the way this made me laugh SDKLHSLHFW if i was not on my computer right now i would spam with the sparkly eye emoji (pleading emoji? idk what its called but its like O_O but less. creepy. okay im done)

@hamsternamedmarinette invented comedy. literally so funny like.... how does her brain work? if you want a good laugh (like a full on belly laugh, wheezing laugh, painful laugh) this is the blog. every comic is just whiplash in the best way

@anna-scribbles draws them so soft???? AGAIN if i could use emojis YOU KNOW THE EMOJI IM TALKING ABOUT.... LIKE THE o_o CUTE ONE? her art is the personification of that. and its also so funny and the punchline always hits just righttt

@zoe-oneesama i think pretty much everyone knows about her Scarlet Lady AU, but just in case you don’t, it’s a reimagining of the show where chloe steals the ladybug miraculous from marinette and becomes a superpowered pain in the butt. it’s,,, so well done and really funny and lots of things that bother me from the show bother the author too so she fixes them LMAO

@buggachat again, i think everyone knows about this blog but just. top tier comedy. such funniness. but also hella angst sometimes. they’ve got a baker enemies AU going on rn and its DELICIOUS. basically hawkmoth has been defeated, everyone knows it was gabriel agreste, and adrien (who was chat noir, but never revealed his identity to mari/LB) is suspected by everyone and ostracized :( this “everyone” is namely MARINETTE who thinks he’s after her bc he found out she’s the guardian and. it is a lot so i won’t try to explain it all but hopefully that gives you the gist of it LOL

He tries not to be too critical though bc he knows that everyone’s tastes are different

You will both choose your top two outfits

like you choose them so that you have one you want just for yourself and one that you want for him

And then he does the same

You typically choose similar looks because you know each other’s style super well

And Hwa is totally the type to surprise you by buying you one of the pieces he had seen you eyeing more than the others

His crackhead comes out in full force at fashion shows, believe me

I mean seriously

Every time something comes out that he doesn’t like he insults it in a really funny way

And you’re sitting in the front row so your literally biting your lip so hard to not laugh in front of all these cameras

Like a model comes out with a bunch of feathers on her outfit and Yunho’s just like

“Heads up, everybody, Chicken Little has just hit the stage!”

Or if he sees something particularly revealing he’s like

“Wouldn’t you love to see me in that, baby”

He takes a picture of every single look that he finds funny, just so he can send them to you later with a funny caption

But he also sees one he really loves

Will take a picture of your side profile when you aren’t looking

And the model is coming down the runway in the background

But he will try not to let you find out that he was so soft about it lmao

So he tries to keep you from seeing his wallpaper

Like you have A-F grading scale, but also categories that each look has to fulfill

Color, texture, fit, overall flow of the patterns and clothing items, etc.

And you can play along for a while before you’re finally like

Like boy if you don’t-

But then he gives in and he’s like “just tell me which one you loved the most and I’ll tell you if it was good or not”

So you do and he’s like “THAT WAS THE WORST LOOK OF THE ENTIRE NIGHT WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT”

And then that launches a playful debate about who has better fashion sense

But overall you both had a really good time and plan on making this an annual tradition

And he’ll be so inspired and as his makeup noonas to try and replicate some of the looks he had seen

Gets hella motivated and literally starts drawing up ideas that he has for costumes and things

He’s just a sweet baby who sees the beauty in everything and wants to make beautiful things too

And he will always ask your opinion on his drawings

“Do you like this one? Do you think it could work?”

And of course you tell him all of them are fantastic bc they are

And you guys work together to make some of his outfit dreams come true

Mingi:

At fashion shows, Mingi thrives bc models tend to be really tall for some reason

As a short person, I am offended by tall people’s clothes

ANYWAY

Mingi is just looking at the pants like “I bet those would actually fit me on the first try”

And then he’s like “baby, I could be a model”

And you’re like “I already knew that, you’ve always been pretty”

He gets blushy aww

“I’m pretty” UWUUUUUU

And now that you’ve got him going you cant just let that blush fade away I mean its too cute

Don’t squander this opportunity to make our baby blush even harder

So literally every other model your whispering “you’d look better in that”

“You’d be the best model here, Minnie”

And eventually he’s smiling so big and blushing so hard that he’s like “stoop my cheeks hurt”

So you settle for giving him a lil smoochie on his cheek

But then he shall take his revenge

Starts complementing you even more than you had complemented him

Thus begins a complement war

By the end, both of you realize that you’ve ignored the last two sets of models and had just been telling each other how much you love each other over and over

Get a room you guys I mean really

Wooyoung:

Wooyoung is a giggly mess

The entire time

Because he thinks every little thing is funny

A model’s makeup is too extreme? He’s laughing

Someone’s hair is too wild? He’s laughing

Someone looks like they rolled straight out of a dumpster? he’s laughing and saying “thats you”

Like SHUT UP lmaoooo

He’s also laughing bc he’s imagining the members in all of the ugly outfits

Like “lmao imagine Hongjoong wearing that big ole hat”

“Imagine Seonghwa wearing those balloon shorts”

Like he’s so annoying lmao

But it does have you both laughing hard enough to get dirty looks from other spectators

Once he eventually calms down and hushes himself, he actually starts getting into it and thoroughly enjoys watching the way the clothes flow when the models walk and stuff

He finds it genuinely interesting to see how each artist has fit the clothes to each specific model’s body type

But he will still fit in some snide comments here and there to make sure you’re fully entertained

Bc if he’s not laughing… is it really Wooyoung

Jongho:

Okay Jongho is definitely into fashion

Whether he is obvious about his affinity for cool clothes or not, he’s into it okay

And he evaluates every look in terms of “would I look good in that? Would bae look good in that? Would any of the hyungs look good in that?”

