Hey! Dyt that they have Ruined Striker’s Character in Helluva Boss? I Loved The Striker that we had in Season 1 but in Season 2 it feels a bit off for me, I don’t know where to put my finger on it. It’s like he lost that sense of character that he had in Season 1, It’s hard for me to explain it. I guess I shouldn’t have expected as much for This Series but sadly Love it and would it be Bad if I thought that Striker and Blitz should have ended up Together and take his offer in The Harvest Moon festival Episode? (if they did take that offer, I would’ve loved to see them taking down some Overlords in Hell, Plus Something about Their interactions made me Ship Them More Than Stolas, Wondered what actually happened if he joined the I.M.P?? I mean he nearly did but Oh Well) and Also Blitz has a Horse!? Does Loona know about this!? WT-!?

Reasons why Striker's character is "ruined" since season 2:

1. His arrogance has been upped to a ridiculous degree (big d*ck statues of himself) He was only arrogant around Moxie because they hated each other, but Striker showed off in physical skill and song. Not sexually? 2. In season 1, he was stealthy, unknown, and very cunning. In season 2, he is brash, famous, and dumb. (He tries to kill Stolas in a public setting without protecting his own identity, he's apparently a well-known killer for hire in Wrath, and he doesn't kill Stolas immediately after finally tying him up in the alleyway. 3. In season 1 he wiped the floor with Moxie, Millie, and Blitz, while in season 2, randomly, Millie & Moxie and Blitz defeat him easily and twice, making him look pathetic. 4. In season 1 he was hired by Stella, a high-class goetia to kill Stolas, and thus was provided angelic weapons to do so. He hates upper-class demons and to be working for one is a high level of irony that adds more to his character; but it also hinted that he was playing dirty, that he would eventually use these weapons to turn against Stella to kill other high-class demons to fight against the political power balance (which is what he invited Blitz to) and Stella provided a great boon for him; extremely rare, dangerous weapons. In season 2, he's seen working for Crimson. However, he is the one providing his resume, almost begging to be hired by a (supposed to be) low-class IMp Mob Boss, but outside of maybe money, Crimson has nothing of value to offer in comparison to the hot deal that was Stella's offering. 5. In season 1, he is brutal but thorough with his attacks. He doesn't play with his toys. In season 2, he drags Stolas's torture out, messing around and playing with him for no good reason. (Yeah, Stella ordered that, but she ordered it LATER, AFTER Stolas was captured, and even that is against what season 1 Stella wanted, she wanted him dead ASAP. There is no reason to torture Stolas, especially if it leaves things open for him to escape. 6. His voice actor changed. Bosco does a really good job, but it's just not the same. Striker was probably the best villain in the series, and now he's just kind of a villain of the we(a)k kind of character I just don't care about anymore.

His character was only slightly better in the Fizzarolli past episode, but just seeing him dumbly pay attention to Fizz's song just solidified he's a joke now. Season 1 Striker would never do that. He would have sniffed out Blitz and gone after him immediately. Maybe have even shot Fizz; Crimson ordered him not to hurt him, but I dont think Striker would give a damn at that point. I agree that Striker and Blitz would be a far more interesting dynamic. Actually fighting against the power instead of Blitz just... sleeping with said power. Blitz wrapped himself up in Stolas, basically becoming his s*x slave in exchange for the book. Blitz even runs a business for sinners, sinners of which are dangerous towards imps and overpopulating Hell's upper layer. Striker offers him an out, Striker offers him everything. He offers him change, he offers him a chance to be someone. Stolas on the other hand still hasn't changed his classist attitude. A part of him will always disrespect Blitz, and I don't know if the writers will ever address it at this point. I mean, Blitz was confirmed to have been attracted to him. It very well could have happened.

Most Feels Aren't Temporary

Based on these requests and on the songs Temporary by 6lack and Right Now by The Vamps

It's not an unknown fact for the Vamps team that Brad and I dated in my high school years. Even tho his career was taking off at that moment, we knew how to manage our relationship and we knew how to make the most of it. We decided to end our relationship in my first year of uni, when i was 19, the lack of interaction being too much for both of us. No more birthday show ups, no more show ups in important moments of each other's lives. He missed my graduation, i missed their biggest festival they played because of exams. It's safe to say we knew we were the right people at the wrong time, which broke both of our hearts to admit, but it was for the better.

But in life there are no coincidences. After i finished college, i met with the impediment of not knowing what path to take in life, i had no idea what job i wanted, i had no idea what was right for me anymore. I kept talking to Kirstie even after Brad and I parter ways, thing that helped me keep in touch with the band also and i couldn't be happier to see that we worked on our misunderstandings. Later the same year i finished college, Joe offered me a job as a PR assistant, as he didn't want to make the job public and he knew i could handle the boys in the best way.

