Not the best. She can't recognize him right away when he's in a different appearance, and it can lead to a lot of mishaps, especially with someone as guarded as her and huggy as him. In his defense, he thought she would be pleasantly surprised.

Okay, this is me ignoring all my chores and your requests (but in a well-intentioned way). I had an idea while I should have been studying, but unfortunately, I was daydreaming instead. It involves the reader being in a band. In my imagination, reader was much younger than Alex, and Jamie's daughter idolizes the reader as an artist, you know, like a supreme crush, and the girl speaks highly of you (typical teenage band fans, and me too, because I'm an adult and still the same)... Anyway, in this scenario, Alex becomes curious and starts researching you, and he ends up liking your music and style. He incorporates your first and only album into his routine (I'm saying this because imagine the second álbum being made with him but your side). Then, when Kate realizes that you will be performing at a festival, same day as am, she contacts you and mentions that her daughter is in love with you, and you respond, clearly aware of who she is. And with that, Alex kind of invites you to perform a song with him, and being a fan (you do him and him of you), it escalates into an interview with you, him, and Matthew as well, so it's like a slow burn... Anyway, I just wanted to share this because I thought it was cute. 🩷 Hope you're all having a great week!