Very thoughtful baby

Will take pictures to send to people and be like “this reminds me of you”

Will say it directly to you too

He is also kinda cheesy and poetic about it

“The bright pink reminds me of how happy you make me”

“That blue is like the sky when you’re around: cloudless”

Eventually you’re like “oh shut up ya freak” lmao

And then he’s laughing bc he’s embarrassed that he said all that

He’s like “why am I so cheesy”

And you low-key love it so you just smile at him

But then he keeps taking pictures of the models and eventually starts taking pictures of you bc he just loves you and finds you so breathtaking awww

At the end of the night he’s so sweet to you and thanks you for coming with him and hopes you had a good time and-

You just kiss him and tell him you had a lot of fun and you should definitely do it again next time there’s a show in town

He definitely agrees bc he really just loved sharing that experience with you

Aight here’s a 16teen-esque mall au for the ppg that I’ll never write, but enjoy thinking about and have heavily outlined (its long, so most is under the cut):

Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup aren’t related in this one, but you’d figure they were. Bubs/Buttercups are fraternal Twins (Mom/Dad=Keane/Prof)

Blossom’s mom is Ms. Bellum, who is dating Ms. Ima Goodwoman. Sedusa is actually a good woman in this lol, she just doesn’t vibe with blossom very well.

It also doesn’t help that Ima’s son, Butch, is now an even more permanent fixture in Blossom’s life. She had always thought school was enough.

Later on in the story, Bellum and Ima get married and Butch&Bloss have to come to terms with being step siblings (they break up their parents and end up having to parent trap them back together)

This new relationship between Butch&Bloss works out perfectly for Brick because Brick’s bestfriends with Butch and also has a low-key crush on Bloss. They have English class together and while he very much has a goth persona that he can’t compromise (obviously) by a preppy girl like Bloss, he still enjoys fucking with her. Too bad she has that boyfriend :(

Wait what happened to the mall part?? Here we go:

So, to preference, Bloss is a very smart young women. A real intellectual. Tons of smart extracurriculars. She’s definitely going places, but an Ivy League school costs money. So, she gets a job at the local mall in the bookstore. Bookstores in malls aren’t doing to hot financially and hers gets bought out. It’s going to be replaced by a more mainstream Barnes and Noble, but applications for employees don’t open up until after construction. She’s out a job and for some reason (maybe it’s her horribly inconsistent schedule) no one’s hiring her!! She’s worried about a gap in her resume, but her Mom ends up having the hookup. Turns out her mom’s boss (the mayor, who’s not the Mayor in this one) actually owns the lone hot dog (& pickle) stand in the mall, and it needs a new person to man it.

(((This is a call back to when blossom, in the show, had to get a job at that hot dog stand 😂 she has to wear the same uniform with the stupid hat. )))

Her best costumer is actually Mayor, which perplexes Blossom because that can’t be a financially sound business move. His weird wisdom guides her.

ANYWAY, she takes the job and finds out the stand (and the embarrassing uniform) is unfortunately located in front of. . .

. . .HOT TOPIC.

Who works there??? Lol obviously Mr. Doom and Gloom himself--Brick!

So, Brick’s pretty much the manager there, right? Wrong, but he is a decent employee. He doesn’t actually need a job, but he’s a counterculture rebel, right?? And rebels go against their parents wishes, right?? And his dads (Mojo and Him) don’t want him working in a filthy mall because they’re rich and there’s better things to do. But he’s pretty anti-them so (🖕) he gets the job (Mojo also does not at all understand goth culture)

And then, because the gods favor him, not only does he end up getting to bug Bloss in English, but ALSO on his work breaks. He ends up eating more hotdogs then he ever thought he would in his life, but also, eventually, ends up becoming her study partner. Another fun and great thing for him is that as the story progresses he gets to watch her relationship with that-Jared-guy crumble right before his very eyes, which just adds fuel to his fantasy fire.

So tbh this story actually really works out for Brick. He gets to spend time with the girl he secretly likes and has a decent shot at getting her to date him!! Blossom, on the other hand, suffers, but who’s there to help her through this suffering?

Well, obviously, Bubbles (and BC)! Bubbles works at Claire’s. She does well on the floor, but does not at all like piercing ears. She’s not good at it. She messes piercings up too frequently and blood freaks her out. Her coworker Mary often has to step up and do it for her. Still, she likes all the sparkly stuff in the store, so it’s generally a good fit. As of right now, Bubbles really just vibes in this story. Her biggest source of conflict is with Boomer, who works at the Spencer’s across from Claire’s.

