so lately i’ve been obsessed with marilyn monroe lol and i came across tons of evidence of how she basically manifested her career, beauty, and success! here’s a marilyn quote that i love that pretty much summed up her process:
“I daydreamed chiefly about beauty. I dreamed of myself becoming so beautiful that people would turn to look at me when I passed. And I dreamed of colors - scarlet, gold, green, white. I dreamed of myself walking proudly in beautiful clothes and being admired by everyone and overhearing words of praise. I made up the praises and repeated them aloud as if someone else were saying them.”
in this quote, marilyn is describing how before she became famous, she used to daydream (a.k.a visualize) herself becoming so incredibly beautiful that people stopped and stared at her. she visualized herself wearing rich, beautiful clothes and hearing the people around her praising her and admiring her. she also “made up the praises” (a.k.a affirmations) and repeated them out loud to herself and even pretended that someone else was saying them to her.

in this story, marilyn’s friend is describing a instance when she and marilyn were walking down a street in new york. at first literally nobody was paying attention to marilyn, which is why she loved new york, but then marilyn asks her friend if she wants to see her “become her.” now the friend didn’t know what she meant, but she said yes anyway. she then noticed a subtle change in marilyn’s energy which she described to be like “magic” in marilyn. suddenly EVERYONE was turning their heads and realizing “oh crap that’s marilyn monroe,” cars were literally slowing down and paparazzi swarmed to her. one second she was just an average lady, the next she became the most famous actress and star of her time!
the only way i could think that this change would have possibly happened was through marilyn’s concept of self. at first, marilyn held the assumption of “no one notices me in new york,” “i am just a normal girl” etc. she viewed herself as basically invisible in this environment and the assumption played out. however, when she made the switch from normal to superstar, she changed her conception of self in that moment! now of course i’m not sure exactly what she was thinking, but it probably went along the lines of “i am the biggest actress ever,” “everyone notices how famous i am,” “everyone knows how big of a star i am etc.” basically marilyn quickly changed her view of herself from average to superstar, and since everyone is her pushed out, the people around her carried out her assumptions.

with all this being said, the best way you can manifest fame, beauty, wealth etc. is by changing your self concept! by changing the way you view yourself, your reality will then reflect that change back onto you. before marilyn was famous, she was just another average person, however she viewed herself as something greater than that: an incredibly beautiful movie star! therefore her assumptions of herself were reflected back onto her and she became just that!
so who do you want to be? how do you want the world to view you? ask yourself these questions and then change your assumptions about yourself into the person that you want to be. to wrap up i will leave a few self concept affirmations to help you be on ur way to becoming the next marilyn monroe! ;))

STOP SEEKING ANSWERS FROM PEOPLE
When manifesting a change in a situation, stop asking for other people's opinions. Stick to your own script. Let me give you an example. When manifesting an SP, some of us tend to ask our friends for their opinions about SP and what they think SP feels. "Do you think that they lied?"
"Do you think that they still have feelings for me?"
"Do you think that they will ever message me again?"
How would your friends know? They're not psychic. In fact, you're the one in the situation, not them. What made you think that they know better than you? Most likely, you're going to ask a few friends the same questions and get different answers. You then become confused as to how SP truly feels about you.
What if you had a feeling that SP regrets treating you badly and will try to work their way back into your life and apologize? Then your friend tells you that your SP is an idiot and would not apologize to you. You would start doubting that feeling that SP will apologize to you, right?
Stick to your own feelings and opinions. That is what will manifest. Even if other people don't see it your way, stick to your own script. They don't live in your shoes. Only you know how you feel and only you have control over your life.

Don't ever get turned off from Manifestation because someone else does not believe in it. Many people have limiting beliefs that they will project on you. Remember that this is your reality and you call the shots. Don't live by someone else's limiting beliefs.