It's been 5 years and I've upgraded from assistant to manager, but I'm glad i don't get crashed by the boys doing stupid stuff that goes out to the fans. Well maybe once or twice a month, but nothing outrageous.

"Hey", Brad smiles at me as he enters my office

"Hey", i lay back on my desk chair and look at his sleepy face

"Did you sleep in here last night?", he laughs as he checks the clock on my desk. It's barely 8 in the morning

"No, smart pants, i got in here earlier because i needed to get a report done for Joe. I can't work on reports on the road because i get sick", i close my laptop and pick up my documents, Brad helping with placing the chair close to my desk

"I know", he offers me a quick smile before yawning. "I didn't know why i couldn't pick you up from your home. When Joe told me you're here, i almost told him to give you days off just because", he motions to his head and mimics and explosion. I laugh at his words and i push the exit door with my shoulder.

"You didn't have to pick me up, i could drive myself to the airport.", i sigh when i drop everything in the backseat of the car, almost bumping into Brad as he comes by my side to help me with my stuff.

"No, put it like this please, at the first sudden break, this goes to shit", he rambles as he keeps repositioning my laptop and my bag in a way to keep them in place.

"But if you put them like this, if you hit the breaks all of a sudden, by backpack is going to get the laptop to shit", i roll my eyes as i reposition my things as well, but Brad's hands take mine away. It's the first time i realise how close we are, our shoulders and arms touching each other, our faces mere centimeters apart. His hands hold mine for a little while, as we take in each other's features. His dark chocolate eyes trace my face, piercing through my own and making me hold my breath. I watch his mouth slightly smiling, causing me to blush and smile back. His pink lips make me reminisce on the old days, a quick memory of us on a date coming to my mind.

We were on the rooftop of a skyscraper right outside of London, where the light pollution isn't as big as in other parts of the city. We were cuddled up, I was resting my head on his chest, while his arms were wrapped around me. As the night went on, the meteor shower we were waiting for finally took place. Tired and pretty cold, we both got up and watched millions of rocks light up small portions of the sky. I wasn't paying attention to Brad at all anymore, but he cupped my face and kissed me hard, like I'd runaway if he backed away. The kiss grew to be a passionate one, leaving us breathless and needy for more.

"I want this kind of show when i propose to you", he said, surprised by his own words

"What if it takes another 50 years?", i laugh, never looking away from his eyes, that were more sparkling than any falling star or meteor shower.

"That, i did not think through. Are they so rare?", we both bursted out laughing and continued to watch the sky light up every now and then.

His smirk grows wider as my stare is still on his lips.

"Thinking about something naughty?", Brad tries to joke, but he clears his throat right after. I just nod and take my hands away.

I take a deep breath, careful not to show any more emotion than the one i definitely did. "If i tell you what i was thinking about, you wouldn't be able to drive straight", i wink at him and take a seat in the passenger seat.

"Uh", he stops in his tracks and can't say anything else, so he just shakes his head laughing and getting behind the wheel.

The drive to the airport is silent and i can't ignore the past few months of me working with The Vamps, especially with Brad. 5 years ago, when i started, it was so easy to be around him, but i also blame it on the fact that i was so focused on my job and pleasing everyone, that i was basically unapproachable. Joe took me to the side and told me that I'm slowly becoming an workaholic and that i should also take some free time, have fun with the band while I'm at it.

I slowly grew out of my fear of Brad and i not getting along, but he was the one to actually show and help me that our past will not define our friendship then or in the foreseeable future. However, the past few weeks had been different. When i get to the studio with the boys, I'm welcomed by a cup of my favourite coffee and a curly head that's all smiley and in a good mood, only to miss out on a few days of accompanying them and Tris, James or Con to say how Brad was a menace because he didn't agree on anything with them. Being the overthinker that i am, i started to ask myself why he would act like that, only because I'm not there.

Slowly, Brad's gestures towards me made the usual butterflies that i feel in the pit of my stomach every time i see him go even wilder, which wasn't exactly what i wanted. If it didn't work out the first time, it doesn't work the second time either, right?

"Ready for Norway?", James asks as he pulls me in a hug.

"I'm always ready for travelling", i smile as wide as possible, my excitement making everyone laugh. "And i love Norway a lot, i missed visiting it", i look towards Brad who winks at me.

"Oh, you've been there before?", Kirstie's excited tone of voice leaves a bittersweet taste in my soul as i can't match her excitement on this one.

