Two beautiful decks by Vietnamese artist Duy Luong, the Nightingale tarot and the Red Raven tarot. I have been told that the decks will most likely be available again in the future, but both are currently very limited. He does have a lenormand deck that's up on Kickstarter right now, the Autumn Night and the Winterlust Lenormand decks.
Check out Autumn Night Lenormand!

Now that November is here do you feel a calling to read more comfort reads? These are three books that I plan on enjoying while entering full hibernation mode. EVERY LITTLE SCRAP AND WONDER by Carla Funk - From an award-winning essayist and acclaimed poet comes this radiant, observant, and warmly funny memoir about childhood, family, and small-town life. WINTERLUST by Bernd Brunner - A sweeping, beautiful survey of all things winter. This one was just released today and I am so ready to read about rooms warmed by crackling fires filling with scents of cinnamon, cloves, and pine and skis carving into powdery slopes, and iceboats traversing glacial lakes. HOW TO CATCH A MOLE by Marc Hamer - A life-affirming book about the British countryside, the cycle of nature, solitude and contentment, through the prism of a brilliant new nature writer’s experience working as a traditional mole-catcher, and why he gave it up. . . . Thank you to @greystonebooks for sending me these three books which will kick off my November #hyggelife. . . . . . . . . . . #winterlust @carla_funk #everylittlescrapandwonder #howtocatchamole @_marchamer_ #cozyreads #greystonebooks #hyggetime #hyggemoment #fromwhereisit #autumnreads https://www.instagram.com/p/B4f1l2yHgv4/?igshid=x8s5pum1ombe

Wanderlust Wednesday
Chairlift chat with Megan
This week I need YOUR help!
With Spring around the corner, I’ve started to think about a goal of mine for 2017 -- snowboard every month in 2017, and need some help!
Does anyone have recommendations of where to go to get my turns in in June, July, August, September, October (hopefully NOT)? Doesn’t have to be in Colorado, but preferred - wish I could go to South America but that’s just not in the cards with planning a trip to Japan next year!
Thank you!

Do you have any recommendations for nature writing? Ideally in translation because I want to read more translated non-fiction! Thank you 💗🌸💗🌸
I’m not entirely sure what counts as nature writing but here are some books I’ve enjoyed that are nonfiction about plants, animals, landscape, seasons, or the climate, which is hopefully pertinent!
Winterlust: Finding Beauty in the Fiercest Season, Bernd Brunner (trans. from German by Mary Catherine Lawler)
Great Soul of Siberia, Sooyong Park (trans. from Korean by Jamie Chang)
Atlas of Poetic Botany, Francis Hallé (trans. from French by Erik Butler)
The Wild Boy: A Memoir, Paolo Cognetti (trans. from Italian by Erica Segre)
The Way Through the Woods: Of Mushrooms and Mourning, Long Litt Woon (trans. from Norwegian by Barbara Haveland)
The Hidden Life of Trees, Peter Wohlleben (trans. from German by Jane Billinghurst)
The Intelligence of Flowers, Maurice Maeterlinck (trans. from French by Phillip Mosley)
The Revolutionary Genius of Plants, Stefano Mancuso (trans. from Italian by Gregory Conti)
Sea Summit: Poems, Yi Lu (trans. from Chinese by Fiona Sze-Lorrain)
On Time and Water, Andri Snær Magnason (trans. from Icelandic by Lytton Smith)
A few books I was going to discard as they don’t exist in English: Inaba Mayumi’s 半島へ (which I read in French), Stéphane Foucart’s Et le monde devint silencieux, Joaquín Araújo’s El placer de contemplar, Alexandre Lacroix’s Devant la beauté de la nature, Andreas Weber’s Minima Animalia: Ein Stundenbuch der Natur, Yves Leclair’s Manuel de contemplation en montagne, Philippe Delerm’s Les chemins nous inventent, Baptiste Morizot’s Manières d’être vivant, José Luis Gallego’s Disfrutar en la naturaleza, Jacques Lacarrière’s Le géographe des brindilles... It’s a bit frustrating to make lists of translated books because of how few foreign authors ‘make it’ into English translation. Then again, Mary Oliver still hasn’t been translated in French, which is ridiculous. And the best way to get more translated literature is to read more of it! :)