LIFE IS SO GOOOOD
Hi everyone! My life has been so good. I've taken a break for a while because I was feeling a bit lost. For the past 3 months I felt like I found myself again and everything is working out in my favour.
One of the biggest success for me right now is manifesting money without working. I'm starting school again to continue my degree and money is coming to me so easily. I literally never thought that I would reach to this point, but here I am.
Persistence really is KEY.
Even if you don't believe in your manifestations or are having doubts, still persist.
Affirmations work for me. This is my main technique for manifesting my desires. I mainly rampage in my mind and robotically affirm sometimes. Talking to myself the way I'd talk to a friend really helps me manifest my desires faster.
Find what works best for you! Don't give up! Manifestation is REAL.

Everything EFT tapping
EFT Taping, or Emotional Freedom Technique taping, is a popular psychotherapy technique used to reprogram the subconscious mind. This technique involves gently tapping with the fingertips on various meridian points on the body while focusing on a specific issue or problem.

Anyways By engaging in this type of tapping, the practitioner is using energy work to help clear the energy blockages that are causing the negative thoughts and emotions in the subconscious mind. This helps to release the stuck energy and to create new pathways in the brain to create positive feelings and thoughts.
When doing EFT tapping, it is important to make sure you are in a relaxed state before beginning. If you are feeling anxious, angry or overwhelmed it will be difficult to tap correctly. It is also important to keep in mind what you want to focus on while tapping. This might be an emotion, a trauma or a memory, or even a physical sensation.
To do EFT tapping correctly, you should start by locating your meridian points. These points can be found on your body, including your temples, eyes, chin, shoulders, and chest. Then, take your fingertips and lightly tap on each meridian point while focusing on your desired outcome or intention.
Be sure to use calming language when doing EFT tapping and repeat positive affirmations in your head while tapping. During this process you can visualize yourself letting go of any negative emotions associated with your intention. Visualize a feeling of calming, contentment, and relaxation in their place.
As you continue to tap and repeat the affirmations and visualizations, observe any changes that you feel within your body or mind. With each tap, move closer and closer to a state of balance and reconnection within yourself.
EFT taping is a powerful tool for reprogramming the subconscious mind, as it helps to clear out the negative energy stuck within the body and allowing it to be replaced with positive feelings and intentions. As you continue to practice EFT taping regularly, you will begin to experience more clarity, balance and emotional freedom within your life
So how can this help you with manifesting?
By using EFT tapping you can access areas of emotional and energetic blocks in your body and mind and release them. This can help you create space for new energy, energy that is aligned with your deepest desires.
So how does it work? To start, identify the core issue or belief you’d like to release like a fear of success or a lack of self-confidence. For example with manifesting, do you think you can’t manifest, or you don’t deserve to.. make your phrase relinquishing yourself if that mentality.
Create a reminder phrase to tap along with like “ I release my doubt of the void ”(Or whatever you think is holding you back or you want.) Now you’re ready to start tapping. We’ll talk more about how to do that in a minute, but first let’s understand why this works.
It’s thought that tapping encourages your body to release natural “feel-good” hormones like serotonin and endorphins which can help to create a new emotional baseline. It’s believed that this helps create an environment where you can more easily shift your vibration and attract more of what you want into your life.
Now let’s go over the actual tapping process. Take your dominant hand and use your index and middle fingers to tap five to seven times on each of the nine key meridian points on your body - starting at the top of your head, down the side of your body and ending at the top of your torso. Repeat your reminder phrase out loud and feel into the emotions and sensations in your body.
When you’re finished, take a few moments to breathe deeply and give yourself permission to release any emotions or limiting beliefs that may have come up. This completes one round of EFT tapping. If you feel called, repeat the process for as many rounds as necessary until your emotion subsides or releases completely.
It doesn’t even have to be used for manifesting only. You can use it to help your anxiety, help receive money, feel mental clarity, and whatever else you may desire, at the time of the tapping !!!

