A 9-page comic I made earlier this year about two characters I don't draw that much otherwise. This comic is just meant to be a concise snippet of this world they're in, and I had great fun making a full-colour comic like this!

I might reblog this with some additional drawings to show off my process, but I'm still on the fence about whether or not that's interesting.

The Ink Demonth 2023 - Day 16. Legacy

Day 16. Legacy Crossover: Harry Potter, Hogwart Legacy And then Alice Angel and Pansy Parkinson became BFF and terrorized the rest of the school together. By the way, am I the only one who has always thought that Draco Malfoy is short? Heh, it looks like the Boy Who Lived is no longer Ginny Weasley's best match at school... It's very obvious that I don't like the main trio and I favor Luna? :]

Well, I have only one association with the word "Legacy" recently. But I decided that with the crossover I would rather go towards the original series. That's why both are placed above. By the way, I wonder who came to the Workshop as part of the exchange - and why the Workshop has the rank of a magic school X"D Joey's new business plan? Teaching dark magic? XD

I honestly admit that I really didn't want to make this entry. It could have been ready yesterday - but I really, REALLY didn't want to do it. That's why in the end I didn't colour it completely - only the colours of the hair and houses so that it was clear who was where. Bendy, Bernard and Jack are, of course, in my favourite house: Hufflepuff. Why isn't Sammy in it? Well, apparently his racism outweighed his diligence (or it had something to do with Bendy whispering to the Sorting Hat: "anywhere but not with Sammy"). But don't worry, Sammy already has a plan to fix his separation from his beloved Lord ;)

As you can see, I put some of my OCs here: Bernard, Sara from the Movie Club and this guy, this time in Ravenclaw colours :D

Bendy and the ink machine oc Lost one

Sits by the projectionist who stares before shining a light on the wall projecting words on to it.

The lost one squints a moment as they read it

"You wanna know my name?"

The projectionist nods, after all it's not often the residents of the studio so casually sit beside him.

"Hmmm SIGMA Freud....I don't think it's my name, but I can't remember it and I kinda just like the way the words mash together so guess that's what it is now."

They returned cheerfully as their tail snaked it's way around the projectionists waist, only to receive a slap to it that was the embodiment of

'stop that, behave.'

Sigma just chuckled and shrugged

"Kay, I'll be good....so what's your name?"

The projectionists light dimmed a moment as he turned his head down , he was trying to recall it...No...man......ah yes

He turned back to the wall and there in glowing letters across the decrepit planks of wood the name Norman could be seen clearly.

"Huh, Norman, cool."

Sigma answered casually as their tail tried to make another pass at the projectionist only to get a playful bonk on the head.

They pouted but were obviously still smiling behind it.

"Fiiiiiine I'll be good...for now."

Norman, you could tell just from the way he moved his head internally rolled his eyes at them, but at the same time it wasn't so bad having the company.

Sigma Freud was a pretty fucking dumb name, but eh...it was theirs...sometimes idiot company was better than none at all ... however...his inky black heart may have just skipped a beat as Sigma looked at him with a genuine smile and told him it was nice to finally have a friend.

Ok but what is the point of playing as the Lost One?

Boris is pretty standard in running speed and soup consumption. Sammy is slow as a semi truck that has to shit a load of bricks, but he's able to teleport in order to escape in certain areas (from what I remember you can't control where he teleports to and from though so...anyway, it's at least something.)

The Lost One is both slow and, from what I can tell, either has a veryyyy slightly stalled soup consumption rate, or none at all. They seem to have a "lunge" that they can use to gain speed quickly, but it doesn't go nearly far enough to matter, especially when the soup consumption is the same. I don't get what the strategy is. I loaded in to a Projectionist level as soon as I unlocked them (new computer, no saved progress), and despite doing just fine with Boris earlier, I got stranded between miracle stations where there wasn't a SINGLE SOUP STATION and promptly died. Could have been bad luck, but it's no secret that good ol' Norman is markedly faster, and I'm playing as this game's version of Wario.

I'm no game developer, but it seems like a stun-gun with a slow recharge could have fixed the problem easily. I'm still baffled.

Halloween Costume Contest is back!

I want to return to SATIM, that maybe even before the end of the year some stripes will start to appear, I don't know. I thought that Halloween was a good excuse to organize a contest - and a contest is a good way to re-introduce myself to SATIM. And since I just finished the Ink Demonth challenge doing crossovers - this year's theme is a crossover of my two favourite games!

Here are the rules:

Theme: I want you to draw or describe any character from SATIM (can be the main character, can be an OC - note, not from Samdy Kids, so the triplets don't count) in a Cult of the Lamb outfit. It may be a disguise as a character from that universe, it may be a reference, but not your OC - it is important to leave no doubt that it is about my SATIM and original Cult of the Lamb. Or, if you wish, you can dress a CotL character in a SATIM costume (I prefer the appearance of the CotL character in my version, i.e. Cult of the Wrath, but it doesn't have to be this way). Technique: any. You can draw, write, make a cutout, dress up yourself in a strange combination of two games or carve something into a pumpkin. Whatever you want!

Rating: the works will be rated in terms of idea, execution and matching the characters from Cult of the Lamb to the characters from SATIM.

Time: I give you exactly two weeks for this - so you have until November 5 this year.

Prizes: I will provide a full-colour drawing for the winner, containing up to 5 characters and any background. If there are a lot of entries (sure, my competition - and a lot of entries :/), it may turn out that I will award more than one prize.

Additional information: you can submit more than one entry if you have more ideas. You can also put several characters on one work (but there is a risk that weaker ideas will lower the overall score of the work, although I will try to rate each outfit separately).