"We went there for our 3 year anniversary. After our european tour.", Brad answers before i get the chance and i look down at my Nikes

"As you can see it's been ages since my last visit so I'm definitely looking forward to getting there", i try to make light of the situation, an unsettling feeling fixing in my chest. Why am i affected by something that happened 8 years prior to this moment? Wasn't i ok with the situation?

The cold air hits us as we get out of the airport. Strong wind almost lifts us off the ground as we're trying to find our 2 cars to get us to the small cottage we rented.

"This is definitely not how i remember it", i say as i grab onto the hood on my head for dear life. I earn a few laughs from Tristan and Kirstie and i almost trip over my own luggage when the wind pushes it my way.

After a 40 minute drive, we get to our cottage and unpack for the week. Festivals and vacations are an amazing deal,especially when you actually love the people you work with.

As I'm also taking the wheel and replace both Joe and Evie, i talk through with The Vamps the plans for the festival, the hour when they'll start playing and additional meetings i worked on with the Norwegian press.

"Sounds lovely, great job", Con congratulates me and we fist bump as i put the paper with the information aside. "Anyone hungry?", i ask as i check the time to see it's close to 5PM. We all get to cooking, each of us having a certain assignment. As i run out of things to do for the first course, i end up deciding to bake cupcakes so i wouldn't just stare at everyone else doing something.

"Can you make my faves?", Brad's voice comes from behind me, one of his hands resting on my hip as i measure the flour. I feel my heart drop to the floor at his request, but nod and give him a smile. He rushes to the fridge to give me 2 bananas and a bowl of strawberries and i put them away for later.

As we're waiting for the cupcakes to bake, we end up finishing our food and we starts playing games.

"Ok ok, my turn", Tris almost yells to be heard through the wave of laughter. "I once left the store without paying for my stuff. I broke into my neighbour's property to get my ball from their yard. One of my ex's dad almost beat me up because he caught me with his daughter"

"Ohhh this is tough!", Kirstie hits the table lightly with her palms. "I honestly believe they're all true"

"Everything he said can be done by him", i agree with her and Tris rolls his eyes at us.

"Well thank you", he sarcastically says and we laugh at him

"We've known him for a lifetime and i still have second thoughts on this", James rubs his chin.

"Ok, i got it i got it", i say and look Tris in the eyes. "You got beat up, BECAUSE", i put a lot of emphasis on the word because everyone gets loud and laughs. "If you were dating her at that point in life where you were stealing from damn shops, her dad found out and grounded her. So i could only see you climbing up through her window like a lil Romeo and Juliet type of moment", i take a moment to let everyone calm down from my little story and i carry on. "AND, the next day when you were mad you got beat up by her dad, you went out to play football and your ball ended up on your neighbour's property. So all of them are true, you cheated Tris! You needed a lie", i pinch him slightly as he throws his head back laughing.

"What? They're true?", Brad laughs as Tris nods at the chaotic stories.

"But I'm not done because if all of those are true, I'm gonna say that the neighbour you trespassed into the garden was your girlfriend. And you snuck in there because if you would've knocked on the door or called, you'd get jn trouble again.", i finish my story and take a sip of my beer

"I hate you", he jokes as he throws a napkin in my face. I get interrupted by the oven bipping. I go over to the kitchen to get the cupcakes out. I feel Brad's gaze linger as i disappear behind the wall.

"Don't you have a picture or something to stare at? You're getting creepy", Con jokes and Brad flips him off.

"Shut up", a light pink creeps on his cheekbones.

"What's up with you lately?"

"What do you mean?", Brad shifts in his chair

"The sudden urges to follow y/n around, the request of her to make the cupcakes your favourite kind and i saw your hand on her hip.", Con eats a chip.

Hours later I'm left alone with Brad in the big living room. I stretch myself when i get up off the couch and i yawn.

Again, the last few episodes have been making me feel like something was missing, then I remember Luke still exists. Hi Luke! Why don't you put a light on or something, why are you working in the dark?

Looks like someone decided to put on her big girl panties and be brave. With Lorelai breaking in and Jess always escaping it seems like Luke doesn't know what a lock is. Lorelai states she isn't there to beg for forgiveness or have a conversation with him or to talk to him or interact with him in any whatsoever, but she had a bad night so she wants him to make her coffee. i am finally answering this almost one month late!!!! this is the kind of question that requires a lot of ruminating, okay. and oh, i have been ruminating!

