Soft and fluffy stovetop naans that aren’t just healthier, but also easy to make.
This recipe makes naan that aren’t only healthier, but also taste great. Soft and fluffy naans, even on the next day. I have been trying and testing recipes for over a year to get the kind of naans that I wanted. My aim was to find a recipe that doesn’t use 100% refined flour and uses stove top to cook the naans. Several trials were made, different recipes were tried. The naans tasted good. But…

Greek Veggie Wrap
Chef's Note: I really enjoy the flavors, and it's so easy to make.
Original recipe link
Ingredients
1/2 cucumber, finely diced
1 Roma tomato, finely diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, diced
10 kalamata olives, diced
2 tbsp lemon juice (~1 lemon)
1/2 tsp sea salt
four 8” (medium) whole wheat tortilla / naan / pita bread
tzatziki
(optional) crumbled feta
Instructions
1. Finely dice cucumber, tomato, red onion, parsley, and olives
2. Add veggies to a bowl. Season with lemon juice and salt. Mix to combine. Drain liquid
3. To your bread, spread the tzatziki sauce over the entire surface
4. Spoon about 1/4 of the diced vegetables on top of it. Top with some feta
This may be a little less than you like, but it’s to keep the wrap from being overfilled when you bite into it

Tumblr media
Geography:             Making up the center of the empire with the Rayiea Jungle to the south, the Sawda Wood to the west, the Ezam Mountains to the north, the Sahmar Desert to the East and the Wasat Grasslands to the north east. The terrain is filled with marshes and flood plains. There are also two sub areas known as the Tanque Swamp and Harkaya Lake within this region.
Climate:             The region gets an average of 850mm of rain a year, and average temperatures range between daily highs of 95F and lows of 50F. The temperature varies around 15F from the average between seasons. Additionally, the area gets a flood season when the rain increases in the warmer months and the snow on the Ezam mountains begin to melt and flow down the rivers to flood the area creating fertile soil for farming.
Culture:             The Alhay Plains is the center of the empire filled with cities that each have a distinct culture within the city the abundance of political power manufacturing and food allowed an urbanization rate of around 25%. Additionally, you can find all types of people from across the empire within the cities.             Acrician are the people from the Alhay Floodplains. Alhay roughly meaning ‘the beating heart.’ The Acrician people find themselves coming from highly urbanized and fertile region allowing for rapidly growing population that found itself at the seat of 2 draconic empires. The Acrician people find dragons sacred and put high value into the structured systems they create.             Cuisine within the Alhay Plains is imported from all reaches domestic and foreign, however due to the soil that is good for growing grains such as wheat and rice any food wouldn’t be considered a meal without spiced naan or flavored rice along with an extravagant salad and fruit juices.
Economy:             The region thrives on being the manufacturing powerhouse in the whole empire. It is the seat of the head of politics, education, technology, and culture. It also hosts trade from across the empire.
Population:             9,100,000 approx. (without the lake and swamp) 85% Acrician 15% other. 14,000,000 approx. (with sub areas)

Roti (also known as chapati) is a round flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent. It is commonly consumed in many South Asian, Southeast Asian, Caribbean, and Southeast African countries.
It is made from stoneground whole wheat flour, traditionally known as gehu ka atta, and water that are combined into a dough. Its defining characteristic is that it is unleavened. Naan from the Indian subcontinent, by contrast, is a yeast-leavened bread, as is kulcha. Like breads around the world, roti is a staple accompaniment to other foods.

since you asked for more questions :)
What is your favourite river you have NOT seen in person?
What is your favourite type of bread?
Conventional Gas or Electrical oven?
I feel like this is a personality test that I don't get yet but will show I might have a new mental diagnosis lol
Any rivers in Ireland, I have Irish ancestry but no one kept it coming to America so I'm trying to reconnect. Also that river that turns into a cloud because it's soo tall and has a strong up draft.
Bread is favorite bread lol umm not wheat or whole grain breads where you see the seeds, like sesame seed buns on hamburgers aren't nice. Naan bread is awesome! Super delicious, I can it that on its own where most bread need at least butter. Oh, bolillo rolls are awesome too. Tortillas are awesome. Is pizza crust technically a bread? That's awesome. But to pick just one, I'll say bolillo rolls, nice and large but not too large for 1 person, great for sandwiches and soups.
Gas ovens are the best. Everything cooks better with gas ovens. But I know we are getting away from gas and that electric ovens may have gotten better over the years but all I had is shitty electric that takes forever to warm up and doesn't cook right
Next question! Lol
