You try to escape and each time the punishment is worse. He locks you away in a very dark and cold room that has no sound except for your breathing

You cry and beg to be let out but Bi-Han says you need to learn your lesson for being an ungrateful brat

Escaping never works. No matter how many times you try, Bi-Han is always ahead of you and is fierce in reprimanding you

You fear him. You don't want him to keep hitting you or locking you away. You just need to be good and he'll be nice to you right?

If you're good and listen to Bi-Han everything will be much better! He loves you so much and lavishes you in gifts when you behave for him

He’s the oldest. He’s the grandmaster. He’s better in every way. Yet you picked his younger brother. Can’t you see Bi-Han is the better option here?

Someone as glorious and precious as you doesn’t belong to a man like Kuai Liang. What does Kuai Liang know? Nothing, he knows nothing. While Bi-Han knows everything. He knows what will make you happy. What will make you squirm in bed. The things he would do to you would make you beg to be his wife and have his children. It would make you forget that Kuai Liang ever existed.

Bi-Han can’t sleep at night thinking about how you couldn’t possible be happy with his brother. You must be faking it just to prevent hurting Kuai Liang. But he can see right through you. You seem tense, like you haven’t felt pleasure in a while. Has his brother been depriving you? You poor thing, if you just let Bi-Han near he can fix that for you.

In fact, you should let him near now. He’s been patient for way too long. Longer than he would usual last. He can’t respect your boundaries anymore. If you’re gonna be near his clan he has the right to be near you whenever he wants. Even if that means right in front of Kuai Liang.

Bi-Han went stomping around the temple while calling your name. He couldn’t find you at all. He wanted to have a “word” with you.

When he found you, you were of course with Kuai Liang. He watched in disgust as Kuai Liang peppered you with kisses. You laughed with joy every time he did. His arms were wrapped tight around your waist. You two looked like the happiest couple ever. Bi-Han still believed you were faking it. You were too kind and that’s your weakness. Too kind and caring to speak the truth about how you hate Kuai Liang. That you actually love Bi-Han and find him to be a much better lover.

He called you again much more louder and harsher this time. It got your attention and Kuai Liang’s. You got nervous quickly when he said he needed to talk to you. Kuai Liang told you to go ahead as he felt like his brother would do no harm to you.

When Bi-Han was able to get you alone he slammed you against the nearest wall and pressed himself against you. He grabbed your face and forcefully kissed you. Your lips felt perfect against his. It was truly meant to be. He was trying to push his tongue into your mouth before you decided to slap him. He grunted before pinning your wrist to the wall now.

“What do you think you are doing?” He gritted his teeth.

“What am I doing? What are you doing? Are you insane? I’m your brother’s girlfriend.” You snapped back at him.

“There is no need to keep that act up. I know you don’t love him. We are a perfect match and you have known that from the beginning.”

You looked at Bi-Han like he was crazy. Because he was! His statement seemed preposterous.

“You’re crazy.” You said

“I am not. I am in love with you. You should be honored to be worthy of my love.”

“This isn’t love. This is an obsession. It’s making you do crazy things like kissing your brother’s girlfriend.” You stated, “You better let me go before I scream for Kuai Liang.”

He scowled at your words. Kuai Liang must have corrupted your into thinking that Bi-Han was obsessed. No, this is not obsession, this is love! But for now he must let you go.

You rubbed your wrist as you walked away quickly, keeping an eye on Bi-Han just in case he tries something else. You decide not to tell Kuai Liang what just happened. It wasn’t your fault and you don’t want to start something bad around here. Bi-Han will however. He will do anything to get Kuai Liang off of you.

══💤══╡°˖✧🦊✧˖°╞══💤══

The brothers were training together as suggested by Bi-Han. It wasn’t all that strange but Kuai Liang could sense that Bi-Han was more hostile than usual. His attacks seemed more erratic and unwarranted.

“You are not setting a good example for the others, brother.” Kuai Liang warned him.

“I am the grandmaster here. I can do what I want and take what I want.” Bi-Han answered back.

A few more punches and kicks were thrown with more force. It caught Kuai Liang off guard and he ended up falling to the floor. He expected his brother to help him up but he did the opposite. He stood over Kuai Liang with his fists clenched tight. For a second he debated walking away and not laying another blow to his own brother. But then he thought of you and how you were not by his side or in his bed. That was enough to set him off.