this is more a scene than a moment, but! their whole slime puppy phone call scene. i think it's just magic. they're both chilling and having fun snarking at each other! the situation escalates in a way that clearly baffles and delights them both! and i find it really moving for roman how easy it is for him to interact with gerri and have an effortlessly sexy rapport with her, right in the wake of his failed call with tabitha that ended so miserably. not to mention that it's, to me, one of the only times we see gerri choose to do something on impulse for fun. (that's how i read her reaction, anyway, rather than something tactical. i honestly think she just had a shitty day at work and she and roman have been secretly vibing for awhile and that's hot and entertaining to her so she just leans in in the moment.) it's just so interesting to me that she makes that choice, especially knowing that this situation is going to become SO repressed and she's going to take a stance of such denial that it ever happened. they're both just really loose and free and fun with each other in this scene and i think it's a glimpse at what they would be like as a couple if they could ever actually just exist without everything keeping them apart.

gerri doing up roman's buttons in 2.03 -- specifically, if we want to pick a precise moment, when she looks up at him. it's the one moment of physical touch + realization of attraction that they ever get to share, and i think it believably lights the match for the fire that never goes out.

gerri watching roman at the funeral. just, like, getting to see her pain for him all over her face, and in maybe the most public setting we have ever seen them in. especially in the wake of everything that happened in the episodes before and how over their relationship felt. to get that proof of how deeply she still feels for him -- beautiful agony!!!

the moment where roman realizes that gerri isn't actually berating him but is engaging with him sexually in the "tern haven" scene. just, like, the face journey he goes on in that moment. jesus!!! again, i find it really poignant that in the wake of a failed sexual encounter with tabitha, gerri is just like right there totally understanding how to connect with him. they're in a dance now.

it's SO hard to definitively choose one last one when there's such a festival of riches, but i shall go with the "stone-cold killer bitch" / "who says you don't know how to flirt?" exchange, because it immediately set the tone of their dynamic. there's a little fun, a little dryly flirty energy going on there, and the visual of roman flopping awkwardly down on the couch next to her and then sitting lower than her -- it's all just so their vibe, baby. it really impresses me that that first interaction holds so much of what's to come re: their dynamic even though what's to come wasn't, at that point, planned at all. — speaking of the reason she's here: furina is preparing for a new production that's made its way through fontaine's social buzz. it's a well-known liyuean opera that's reached international popularity due to a recent manhwa adaptation that took bookstores across teyvat by storm, titled grove of wild boars. fontaine is putting together their own stage adaptation, and furina is serving as a consultant to the director, who, while talented, is still young and inexperienced with the industry. she's here with most of the production crew mostly on research, and the timing just happened to line up with lantern rite. so why not enjoy both!

Lastly, let me address the MV performance of Xiao Zhan that was leaked today. To be fair, it was deleted pretty quickly and everyone were wondering what is it from. It’s a performance of the song “Accompany you through Time” by Eason Chan and from the OST of the movie A Journey Through Time with Antony. They might have given him a list, but yeah, the production team is the one who will have a final say.

the fact that rory needs reassurance that jess doesn’t mad at her at the festival episode just shows how badly dean treated her. if she was still with dean, he would’ve yelled already, making a whole scene about how rory dares to hangs around people who isn’t him, as he did in 2x13. it wasn’t rory’s fault jess bought the basket, yet dean make it her fault and turns it around her “you’re hurting me now” (making her feel guilty about the whole thing in the first place) instead of just respecting the fact that there are stuff in this town that doesn’t have nothing to do with him.

jess had more money. the whole point of the whole thing was you have more money, you buy the basket, you take the girl who made the basket to lunch. jess didn’t forced rory to go with him, jess didn’t do anything wrong, he did exactly what everyone else did.

like correct me if i’m wrong but lorelai had to drug out luke to buy her basket so he could take her to lunch and yet, it’s rory’s fault that jess bought her basket.

if I remember correctly jackson also didn’t bought sookie’s basket for some reason and had to buy it from the person who bought it in the first place.

but regardless, you know what the first thing dean does when rory goes with jess? he goes to cry to lorelai about it, to spin it on rory, that rory would be the blame here and not, idk, him for not letting this go.

when rory comes back from it, actually happy and having a good time, lorelai takes dean’s side because dean made her to believe that it is all jess / jess and rory fault.

he blames his reaction and his behavior on her.

so it’s not, “he was a teenager boy he kicked a bag”, it’s more complicated and dean is an abusive piece of shit and that’s the hill i would die on.

Madara: Wanting to be seen as a Mama is just a personal wish of mine, but ‘MaM’ has always been all about livening up the festivals for everyone. However— Everything about that—every single aspect of MaM’s past track record of activities—feels like it’s been completely ignored.

<Later that night, in an all-night restaurant located at the foot of the mountain where Dancing Cranes Home is built.>

Tsumugi: You've worked really hard today, everyone~ ♪

So, how did it go? Does anyone have any feedback to give after our first day?

