hong kong hotpot, bangsar.

this hotpot place is not new but it has been really long since my last visit. they serve one of the best pork bone broth in town. the restaurant vibes is very similar to hong kong vibes, hence the name, and the tables and chairs are kinda small and crampy too.

the broth is really nice and light, and any ingredients you put would be really nice, highly recommend to order the wine chicken and cook that first, so the soup has even better taste with the wine. their meat slice are really thin and tender, just dip for a few seconds to cook and eat.

the do offer half portion orders, so it’s great for couples and small groups, you can get order a small portion with more variety, which is great. their condiments is quite simple but very nice, the chili sauce is definitely fragrant and appetizing.

would recommend this place for some really good hotpot, nothing very fancy, pricing is quite okay, it’s not cheap but nothing very pricey either, it all depends on what food you get. it does get crowded very quickly so reservation is recommended if you do not like queuing.
