I have an old plastic skeleton in my room from like a year ago that I rescued from the local Walgreens (I named him Mr. Bones and called him that up until recently), and yesterday I got sick of him hanging on the back of my door fully naked and paying no rent, so I went ahead and clothed him and tossed him into a rocking chair and decided (with any and all (due and undue) disrespect to Walter O'Dim) to rename Mr. Bones to Walter O'Dim. So now I have the skeleton of Walter Randall Marten Broadcloak Flagg O'Dim-Padick BoBalthazar Fe Fi Fo Falthazar the First sitting in my room and spooking me anytime I try to go into my room for any reason other than reading the Dark Tower series or going directly to bed. My deepest and sincerest apologies to Mr. Stephen King. Walter is a certifiable Character and I hate him so much that he's become my favorite quasi-immortal wizard of all time.

As a person who has only seen the movie and not read the book, I can't help but wonder why Matthew McConaughey's character : The Man in Black has two different name : Walter Padick and Randall Flagg. Does anyone knows why?

Look, I am super excited that Mike Flanagan is going to be in charge of a Dark Tower TV series, love everything horror related or even mildly King-flavored that he touches. I would trust the project with no one else.

Also I hope and expect that Henry Thomas appears somewhere in the cast, hopefully in a principal role because he is amazing and he shocks me every time he appears on camera and he can do no wrong. But Mike. Mister Flanagan. I need you, no matter what else you do, to not cast him as The Man In Black/Walter Padick/Randall Flagg, and this has nothing to do with whether I think the actor could pull him off. He can. He absolutely can. From the bottom of my heart, I need you to understand how certain I am of his capability as an actor.

I still need you to cast him, but cast him as literally anyone else.

And the reason for this is because I, as a Stephen King fan, cannot engage with the notion and the attached implications of Randall Flagg and Jack Torrence as twinners. And because he has already played one of those two characters in your corner of the Kingverse, the other one has to be off the table.

For my sanity. Please.

Finally, a finished version of the lil’ project I post on Twitter. Another huge artwork for the Robotnik AU (check in Deviantart from here: FeReise User Profile | DeviantArt).

Feature with Jim Carrey's Eggman/Dr. Robotnik from Sonic movies and his... "associates" in the same pic! And the image is surely inspired by Anthrax's "Among the Living" (1987) album cover. An amazing cover for a wonderful album, yeah, I really like the band!

Well yeah, as for the Anthrax and Stephen King's fans out there, I know that the song "Among the Living" is prominently about "Randall Flagg" (aka The Man In Black, The Dark Man, The Walkin' Dude, Walter Padick, and so on...), the main antagonist of Stephen King's 'The Stand' novel and Stephen King's multiverse. He is one of the inspirational for the overall appearances of Dr. Robotnik in my AU as well (mix with Jim Carrey's Dr. Robotnik), along with Lalo Salamaca (Better Call Saul + Breaking Bad universe), Hans Landa (Inglorious Basterds), and Handsome Jack (Borderland Franchise).

***From now on it's a full University’s assignments time ^^; I might be going to activate a semi-hiatus mode because of this but I'll be surely keep checking this site out if I have any available time.