Madara: Errr… Even if you ask how it went, I can only say that it’s been reeeally challenging!

Natsume: I’ll be ordering some food and drinks for everyone to shaRE, alrigHT?

… … By the wAY, the cameras have only been set up at Dancing Cranes Home and nowhere elSE, so feel free to speak your mind here without restraiNT. 

Fufu. Let’s enjoy some delicious food as we engage in open conversatiON. Any complaints you may have will be gladly entertainED, tOO. 

Madara: That’s a huge relief. It would've been impossible for us to relax if we were constantly monitored 24/7!

Tsumugi: Fufu. We idols often face situations like that in our line of work, don’t we? 

During events which last the entire day, like StarFes for example, we could never afford to let our guard down for even a moment!

Madara: We could still grab short breaks in the dressing room during those events, though!

In this job however, we were constantly interacting with those kids throughout their waking hours—

*Sigh* Hours which they spent causing aaall sorts of outrageous trouble, one after the other. As that old saying goes, being a parent is tough!

Natsume: FufufU. It's unexpectedly tough being a "Mama", isn’t iT?

Madara: Good grief. If I had known things would end up like this, I would never have wished for a MaM-like job. And it’s way too late to say this now, but it reeeally feels like an unexpected curveball's been thrown at me.

Tsumugi: Ah, not quite. I believe we’ll have an opportunity to showcase that aspect of MaM soon. I’ve heard from a staff member that there's a small festival taking place in the coming days. 

Madara: Huh? What festival is that? It’s the off-season for temple festivals now, isn't it? 

Tsumugi: Fufu! If you’re expecting something as grand as a Summer Festival, you're going to be severely let down.

This is a small event held privately in Dancing Cranes Home; a small ceremony, in other words. 

The event is set to take place about a week from now, which happens to coincide with our last day of filming there. 

Madara: Hmm, I see. That might serve as a suitable climax and conclusion of our programme. If we play it right, we should be able to capture some excellent scenes. 

However, is it really alright for us to record such a private ceremony and make it public, though? 

Tsumugi: Oh, it doesn’t seem to be such a grand event as that. It's not a tradition and there's no special meaning to it. In fact, this would only be the third time they’re holding it, so it’s a festival with a very short history. 

The specifics of the event are still undecided, and the staff have left the planning and execution of the event to us, saying that they'd like us to come up with the ideas.

This is your area of expertise, isn’t it, Mikejima-kun? You’re the main character of this programme, so it would make sense that you be the one to come up with the festival content, right?

Madara: Hoho~! You’re just unloading the entire responsibility given to you onto me, huh? You've reeeally got some nerve.

Tsumugi: Yes, people often say that to me~ ♪

Natsume: FufU. Here are the drinKS. Let’s pass them arouND, shall we? 

… … By the wAY, there’s someone who has been completely silent and listless since we arrived heRE. Is everything alrigHT?

Arashi: *Sigh* Oh~h. Are you referring to me? 

Tsumugi: Oh my. What’s the matter, Narukami-kun? You do seem unusually down. 

Did anything unpleasant happen? 

Arashi: It's nothing like that~, I’m just tired, that’s all. It's embarrassing to admit it, but I’m just not accustomed to spending the whole day in a typical family gathering setting at all. 

Interacting with the children all day has got me feeling like I’ve overworked muscles I never even knew I had, and now, I'm totally exhausted

I don't think I’ll ever get used to it, at this rate.

Madara: Hahaha. Arashi-san grew up in a pretty loveless family after aaall. 

Tsumugi: Is that so? You poor thing… …

Arashi: I don’t even have the energy to retort… … But, I really can’t keep moping around like this, can I? 

I didn’t encounter anything unpleasant, just so you know. In fact, it was a pretty delightful day, all things considered. 

At first, I had my guard up around the children because of their attack on us at the beginning, but as I interacted with them, to my surprise, I realised they were just ordinary children. 

Tsumugi: Yes, that’s my observation too. Only a small handful of them are really challenging, but the majority of them—the younger ones especially—are actually pretty normal.

They’re just ordinary children, still innocent about the ways of the world. 

Arashi: Indeed so. And with that natural innocent curiosity that children have, they asked me questions which I wasn’t keen on answering at all, and in doing so, really got on my nerves—

—Like, “You are a boy, O-niichan, so why do you talk like you’re a girl?”

Tsumugi: Oh! That’s a question I’ve been wanting to ask too. That character trait doesn’t really go with the image of Knights and their activities, does it?

Arashi: Look here! I can still tolerate those sort of questions from children, but when it's an older person asking the same so bluntly, it’s extremely upsetting, you know~? 

Tsumugi: Oh, apologies. I really don’t get things like that at all.

