Working out

It isn’t pretty and simple. It is not how you see on Facebook and Tumblr...or on any other social media site. Your hair does not look perfect or stay perfect. Your makeup...why would you even wear makeup to got to the gym?  The only time I happened to have makeup on is when I decide to wear it to work (rarity) because I go to the gym after work around midnight. 

Working out isn’t easy. For me it sometimes is a struggle. I have bad knees and it is hard to find machines and routines that don’t put a ton of weight on my knees. I forget to breathe. I forget to have proper form. I sweat like crazy and I am tired because after working all afternoon and night..you just are. 

BUT...it is worth it. This is the first time I have stayed so dedicated to losing weight and being healthy. Even though it seems that my body has put a halt on losing weight. I just keep telling myself..yes the gym sucks...yes it is worth it..and no it isn’t the end of the world.