MANIFEST YOUR MINDSET
Today I woke up trying to say my affirmations but intrusive thoughts kept entering my mind. I got so tired of having to constantly flip my thoughts.
I then thought that if I can manifest anything I can also manifest a good mindset. I began affirming:
"I only think thoughts in my favour. "
"I trust in my ability to manifest all of my desires."
During the first couple minutes of saying these affirmations, more intrusive thoughts entered my mind. I persisted for a few more minutes and positive thoughts began to enter my mind naturally. I began thinking about my hobbies, my goals, and what it will feel like to achieve my goals this year. I didn't even have to try hard. I realized that I changed states and I began thinking from this new positive state.
If something is bothering you, affirm against it. If you think that your mental health is in shambles, affirm that you have perfect mental health. Too much intrusive thoughts in your mind? Affirm that you only have good thoughts.
We can literally manifest anything with affirmations. We have this power for a reason. Use it. Make your life comfortable. We are meant to be happy.

There is no point focusing on everything that happens around you. Your main “job” is to take care of your internal state. How do I feel? How can I feel better? What beliefs would I cultivate if I had achieved my desired state? 
In the midst of chaos, you stay calm and collected. 
When you think there is no movement in the outer reality, you persist knowing your wish is fulfilled and continue to respond to life in that manner. 
The outer world does not dictate how you feel. You, alone, are solely responsible for how you feel. You are not a slave to the 3D. You are the commander, the master of your inner world. Then the change in the external world follows. 
Whenever you pay attention to what is happening around you by worrying, manipulating events, and trying to change people, you are simultaneously saying: The world and people in it dictate how I feel. I have no willpower. I will adjust. This is a recipe for a lifetime of anxiety and misery. 
Take back the power. Nobody can dictate how you feel. You are in command of how you interpret events.
You can continue reacting to poor treatment with anger. You can continue reacting to a loss with despair. But you can also become mindful of your reactions and tell a different story. Their behaviour won’t affect me. Their comments have no bearing on my potential. Nothing is passing me by. I am exactly where I need to be. 
Nothing in your life will change until you start thinking, feeling, and believing differently. You will keep regurgitating the same patterns.

Are you filling your mind with thoughts of what you want, or are you thinking about the worst case scenarios to situations in your life?

This is the Law of Assumption.
So, ask yourself right now, "What am I thinking about at this moment? What have been bothering me recently? What can't I take my mind off of?
Your dominant thoughts manifest, therefore, you need to pay attention to your thoughts. Stop allowing your mind to run on autopilot. Take control and intentionally think thoughts in your favour.

The 3D reflects you
This is the core truth of manifesting; you can throw out every other thing you "know" about manifesting, and only this will remain.
Some epiphanies that have helped me on this journey:
When you change, reality changes
Free yourself from the idea that you have to be perfect. There is no right way to change yourself. Just do what feels comfortable to you
Anything you change can change your reality, from changing your daily routine, to affirming a few times, to changing the way you think entirely. All you need is the desire to change your reality in the way you choose
Your experiences with your old reality are valid. You were going through bad things because you were in a bad state, and the bad state was perpetuated by the bad things. It wasn't your fault that you couldn't heal in an environment that was actively hurting you 💙
Don't blame yourself for what happened, and don't invalidate the experiences you had. You can change yourself and your reality without negating the reality you experienced before
Letting go of the past can play a major part in accepting the future
Change yourself, change your circumstances 💙

MANIFESTATION NOTES
All possibilities exist. Once you can imagine it, it already exists. Creation is finished.
The 3D is the reflection of your old thoughts and beliefs. To change your 3D, you need to change your old thoughts and beliefs to ones that are in your favour.
To manifest your desires, you need to think as though you are the person who already has the desire. For example, if you want to manifest a sp, you have to think thoughts of having the sp, such as, "Sp loves me. I'm in a happy relationship with Sp." Thinking opposing thoughts just shows that you don't have your desire. Keep thinking in your favour. After all, you won't be telling yourself that your sp is not in your life while he/she clearly is in your life.
Affirmations are just thoughts. Whatever you consistently think of is what you affirm to yourself. Think thoughts of having your desires. It also helps to think in a way that is natural to you. You don't need to copy affirmations you find online. Just affirm the way you normally speak. Your subconscious mind will definitely accept this faster.
The main goal in manifestation is to impress your subconscious mind. This is why we need to repeat affirmations until our minds are saturated with having the desire. Affirm as much as you can. The faster you saturate your mind, the faster your desire manifests.

