I love that Targ loyalists mentioned by Dany in text will be supporting Aegon VI in the future <3
Daenerys specifically thinks of Redwynes, Hightowers and Dorne as those who remained loyal to her father till the end during Robert's Rebellion
(...) The Hightowers are an ancient family, very rich and very proud.
"And loyal," Dany said. "I remember, Viserys said the Hightowers were among those who stayed true to my father."
- ACOK Daenerys I
"The Arbor makes the best wine in the world," Dany declared. Lord Redwyne had fought for her father against the Usurper, she remembered, one of the few to remain true to the last.
-ACOK Daenerys III
"You may rise," she said. "Daario tells me you come to us from Dorne. Dornishmen will always have a welcome at my court. Sunspear stayed loyal to my father when the Usurper stole his throne. You must have faced many perils to reach me."
- ADWD Daenerys VII
Dorne is set to ally with Aegon (and will become her enemy once they get informed about Quentyn) and House Hightower and Redwyne are going to be attacked by ironmen, so they will not support her if she allies with Euron Greyjoy in the future. Both will back Aegon VI Targaryen

The lineup of our beloved ASOIAF ttrpg campaign characters!⚔️
Our amazing GM @oneirotect has set us in 207 AC between the first and second Blackfyre Rebellions (around 90 years before Game of Thrones and 50 years after the death of the last known dragon). So far we've travelled across the Narrow Sea, partied in Braavos, escaped an assassination attempt by the Golden Company, made some difficult political decisions and started romantic entanglements with likely very dire consequences.

i'd been wondering how sansa and jeyne poole's insulting names for the redwyne twins made it to cersei's pov in feast, and now i believe i've found the answer.
[Petyr Baelish, in the council meeting where he volunteered to treat with the Tyrells:]"I'll include Horror and Slobber in my party, and send them on to their lord father afterward [...]" -Tyrion VIII, aCoK
normally i'd find any instance of littlefinger creeping on sansa to be well, creepy and skeevy, and (given future events) any association of him with jeyne is especially revolting and repugnant, but there is something funny about imagining him lurking around them at some point in agot (probably during the tourney festivities), overhearing their disparaging talk of the redwyne twins and deciding he had to steal those names for himself to show off his wit with queen and council. maybe baelish's dislike of his own nickname means part of his revenge at the world at large means he can't resist any mean names for other more blue-blooded nobles he can find, and in this case he had to learn these nicknames from two 11yo girls. this pales in comparison to all his later crimes against those girls, though it does mean cersei likely thinks the names came straight from littlefinger, never knowing the true source she has to thank for shittalking the redwynes like that.

Pugs in Westeros
If you aren’t obsessed with pugs as I am (have my own old fawn rescue) you might be surprised with pugs making an appearance.
Modern pugs are… to put it lightly… about as fucked up as the Targaryens are. The historical pug was bred in ancient China to be lap dogs for the Song Dynasty. Pugs arrived in Europe in the 16th century and from historical portraits, they look very normal!
Very normal dog with classic pug colorings.
Pugs gained popularity in the 19th and 20th century due to Queen Victoria being involved in breeding pugs. With the establishment of the kennel clubs in both America and England, breeders pushed to make the best looking show dog possible. This led to pugs having shorter legs, short muzzles, lots of extra skin, and many wrinkles.
So… if modern pugs exist in Westeros, who’s the fucker who decided to fuck them up?
Lady Redwyne bred pugs in Westeros!
I posit to the crowd that miss lady Redwyne was a fan of pugs and purposely bred them to have shorter faces, small legs, and lots of extra skin because she finds that cute!
Because lady Redwyne is also an older woman, pugs have come into popularity during King Jaehaerys I reign. The long era of peace could support longer trade routes and perhaps pugs were brought over from Yi Ti (planetos version of East Asia but everyone is super tall).
Anyways, pugs are part of Westeros and the Redwyne family breeds and loves pugs!

Lady Olenna Redwyne, the future Queen of Thorns, 246 AC.
A cunning woman with a wicked wit and a sharp tongue. This has earned her the moniker "Queen of Thorns", though she does not care for the name. (ASOS, Sansa I)