Natsume: A person's behaviour is shaped by the relationships formed in their childhoOD—

—And it is during those interactions with othERS, that one learns manners and common senSE.

Frankly speakiNG, it looks like Senpai is a blank slate in that regaRD.

Tsumugi: I'm ashamed.

Arashi: Ahaha. When you put it that way, it means Aoba-senpai’s the closest to the children living in Dancing Cranes Home, doesn’t it?

Natsume: Why don’t you make use of this opportunity to learn about how to be human with the children heRE, Senpai?

Tsumugi: Well, you know, one can get by without knowing how to be a human in modern society nowadays. In fact, it may even be a hindrance, sometimes!

Arashi: Sigh. That's not the kind of reality I wish to know about at all.

A/N: Hello! Omg that jealous Shinobu fic was one of the first fics I ever wrote. That was in 2019. My how the world has changed. I hope you like this one too! Sorry if the Reader comes of more aggressive than you would have liked. I went a little wild I think. Word Count: 1,288

“(Y/n), my dear, what did we talk about last night?” Shinobu asked.

They were standing together on the side of a lantern lit street busy with other festival goers making the most of the warm, summer night. Each person that passed gave the couple a wide berth, feeling an aura emanating from (Y/n) that left the passerbys with an uneasy feeling.

(Y/n) stared straight ahead and glared at whoever caught her eye while she took her time recalling the conversations she and Shinobu shared the night before.

“…You we’re wondering if you should buy a different type of fish food.”

“After that.”

“We talked about what to get Tanjirou-kun for his birthday.”

“After that.” Shinobu prompted once more.

“How it’s too hot to cuddle under the covers in the summer.”

“(Y/n)…” Shinobu said in a warning tone, causing the demon to whine.

“I can’t help it! You look extra pretty in your kimono and I need people to know that you are spoken for!”

A woman who wasn’t paying attention stepped a little too close for the demon’s liking and she held Shinobu closer, resting her chin against her shoulder as a low growl rumbled in the back of her throat. The noise startled the woman and she scampered away, sending a few bewildered glances over her shoulder as she went.

Shinobu rose her hand to flick (Y/n)’s nose. The demon backed away with a snort and rubbed at her nose, shooting Shinobu the softest glare of the night while the Hashira fought a smirk from tugging the corner of her lips.

“I need you to try not to antagonize any more people tonight. We can enjoy ourselves without you having to worry about what anyone else is thinking or doing. You can do that for me, right?”

(Y/n) crossed her arms and grunted with displeasure, but she did nod after a moment or two of brooding.

“Thank you,” Shinobu grasped the demon’s hand and tugged her back into the path, “behave yourself and let’s have a stress free night.”

(Y/n) let Shinobu pull her around and while they visited the various stalls, she slowly untensed and began genuinely having a good time. The rest of the world faded into the background while she and Shinobu enjoyed their outing. With her guard lowered, she failed to notice the man who was waiting for an opening to approach the butterfly he had seen flitting around.

(Y/n) separated from Shinobu for only a few minutes. Just a handful of minutes to purchase a few things for Tanjirou and Shinobu. No time at all, really. But when she turned to rejoin Shinobu at the front steps of a small shrine, her mood soured when she saw a man taking a seat beside Shinobu near the steps.

She ground her teeth together and began stalking over, but Shinobu gave her a look that (Y/n) knew all too well.

The, ‘I can take care of this on my own, don’t do anything drastic’ face.

(Y/n) growled and rolled her eyes. She watched from a distance, walking back and forth like a caged tiger. She could tell that Shinobu was growing annoyed by the man’s insistent pestering and that in turn only magnified (Y/n)’s own displeasure.

Shinobu politely declined the man’s reworded request to walk around with her a third time, knowing full well that (Y/n) was a ticking time bomb ready to explode if this interaction was to carry on much longer. To be honest, she was getting a little aggravated so maybe it wouldn’t be the worst thing to let (Y/n) come over and send the man on his way. However, part of the reason for this outing in the first place was for (Y/n) to rein in her jealousy and not perceive every person that walked by as a threat to their relationship or Shinobu’s wellbeing.

“Perhaps you have a severe short-term memory problem, but I have told you three times now that I am here with my paramour who is not as understanding as I. I suggest you take your leave before she returns.” Or before she snaps more aptly put…

“Oh yeah? Was that the grumpy looking girl who was practically attached to you? She’s welcome to come along of course. I think we could all have a good time.“

Uh oh.

The man had reached out to rest his hand over Shinobu’s and that was it for him.

(Y/n) was there in an instant, tightly gripping the man’s wrist with enough force to make him cry out.

