Background: When Hiraku was young, he almost drowned. Luckily he was saved by a hero, and after that incident he wanted to become a hero. 

For most of his life he was raised by a single mother. However a year or two before the Taiyuu entrance exam his mother met and fell in love with a somewhat high-ranked pro hero.

Family:

Mother: Inoue Ayano. Quirk: Iron Lungs. She is a doctor.

Stepmother: Matsushita Hanae. Quirk: Time Lapse. She is a pro hero.

Grandfather: Inoue Koji. Quirk: Fitness. 

Grandmother: Inoue Yuuna. Quirk: Iron Stomach. Fun fact: the Inoue family eye mutation comes from her.

Uncle: Inoue Hideki. Quirk: Iron Abs. He owns a bakery.

Aunt: Inoue Roimata. Quirkless. She is a model.

Cousin: Inoue Kokoro. Quirk: Iron Heart. She is a mad scientist second-year support student at UA. She also designs clothes and/or hero costumes in her spare time.

Cousin: Inoue Manaia. Quirk: Nerves of Steel. She is a ninja plans to enter a hero course when she’s old enough. She also writes manga in her spare time.

Pet dog: Shirou. Quirkless. A husky. A very good boy.

???: Boss. Quirk: Complete Immortality. A crow that occasionally shows up to pester Hiraku. Speaks perfect Japanese despite not having enhanced intelligence.

Listen he also has family from Hanae but I kinda don’t remember where I put my notes on them sooo... just know that they have either plant Quirks or time Quirks.

Quirk: Pneuma (Mutant Type). Pneuma gives Hiraku a drastically altered respiratory system involving numerous orifices he can breathe through all over his body and pressurized lungs. He can use it to shoot jets of pressurized air in any direction.

Speed: 4/5

Technique: 3/5

Intelligence: 4/5

Cooperativeness: 4/5

Personality: Hiraku is a serious person. However he is a thrill-seeker and very friendly. He doesn’t get angry at people easily (unless they’re rude to his loved ones) but if he does... he can really hold a grudge. Also, he gets snippy when people endanger their or others’ health.