Boomer is what Brick calls a shitty scene kid. He isn’t, Brick’s just mean, but Boomer rolls with it. Tbh he just likes dying his hair a shit ton of colors. He isn’t an ideal employee and is often found taking one too many breaks, but he’s charming and doesn’t make too many bad jokes about the dildos on display in the back, so they keep him around. He should honestly be on Claire’s payroll instead, because when Mary’s not available he’s the one who does the piercings (and the right way too, he might add, not with that fucked-up piercing gun) for Bubbles. And while that might make him seem like an overall helpful guy, do not be fooled. Bubbles always pays a price.

Boomer also has a shitty mom (femme fatale; she didn’t want a son), so his at-home life isn’t great, but he puts on a brave face. Brick and Butch essentially share custody of the boy. He has a room at each of their homes, which throws Blossom for a loop because not only does she have to share space with Butch later in the story, but also with Boomer (who she ends up tutoring).

Speaking of Butch, he was fired from Spencer’s after Boomer got him a job there because he was “immature.” He was also fired from Hot Topic for basically the same reason. Then he landed a job at the Sporting Goods store, but again ended up getting fired (but this time it legitimately wasn’t his fault. His manager was just out to get him, as explained later) Now, he works for the malls arcade arena (they have go-karts and bumper cars; it’s one of those good arcades, ya feel?), so he runs a lot of kid’s bday parties. And to everyone’s surprise, he’s actually really good at it. Apparently, Butch really vibes with kids jacked up on sugar. Parents like him too because he flirts with the moms and pulls the dads into “friendly” but competitive go-kart racing betting pools.

The person doing the actual hard labor at the arcade is Robin. She gets stuck in the chuck-e-cheese-like costume way too often. She’ a good voice of reason for everyone else, especially Butch. She’s his favorite co-worker.

Going back to the sporting goods store. Buttercup works there. She’s the best sales rep they got. It helps that she’s crazy athletic and is on track to get a pretty decent scholarship with some D1 schools. (What’s she play? Idk? Whatever your heart wants) She can’t say though that she’s the most popular amongst her coworkers. She got in a fight with Mitch, which also meant she got in a fight with the twins that follow Mitch around. She definitely didn't get along with Butch when he worked there. And she thinks her manager’s kind of creepy and he’s only gotten creepier since his partner Snake broke up with him

She doesn’t know why Snake broke up with Ace, but she’s pretty sure it has to do with Butch getting fired

Now, this one’s going to throw y’all for a loop, but the reason she gets in a fight with Mitch is because Mitch was picking on her boyfriend Elmer (THATS RIGHT IM SHAKING IT UP—but don’t worry 😏 I love the greens too much).

Elmer works at the comic/geek shop with Mike. She obviously likes her boyfriend and is big buds with Mike. Elmer’s pretty insecure tho and thinks BC’s going to break up with him all the time. This really bums her out. She doesn’t get why he thinks that (b/c she’s out of his league, but she’s oblivious) because she really likes him. Unfortunately, it gets to the point that she eventually decides she has to break up with him because she can’t convince him to trust her (still their relationship is cutesy side plot for a long bit). It’s her first big heartbreak. A heartbreak that is. . .

. . .ideal for Butch because he’s realized he has more then friendly feeling for her. See they weren’t friends AT ALL beforehand, but his new sibling relationship with Blossom has catapulted BC squarely into his life. Slowly they end up going from workplace enemies to eh to friendly to friends to (😉).

A significant turning point in their relationship happened to involve Ace. Butch was on his smoke break and saw Ace making Buttercup uncomfortable. That same night he sees Buttercup trying to leave and Ace/his gang are trying to pressure her into following them. Butch takes offense to this and ends up walking Buttercup to her car. She argues she doesn’t need him saving her, which he readily agrees to, but explains that any excuse to beat that creep Ace up is a good excuse. Afterward, anytime BC has to work close, Butch walks her to her car.

Eventually, he explains to her that he was the one who inadvertently convinced Snake to get out of their toxic-ass relationship with Ace. Ace found out and that’s why he was fired. So, now, he has real beef with the guy. Him and Ace don’t get along at all. To the point where Butch was banned from the sports store, but he sneaks in to see his friends and mess with BC.

HAHA does the story ever end????

The story ends when Barnes n’ Noble opens. Blossom gets the job, ditches the old boring boyfriend, gets the goth boy, saves her mom’s relationship, and gains a sibling.

The format of the story would be pretty episodic, with a conflict/resolution in each chapter. But what’s written above highlights the over arching plot lines

and holy shit! how could I forget the cherry on top??? Brick and Princess are cousins, and she does NOT let him forget this.

Jan started her morning like almost every college student in their third year would: to be woken up by their alarm after a night of heavy drinking. She woke up with a start and groaned as Chromatica II started blaring from her phone, blindly reaching for it on her nightstand and peering at the time.

Damn. One in the afternoon, huh?

“Thank god I don’t have class today.” The blonde muttered as she checked her notifications: 7 from Twitter, 3 from Insta, and 1 from their group chat. She sat up from her bed and scrolled through the chat, trying to quell her pounding headache.

