Bugatti 57G Tank  (1936) 
After Bugatti’s absence from the 1938 Le Mans, Jean finally convinced Ettore to race a single entrant in the 1939 race. The car was a ‘tank-line’ Type 57C, being much longer than the Type 57G. After Louis Gerard in his Delage retired, Wimille and Veyron were drove to victory and took another Le Mans win for the Type 57 chassis. Tragically, Jean Bugatti died testing the winning car on August 11, 1939. The car was never rebuilt.Chassis 57367 is the sole survivor of three Tanks made in 1936. It is also one of the most important Bugattis, as this chassis, #57335, won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1937. Before this victory, the car won the French Grand Prix, the Grand Prix de la Marne and the Grand Prix de Pau. Currently, the car features its original body and is a highlight of the Fred A. Simeone collection.

Sugar Cookie Truffles
12 sugar cookies, about 2½ in diameter (gluten free if needed)
4 Tbsp. (2 oz or 57g) cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups white chocolate melting wafers, or candy melts
sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place sugar cookies in a food processor and process until cookies turn into fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and process again until well-combined and mixture can be pressed into a ball, 1 to 2 minutes.
Shape cookies into balls about 1-inch to 1 1/2-inches in diameter. Place on prepared cookie sheet and place in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the truffles freeze, melt white chocolate in a medium bowl according to instructions.
Remove the cookie truffles from refrigerator. Using two forks, dip and roll chilled truffles, one at a time, in chocolate coating. Return to lined cookie sheet and immediately top with sprinkles. Repeat process for remaining truffles.

Two of my breeder bucks, at 57g and 63g.
I am editing to add, for reference, your average fancy/lab mouse weighs about 30 grams. A big breeder buck for fancy/lab mice weighs 35. Over 35g heads into overweight. A 50g fancy/lab mouse looks like a hockey puck. For show type mice, 50g is the low end of the spectrum for size, with most good show specimens being closer to 70-80g, and as much as 100g for a good, typey PEW boy.

90g mąki 95g whey protein powder vanilla 3g soli 4g proszku do pieczenia 2g sody oszyczszonej 1g gumy ksantanowej (jest bardzo ważna) jeżeli używasz gum guar to 1,5g (Nazwa brzmi dziwnie ale guma ksantwanowa jest naturalna oraz jest skladnikiem wielu produktów codziennego uzytku sosów (stabilizator) oraz ciast (wpływa na to że ciasto nie jest suche i ogolnie lepszą konsystencje ma nie)

Fire Cider Recipe: A Cleanse For The Soul
The flavors in Fire Cider are predominantly pungent and sour, two of the flavors most often missing in our modern diets. Due to this, Fire Cider is seen as a digestive reset for many (not a replacement for healthcare, please see a doctor if necessary).
Ingredients:
5 ounces/143 g (5 parts) horseradish root
Fresh 5 ounces/143 g (5 parts) ginger root
Dry 2 ounces/57g (2 parts) garlic cloves
Fresh 1 ounce/30g (1 part) turmeric root
Fresh (or 1/2 oz/15 g dried) 1 ounce/30g (1 part) yarrow flower
Dried 1/2 ounce/15g (1/2 part) cayenne pepper
Dried (whole or powdered) 64 ounces/1.8 raw, organic apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Grate all the fresh ingredients into one bowl and mix them well
Measure the dried ingredients into a second bowl and mix them well.
Measure half of each bowl full of ingredients into a quart-sized canning jar or all of them into a half-gallon sized canning jar.
Add the apple cider vinegar to fill each canning jar, stirring as needed to eliminate all air bubbles from the mixture.
Cap the jars securely and let them stand where you’ll remember to shake them daily for 2 - 4 weeks.
When you’re ready in 2 - 4 week’s time, strain the solids from the vinegar, saving the vinegar for use. Compost the solids. 
Store the finished vinegar in a sealed glass container in a cool place, like the refrigerator.
How To Take It:
You can consume Fire Cider either by the spoonful or by the drop (putting it into your water). This recipe is best used uncooked, but you can also add it to soups and use it as a marinade if you want to!

I skipped lunch cause I was gutting pumpkins to roast the seeds, so here’s my accidental one meal for the day lol White people taco night!
Recipes below!
Pork tacos/fajitas:
About 50 g of bell pepper: 10 cal
About 50 g of red onion: 20 cal
105 g of pork tenderloin: 113 cal
57g avocado: 92 cal
Olive Oil Spray: 50 cal
14g Colby Jack Cheese: 55 cal
La Banderita carb counter small shells: 30 cal per shell (3 for 90 cal)
1. Slice your bell pepper and onion into thin pieces and chop in half to have long strips. Cook in pan with olive oil spray to preferred doneness. I tend to cook the bell pepper first for it to be softer before adding the onion so they’re both about the same texture when done.
2. Slice avocado up and set aside.
3. Slice pork into thin slices and season to your liking. I used chili powder, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper! Cook in pan with a little more olive oil spray.
4. Place pork and vegetables on taco shells. Top with cheese and avocado!
Total: 430
Chicken Quesadilla:
Canned Chicken: 110 cal for can, but I used less than a can so I called it 90 cal
14 g Colby Jack Cheese: 55 cal
La Banderita carb counter small shells: 30 cal per shell (2 for 60 cal)
1. Drain water from canned chicken. Break up and place on one tortilla shell. Top with cheese.
2. Place second tortilla on top. Optionally, you can put chicken on both shells and top with cheese and simply fold over.
3. You can either heat this in the oven for a few minutes to give the shells a bit more crisp. If you’re short on time or just want something quick, you can also microwave it for 45 seconds to a minute.
Total Calories: 205 to 225 depending on how much chicken you use!
