#7559 Fairweather Wishing Well 2022 (Canada) Out here at Fairweather with Nate, and I’m going a pour of their 2022 imperial pastry stout. Coming in at 10.2%, it rocks toasted coconut, vanilla, single origin Colombian coffee and Yerba Mate. It pours super dark with an espresso head and a vanilla, coffee nose, it’s thick but not syrupy with bitter espresso, dark fruits and roasty vibes, it’s sweet and sticky with tons of dark chocolate, balanced and complex, wrapping in a dry, fruity finish.
