people w DID are soo much more likely to have chronic pain, chronic fatigue, chronic illness, like u go thru the bullshit as a kid required to develop this difficult to deal with disorder and then you are punished for shit you never asked for with sometimes lifelong physical disability, if not from physical violence itself, simply the mental wound taking a toll on ur entire body’s regulatory systems

it’s really fucking unfair and unfortunately i have both versions of trauma induced disability

this really has been the summer of disappointment. a lot of people i thought highly of have shown themselves to be kind of garbage and not worthy of any kind of admiration or respect.

on the plus side, for every person who let me down, there have been at least two more who were beyond outstanding, and at the end of the day it’s not the quantity of people you give your love to, it’s the quality.
