i love anime I got a poster and 3 pop figures from a anime I don't wanna name because the fandom is toxic ;-; but I do watch alot of anime :D

Good! Then I'm going to suggest some shows in the genre that Super Giant Robot Brothers has its roots in. I'm taking this as permission to now list my top giant robot animes of all time..... which is just half the Brave Series. It's a collection of super robot animes made by Sunrise in the 90s that starts with transformers clone Exkaiser and refines and experiments with the formula until we get the extreme punch-fest that is GaoGaiGar

Brave Police J-Decker: The best of the brave series in my opinion. Really digs into the existentialism of being a sentient man-made robot, about what it means to have a heart. The only brave series that truly develops the entire robot cast. Found family and silly hijinks all around. Likely to make you cry.

Brave of Gold Goldran: Absolute shitpost of an anime, and it knows it. The creators are just having fun with it and you can tell. But it's a shitpost with heart. It'll be serious when it needs to be. More found family, though most of the supporting robot cast, the silver knights and sorakage in particular, don't get much attention or characterization. (A pattern common in the brave series... the combiners never get developed) Has the episode of all time.

King of the Braves GaoGaiGar. Do you like epic robot vs monster battles? Do you like epic robot vs monster battles with lovingly animated robo-gore? Then GaoGaiGar is for you. It's the king of epic battles of ridiculous proportions, played completely straight. There are also some found family feels to go around, and the robot supporting cast gets some spotlight, if not a lot of development.

All of these come with a disclaimer of "Made in the 90s, not everything aged well." GaoGaiGar in particular suffers from anime girls (derogatory) as well as constant, painful, strobing effects during every scene in the villain's lair for the first 15 or so episodes.

All of these are on youtube, subbed, for your viewing pleasure.

Or you can just watch Transformers if you want more contemporary giant robots. I'd suggest Cyberverse as a starting point. (available on Netflix (s1 and s2) and YouTube (s3 + s4)) (maybe it's kinda all over the place) It's got that "light-hearted and silly kids show and then you reach that arc" feel that's common in cartoons today.

Moon & Dran

Dran meets Moonstriker not too long before the whole thing with Maria. It's on a seemingly abandoned planet, and Moonstriker joins them so he can make new friends.

Moonstriker becomes quick friends with everyone, especially Dran. He's a pacifist, so never fights against Serious. For what it's worth, Serious mostly leaves him alone because of this, focusing on the Braves instead.

Moon and Dran become a couple pretty quickly, after the incident with Dran getting Maria pregnant. Maria dies giving birth to the kids, due to there being so many and them being rather large compared to her. Dran is left with four kids, and Moonstriker offers to help raise them. Dran probably confesses at this point.

Anyways, that's about it. Moonstriker goes to Legendaria with Dran, they decide to continue exploring the universe alongside the others.

Headcanons:

. Dran's kids love to get onto Moonstriker's back so he'll fly them around

. The duck aliens get slaughtered by a very protective Moonstriker so Dran's kids go with Advenger and everyone else

. The human kids often fall asleep on Moonstriker because he's surprisingly warm

. Moonstriker becomes a medic and assists Fire Silver in his job

Ok, I was just thinking about the common salt fic tropes when I thought of a way to turn one on its head. You k ow those cookie cutter stories where Lila goes to the bakery and spins a web of Lies that Marinette’s parents instantly buy wholesale, more often than not resulting in a miserable Mari and a demonized Tom and Sabine, (which is a trope I particularly despise).

What if instead, something else happens; Sabine starts asking questions, not about the fabrications, but about the real Lila. And with Sabine’s mom power, Lila spills that she’s lonely and doesn’t know how to interact with people.

So Lila end up spending time around the bakery, maybe even getting a part time job there. At first, Marinette is beyond suspicious. But after some time (and bonding over a mutual love of Mecha Strike III) the two begin to tentatively bond.

And thus the day was saved by the unstoppable force that is MOM POWER!

