Pet Portraits Please!

For those of you who have followed my work for some time, you’re well aware of my affinity for abstract art with a fondness for colorful biological looking deep inner spaces in a variety of medium. Or you may know me as a ceramic artist who makes cat-pottery but doesn’t make much pottery lately. For those of you who have known me even longer, you likely know me as the quiet kid who could be found drawing cats whenever and where-ever possible. I’m still all those things and I still greatly enjoy drawing and painting cats.

Moreover, as my art practice is for me to do what I love (FOR THE LOVE OF ALIA), I will paint your cat (or dog), too! I am now taking new commissions for pet portraits, which you may order here.

One of a kind professionally painted portrait of your beloved four legged friend by Alia Ollikainen. Turn around is approximately two weeks. Shipping may take an additional week.

Each portrait is hand painted based on your own provided photo references using archival quality acrylic on eight inch square canvas board.
