Ingredients
1 red cabbage
1 part olive oil
2 part honey
1/3 Salt
Preparation
Pull out the leaves of the cabbage and cut them chips-sized.
Mix well the dip ingredients in a bowl.

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
Grated cheese(s)
Salt
Preparation
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the olive oil.
Heat the pan on medium high and pour the eggs in.
Add the grated cheese and start scramble the eggs with a wooden spoon.
Continue until the desired consistency.

Ingredients
2 toast
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
Preparation
Spread the olive oil on one toast.
Spread the honey on the same toast, starting from the middle.
Add the other toast on top and turn the sandwich upside down.

Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 glass Oats
1/2 glass Almond milk
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Honey
Cinnamon to taste
Hot pepper to taste
Preparation
Slice the banana.
Mix well all the ingredients except the honey.
Microwave 2min. Add the honey. Microwave again for 1 min.

Ingredients
Smoked salmon
Grated cheese
Soy sauce
Preparation
Slice the salmon thinly.
Combine the sliced slamon, grated cheese and a tsp of soy sauce.

Ingredients
1 eggplant
1 avocado
Tomato paste / sauce
Grated cheese
Greek yogurt
Olive oil
Preparation
Slice the avocado to get 2 or 3 slices, not too thick, not too thin. Put them on an over sheet / tray, so that the flesh is up.
Preheat the oven at 200°C / 392°F.
Spread half a tsp of olive oil on each slice, then spread tomato paste and grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10-155 min until the cheese is golen.
Meanwhile, slice the avocado.
When the eggplants are done, add a spoonful of greek yogurt and slices of avocado.

Ingredients
2 bananas
2 apple
Honey
Lemon juice
Cinnamon
Water
Preparation
Cut the fruits and put them all in a pot with a glass of water.
Bring to a boil for 3 min then reduce heat to medium low.
Add 3 tbs of honey, 1 tbs of lemon juice, and cinnamon to taste. Stir for 2 min.
If the juice is still too liquid, increase heat to high and keep stirring until it looks like syrup.
Let cool for a little bit and enjoy !
Bonus
If you don't have any fruits, you can use industrial compote.

Combine the Greek yogurt, a handful of Goji berries and a tbs of honey.

1 kiwi
1 apple
Honey
Lemon juice
Salt
Preparation
Cut the fruits and put them all in a salad bowl.
Mix 1 part honey with 0,5 part lemon juice, add a pinch of salt.
Add the dressing to the fruits, mix to distribute evenly.