“(Y/n), let’s be gentle with the civilian.” Shinobu warned, noting the concerning amount of pressure the demon was using.

“It’s not broken.” The demon assured. “Not yet.”

“What are you?!” The man gasped while trying to wrench his hand free from the iron grip.

“Your worst nightmare.”

“I think he gets the picture darling,” Shinobu put her hand on (Y/n)’s shoulder, “Let the poor fool go.”

“Fine.” (Y/n) huffed, she let go and the man scrambled to his feet, clutching his bruised wrist, he scampered away muttering curses under his breath.

Together, they watched him disappear into the crowd. Shinobu rubbed (Y/n)’s shoulder in an attempt to ease her ire.

“Let’s go somewhere less crowded.” Shinobu decided, already pushing (Y/n) down a more secluded pathway.

They found somewhere to sit near the village cemetery and after some time passed by, (Y/n) sighed sharply.

“I really did try.”

Shinobu smiled and scooted closer to wrap her demon up in her arms. “I know you did, I’m not mad. He had ample warning.”

(Y/n) sank into Shinobu’s hold, relieved that she wasn’t mad at her. Still, she felt bad. Shinobu could take care of herself and (Y/n) trusted her with her whole heart. It was foolish to think that some random stranger could steal her away, but she couldn’t help but feel a little insecure. She couldn’t walk beside Shinobu in the sun like a human partner could. A human, though more fragile, could make Shinobu’s life less complicated and more full—

“Ow!” (Y/n) hissed, pulling away to rub at her cheek that had been roughly pinched between Shinobu’s fingers.

“You’re getting that mopey far away look. You know how I feel about your self-deprecating inner monologues.”

Shinobu scooted over the small distance (Y/n) put between them and rubbed her thumb over the cheek she had pinched before replacing her hand with her lips for a lingering moment.

“I love you.” She reminded, and though her tone was light, her touch and stare were telling in the degree of sincerity.

The demon leaned into Shinobu’s welcoming embrace and buried her face within her neck. Shinobu smiled warmly when a muffled echo of the sentiment rumbled against her collar. She couldn’t help but tease.

“I do find your possessiveness rather attractive in instances like this, however I would still appreciate making an effort in distinguishing between true annoyances and people just living their lives.”

“‘M’kay.”

“Ready to go home?”

“I could keep going if you want. I’d hate for that guy to be the note we leave on.” (Y/n) wrinkled her nose.

“If you’re certain. I wouldn’t mind going on a bit longer. It’s not often we get time to go out by ourselves like this.”

“Yeah, I was having a good time.”

“As was I.”

Shinobu stood and brushed herself off before offering her hand to (Y/n) to help her to her feet. They walked closely together as they rejoined the bright noisy street and though (Y/n)’s hand lingered against Shinobu’s obi, the Hashira did not mind. Her heart warmed with the gentle contact reserved only for her and they fell back into the fun of the festival with no further incident.

Harvest Moon Festival would have been way better had it focused on Millie and her dynamic within her family. The episode could go as it usually did, but all from Millies POV. We see her interact with both of her parents and have 1-1 convos about their justified concerns for her and her choice in men. Millie gives her rebuttal yet we see the toll it takes being Moxxies only support and emotional lightning rod. It isn't as clear yet, but we could have had glimpses of how deep Mox's insecurities can go and how this causes him to treat Millie in a way she doesn't really deserve.

Maybe ger dynamic with her family mirrors her role as the physical back bone of her family. The eldest daughter with several younger siblings whom she desperately wants to protect and nurture. Like what if we were given a little detail about how Millie's explicit rage towards other imps who tried to target her transgender sister? Show that Millie will go absolutely feral for anyone she loves not just Mox because that's her husband. Instead of having Moxxie standing up to her parents in front of everyone it could have been in private. I feel like everything always comes to being a grand public display of passion and fire, but the quieter more tempered flares of passion are the most powerful.

Just for thought, haha. I was too afraid to post on my own account.

I wish you wrote this show instead of Vivzie, Anon.

(If we ignore Vivzie's detransing of her brother, then it would give her all the more reason to be protective of her siblings -- she's got two younger trans siblings to worry about.)

TMMN EP 13 - Aquarium, Real Life Location

Based on this screenshot information, I can only assume this aquarium is based on the Sumida Aquarium a public aquarium located on the 5th and 6th floors of the Tokyo Skytree in Sumida, Tokyo. Sumida Aquarium opened in 2012 at the same time as Tokyo Skytree itself.

Ichigo falls from a big height, the aquarium is set on the 5th and 6th floors, so without a doubt this is the real place.

