Hi, how’s it being a law student?? I’m curious because currently contemplating career choices yk;) need all the advice I can get✨

oh my gosh, it's been crazy! the first year of law school is super intense and arguably "matters" the most, depending on what you want to do. i was balding by the end of my first year. i was still super stressed (and still balding) my second year because i overcommitted to extracurriculars and dealing with interpersonal stuff that i had put off my first year. now my bald spots are gone and i'm less stressed because i did a semester away from campus and i'm back for my last sem and about to graduate !! idk if i answered your question but it's been alright for now! i've been pursuing different hobbies (pilates and throw pottery) and café-hopping instead of doing my readings.... hehe...

cozy times at my favorite café !! did some trusts & estates readings for next week and drank an oat mocha, my go-to drink. i managed to get away with not having any physical textbooks this semester, just PDFs provided by my professors and novels for my legal literature class >:D yes, my backpack is incredibly light this semester

it's a friday night and yes, i'm at the library (featuring my parisian beanie from ofr bookshop) 😭 i finished all my readings for my monday classes, woohoo! i want to be much further ahead so i can have a chiller semester but last semester of 3L year feels like second semester of high school senior year.. at least the 1Ls are keeping me company lolol

first post of the new year! i'm finally back on campus for my last semester of law school :')) i have a really chill schedule (only 3 days of classes) so i'm going to try something crazy during my first long weekend and get all the readings done for two classes ahead of time !! crazy and ambitious? yes.. but will i try? YES!

also, i added a new hobonichi to my repertoire -- a 5-year techo! i'm hoping to stick with it for the next 5 years and in 2028, i can look back at how much things have changed since 2024! so far, my entries are really boring (apparently all i do is get coffee and do readings) but i feel like i'll look back on this time fondly.

hope everyone has a strong start to their spring semester!