Bon Voy

Jan could feel her stomach drop as she looked at the message, “Oh, goddamn it.” She’s now acutely aware of their apartment door opening and Rock’s footsteps padding from outside her room, most likely just coming home from her class. She suddenly remembered exactly what happened last night; most especially memories of what happened between her and her roommate . Memories of them being drunk as hell, coming back to their apartment from god knows how many bars, going to Jan’s room giggling like teenagers on a sleepover and well. You know.

Jan checked her phone again.

human girl: Now spill! I know you know almost everyone on that floor.

She pinched the bridge of her nose. How in the hell was she gonna say that her and Rock got drunk and hooked up as casually as possible? She could lie, but Jaida, Brita and Widow could smell bullshit coming from a mile away, and she’s a horrible liar. They’d know she was bluffing.

Might as well get it over it. She let out a sigh as she typed out a message, hoping that it was only Jaida, Nicky and Gigi who were online.

Even though no one could see her, Jan hid her face behind her hands, bracing for the worst. Several dings! had come from her phone as soon as she sent the message. Of course it wasn’t only Jaida, Nicky and Gigi who were online.

Jan’s eyes widened when she saw Jackie reply, although she’s not quite sure why she was panicking about Jackie knowing about her hook up with Rock in the first place. All she knows is that she’s gonna have to face Jackie (and everyone else, for that matter,) later.

Jan rolled her eyes at the messages, wanting the ‘news’ to be over as soon as possible. “And they say I’m the dramatic one.” She huffed as she quickly typed on her phone again.

Jan bit her lip as she looked up at the door to her room. Okay, she’s not 100% sure, but not because she regretted it or anything. As much as her brain was allowing her to remember, last night was good. Great, even. But between auditions, college, and working in the café, her love life (or lack thereof) is on pause for now. Besides, it’s not like anyone has been actively pursuing her, or vice versa.

But it wouldn’t hurt to ask Rock, right?

Sighing in defeat, Jan quickly got up from her bed with her phone still in her hand (as much as her hangover allowed her), left her room and knocked on her roommates door, hoping that she wasn’t busy. She heard a faint “come in!” from the other side and opened the door softly.

“Hey, roomie.” She joked.

Rock looked up from her drawing tablet and slipped off the headphones from her ears. “Glad to see you’re finally awake, and here I thought you were a morning person.” Rock’s room was a mess of color and paraphernalia; while Jan’s was strictly purple, pop culture, and musical theater, hers was an array of figurines and albums on the shelves, kpop & anime posters tacked on the wall behind her bed reaching up to the ceiling, and a somewhat decent gaming setup in the corner of her room. Crystal and Nicky would be proud.

Jan rolled her eyes, “Yeah, well, last night was something,” She slightly cleared her throat at the mention of last night. “Also, about last night…”

Rock raised her brow, “Go on?”

“It was a one time thing, right?” Jan furrowed her brows in question, “I mean, last night was amazing , as much my brain is allowing me to remember. And you’re hot, so, I’m not complaining. Really dig the anime e-girl vibe, and I’m sure anyone would tap that ass! I mean, I did, but I’m just—”

“—Not looking for anything right now?” Rock cut her off, saving Jan from turning into a hungover, rambling mess.

She let out a sigh of relief, sitting on her roommates bed and putting her phone down, “Yeah, doll. Just been really busy right now, y’know? 3rd year isn’t a joke.”

The pink-haired girl let out a snort, “Oh, I know the feeling. And don’t worry, I wasn’t looking for anything either, and while last night was fun,” She looked at her pointedly, and Jan was calm enough to actually smirk at the incident between the two, “I’d much rather have you as my friend than as my fuck buddy, because you are loud , girl!”

Jan shrieked at that, “Oh my god, shut up!” She threw a pillow at Rock’s head while the girl let out a cackle, “My friends were on my ass about that too, some friends they are.”

“Wait, you told your friends about that? Aren’t you friends with Nicky?”

Jan huffed, “Mama, more like I was forced to tell them. Jaida’s friend, Shea—whose apartment is next to ours, by the way—was complaining to her about how she couldn’t sleep last night because of, um, my tendency to be vocal.”

“You’re welcome, by the way.”

“Rotted bitch!” Jan threw another pillow at Rock, this time missing because the girl was doubled over in laughter, “I can’t believe you! The disrespect, really. I shouldn’t be taking this from you, I still have a shift to do at 3.”

“But you took it from me real good last night, so,” this time Rock shielded her face as Jan threw pillow after pillow at her, trying to speak through her laughter, “Okay, okay! I give, I give! I’m sorry, mom!”

“Bitch! I can be a top if I want to!” Jan exclaimed in mock offense. As their laughter subsided, the blonde suddenly had an idea, “Oh! What if I invite you over for dinner?”

Rock smirked, “One: we’re roommates. It’s not really inviting me to dinner if we eat in the same room. And two: I thought you said you weren’t looking for anything?”

“I mean dinner with my friends, gorg. All 11 of us eat together at least once a week, this time we’re gonna crash at Heidi, Jaida and Brita’s. Maybe you wanna come and meet them? I know you and Nicky know each other somehow, so it wouldn’t be too awkward, right?”

