Hello! Do you have any headcanons for all the guys of Gassan Kunimitsu? If so would you like to share them? I really love Gassan Kunimitsu but I'm bad at making headcanons so I'd like so hear your thoughts!

I'm not sure if you asked for headcanons of the team as a whole or for something separate of each member but I tried to do a little bit of both!!

(Also, my website crashed and I had lost the progress so it might be shorter now cuz I'm frustrated)

It has happened a lot of times that Kondou has been called "dad" by the team. They all just feel really comfortable around him. It happened so many times, Kondou refers to himself as dad now. The team has stopped accidentally calling him dad now and instead, they do it on purpose

When Minamisawa was new, the others had a hard time accepting him because he is pretty arrogant. But due to Minamisawas skills (and Hyoudou scolding the team for being mean) they accepted him pretty quickly

Ibuki still gets teased about the match against Teikoku. This time, Hyoudou even allows it because he was also pretty upset about not being chosen for Inazuma Japan himself. They do acknowledge his skills now though

Hyoudou, Kanehira, Hachisuka, Masamune, Minamisawa, Ichimonji, Sanada and Ibuki bond over eyeliner art. You can find them in the changing room after training is done, doing each other's (or their own) eyeliner together.

Sanada is trans (I could see them as both transfem or transmasc but I'll go with transfem now) and they came out by just casually mentioning it. As in, they just went up to Kondou and went "could I have a separate changing room? As a girl, I don't wanna change with the boys" and everyone just went with it

Hyoudou is a good cook. After the team won a match, he often invites them to his place and cooks for them

Never leave Yamamoto, Karasuma and Ichimonji alone. Something will explode (it has happened before). Hyoudou had asked them to help cooking once. He left the kitchen for 2 minutes and then, he had to buy a new microwave

Minamisawa is their personal hairstylist. His uncle has a hair salon and Minamisawa helps out a lot so he would cut, dye or style his teammates hair's for free. Or maybe for an exchange of some sushi, his favorite food

The team often goes camping together. Kanehira and Osafune are the ones who have to build up the tents. They also have to carry the others inside whenever they fall asleep outside (which happens quite recently)

Kobayakawa loves telling horror stories and he's great at playing with his voice so it sounds extra scary. Tsukishima starts crying and has to be held by Hyoudou

Their favorite part about camping is stargazing at night. This is where most of them just fall asleep and have to be carried

Since Gassan Kunimitsu is a military school (at least that's what the dub says) I feel like most of them are very under pressure. I can't imagine it's easy being there so a lot of times, they talk about their struggles and try to comfort each other or give advice on how to struggle less

Shibata has horrible grades. Kai is his personal teacher at this point because otherwise, Shibata would not survive school

Takenaka and Sanada are dating. They think it's a secret but... It's not. They use a lot of pet names for each other and are always holding hands or something but they'd still deny they're lovers

Shima takes care of everyone. He makes sure everyone drinks enough during training, he makes sure no one is overdoing themselves and he always checks on everyone. A very gentle soul, he's called Shimama by some

Hanzo: Genji and I ransacked Shimada castle for sentimental items and we found our mother's private diary, it talked about how much she hated father, that he was a fool for even trying to make her love him, and how she felt pain whenever she saw me and Genji, she hated when I called out to her or tried to hug her... *tears up*

Jesse: Oh darlin'... *hugs Hanzo close*

Hanzo: I wish I had your mother...

i'd like to order a hanzo hc too but i cannot choose a topic... maybe your favorite hc/bunch of hcs? does that narrow it down enough?

YEA! I have a couple 

1. Hanzo’s dragon split into two after the big fight with Genji - I get that Blizzard probably just did it so that they feel like Hanzo and Genji have variations in their ult, but there’s a lot I feel that you can do with it. As in like, even in the lore it says Hanzo was heartbroken after having thought he had killed Genji. 

I see the dragons as a representation of the soul, and after the fight, Hanzo was so split between what he thought was right for the clan and what was so wrong about the whole thing, that he shattered on that kind of level. It’s just especially interesting since the Dragons short itself and all of Hanzo’s voicelines only dictate there being one Dragon of the South Wind. I don’t know if we’ll ever get lore to cover it since Chu is gone now, but he did remark one time that the Shimada dragons aren’t Magic, so maybe it’s from the soul, maybe it’s hardlight tech nanites or something...

I do like the idea that the tattoos are the Dragons’ seal

2. Shimada mama (Shimama) came from a clan that had spirit wolves - If you take a look at the old concept art for the Shimada family emblem, it had wolves worked into it at some points along side a dragon. 

I like to think it was bc of Shimama and it’s why Hanzo has the Okami/Lone Wolf skins

3. (Hear me out) Hanzo likes to do dumb food challenges  - Okay, so, Hanzo Shimada: control as hard as steel, but as we have seen... likes to indulge a lil’ from time to time. Or at least, I’d hope that with his two cakes for a snack voiceline from the winter event confirms that he has a sweet tooth bc that is literally one of my favorite Hanzo HCs. 

BUT BACK ON TRACK- It was something I thought of a long time ago for shits and giggles, but then looking at the Ramen spray from Archives I was like, Hanzo really powered through four bowls of ramen like nothing, huh. So to my absolute delight when the Overwatch Cookbook came out and one of Genji’s recipes said that they used to have competitions about who could eat the most ramen, as well as the spiciest, I was sold. Hanzo likes to do that dumb shit to remind himself of when times were good, sometimes he does them out of spite if he’s told he can’t do it, he always wins, and I don’t know... but he’s been traveling the world for 10 years, so I can only imagine the kind of shit he’s maybe done while not having attempts on his life

I hc Shimama being badass, and Hanzo inheriting her attitude haha, as for Cassidy mama, she's tough and won't take shit from anyone.

My hc for Cassidy papa isn't a kind one haha, I imagine him as the sort of guy who lets himself get carried away by his vices and isn't much of a father :( Cole tries hard not to turn into his dad.

How he would care forhis baby brother, how he would look after him with eager eyes while barelydancing on his tiptoes. Her hands, messing with his hair, showering him in love….

What a great brother he had been whenthey were but little children.

And now he was there, sitting beforethe place they had chosen for her, after so much time, after so much blood.

He had always avoided that precisespot, every single year, every single time he would become a trespasser in hisown territory to remember the brother he himself had killed.

What was he supposed to tell her,after all?
