At the cafe of the Isle of Mull Cheese Farmshop, Scotland, the conservatory structure has for the last 25 years provided the perfect home for Vitis vinifera (grape vine). This deciduous woody plant, climbs by tendrils, and the tiny, greenish flowers develop with this cultivar into bunches of purple fruit. These grapes would be the perfect accompaniment to the farm’s delicious Isle of Mull Cheddar!