Bi-Han started pummeling Kuai Liang. He tried to defend himself but Bi-Han would find other places to hit. The other Lin Kuei clansmen were unsure of what to do. They didn’t want to go against their grandmaster so they were forced to watch as blood started to appear. No one could tell whose blood it was but it was getting on the floor and on his fists. Kuai Liang was starting to react less now as his injuries were becoming worse.

“You need to break up with her. You can’t satisfy her like I could. I am the grandmaster here and I deserve to have her by my side. Not my weak brother who can’t fend for himself.” He hissed at Kuai Liang.

Tomas saw what was going on and stepped in to pull Bi-Han off Kuai Liang. He didn’t care what happened beforehand or what will happen after. He only cared for Kuai Liang who was bleeding from his forehead and the side of his face. There was probably more areas that Bi-Han damaged but that will be discovered soon. Tomas helped his brother up and brought him to his room.

When you came by after you were horrified to see how Kuai Liang was. You immediately started to help clean and patch up his wounds. Luckily the gashes on his face weren’t too bad but he did bleed a lot. You tried asking what happened but he was silent. There was little to no emotions in his face. Just a dead stare as he went over what his brother told him. If he could hurt his own brother, imagine what he could do to you if you kept denying him. Kuai Liang loves you but he is now worried for your safety. It’s best if he lets you go.

When you were done patching him up that’s when he spoke. He was blunt about it and said it was over. It was a real shock to you. You questioned him, asking if Bi-Han told him anything or if he found out what Bi-Han did. He didn’t answer those questions but told you to leave. He was hoping you would get out and never return. Never give his brother the satisfaction. That’s not how it went.

You left Kuai Liang’s room, crying into the palm of your hands. Everything was going wrong. It only got worse when you bumped into Bi-Han. You tried to run away but he grabbed you immediately.

“Why are you crying? Did my brother do that? I told you he doesn’t love you. If you had listened to me you would not be crying right now.” He was very harsh with you.

You looked down at his knuckles and saw how bruised and bloodied they were. It showed that Bi-Han did do something to Kuai Liang. It made you cry even harder as you realized just how obsessed he was about you.

“Stop your crying. I will make you feel better. I will never break your heart. Trust me. I will make you feel things that you have never felt before. No one will ever be able to make you feel the way I make you feel. No one.”

You couldn’t stop your crying. You were sad and horrified yet he never got the hint that you didn’t want to be with him. You never actually loved him. Well, maybe you do. Another kiss might help you figure it out.

He kissed you again with a lot of force. He held your face as your tears fell on his hands. This was your nightmare but Bi-Han’s dream. Can’t you see, he loves you!

He loves you!

This is not an obsession this is love!

There was only one thing left to say and he whispered it against your lips.

“I love you…”

No Shirai Ryu trainees should be able to see you, and you mustn't even look at other men other than him. -Or women. -The time you talked with Harumi, you couldn't even open your eyes the next day, face beaten up, and you had to take care of the wounds alone. -But every time, Liang promises that he loves you and you can't do anything other than believing him.

I made the decision to listen to Rotten Girl Grotesque Romance while my brain is full of MK 1. Specifically I heard a Len cover and now all I can process is yandere Bihan looming over and stalking his object of affection. Which, because I love suffering, is Tomas.

Ok so I am a big fan of yandere Bi-Han. (To a certain extent. Like I appreciated your note on your yandere Bi-Han/Kuai Liang that he wouldn't harm pets because that's a deal breaker for me and I wondered. So the Lin Kuei regularly kidnap children and adults for what have you, what would be the chances that it's not uncommon for the warriors to kidnap a partner/spouse if they wanted? Especially if they've already tried the asking nicely route? (This is taking into account someone actually being scared of him to obviously say yes.) I doubt the Grandmaster (unless Bi-Han is Grandmaster) cares what he's doing as long as he completes his missions. Weird ask but it won't stop bouncing around in my head.

I can definitely see this and honestly it wouldn’t surprise me. I mean they kidnap kids all the time or at least in the old timelines they did, what would stop them from kidnapping spouses. It must be hard AF to date as a Lin Kuei which is why I wrote the whole fic about the brothel at the Lin Kuei. Most of the women there were sold their by their families but it’s definitely possible they were kidnapped too. I suppose I could always try and do a story about one of the brothel workers getting kidnapped and forced into service for the Lin Kuei or something along those lines? Or I guess a spouse? Maybe? I’ll add it to my will try and do list. I will at least try to do Bi-Han, I honestly have a hard time seeing Kuai Liang as a yandere, even if I did write both, but I’m having a hard time writing for Liang in general lately so I’m trying to stick with ideas that spark inspiration for me.