“Introducing me to the family already? Ain’t that a bit too early for you, Ms. Sport?”

“More like introducing you to a bunch of kindergartners,” Jan muttered as she checked her phone for any new notifications, “But yeah, I want them to know you as my roommate and friend , not as my roommate who I slept with.”

Jan sent a message to the chat before grabbing her towel and putting her phone away to take a shower.

The Bully (part one)

[HAPPY VALENTINES DAY EVERYONE! Ya boi is excited bc I’m uploading my first-ever fanfic!! @joshua-rush-fanpage I hope you like it! This is part of the Valentines Day Friendom Gift Exchange. I wrote quite a lot more than I expected to, so the tag #myfanfic on here will be where you can find the rest uploaded later today. Sorry about the spacing errors— I originally wrote this in a google doc and Tumblr was being weird when I tried to fix them. I really really hope you like it! The first part is utter shit as a warning but it gets better!!! Hopefully I write more stuff soon, but here’s a little GHC to warm your hearts for now. I can’t believe I’m leaving a long, shitty, Wattpad-ass Author’s Note for the whole world to see but here we fuckin’ are. Kids normally started thinking about their soulmates and deciphering their marks once they got their first crush, but Cyrus Goodman was different. He’d been worried about love all of his life, and the more he thought, the less sense it made. Trusting fate was generally put forward as the best way to deal with soulmate-related issues, at least before you met them, but Cyrus was finding that trusting fate was remarkably more difficult than all of the online articles and books in his parents’ offices made it sound. He wondered sometimes if he maybe was the universe’s first-ever mistake, a legendarily big screw-up, and this was a concern that was difficult to express without simultaneously concerning everyone else around him.

Cyrus’ mark was in what he had decided was the worst possible place it could be— his back. Two solid pitch-black handprints were indented into his skin so he had to twist around in the mirror to even glimpse the peculiar birthmark, like a two-year-old’s art project smushed across his skin or a crude frat party drawing etched on during a hangover was supposed represent his hope for the future and the person he was supposed to love more than anything. He’d always felt weird about it. The question that was tied most to it, the great white whale, the million-dollar-Jeopardy one, was what the situation could possibly be that would cause the mark to light up, to fill with color, when it made contact with his future spouse’s skin.

They’re gonna... push me? It was still, after years of contemplation and stomachaches, the best theory he had. The first way the person he was supposed to find eternal happiness with was by them trying to hurt him. That sure didn’t sound like love to him.

How would he make them angry? What would he do wrong?

The thought was his shadow, and the more he thought about it, the more confused he was. He didn’t want to make them angry, though! He wanted the person he was destined to spend the rest of his days with to like him right off the bat. He wanted the happy ending that everyone got.

“It’s fate,” Buffy had said and shrugged at their final summer sleepover before seventh grade began. “I mean, you can’t do anything to change it, Cy. I’m pretty sure you can’t fool the system by covering it with a tattoo. Since you always try to be as nice as possible anyway, I think you’re doing all you can.”

“Yeah.” He squinted. Maybe I’m just not good enough at being nice.

Buffy rolled her eyes, seeing through his words. “Cyrus. You really need to stop forgetting how cool you are. It’s annoying.”

“Thanks, Buffy, I just hope my soulmate understands my annoying… ness.”

“That was a joke—“

He gasped, shooting up with wide eyes. “What if I annoy them too much and that’s why they push me? What if I’m the one who ruins it?”

“Cyrus, I’m fairly certain that you would never be destined to spend your life with a total jerk. You may be weird, but that’s why soulmates love us, dummy. That’s why we love you.”

The two exchanged a smile, and Buffy reached around to squeeze his hand with her comforting smile.

“You’ll know when you see them anyway, because that’s like the whole thing. So… I don’t know. Maybe the push will be an accident or something. If it helps, I’ll personally remove the toenails if anyone who messes with you.”

“Well, I think,” Andi interjected like the voice of God from above, staring at the pair from her position of power on Cyrus’ couch. “You should stop worrying about something completely inevitable. It’s coming, like it or not.”

The boy let out a yelp and rubbed furiously at the goosebumps blooming on his skinny arms. “You didn’t have to phrase it like that, Andi!”

“Seriously,” Buffy agreed, eyes wide and unfocused. “Yikes.”

“It shouldn’t be scary. You two should really trust yourselves more. Future us will all make good decisions, I’m sure of it. Mostly. Probably.”

She leaned over to look down at her two best friends, reduced to frightened messes at the thought of someone who loved them, and deeply did not understand.

“I trust future Andi, at least. You two are weird.”

She stuck a bookmark made of old newspapers into the John Green book she was skimming, one of Bex’s favorites. She’d explained earlier about how since her older sister would be coming to visit her for the first time in practically forever, she had better know something about what she liked. Although from her various annoyed growls that echoed from above every once in a while, her friends could tell Andi’s tastes maybe differed from the latter’s.

“Real life isn’t that dramatic! Certainly isn’t as dramatic as this Augustus”—she gesticulated to the paperback copy—“thinks it is! What’s even going on in this book?”

She wrinkled her nose in disgust, setting the book down by the lamp.

