Three of Hearts!

the freshest first-wave Octopunk band!! they only made music for 5 years but have had decades long impacts on both music and the world around them. shaping the Octopunk subculture, and the way octolings approach protesting against oppression.

Pacifica is the eldest sister, she is the heart of the band. she plays bass and does the community work.

Calypso is the second oldest, she is the body of the band. she sings, plays tambourine, dances, and hypes the crowd up

Abyssa is the youngest sister, she is the mind of the band. she write lyrics, plays drums, and manages finances/promotion.

aside from their high energy punk sound that makes you want to get up and jump around, their most famous or infamous legacy came from the way they would organize music festivals with fellow bands to educate the masses. they had ton of these Octopunk festivals and they were a massive success, unfortunately the most well known festivals ended in tragedy when the venue was raided by octarian army. no more festivals, just safe basement shows where nothing on that scale could ever happen again.

their lasting influence is the new wave of Octopunk, lead by the generation who was raised on the first wave. they now live in a better world that the OG Octopunks worked hard for, and still there is much room for improvement. the new wave has influences from other alternative genres such as Batfish and Seamo for a new generation with new problems

1) current Three of Hearts is Tyees 14 year old daughter Khloe Samra

2) Elizabeth and Camilla lived in a private estate Dylan had granted them and Coral didn’t fuck with them. She doesn’t like them or their relationship but she knows Dylan want tolerate her ducking with them. And he tolerates a lot from her so she knows that they’re a no zone. As long they don’t bother her or get in her way (which they didn’t they did their own thing) she doesn’t care

3) when Gen 2 starts yes you will be seeing them and so new faces as well.

5) Jokers isn’t like the other kingdoms they’re very unique, the closets equivalent we have in our world is the Vatican but if the pope a hereditary position. They have no nobles, their pale mark is reserved for priests and members of Imara temple. On top of that thr najoroty if the common population are mostly nomads who travel around Jokers and Cards. There are some settlements by oasis’ but oasis only last for a couple of generations, but new ones do appear. To simply put Jokers isn’t an ‘organised’ kingdom that can form an army or have any desire to attack or conquer anything. They also have the only patron fae who lives there and isn’t afraid to fuck with mortals if pissed off so the other kingdoms ain’t gonna fuck with that. So it’s been agreed that Jokers has become neutral ground for the other kingdoms to agree of peace deals and truces after wars

Been dealing with a lot of shit and needed some happy so I'm getting caught up on @threeheartscast and I got to the end of episode 30 and I just - am so grateful for these people and the care that they have for each other and for their listeners. There was a heavy, not-plot-vital scene that they recorded and they decided to move it to the end of the episode with content warnings in front of it so folks could listen or skip at their choice and I'm literally tearing up right now because I am NOT In a place where I could have handled that scene and I get to protect myself with no judgement and it's just so kind. And the whole show is so full of the love that they have for each other and for the characters and I got to feel a little bit of that love and I'm rambling at this point but anyway go listen it is very good.

I've been thinking about it all week but genuinely Vellum and Spar make me so so happy because like....representation, not only of gay people but also specifically gay people who are also disabled and it comes up narratively means so much to me. It's refreshing and it makes me happy and hopeful to see characters using a cane, using mobility aids, having joint pain, and having chronic migraines!!!! Nah, Tyee just hates the Wilson’s (fours) in general. The Samras and wilson have this rivalry (mostly the samras, Wilson’s don’t give a shit). The hearts and diamonds nobles are able to move ‘rank’ more frequently based on their wealth so they swap around quite a bit and Tyee’s just bitter his family is ‘lower’ than those ‘wilson fools’