He was his brother, he had never understood why he felt that way, especially about him, after all he was his best friend, he was the person he trusted the most; even more so than his blood brother.

But that fear always existed in him in the depths of his soul, he knew and knew very well the fact that he was willing to harm others if necessary, especially that feeling emerged much more strongly when Tomas was close to her, when he was so close to his darling.

That's why he had to resort to this; He never knew if this was right or wrong, many nights he wondered if he was really doing the right thing, if he was right to lock her up like this, to keep her away from everyone and especially from that gray-haired man who had caused him so many problems.

In his head, there was the constant struggle of whether he could have done everything differently, but he couldn't help it. Every time he tried to get close to her, there was him. It didn't matter where he was, it didn't matter the time, nor the time, it was as if he knew when to act. And the thought that her dearest brother was acting on her mind to keep her all to himself and keep her away from him, and who knows how many other horrendous things!

She was in danger, but no…, he was his brother, a man who was raised under the same ideals as him, and who was willing to honor his clan with the same intensity as him, who had to give his life for the clan. If necessary, he had to be disciplined, kind, and give his best.

But then, if he had ended up committing such horrendous crimes, what would stop Tomas from doing the same?

And why doesn't he care better about Bi-Han? I mean, he could hurt her for angry issues.

No, Bi-Han doesn't want to be with someone, and he didn't care in the slightest about her existence, much less the infatuation that was in Kuai Liang's heart.

Bi-Han couldn't care less about his (Name)!

But Smoke…, he was that person who had so much hindered her approach to him. The one who was always closer to her, closer to her, and who had her as his damn best friend.

He was always one step ahead of him.

But that wasn't the important thing now! He already had (Name) in his arms, why worry about Tomas?, and it was obvious that he was not interested in knowing what Tomas wanted to do about her disappearance, and although he seemed worried, it was just a fake felling, something fake like a mask he had formed especially for this situation

Even as his stomach turned as he comforted the man who was called his brother, his heart and mind only thought of one thing; the excitement he felt knowing that she finally belonged to him, the thought that he should no longer worry about him because it wouldn't be necessary to harm him, much less kill him.

He was different, he just wanted to be with her and he smiled every time he saw her near him, he never wanted her as a partner, he only wanted her to have her as his best friend; He always smiled and felt safe around her, however that generated a lot of distrust in his brother. It was ironic to know that it was Smoke who had introduced her dear friend to him, introducing her as one of her best friends, a person she had met outside of Liang and Bi-Han and the Lin Kuei home.

That's why he felt too disgusted with the idea of feeling so bad seeing him around her, but his heart had the thought that he was to blame, that he never left her and was too stupid to find the answers for the feelings that his brother had for her.

Yes, it was Tomas fault, it wasn't his for having fallen in love… after all he was human too!

It was his fault for not noticing it and not for having taken caution when seeing how other people around her disappeared.

It was his fault for not realizing how much Liang longed to have her close to him.

It was his fault for refusing to stay away from her when he simply asked if he could keep his distance from her.

It was all his fault!

He didn't want him to be happy with her!

But that's why he was afraid, that's why he thought that he knew this, that his brother knew what he had done, the sin he had committed and all the crimes that were behind him, but it was never like that, and yet that feeling of uncertainty always remained within his heart, even now with her beneath him asking over and over again what he had done why he was hurting her like this.

And now, it all comes down to this.

—Let go of me now, Liang, —the woman threatened, her gaze meeting that of the man in front of her.

—Honey, I can't do that. —he said, worried.

—Why you can't? Your reasons literally make no head or tail.

—It's not that, (Name), I know you won't understand, at least not now. —He mentions, the pads of his fingers playing with each other.

—There is nothing I don't understand! —The woman raised her voice—, you are the one who doesn't understand that this is just so fucking evil.

The man snorted, still feeling that fervor of hope that she would accept this relationship, longing to receive her warmly in her arms and provide him with that comfort that he always wanted to give her.

—Please, (Name), you have to understand, I can't just…

He hears the door open abruptly.