“Yeah, whatever.” Buffy turned to look doubtfully over her left shoulder at her other best friend, from the spot on the calming maroon carpet where Cyrus was French-braiding her curls. “If you think all this soulmate crap will be totally drama-free, all relaxation and games, Andi, you’re kidding yourself. And it’s middle school.”

“You might want to rethink your position here,” agreed Cyrus, twirling a lock dastardly between his fingers.

A beeping sound came from the kitchen as butter filled the warm air, clashing with the rosy scent of the aromatherapy stuff Celia insisted on spraying everywhere before anyone else entered the house, even though it was just Buffy and Cyrus. They’re very well-behaved, Andi would always say, even though one was now swatting like a kitten at the other. True friendship.

“Stop that! Grow your own facial hair so you can stop using mine!”

“Low blow,” Andi commented.

“Never!” He fell backwards onto the carpet with a grunt as she attacked him with her fringe scarf, smacking her opponent with swift malice. Andi got up to go get their popcorn from the microwave, hopping easily over the destructive swarm of thrashing limbs on her floor.

The two broke apart, close to the door now. Like wrestlers, the kids sprinted to either corner of the room.

“Every time! This is why I don’t let you braid my hair, Cyrus!”

“You underestimate me! Now I have a secret weapon!”

A shadow rushed forward and cackled menacingly, a beautifully stitched pillow in shades of pink and red held aloft to decimate his friend.

“No! Bad Cyrus!” Andi scolded from the kitchen. “I made that for Bex!”

“This isn’t a Western!” Buffy yelled, hands up in surrender. “You aren’t going to tie Andi to the train tracks, no more!”

Cyrus pouted mutely, savoring the power, then conceded mercifully. “Ohhh-kay.”

“Maybe that’s why your soulmate will push you,” Buffy laughed. “You attack them, viciously, in a war of pillows.”

His face fell again, the weight of worry and insecurities returning instantly.

“Dammit.” Buffy sighed. “I’m sorry.”

“It’s fine. Maybe I will... I’d demolish them, anyway.”

The three collapsed onto the couch together once Andi returned, mutely chewing their popcorn, their feathery Cold War forgotten. They could still hear cicadas outside. It didn’t quite feel like school yet, and something about that made the night seem more important, more meaningful, and made them all the more grateful for the other people who they felt like they could tell anything.

“Soulmates are weird to think about, though,” Andi added. “I mean, it’s not something you can teach in school or anything. How one person is made for another. I think it’s pretty crazy. Although I bet Augustus and Hazel would disagree.”

“Yeah, love’s simple until you think about— like— what if they die before you meet them?” Cyrus said, the years’ worth of anxiety seeping into his words. “Assuming it isn’t a fate thing. What if you’re the first one to prove it wrong? Or… you don’t know if you like that type of person?”

“Well,” Buffy chimed in, shrugging. “I mean, people always do, so…”

The trio fell quiet.

“Like soulmates or not, we can agree the marks are freaky as hell?”

“Absolutely.”

“At least you don’t have your mark in as weird a place as me.”

“Buffs, yours is on your hand. That’s not that weird.” Cyrus reached over her back to lightly touch the white splash of color across her right palm, and she jerked it away fast as if she was scared of it going off like a bomb. “High-fives happen all the time.”

“I know, but why would future me let anyone touch my hand? That’s not allowed!” She shivered dramatically. “Ugh. Can you imagine me all… stupid and love-struck? That would be remarkably awful.”

“Middle school,” Cyrus said, nodding sagely. “It changes all who experience it.”

“Well,” Andi whispered, suddenly solemn. “I guess we’ll find out if it changes us too.”

“Guess we gotta trust that the Future Good Hair Trio will make good choices. Soulmates or otherwise.”

The three looked around.

“At least we’ll have each other. No matter who comes, we’ll at least have each other.”

Crown likes Gank a lot! They only met like, once but they rlly got along. So she’s surprisingly attached. She wants them to have an actual friend bc it seems like they need it

horrible at dealing with her own problems/emotions !! 99.9% of the time she will ignore them until they either a) go away or b) escalate into something much worse ( it’s mostly b tbh )

very prone to escapism via anything and everything that will get her mind off her problems :/ she usually has p good self-restraint and knows her limits, but can go overboard at times

can be pretty impulsive, and doesn’t really care about any consequences that may come out of it. she can be pretty responsible i guess – but only when and if she wants to

regularly uses the prefects bathroom even though she’s not one. how? she probably talked someone into giving her all the passwords. she can be pretty manipulative – but if it gets her what she wants, then it’s worth the trouble

see the real tea is that kenny was a dual symbol in the ddt canon. not only did he contribute to the yaoi factor in the early days of GL, but he was also a symbol of the mistake POC oftentimes make when they’re thirsting after white surfer dudes. it wasn’t like homies didnt try to make kota see the truth cuz they most definitely did, but dating toxic white boys is more common than you think, but long story short, kota learned the hard way that tryna live a vida loca with an ambitious gaijin asshat was a bad idea, bc what did homeboy do AFTER they broke up? fucked poor kota’s ass over at the Invasion and let redneck george retain his title. after working so hard to win that damn cup, whomst was it that cost kota his chance at the gold? his raggedy white ex, that’s whomst.

