3 milioane de aplicări, în căutare de joburi, cu 50% mai mult faţă de aceeaşi lună a anului trecut, astfel, numărul de aplicări reprezintă un recorg-istoric, potrivit unui comunicat remis, luni, AGERPRES.

„A crescut atât numărul mediu de aplicări pe candidat, cât şi numărul efectiv de candidaţi disponibili. Astfel, în iulie au fost 142.000 de candidaţi care şi-au căutat un job la noi pe platformă. Dintre aceştia, aproape 33.000 au fost candidaţi noi, care nu au avut până acum cont pe eJobs şi care, cel mai probabil, în ultimii ani nu au fost interesaţi de schimbarea jobului. Numărul de candidaţi noi este cu 20% mai mare decât în luna iunie”, spune Bogdan Badea, CEO eJobs România, citat în comunicat.

Astfel, domeniul care atrage cel mai mare număr de aplicări este domeniul vânzărilor, urmat de relaţii clienţi / call center, administrativ / logistică, back office, financiar / contabilitate şi internet / e-commerce. La nivel geografic, cele mai multe aplicări au venit din partea candidaţilor din Bucureşti, Clujul fiind al doilea cel mai activ judeţ. Lista continuă cu Timiş, Braşov, Iaşi, Constanţa şi Prahova.

„La începutul verii am observat o schimbare extrem de interesantă în comportamentul candidaţilor, anume că vârsta primei angajări scade şi că devin din ce în ce mai activi cei foarte tineri, din segmentul de vârstă 18-24 de ani. Tendinţa nu doar continuă, ci se şi accentuează, iar în luna iulie, numărul de aplicări venite din partea acestor tineri este dublu faţă de numărul de aplicări corespunzătoare celor cu vârste cuprinse între 36-45 de ani şi foarte apropiat de categoria de candidaţi din segmentul 25-35 de ani, cei care au fost, dintotdeauna, fără excepţie, cei mai activi pe piaţa muncii”, a mai arătat Badea.

Potrivit reprezentantului CEO eJobs România,  vorbim, concret, de 410.000 de aplicări venite dinspre candidaţii 18-24 versus 514.000 de aplicări primite de la cei care au între 25 şi 35 de ani. În plus, creşterea pe această categorie este semnificativ mai mare şi faţă de luna iunie, când candidaţii între 18 şi 24 de ani au avut 300.000 de aplicări înregistrate pe eJobs.ro.

Aceste numere spun foarte multe lucruri despre felul în care ultima jumătate de an a schimbat piaţa muncii şi despre cât de important a fost acest semnal de alarmă pentru cei tineri, care, până nu demult, tratau cu mare lejeritate tema primei angajări, au explicat oficialii companiei de recrutare.

Aşadar, în luna iulie din 2020, au fost postate 27.000 de joburi pentru România şi străinătate. Cele mai multe (aproape 7.000) au fost în vânzări. Transport / distribuţie, administrativ / logistică, producţie, construcţii / instalaţii şi relaţii clienţi / call center au fost alte domenii care au avut, fiecare, între 3.000 şi 4.000 de poziţii deschise, luna trecută.

În acest moment, peste 17.000 de locuri de muncă pentru Romania şi străinătate sunt disponibile pe situl www.ejobs.ro.
