🛒 ACNH Grocery Set 🛒

43 items | Sims 4, Base game compatible | Many swatches for multiple items ~Not all items are part of the actual grocery store set in ACNH, but like always, there are too many items that just make sense to have with the rest. There are many more items I would like to do. Some of them take quite a long time because they need to be edited quite a lot. I put together the coin horse ride myself, I hope that you like him!~

Being a Sims 4 player and a Stardew player at the same time rn has been fun bc you get to witness the complete disparity in new content quality/maintenance between EA, a massive company, and ConcernedApe, literally just a guy

I hate to write some random rant, but I really wish players would start boycotting The Sims 4.

Each new patch/DLC brings more and more glitches and bugs which developers refuse to fix or accidentally(?) create more bugs to fix some. Like for example right now there is a missing moodlets bug that corrupts some saves and because of this these must be deleted.

DLCs (mainly kits) are bland, almost empty, poor quality and expensive junk while modders create huge CC packs and mods that are high quality and most importantly free and also they fix the bugs that EA made.

Still, I feel sorry for console players who don't have the option to fix/improve the game unlike PC players and it makes the game unplayable due to broken patches.

Then players are reporting to EA who gives empty promises that they will fix it and later next DLC drop and it's same crap. It goes on and on in a never-stopping cycle.

And what's the worst, what annoys me the most? That some players want more content into game and EA wants TS4 to continue on even after Project Rene (The Sims 5) is released. It's a huge red flag since what a horrible state the game is in right now.

If you have TS4 as your comfort game and it helps improve your mood, please try to play either previous The Sims games like The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 or a completely different game. The possibilities are endless.

I'm saying this (even I'm just screaming into void) bcs I just don't understand when everyone says EA is one of the worst AAA video game companies, people still buy their games and DLCs which are unfinished and buggy.

#I apologize if I offended anyone with this rant #also EA is so much greedy rn that they added shopping cart icon into build/life mode; ewww #tamiisnthere's thought #I stopped updating my game since November 2022 and even though there are still some bugs but not that bad as right now #especially I was tired to downloading all the new updated mods since I have over 3000 files #I don't even play this game anymore #I'm just creating characters and ripping them thanks to TS4 SimRipper (Rest in Peace CmarNYC 💔) to import them into Blender and XPS #I really hope competitions like Paralives; Life by You; Vivaland and etc. will kick The Sims' and EA's asses #boycott the sims 4 #boycott ts4 #boycott ea games #boycott aaa games #the sims 4 #sims 4 #the sims #sims

Had a great time playing Sims today (spent 3 and a half hours searching for and downloading custom content and never once turned on the game)

#sims #the sims 2 #the sims #ts2 #this is just how it is now #not writing #sims 4 #I guess I’ll tag but sims 2 is the only sims that matters my man 😭#you will not catch me tagging 3 #sims 2 my beloved #I’ve been playing it for like 13 years now downloading cc is the only thing that still gives me meaning #I just wanted a round slightly worn wooden table that’s it 😭#I only found one (1) vaguely close item after 3 hours! and it was refusing to even download at first 😭#I had a list of 6 items to look for that at the top... I downloaded about 50 things... only got 2 of those items #like walking into the grocery store to buy one thing and then leaving with a whole shopping cart full #mostly got hair didn’t need any of it again just needed that table and some recolours of items plus a lamp and some plants but nooo #still didn’t really find a table recolour I liked just closest thing I just want worn wood recolours of things! 😭#I’m building a bar/kind of dingy pub but I don’t want it to look like abandoned for 100yrs after a massacre just want some wear and tear #yes it’s 2am ignore me #yeah I’m gamer™️

I really wanted to make it visible that she, like most fiber artists, has an obsession with yarn.

so I individually placed all the yarn on her cart and board (at least the board came in chunks lmao). it's such a simple thing but I feel like it made her house so much more realistic and personalized to a different level ? idk but it just makes me so happy and I'm not gonna dedicate a post to their yarn so I just put it down here 😌
