Review: This movie doesn't mess around. It knows exactly what it is, and what it wants to do. It sets the story, and then just throws you right into it.

It's a found footage movie, so sometimes you feel the need to yell at the camera man because you literally can't see what's going on. I think it's interesting that they were able to tell a linear story, in the most chaotic way possible.

Part of what makes this movie so uncomfortable to watch is that it is so chaotic throughout the whole movie. It made me very anxious, and it really makes it so you have no idea what's going to happen next. It keeps you on edge the whole time, and I'm glad that the movie is shorter then usual.

The acting is great, It really makes you feel like you're watching a documentary team just getting in way over their head. The despair, and fear looks and feels real.

The movie is very bottled. You're limited in what can happen, because the characters are limited. They were able to develop characters in that limited situation. I just find it so interesting that they were able to do that in such a chaotic environment.

This has been a horror movie that has cemented it's place in the history of horror, I'm glad I was able to watch it. I was so anxious and uncomfortable throughout the whole thing that I probably will never watch it again. That's what a good horror movie is.

You probably mean well, but comments like this annoy me. Buck/Eddie going canon would be nice, but even on a conservative network such as FOX, we already had two black canon queer couples on the same show and three canon queer couples in the same universe. Comments like this carry the implication that Michael/David, Hen/Karen are somehow lesser because they weren't Buddie, which is not true!! Personally, that handful of scenes where Bathena/Henren/Mavid were all together are some of my favorites in the show because how often does ANY show on ANY network showcase two black queer couples in a positive light just existing together EVER? Yay Canon Buddie, but come on now.

Ndox Electrique results from the collaboration between François R. Cambuzat, Gianna Greco (also known for their work with Ifriqiyya Electrique), and the n'doëp community in Senegal. The project originated from the duo's quest to trace the origins of North African rituals, which led them to the Lebu community in Cap-Vert, an isolated region at Africa's westernmost point. The album seamlessly blends the duo's electronically-infused avant-rock with the intense, ritualistic vocal chants and rhythmic percussion of the n'doëp ceremony. It serves as a captivating bridge between these two musical worlds, capturing the essence of this cross-cultural collaboration. The text also highlights the challenges of merging Western rock and experimental influences with the sensibilities of their Senegalese collaborators, ultimately resulting in a unique and powerful musical experience.