You can get what ever you want, just for the mere fact that you want it.
You don't have to explain yourself to you or others about why you want what you want, whatever you want you can have, there is no limit, no logic, no karmic cycle, anything really.
You are God, so you can have ANYTHING you like, and you know what? If you got it, and you don't want it anymore? You are allowed to change your mind, and become, do or want something else. Periodt!!!!

MENTAL HEALTH AND MANIFESTATION
Do your mental health and manifestation go hand in hand? This is my take.

On my bad mental health days, negative thoughts seem to crowd my mind. I feel as though I have no control over my thoughts. One bad thought leads to a next bad thought. Then I begin stressing about my negative thinking. Will they manifest? I keep having to flip these unwanted thoughts to positive ones. It gets exhausting after some time. Anxiety seeps in. The cycle repeats itself.
On a better mental day, affirming seems easier. My mind is calm. Less intrusive thoughts pop into my mind. It's way easier to flip the unwanted thoughts. They don't even bother me. I don't even obsess over things. I feel way more confident that my desires will manifest.
I don't believe that we need perfect mental health to manifest our desires. If you follow the Law of Assumption you know that our thoughts create and that's it. We can manifest our desires no matter how we feel. Only our thoughts matter.
However, our mental health is still an issue. Why? It is because our mental health affects how much control we have over our thinking.
Do you want to spend your days playing tug-of-war in your mind because you just can't seem to stop the obsessive negative thinking while trying to affirm for your desires? Wouldn't it be easier to affirm if you can have a calm mind and not have to fight unwanted thoughts all day?
If manifestation is dependant on your mind, does it not make sense to take care of it?
Your thoughts give birth to everything in your life. Like a pregnant woman taking care of herself to have a healthy baby, you need to take care of your mental health to naturally produce good thoughts. As a result, you'll have the life that you desire.

STOP CHECKING THE 3D
I really love this video and appreciate Taylor so much. One of the biggest mistakes I tend to make is checking the 3D. For example, we might affirm for a text message, then check our phones to see if we received the text. This is checking the 3D. Looking for validation after affirming for your desires is literally just telling your mind that you don't have your desires yet. Remember, affirmations are just reminders that we already have our desires. How can we go searching for something that we already have? Whenever you start to wonder where your desires are, tell yourself, "I already have my desires." No wonder why it's easier to manifest things that we don't care much about or the "small things." It's because we don't care to look for it. We just affirm and continue living our lives. We should take this same approach with the "big things" that we want to manifest. I know that I am saying "big things" and "small things" but the same rules apply to anything that you want to manifest. Something may just seem like a "big thing" because you used to feel like it is unreachable. Fortunately, after learning about the Law of Assumption, we know that NOTHING is unreachable. What goes on in your mind when it's on autopilot?
Many times a day our thoughts go on autopilot. It's important to pay attention to your thoughts and form a habit of thinking positively.
Why?
It's because your thoughts manifest. Your thoughts create your reality. Yes, your autopilot thoughts arw thoughts too. Sometimes we don't realise what we're thinking until we decide to pay attention to our thoughts.
Now, training your mind isn't easy but if we do want to create our reality, we have to let go of old patterns, old habits that are not good for us. In this case, we have to let go of our habit of constantly thinking negatively.
Train your mind to think positively. Pay attention to what you think of all day. Practice, practice, practice, until it becomes your natural way of thinking.
Deciding to change anything in your life begins with discomfort.
If you want to get fit, you must exercise. Exercise creates discomfort. You have to sacrifice laying on that bed or watching your favourite series and get up to actually work out.
If you want to eat healthy you have to sacrifice eating junk food. It doesn't feel pleasant at first, but you will reap great rewards.
If you want to manifest a life that you desire, you must train your mind to focus on thoughts that are aligned with your desires.
Choose your pain.
