"You're my god." Said Kans, looking at the pregnant belly of his sister, looking at the future that was predicted to kill him. How bad must the child be, if it had the potential of killing him. A murderer. A god.
"You're my god." Whispered Vasudev as he kissed the forehead of an infant, who was covered in blood from his mother's womb still and yet smiled prettily at his father. He had saved him from rain and flood. A rescuer. A god.
"You're my god." Said Yashoda, cradling him in her arms, laughing and kissing his dusky cheeks. She held him close to her chest and somehow, she felt her heart align with every giggle he let out. An enchanter. A god.
"You're my god." Said Nand, as he ruffled his son's hair that curled in ringlets that shined even in darkness. Yashoda had told him of their son's miracles. Universe in his mouth. Somehow, beyond his love for her, Nand believed her. His played with his fingers. A hope. A god.
"You're my god." Said Radha, laughing as he bowed in front of her with flowers of different colours and scents. Tears dried whenever he appeared. She flourished with him, her becoming simply more. A flash of mischievous smiles, and she was his. A melody. A god.
"You're my god." Said Ugrasen. Bones and frail flesh scarring, hands shaking as he was held. Dusky and smooth skin contrasted every silver scar he had and blood returned to his fingers once more. He stained his grandson's yellow clothes with his blood. A healer. A god.
"You're my god." Smiled Rukmini, an open secret between the two of them, eyes shining with love that none could see but him. His hands held her feet and helped her up. He led her, homeward bound once more. Home wasn't a palace, home was at his side. A love. A god.
"You're my god." Said Sudama, tears glistening in his eyes as he gazed at the shredded skin of his friend's feet. Blood that rewrote everything that Sudama ever had been, blood that bled when words failed. A shelter. A god.
"You're my god." Said Arjun, meeting a cousin he never wished to part from, recently married and aching raw. Morals broken, vow forsaken. A hand held him up, a shoulder to lean on. A saviour. A god.
"You're my god." Said Yudhisthir as he knelt before a throne of his own, blood on his hands of those who lived before him. Blood stained hands washed the feet of the man who was the reason the throne was built. A kingmaker. A god.
"You're my god." Draupadi sobbed in his arms, bruises littering her face and arms, lip burst and forehead cut. At his feet, reverently cursing all and blessing him all the same. Lonely, inviting death with every word. A protector. A god.
"You're my god." Gandhari wailed, an accusation on her lips and tears coming to her throat. Blood dripped down her knuckles from where she had hit him fruitlessly. Her words, punctured and breaths shallow, all but dead. A killer. A god.
"You're my god." Balram tells him, calm and serene. So unlike everything they saw in their mortal lives. His clothes suffocate his skin almost beautifully and the sunset is something to watch. He's not watched the sunset since he was six, he thinks. He's not properly felt the sunset in this lifetime.
He smiles at his younger brother. The brother he was supposed to protect. The accusations still make ugly scars on his skin and Balram wants to accuse them all back for a moment. They never knew his god. None of them, except his Mata, knew his god. So serene, so calm, so wise, so innocent. His god is everything and anything and nothing at once.
They don't know what godhood is.
And as Balram leaves his body to return to his abode once more, he wishes they knew better. He wishes they didn't claim to know godhood or his god.
He waits to be reunited with his god and goddess again.

SK Hynix Expands Chip Production in Korea with M15X Fab

In response to the quickly rising demand for AI semiconductors, SK Hynix said that it intends to increase production capacity of the next-generation DRAM, including HBM, a crucial part of the AI infrastructure.
The company will construct the M15X fab in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, as a new DRAM production base, and will invest over 5.3 trillion won in fab construction, if the board of directors approves the plan.
In order to begin mass production as soon as possible, the company intends to begin building at the end of April and with the goal of finishing it in November 2025. As a result of the projected steady increase in the amount of money spent on equipment, the overall investment in the construction of the new manufacturing base is expected to exceed twenty trillion won over the course of the long term.
The growth of investment is something that SK Hynix, a global leader in artificial intelligence memory, anticipates will help to the revitalization of the domestic economy while also rejuvenating Korea’s status as a semiconductor powerhouse.
The semiconductor industry feels that the DRAM market has entered a growth period that is between the medium and long term. This belief is based on the entrance of the artificial intelligence age. The company anticipates that demand for general DRAM will be on a continuous climb, led by high-capacity DDR5 module goods for servers. This is in addition to the fact that HBM is anticipated to expand by more than sixty percent on an annual basis.
HBM demands capabilities that are at least twice as large as those required for regular DRAM products in order to achieve the same level of output. As a result, SK Hynix came to the conclusion that growing DRAM capabilities with a particular emphasis on HBM is a must for future expansion.
Before the first fab in the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster is finished in the first half of 2027, the business intends to carry out the production of new DRAM based on the M15X in Cheongju. The M15X is in the greatest possible situation for optimising HBM production because it is situated in close proximity to the M15, which has been improving the capabilities of the TSV1.
It is an interconnect technology known as TSV, which stands for “through silicon via.” This technology connects higher and lower chips by means of an electrode that travels vertically through the base logic chip and DRAM chips. Depending on the design of the chip, there may be thousands of pass-through transistor switching devices (TSVs).
Separately, SK Hynix will move forward with other domestic investments, such as injecting around 120 trillion won into the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster. This is in accordance with the existing strategy.
A process rate for groundwork that has reached 26%, which is 3% quicker than the plan, indicates that the Yongin project is making progress and gaining momentum. The development of the infrastructure, which includes everything from roads to power and water, is also picking up speed. Major preparatory activities, such as land compensation procedures and the investigation of cultural properties, have been finished. According to the company’s plans, the building of the first fab in Yongin is scheduled to begin in March of the following year and will be finished in May of 2027.
When it comes to total domestic investments, SK Hynix’s investment is a key tenet for the larger SK Group. In line with its Future Vision project, SK Hynix has invested a total of 46 trillion won since 2014 to construct three new factories in Korea: M14 in Icheon, M15 in Cheongju in 2018, and M16 in Icheon in 2021. This was done after the company was incorporated into the SK Group in 2012.
In addition to generating a momentum that will serve to revitalise the local economy, SK Hynix anticipates that the investment for the M15X and Yongin Cluster will assist in advancing Korea to a stronger artificial intelligence semiconductor powerhouse.
M15X will play a critical role as a stepping stone connecting the company’s present and future, according to Kwak Noh-Jung, President and CEO of SK hynix. “With metamorphosis into a key facilities that supplies AI memories to the world,” said Kwak Noh-Jung. SK Hynix is certain that this investment will be a significant step forward that extends beyond the private sector in terms of its contribution to the future of the domestic economy as a whole.

