Dipsticks and Demons

Help wanted

I’m writing my first ever D&D campaign for me and my friends. A few problems, though:

1.) I’ve never written a campaign before

2.) I’ve never been a DM before

3.) I know exactly the kinds of people my friends are, so there’s no way they’d be the heroes of the story, and I don’t know how to write a villain campaign

4.) 2/4 of them have never played D&D before, and I want them to all have fun playing

If anyone has advice or can point me in the direction of some resources that can help, I’d greatly appreciate it