now the usual understanding is that folks live to regret these moments and let our fellow youngins of color know that if a noodly-haired white boy walk into the chickenshack, u dont interact no matter how compelled u might feel, but njpw decided to go the opposite direction and is CONTINUING to write kota as boo boo the fool. we all got that one hoe in the squad who make the same damn mistakes with the same damn breed of toxic men, and that hoe, unfortunately, is kota rn.

now, think about it this way- who really seeks to benefit from this shittastic reunion? Kota, who had to go on an international adventure to somewhat heal from his physical and emotional wounds, or kenneth, who hasn’t even admitted to any wrongdoing as of yet? Who gets to grow from the damsel narrative, who gets to “redeem” themselves while the other sits around like a prop? Who’s the central character aboutta grow from this narrative, and who’s the man who’s being targeted by the lustful and hateful interloper SO that the central character can grow?

perhaps what makes this tale the most harrowing tale of them all is bc its foundations were based in yaoi consumerist culture in Japan, SPECIFICALLY yaoi featuring a gajin to make the narrative that much more exotic and lucrative in the market. But whereas 2009 were dark days, 16 is different from 25, and people DO realize that what was cutesy back in the day is absolutely degrading rn. Because it’s degrading to ibushi’s character, because it seeks to elevate kenneth and establish cody as a formidable villain, all the while the queer character of color has to sit in the middle, be the catalyst for this whole mess because it’s the age ol tale of victimizing vulnerable queer men of color while their toxic white male counterparts get to wage their war and have their hypermasculine fun.

all’s im sayin is- golden lovers was a mistake, and until kota ibushi realizes that his homeboys and gals back in the motherland (DDT) were right, he’s gonna KEEP getting played until kenneth has another temper tantrum and “accidentally” pushes him into a steel rail or something. Bc the only one who benefits here is kenneth, bc kota, fundamentally, has yet to forgive himself for having fallen in love with this fool in the first place, so as much as i hate kenneth being anywhere near him, it’s gonna be the age ol learning lesson for kota. Second time’s gonna be the charm, lads. Then finally, we defeat the white evil and move on with our kayfabe lives.

oml okay!! before i start i’m going to link the time i did this eloquently bc what i’m about to write will be all over the place: read this for my sappy intellectual answer

sometimes in life you get a quick glimpse at peoples ministering angels or their hearts or souls or whatever you want to call it and lee jaehwan’s is absolutely divine it’s so perfect and without flaw. he is kind, compassionate, observant of others’ feelings, careful, and sweet. he wants to give and receive love constantly you can just tell how big his heart is. if someone’s uncomfortable he’ll redirect the attention to himself, if someone is quiet he’ll check on them, if someone is sad he’ll tell a stupid joke. but he knows also when to be reserved and when to listen he’s got a heart that responds to others in such a way that allows him to give love so consistently it’s so affecting!

he’s also so talented and motivated and he works so hard to get where he is, he’s undergone such trials and yet he’s still so driven. he’s done musicals which he says are his dream and he’s got a full time schedule month after month and yet he still has time to connect with fans and with his friends and family he never publicly lets himself be exhausted he’s consistently putting us first and making sure we’re aware of his love and appreciation, he’s at once so hard working and so humble it’s unbelievable!

he’s also hilarious like his sense of humor is so good it’s often so pure and never at the expense of anyone but himself! like earlier we were talking about that time he dared fans to get a cold bc he hasn’t given permission for us to get sick like he’s genuinely so funny and more than that, he uses his humor towards kindness like he’ll joke to comfort others or make a fool of himself when another member doesn’t want the spotlight he wields his humor in such a way that it betrays his big heart it’s so beautiful to see

i also love his confidence it’s so admirable and i’m so happy that it’s increased over the past years like i love to see him posting selfies of his body or just being aware of his cuteness it’s so inspiring to see self-love performed in such a beautiful way like i’m so impressed that he’s worked so hard to get to this point of appreciating himself it’s so warranted! he’s also just such a great extrovert he’s always talkative and engaging and genuinely interested in other people it’s so beautiful to see that kind of behavior!

this may be repetitive but he cares so so much like this warrants stating again bc it’s so central to his personality he cares so much about us and about every creature tbh (remember when he gave a frog a bath!?) jaehwan sees the beauty in life and in others and works consistently to manifest his appreciation of it like even with ants he cares so much and sings for them he’s the kindest most compassionate person on this earth and he’s messed up in the past but since i’ve stanned i’ve not seen him do one unkind thing he’s always concerned with making others feel comfortable he cares so so so so much