The familiar shadow enters the stage, at the same time that heavy, protesting gasps resonate with his abrupt arrival; Tomas had finally found them, or rather he had found where his dear brother had the woman he considered his best friend and almost his sister from another mother at large.

—So you had hidden her here, right? —The gray-haired man joked, an attempt at mockery going slightly unnoticed in his appearance—don't you think this place is a little… awkward for a woman?

It was a dusty room from a house that the world vaguely knew about, since the Lin Kuei clan had discovered this ruined place a few years ago and had never taken it into account due to the lack of need to resort to acting on it. same house, so Kuai Liang was surprised to notice that his brother had indeed been found earlier than expected.

It was more than obvious that this was not the place where his darling belonged, —and it was never going to be— since it was simply a temporary hiding place until things had calmed down and he could take her somewhere a little safer and away from the crowds; but it seemed his lie had been discovered faster than he could have expected.

On the contrary, the woman was happy, a smile adorned her face when she heard that man's voice, knowing that at least during that time she had the possibility of waiting for him to rescue her, that he could took her to a safe place away from this man who said how much he loved her that he had only kidnapped her for love.

The discussion was increasing in intensity as the tension grew in the air, neither of the two was willing to give in to the other, which led to a fairly obvious conclusion for both the woman and the two men present.

Tomas knew from the beginning that there was a possibility that he would have to fight with the person responsible for the disappearance of the woman he loved so much as a friend, but he did not expect to have to fight with his own brother, and not with Bi-Han, where even though it was more justifiable because of how badly he treated him, no… it was with Liang, his brother, the person who received him kindly with the simple fact that he liked him. That feeling destroyed him mentally, but at that moment he was not there to talk about his feelings.

—I don't want to fight you, Liang —Smoke clarifies, —, but I can't accept that you want to do this to (Name)."

—You don't understand this, even if I explained it to you. —Liang's tone of voice changes, a seriousness in his voice appearing as he shifts his focus to Tomas.

So when someone (Maybe some member of the Lin Kuei or even Johnny Cage) works up the courage to give you a nice bouquet, he rages.

You can feel his eyes burn a hole into the back of your head as you graciously receive the gift and thank the man.

You smile and giggle causing Bi-Han to shake with rage. The final straw was when he saw your face, or what was on your face. Blush, you were blushing. Bi-Han's mind begins to race. Why are you blushing? Does he make you happy? Happier than when you are with him? Did you prefer this man to him?

Soon the arguing turns into a screaming match, and things get so heated to the point that Bi-Han punches a wall leaving a massive dent.

Tears stream down your face as you yell at him to get out. For a moment his eyes soften and grow wide with hurt and shock, but immediately harden as he turns and slams the door behind him, basically breaking the door and the wall. Leaving you there alone crying.

Time passes, minutes become hours, hours become days, days, become weeks, and you and Bi-han haven't talked to each other. Whenever you see each other you quickly look away, refusing to even make eye contact with the man. You don't see it, but Bi-Han is hurt by this, but he buries it down and puts on his usually stern face.

Finally, it all ends one night when you hear someone knocking at your door. You open it to find Bi-Han, his cheeks are flushed and his eyes are puffy and red, he's trying his best to keep it together but it's obvious that he'll break at any second.

"I'm... Sorry." He forces out his mouth, this is something hard for him to do. He'd rather be fighting Liu Kang than be facing you right about now. "You mean so much to me, I don't want to lose you..." he admits.

He then gets onto his knees and prostrates himself before you. After a few moments, you sigh and let him back inside.

Kuai Liang

Kuai Liang has never hidden his love for you, he'd show it every chance he got. He'd buy you gifts and send you poems spouting his eternal devotion to you, and more stuff like that. He feels confident in this relationship and your feelings for him.

So when that man comes up to you and gives you flowers, he isn't the least bit jealous... well, that's what he wants to believe.

It bothers him the way you smile at receiving the gift, you laugh and even blush. What are you doing, he thinks to himself. Why are you acting like this? Does his gifts make you act this way? Aren't you happy with him? Isn't he enough for you?

He forces a smile onto his face and tries to retain his composure. He then finds the opportunity and interjects, saying something like you need to go because of an emergency.

Afterwards, he will do everything in his power to make you happy. Do you want flowers? Fine, he'll find the most beautiful and exotic ones the realms could offer. He'll make multiple gestures to display his affection, hoping that you'll return it.

But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how many times you tell him you love him, he will see that bouquet of flowers that you still keep and jealousy and insecurity consume him.

