I over heard a convo in the sauna @lafitness today regarding what type of fruits contain the lowest amount of sugar. One lady was advising these girls that berries have the best source of a natural, Low-sugar food (and regards to all fruits). I agreed with her. Berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries) are a perfect, sweet snack that have the lowest amounts of sugar. Of course, you shouldn’t exceed a good serving size based on height and goal weight, but it is definitely a great source to take in low amounts of sugar, while indulging in something sweet. BLUEBERRIES especially make my stomach flat.. like in this post lol. Full of antioxidants and fiber too!