The snow cannot come fast enough. I am so ready to snowboard and snowmobile. I have an itching in my soul for the white powder. I am literally so excited for the inescapable winter activities (yes there is no escape you must make a snowman. You must sled. No buts.) and their respective injuries. Theres something about getting back from an alp with a charlie horse and wonky ankle that just screams "I love you winter, never leave" Walking in from any kind of winter fun outside and slowly getting the feeling back in your fingers as you defrost in the kitchen is just a right of passage and I'm so ready for it to come now pls.
#winterlust #makeitsnow #I just really want to see if I can still do flips #tip for everyone just cause you can do something with a snowboard does not mean you can do it with skis #one leg will go in one direction one leg will go in the other direction and you will do the splits whether you want to or not #ilovewinter #winter #ok I'm done bye

1052.
When was the last time you got more then eight hours of sleep? >> I don’t remember. Eight is usually the upper end of my average number of hours.
Do you find that people don't really understand you? >> I’m just not entirely sure that people are interested enough in me to want to understand me.
Is there anyone in your life that you wish you were closer to? >> I wish I had more experience with human closeness.
Would you say you are a gullible person? >> I wouldn’t say that.
Are you one to swear often? >> Relatively often.
Have you ever sat down and played video games all day? >> Sure. Sometimes I get fixated and I don’t want to do anything else.
What is one thing in your life that is no longer there, that you miss? >> I’m not sure.
What do you believe is the best thing about being a kid? >> I don’t know, there wasn’t really anything great about being a kid (that isn’t also possible -- more possible, even -- as an adult), for me.
What flavor Dum-Dum is your favorite? >> I don’t eat those.
What is the last book you read/are reading? Did you/are you enjoying it? >> I’m reading A Mountain Walked (I finally started getting to some good stories, the ones I remembered from my first read... I really question the editor’s choice to start with a bunch of boring / mediocre stories) and The Self-Acceptance Project. I was also reading Winterlust but I got a bit bored with it so I’m reading some other things for now.
Are you on a laptop or a desktop right now? >> Laptop.
If you could go anywhere right now, where would you go; why? >> I mean, nowhere. I’m comfortable in bed with my weighted blanket and my internet and my music.
Have you ever trusted someone you wish you wouldn't have? >> Of course.
Have you ever been on a picnic? >> Yes, I love picnics.
Which is better tea or coffee? >> Neither is better than the other. I prefer tea because of the variation in flavours and the ease of preparation (and the low caffeine content). But I also like coffee, I just can’t drink it.
Do you own an umbrella? >> We own several umbrellas.
Do you like the ocean? >> I love the ocean.
Is there anyone that you wish you were with right now? >> Nope.
Who was the last person you hung out with? >> Sparrow, by virtue of the fact that we live together.
What animal cracker is your favorite? >> I don’t have a favourite.
Is there anything you're currently holding back? >> Er, no?
Do you like your smile? >> I prefer to remain ambivalent.
Have you ever watched something on the TV that truly disturbed you? >> Maybe. I can’t think of anything, but I guess it’s possible.
Are you scared of needles? >> Nope.
Is your current cell phone out of date? >> Not terribly.
Have you ever drank milk when it was spoiled? >> Nooooo. My nose works too well for that to even happen.
Would you/have you ever bought a gym membership? >> I used to have a Planet Fitness membership, but it ended up being a waste of money so I cancelled it.
Have you ever bought anything on the TV? >> No.
Have you ever done something that you knew was wrong? >> Of course.
Do you know what all the keys on your keyboard do? >> Sure.
What is the last channel you were on, when watching TV? >> I don’t have cable.
What is your favorite restaurant? >> ---
What is the last thing you spent money on? >> CBD capsules.
Do you know of anyone who hates you? >> If someone hates me, I don’t know anything about it. It’s probably best that way.
Lose your arm or your leg; Which do you choose? >> I’d rather not.
Has an animal ever bit you? >> Nope.
Have you ever tripped over your own feet? >> Yeah.
Do you ever take out the garbage? >> Of course.
Do wash your face thoroughly everyday? >> Not every day. I often forget, to be honest.
Would you ever do a ride along with a cop? >> No.
Are things, in your opinion, overly expensive these days? >> I mean, some things are and some things aren’t, I guess. Being a poor person, everything’s expensive to me, but that’s not exactly an objective assessment, you see.
Where was your last car ride to? >> The Wayland house? Maybe?
Are your nails long? >> No, they start bothering me as soon as they reach past my fingertips.
Have you ever gotten food poisoning? >> Yes.
Have you ever had to put a dog to sleep? >> No.
What messenger services do you use? >> Just Discord, really. And I guess facebook and tumblr, since a messaging system comes built into the websites.
Have you ever lost someone important to you? >> Yes.
Do you change your myspace page often? >> ---
Are you listening to music currently? >> Yes. Whistle Song by kent is currently playing.
