Hi again, sini! I got some imagines that will wiggle your zhongli brain worms.

Remember this year’s Lantern Rite where Neuvilette made a ladle that resembles his dragon form? I imagined Zhongli’s wife (aka f!reader) went to Fontaine as part of her work. During her off days, there's a sculpting class and reader joins in and creates an intricate sculpture of Zhongli’s majestic dragon form. The sculpture is small enough to put on a table as decor.

Fast forward, reader returns to Liyue and tells Zhongli about her work and experience in Fontaine. She then pulls out the sculpture for Zhongli to admire. Zhongli then brings that sculpture to his workplace and place it on his table so he can gaze at it and motivate himself at work.

I bet customers who came and even Hu Tao would ask about the statue and Zhongli would proudly say it’s his wife’s handmade gift. The sculpture is also a good conversation starter when customers visit the funeral parlor.

Oh my gosh yes! That's so adorable and I totally see it. He'd be so touched that his wife would make such a thing for him and so beautifully too!

I also think maybe if people talking to Zhongli don't bring up the statue in their conversation, Zhongli would find a way to wiggle it in somehow. Maybe he'd run a finger along its length ostentatiously, or if the topic is somewhat related to dragons or sculpting or cool items he'd say something along the lines of "Ah yes, if I could call your attention to this trinket here..."

I just think he'd waste no opportunity to tell people his lovely wife thoughtfully handmade it for him :] at some point it's probable that the whole harbor knows about the dragon statue hehe.

Thank you for the tips about sgraffito! The class ended up being a lot of fun but was only 2 hours long and I wasn't confident about having time to do my original idea, so switched plans to do a little spoon rest guy instead. I only did one coat of underglaze for the pomegranate - do you think that'll be enough for it to be a bright color? It's gonna get glazed and fired in the kiln by the instructor sometime in the next few weeks, so I'm excited to see how it turns out!

it depends on the brand, but most underglaze needs 3 coats. if you do too few coats, it can be streaky, like the blue here:

too many coats and the clear glaze overtop might crawl or bubble.

I’ve always had good luck with red underglaze though, I’ve never had streaks on a red piece (but I still always give them three coats lol)

So we always knew word for “like” as in “i like something” is choulchett ចូលចិត្ត

but then we realized “waitt! the word is just the combination of ចូល (to go in) and ចិត្ត (emotional heart)”

so when you say “i like something”, youre literally saying “it went inside my heart” 😭😭 such pretty word.

Yeah. Nana Suzuki. Since the game is in Japan... His mom is from England and dad is japanese. I ended up drawing her on paper and then taking a photo then pasting it on the the thing. And some coloring and doodling in ibis paint x.

His hair is supposed to be black, but I ended up making it dark blue, to give it more character. She is very basic, just like me. I changed their pronouns again. She plays the piano.

The pronouns, I use she her and they them a lot on them. But you can use he him, too.

I tried to draw her on ibis paint but it looked off😀 Even if ibis paint x is ass I still prefer the good ol pen and paper.

No, no she does not hate Yani. They like everybody, Yani just gives her anxiety. /silly /lh, nor any other loud person in the game.

The notebook I draw on is pretty, but it has the square thing paper. ...Maybe because it's a notebook, not a sketch book. Maybe I should just move on from the hot pink notebook to a black depressed sketch book. /silly /joking

I actually like the squares though! I often draw in composition books so I have the lines and stuff but I think its fine! If I'm doing more clean drawings and using markers and stuff that bleed through I draw in sketchbooks but if I'm just sketching then I do that everywhere(I have sketches on my wall, help) lol. But no I like the squares in your notebook! Sketchbooks are actually so boring unless your decorate them yourselves, all the fun and interesting stuff happens on the inside ^^ Notebooks have like built in backgrounds idk!