The aquarium posses a 360-degree view area called”Tokyo Kingyo Wonderland”

     In order to keep their fishy friends socially engaged, the Tokyo aquarium is organizing a “Face Show Festival.” During the festival, which will run from Sunday to Tuesday, it will install five tablets near the tank.  

     The aquarium is asking members of the public to video-call the eels in an attempt to re-familiarize them with people.  

     Callers will be asked to wave and show their faces to the eels, but are reminded not to make loud noises, as this could upset them.

Travel Blog Anime Festival - Part 2

I never had thought that the second day was about to be exciting as the first one, therefore I had to split the blog into two.

I had started writing it in the hotel, but this one here is done a few days later on, there was so much going on, but I loved every minute.

29. October - 3rd Uniform revival & on stage the 2nd

Last day of the con, started super early as the daylight savings and my bio rhythm doesn't go hand in hand. But I took the time to note down a few things already which was nice. Also a bit of drawing, didn't came to it the day prior and somehow I was drawing or at least inking something every day in october but not the saturday. Except you count in painting my face :'D

Checked out of the Hotel and went to Kassel. Decided to take my dolls out for some photos and fetch a hot drink, it was a bit warmer but super stormy.

Then I fought the make up and got dressed up for the last day. I had not much planned and aimed to head home around 14-15 as well, there was not much to do.

Walked around the hall several times, went through the park, actually met some people from the day before and talked with them again. Here some more impressions of the vendors and some of the guests/quests they had.

And then finally met another D.Grayman Cosplayer, an Allen! He told me that on Saturday there was at least two Allens and two Lavis,... I didn't meet any of them *sob* (one Allen could have been me though), a shame.

As I walked around I got yelled at that the person loves my costume AND my bag, thank you so much it means a lot to me. Also I got called Moyashi. I was like "huh what?!" but the person actually was a former Kanda cosplayer and couldn't resist. I love interactions like this, pls just go ahead with those.

Then I somehow gathered more and more courage, I ordered a bubble tea at a booth I had to speak english at (speaking english in public is always a bit of a struggle for me, I can do it fine but I am so nervous in regards of my pronunciation that I'm like WOAH FULL ANXIETY HITTING) and got told the tapioca pearls I wanted weren't done. Past-me would have went with the other option they offered but no I returned later on and got what I truly wanted.

Then things got wild. I randomly decided to join "Show your costume"-Contest as I told myself "fuck it now or never" and had no idea what to say. Was I nervous? Yes. But I somehow managed super well and even calmed down other participants.

I went on stage, joked about me not being lost from yesterday and told the audience that everyone who went on this very stage is a hero on their own and that everyone should stop talking themselves down. I got very positive feedback for my little speech and also some more positive for the act I had showed for the main contest. Thank you all. It was a pleasure to meet you all and I feel more connected to the community than I ever was.

The day went on with me challenging myself more. Like I talked to someone who I somehow see on every con but never had any relation to and we had such a nice talk. Then I went and ordered more food while speaking english.

As I was almost done and heading home another Cosplayer (Della Duck) whom entered the contest and was having almost a mental breakdown on stage came across me and I pulled her aside and told her how amazing she was and I could see how much she was sparkling and thriving. Please keep on going, you were amazing, I know how much a character/a costume can mean.

The day came to an end as I needed to get make up down and travel back before it got too dark. I snatched another snacky on my way back and arrived very happy at home.

I can say this weekend was an absolute blast and I am glad I decided to give it a go. Kassel is now connected with positive memories again and I am motivated for next year to challenge myself more again.

And I have to figure out the make up situation, I will change the eyeliner as it smears so much its horrible. It was the first time for me in years wearing make up and getting it off was another can of worms, my eyes suffered several days(!).

I can’t believe I’m seeing some army say it was ok for people to take Jk’s picture at the event. It’s not ok to me. So it’s frustrating. I hope he is ok like in his post but it feels like he’s at least a lil bothered about it 🙃😤

sigh, it's so frustrating because especially lately he has been abundantly clear how he'd like to be left alone during his private schedule. AND we've seen so much of his life lately too!!! like i have seen jungkook's kitchen more times this year than i've seen my own family 💀 we are spoiled for time and interactions, so it drives me crazy that some people still think it's acceptable to treat him like this

i just wish i could ask these army, really, truly: how would you feel if anytime you went out in public anywhere, you constantly had people taking photos of you, filming you, tweeting your location, or straight-up following you??? i will never get on board with the idea that someone being "famous" means random strangers have carte blanche to entirely invade their privacy. it's absurd and dehumanizing

i mainly wish everyone could understand and respect that life is really fucking hard and strange for him (all of bangtan!). he does not get a lot of chances to just enjoy a music festival - so we should let him :/
