I love these three so much???? Seriously, watching their duel against Team 5Ds gets more entertaining with every rewatch. They deserved to have that whole stadium cheering for them, damn it!

#yugioh 5ds #team taiyo #hot take but these guys are the best WRGP-only antagonists in the show #1. they're genuinely likeable and not dickheads who are overconfident in their strategy #2. they are perfect foils to the 5Ds boys because they come from humble origins and are trying their best #3. instead of busting out one synchro behemoth after the other they use a genuinely unusual strategy #which 4. means Zushin's reveal feels super earned and creates some well-deserved hype #5. at four episodes for a three-on-three duel they don't overstay their welcome either #very good boys all around #and SUCH a breath of fresh air between your Team Unicorns and Team Catastrophes and Team Ragnaroks #so yeah #orchid watches 5ds (again) #I FINALLY got around to watching this duel in one go #was not disappointed #(except by the streaming server being slow which turned half the screenshots into oatmeal quality) #episode 122 #screencaps

Even though I'm not caught up on Taskmaster I still lurk around a bit online and get impressions of each series. I don't think I heard anything online about series 10 (besides Katherine Parkinson being similar to her IT Crowd character) but it ended up being one of my favorites! I'm going to miss the whole cast but especially Johnny Vegas!

#favorite task was probably the catapult one and the make a house out of beer mats one #the cast was also extremely giddy from being in lockdown and it made the laughter very infectious! #I've only seen the first two episodes of the IT Crowd years ago and I didn't like it at all so I really had no idea what I was in for #only other thing I know about the IT Crowd is the creator is so transphobic that his wife divorced him and took the kids #Series 11 is next and all I've heard about this series is Mike Wozniak #guess I'll see if he lives up to the hype.... #taskmaster