Das Obstwiesenfestival 2023 steht in den Startlöchern

Vom 17. bis zum 19. August 2023 wird in Dornstadt bei Ulm das Obstwiesenfestival 2023 stattfinden. Das Obstwiesenfestival startet bereits am Donnerstag Abend mit dem Film Sonne und Beton. Am Freitag startet dann das musikalische Programm des Festivals und am Samstag geht es dann damit weiter. Vorne Weg stehen die drei großen Headliner Beatsteaks, Temples und Die Sterne. Aber auch die kleineren Acts sind in diesem Jahr ganz groß. Also wir wollen eigentlich alle sehen. Schaut man nämlich genau hin, entdeckt man eine Reihe großartiger Acts wie Oskar Haag, Juse Ju, Ilgen-Nur natürlich Van Holzen die ein Heimspiel haben werden oder auch Beverly Kills und das sind nur einige davon. Zusätzlich findet am Samstag Nachmittag für die kleinen Festivalbesucher in diesem Jahr etwas besonderes statt. Mit Simon Sagt wird eine extra Band für die Kinder auf der Zeltbühne auftreten. Und wie immer findet am Freitag und Samstag morgen um 11 Uhr das Obstwiesenfestival Yoga statt. Als Kontrast kann man aber auch am Samstagmorgen zum traditionellen Frühschoppen in den Obstlergarten gehen. Der genaue Timetable wird wie immer kurz vor dem Obstwiesenfestival 2023 veröffentlicht. ULTRARAM, l'innovativa memoria universale sviluppata dai fisici della Lancaster University, sta cercando di uscire dalle segrete stanze di laboratorio per arrivare sul mercato. Dopo aver partecipato a un programma d'innovazione nascerà una società ad hoc in cerca di finanziatori. La memoria ULTRARAM punta ad arrivare sul mercato. Di questa tecnologia abbiamo scritto tempo addietro: nata presso la Lancaster University, è un nuovo tipo di memoria che combina la "non volatilità" (cioè mantiene i dati anche in assenza di energia) di memorie come la NAND flash e la velocità, l'efficienza energetica e la resistenza di una DRAM. ULTRARAM è potenzialmente in grado di assicurare le prestazioni della DRAM, offrendo un'efficienza 100 volte superiore e garantendo la "non volatilità" tipica della NAND, con le informazioni che restano archiviate anche in assenza di energia. Inventata dal fisico Manus Hayne, ULTRARAM usa "proprietà uniche dei semiconduttori composti, comunemente impiegati nei dispositivi fotonici come LED, diodi laser e rivelatori a infrarossi, ma non nell'elettronica digitale, che è appannaggio del silicio". Nelle sperimentazioni ULTRARAM ha mostrato "tempi di archiviazione dei dati (estrapolati) di almeno 1000 anni, velocità di commutazione elevata (per le dimensioni del dispositivo) e una resistenza senza deterioramento di oltre 107 cicli di programmazione/cancellazione, superiore a molti recenti per dispositivi simili su substrati GaAs, e da cento a mille volte migliore della memoria NAND flash". Brevettata inizialmente negli Stati Uniti, ULTRARAM sta cercando di ottenere ulteriori brevetti tecnologici nei principali mercati di tutto il mondo. Per quanto riguarda la commercializzazione, ULTRARAM ha superato le fasi del programma di sostegno ICURe che aiuta i ricercatori britannici a capire se il loro prodotto può avere applicazione commerciale.