Dran: Single Dad raising three very unruly kids, luckily for him his friends are there to help him out. Very soft and doesn’t like to yell at his kids, has a hard time disciplining them but is a very good dad nonetheless and tries hard. Someone help him control his kids.

Advenger: Team Mom™, kids like him and are drawn to him, the ultimate Mom, the perfect Mom. Someone give his dude his own kids he’s been ready for ages. He will mother everyone and his mom-instinct will go rampage if his kids are threatened.

Star and Fire Silver: Not dads, not moms, cool uncles? cool uncles. Will bad mouth Dran’s kids with love and affection and definitely encourage them to do stupid shit. Chaos uncles

Sorakage: late to the party. One of Dran’s almost-husbands. Have a difficult time with kids but loves them so much, this guy is such an awkward dad like he’s so full of love but he has a hard time showing it. God, he loves his kids. A for effort but.... leave the parenting to Advenger

Leon: Super late to the party, like dude where have you even been? But is THE DAD of the year, like he makes the villains his children and encourages them to be better. This right here is an actual natural dad and he is good and pure and thank god Dran got himself such an efficient almost-husband. (Like not to shit on Sorakage but throwing Shuriken at people will only get you so far in parenting...who am I kidding that is an amazing way to raise kids, Sorakage knows what’s up.)

Captain Shark: Too irresponsible to be a dad, but too reliable to just be written off. The best guy around, he’s flashy and laughs a lot and he’s pretty much indestructible but he’s jsut so good about it all and a real pal. Will definitely have your back no matter what. He’s the best friend that the dad leaves his children with when dad needs a break. Captain Shark is the actual best.

They heard a clap & everything around turns into a replica of the cyber theater,every bots & cons we're shocked,then a minicon twins came up to them,bearing a zodiac symbol on there foreheads.

"Greetings we are the geminicons,one of the cyber zodiac guardians,today will be your host & we will guide to help you & answer some of your questions"

All looked confuse,some weary or catious,some hostile,but the twins keep on going with calm smile on their face.

"Come & follow us,we will show you around & when you need some questions answered,*holds a small rod with a button* you can call ms.renia,she has all the answers you need to know….well some of them *giggles*"

Soon the two mysterious"geminicons",while remain on guard,as they walked down the hall,many murmur as some couldn't help but feel their sparks in pained as they remember their own home,so fimiliar before the final days of their world.

Alyanette ending

I was just thinking about what an Alyanette ending for Miraculous Ladybug would be like (and please forgive the Korrasami influence).

First and foremost, I can see Adrien leaving Paris, intent on finding himself, and finding some distance from his fathers legacy. Plagg would definitely go with him (if only to safeguard his main source of cheese).

Alya’s made the decision to go traveling. After spending who knows how many years being a superhero, she wants to see the world and find whatever secrets she can about the miraculous. In other words, she wants to write a book about past miraculous bearers. As for Marinette, she kind of screwed up. She was so focused on defeating Hawkmoth, applying to university kind of fell by the wayside and she missed the window for that year.

So, Alya makes her bestie an offer; she needs help keeping things organized. And SOMEONE has to make sure she doesn’t stumble into a death traps set by paranoid ancient heroes. So ladybug and Rena Rouge set off on a global tour; visiting old Scottish castle ruled by a man in bear themed plate armor, the sneak onto an island in the Caribbean where they worship a thunderbird, they chase rumors of the mythical coyote of North America.

What was supposed to be a year long trip turns into ten. Mari end up becoming a modern day Indiana Jones, tracking down long lost miraculous and keeping them out of the hands of people who would abuse their power. Meanwhile, Alya’s there every step of the way, tracking down secrets and chronicling her girl’s adventures.

When the duo sets foot back in Paris a decade later, their bond is unmistakable. The only reason they never got married is because they never needed to. When you spend ten years traveling with someone, you get to know them inside and out. The two of them never needed to label their relationship. They just are. Marinette and Alya stick around Paris long enough to reconnect with their parents before it’s off on the next adventure.