One day, he'll see the flowers in the pot you specifically chose for it and just stare at them. Before he can even top and think, he grabs the pot and throws it to the ground. He stomps at it and even uses his power to burn it to ashes.

Of course, all this ruckus gets your attention and you rush in and find Kuai Liang hitting the ground where the flowers were. Its ground is broken and charged by his spontaneous and reckless actions.

"What are you doing?!" You shout, both confused and even scared by this. Kuai's head shoots up realizing you're in the room. "Y/n, I didn't...You...I... I'm sorry." He turns and rushes out of the room.

For the next few weeks, Kuai will avoid you at all costs. Too ashamed of himself to face you after what he did. Every time you try to talk to him he quickly gets away. You don't understand why he's acting like this, did you do something? Does he hate you?

Finally, you can corner him. You try to talk to him, ask him what's wrong. Kuai rushes past you and attempts to quickly get away from you, but he stops when he hears a sniffling noise. He turns and sees you crying. It was then he finally realised how much he was hurting you. He hated himself even more now, he was so busy thinking about himself that he didn't even stop to think about how his actions were affecting you.

He walks back up to you and holds you. "I-I'm sorry, I never meant to hurt you. Those flowers... they...it doesn't matter anymore. I love you." He says as he pulls you in and tightly holds you.

Tomas Vrbada

Tomas was and always has been insecure about the relationship. He's constantly scared that you'll one day leave him. You were the most beautiful and wonderful thing to happen to him, how could he not worry that things were too good to be true. It didn't help that he knew about all the others that desired you. He already lost his family, he couldn't lose you as well.

When you are offered flowers by that man, Tomas does everything he can to maintain his composure as you smile and laugh as you happily receive the gift. He watches as you continue your conversation with the man, he feels strange urges come over him. The urge to rip the flowers from out your hands and stomp them to pieces, the urge to beat the man to a bloody pulp, the urge to...what was happening to him?

Quickly he interjects into the conversation and insists that you have to go. You leave and Tomas tries to stop thinking about what just happened. But the way you are smiling at the bouquet so fondly it makes him go mad.

For the next few weeks nothing happens, Tomas seems off though. You ask what's wrong but he insists that everything is fine. So you don't think much about it, if Tomas wants to talk to you about it he will. And continue on with your daily routines...unaware that Tomas is following you.

Everywhere you go, he's too far behind. He keeps to the shadows, using powers to help him hide from you. He has to see everything you do, everywhere you go, every person you talk to. He loves you, but he can't seem to trust you for the life of him.

You realize something's wrong when Kuai comes to you and reveals that Tomas hasn't been fulfilling his tasks and duties. You immediately start to get concerned. He's been very distant lately, does this have anything to do with it? Why was he acting strange? Why won't he talk to you about it? You try to catch him before he leaves and talk to him. But seems to avoid you like the black plague and rushes out of the house.

You sigh and go on with the rest of your day. But since Kuai told you this news, you've seemed to become on edge for no reason. You become paranoid that someone is following you. As you make your way through your daily routine, you see the very same man who gave you the flowers and happily go to him and have a conversation.

Tomas watches you two talk and he feels an anger rise up in him. The way you two chatted so happily like you were in love, Tomas couldn't take it any more and spring from the shadows and confront you. "I-I can't believe you, was nothing we had special?!"

You didn't understand what was happening, Tomas suddenly appeared and he was yelling at you. Screaming at the man and chasing him away. He admits to following you and is grateful that he did, seeing how familiar you are with other men.

"Y-You were stalking me?" You suddenly yelled back. Hearing you say, Tomas realizes quickly how insane he was acting. His cheeks flush as his once confident form shrinks into an awkward one. Weeks go by as you avoid him, you don't come home, and you don't speak Kuai either, it's like you disappeared off the face of the planet. These were some of the loneliest weeks Tomas has ever experienced in his life, he couldn't eat he could sleep, and he couldn't even build up the strength to get out of bed. What was even the point? Without you, life didn't have much meaning.

You finally build up the courage and come back home, hoping for some closure and to settle things. Tomas immediately swings open the door and ushers you inside. He is quick to start apologizing, he is in a desperate state. He even starts to break down and cry.

This pathetic display moves you, you admit that you missed him. You embrace each other and cry in each other's arms. "I'm so sorry, please don't leave me," he begs.
