I don't think Christopher Poalini is on this site, but I made this drawing of Nasuada when I was 13. My mental envisioning of her has changed a little bit, but I still love this artpiece. At the time, I had never worked so hard on a portrait before.

How to lose some weight (the healthy way) PART ONE.
It's sad to admit, but many of us turn to starving ourselves to lose weight. I'm one of those people. Or, I was, anyway. But it's not the right way. Sure, it may seem like the fastest, but do you know the damage it can cause?
Your bones become more brittle, your artery walls and heart become thinner and damaged, your stomach becomes bloated and you'll feel nauseous, dizzy, exhausted, and sick about 90% of the time. It is all-around terrible for you, and makes it much more likely that a simple injury like a break or appendicitis (as an example) could kill you.
So, what's the right way to lose weight?
1) Sleeping!
As mentioned in previous chapters, having a good sleep schedule is really important! It not only makes it easier to lose weight, but improves mental health, logical ability, and basic physical and mention functionality.
However, maybe you have trouble falling asleep. In such a case, there are things you can do to combat that, if not remedying it. Insomnia's a real issue! (Isomniac speaking ;3). Here are some things you can do!
-Rub a mint essential oil on your palms or under your nose before sleeping.
-Listen to quiet, gentle music at a low volume to make yourself sleepy (hard or loud music can have the opposite effect).
-Count backwards from 100 until you fall asleep. (Alternative to counting sheep. For me, counting sheep is like: sheep, sheep, duck, turtle, old macdonald had a farmmm, HEYYYY MACARENA-)
-Listen to water sounds
-Have a fun in your room for white nose!
-Open  the window and listen to crickets if you live in a place where crickets and frogs are
-Play a movie or song in your head
-Hum
-Stare at a wall or the ceiling
-Drink some cold water or warm milk
-make sure the room is cold and bundle up under blankets
-Make sure the room is dark
-turn off electronics one hour before sleep
The list goes on and on, but those are a few ways you can help yourself fall asleep! Also, don't eat too close to bedtime. Going to bed with a full stomach is the opposite of comfortable. I especially sleep better if I eat several hours before bed.

Study Tips
A person can study anywhere between 15 seconds and 18 hours. However, even though it's possible to study for such long periods of time, it doesn't mean you should.
Studying for such long intervals can be harmful to your body, brain, and eyesight. So, if you still want to study long and hard for more than two or three hours, this is my advice.
1.) Get a good night's sleep.
If you don't get enough sleep in the time before studying, you won't retain much information and it will be harder for you to focus and answer rationally.
2.) Have chewing gum and/or something that smells good.
Chewing gum while you study is a great idea. It improves focus and can even help with study anxiety. It eases your nerves and just all-around makes things easy. As for a good smell: pleasant scents are scientifically proven to be good for your memory. So, if you want to get a great grade, have some essential oils, a candle, or something else that smells good nearby!
3.) Eat.
If you're going to study for long periods of time, make sure to eat when you're hungry. Hunger significantly damages focus and precision in mental prowess. So, make sure you're fed!
3.) Stay hydrated!
Stay hydrated for the very same reasons. Being dehydrated is bad for every part of you, so keep some water nearby!
4.) Have on study music!
Have on a more low-key genre of music for study time if it helps you focus. This isn't for everybody, but it does help me, so maybe you guys will like it too. You have hundreds of study playlist options to choose from on Spotify if you're interested.
5.) Take breaks!
To maintain a healthy mindset, good focus, and all-around the best conditions for studying, take a 5 to 15 minute break every hour to an hour and a half to move around and stretch your muscles, essentially waking up your body and brain so you can keep studying with steady proficiency.
There you go, and good luck!
