It’s September!!! Which means it’s PCOS Awareness Month! 🙌🏼 I’ve been living with PCOS my whole life even though I was officially diagnosed about 15 years ago. This is a topic that is close to my heart and I’m really determined to help raise more awareness about this disease, its symptoms, and it’s effects on the women who have it. June 12 is Loving Day. A celebration marking the day the Supreme Court struck down state bans against interracial marriage. The day is named for the monumental case, Loving v. “We made a table in art class for our dog Slush.  The table is recyclable art.  'Recyclable’ means it has something to do with trash.  And Slush isn’t a real dog.  He’s a stuffed animal.  Mom says we can’t get a real dog because it poops and our apartment is too small.  We told her that we could get a puppy, and just not feed it, so that it will stay a baby forever.  But she still said ‘no.’��

Today we had a funeral for my Uncle Exree. He actually was my great great uncle. These were taken from the last time I saw him from his passing. I distinctly remember the photographer asking me if there was anything I wanted him to take more pictures of or to focus on and I specifically said my great great aunt and uncle because you never know, and they're getting older. Boy am I glad I said that. Here is what he captured. I was blessed to have him in my life and I could always count on him to show up to any event we had for family. I have like no pictures from my actual work/job because we're there to work. However I do have this one it's from the E. M. T. team at my job (employee morale team) So my job decided to shut our branch after 2 years, that may not seem long to some but but to me it was long because I helped people with the work I was doing number one, two I gained some friends and most importantly I gained some family (all of whom are not pictured here). It ended on December 30, 2019 just in time to bring in the new year fresh.