and not to be vapid but i have to include it: he’s absolutely gorgeous. i know i often say that he’s the prettiest person i’ve ever seen but i’m not exaggerating. there is no one more beautiful than him he is so stunning he’s the most handsome man i’ve literally ever seen. i started stanning after i saw pics of him like all it took were two pics (from 160820 ofc) and i was deeply and madly in every kind of love with him. i love his lopsided smile and his nose and when he wears his hair up and when it’s down and his jawline and how his face is a little asymmetrical and his eye color and his eyebrows and how he looks in makeup and especially how he looks without makeup and when he wears hoodies and looks comfortable and when he dresses up like, there’s a verse in the bible that says “you are altogether beautiful, my love; there is no flaw in you” that’s literally about him. he’s the pinnacle of beauty he’s unmatched and preeminent he’s stunning looking at him is like seeing god it makes me feel so warm like i’m sitting in the sun he’s my entire world and my heart feels heavy in a rly rly good way when i see him

like this is so random but one quote that has been stuck in my head for years is from some scholar who said that “milton saw heaven, milton knew god” and its a beautiful quote and i always wondered what that mustve been like and genuinely after seeing jaehwan i can say i’ve seen heaven and i know god, lee jaehwan brings meaning to every beautiful poem or scripture or quote he’s literally my entire world i dont exagerate when i say he means this much to me like, there was my life before i met him and there’s my life now he’s impacted me that much!!! i have a sticky note on my computer of all the bible verses he reminds me of and i just love thinking about him and about love and his heart he has such a perfect heart he makes me such a better person

truly though loving him makes me kinder and more compassionate and loving like, i was not always this bubbly or soft or kind but loving him motivates me to be someone worth loving him. i want to embody all the virtue in him and i want to be someone whos heart is worthy of his heart (in an abstract way, not like i plan on marrying him or st) like loving him is the best thing that’s ever happened to me i have made so many friends and become a better person all because i want to be sweet like him or express love like him etc!

he found his way to london when his parents sent him away to study abroad highkey because that’s a big fancy thing in korea they can brag about and lowkey to get rid of him for as long as they can

his relationship with his family is ..... interestingly strained . his parents WON’T admit that he’s tiring as hell to deal with and how much stress he causes because they try their best to be supporting/loving parents but honestly minjae KNOWS how much they just wISH he was fucking gONE from their lives ( okay maybe not THAT intense but things rlly blow up in his head ) but he doesn’t even worry about it he just deals with the fact that he’s a terrible son

he was diagnosed with odd when he was eight years old, after his mom got tired and increasingly concerned with his disruptive and violent behavior

a few years prior , minjae’s biological dad left them and his mom kind of took it upon herself to try and make it up to him . that meant she was always careful around him and treated him as if he was fragile because minjae felt some blame that his dad left .

his biological dad did Not have any patience for his kid’s mental health , meaning he and minjae would fight often to the point of getting physical . basically minjae endured a lot of getting locked up in the bathroom kicking and screaming until his voice grew hoarse and the occasional ..... bad beatings .

he went to therapy with his mom for two years before entering middle school , around the time his mom remarried a nice guy who had the patience of a saint when it came to minjae , even after he repeatedly rejected him as a part of their life . eventually minjae managed to warm up to him ..... he just didn’t wanna admit he was afraid he’d abandon them like his bio dad .

despite the therapy he was still unstable and got into frequent fights . he was smart but he didn’t put it into any good use because he would rather fool around and disrupt the classroom at any slight chance . teachers .... hated this fuckass

theN high school !! A Whole Mess ..... he got worse and worse , and it wasn’t until he got expelled from his Second high school that he went back to therapy for anger management .

after months of sessions w/ his therapist he was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder , which honestly explained Everything about his life . it explained his massive issues with interpersonal relationships , massive abandonment fear , massive moodiness , massive personality contradictions .... everythin g

he started b-boying because it was a way to push himself and let go of the anger without picking a fight with someone else ( altho he StilL picked the occasional fight .... highkey still does ) but he loved the control that came with dancing and how it hurt to push his body

he managed to graduate despite what everyone thought ..... and even a bigger surprise is that he went to college majoring in math ..... and an evEN BIGGER SURPRISE is that he went overseas to study which is like ..... quite a difficult and impressive thing to do ..... tho minjae just finds math the easiest out of academic studies bc “all u need to do is understand and follow a formula”

anYWAYS so his personality is generally very contradictory . he just has no fucking idea who he even is . thESE are from an old intro that i’m just putting here bc still tru:

being delusional w/ infatuation/love to the point of a fault vs running away when things actually start to go right with someone because of his fear of being abandoned by them

being so afraid of abandonment that he can’t stand being alone, always needs to be communicating with someone vs pushing people away when he feels like he’s getting attached because he’s afraid of abandonment

swinging between being horny all the time and being sex repulsed

intense mood swings !!! having the time of his life one hour and wishing he was dead the next

she grew up w/ a generally large family . two parents , three sisters and a brother . it was a full house that often became suffocating but she managed to survive her childhood and teenhood .

she’s extremely close with all her fam except her dad , bc they have always disagreed in almost everything and it’s just ..... awkward to be around him ?? she honestly doesn’t respect him much , even if she would never show him/tell him that . her dad had an abusive past w/ her mom , and dhwani still feels a lot of resentment that he would ever lay his hands on her in a violent way and mistreat her despite being the mother of his children . when she was a teenager , she would tell her mom to just divorce him but her mom was in a very toxic/old mentality and believed she would ruin her family and her children’s life if she did that .

probably nobody cared about this as much as dhwani .... she promised herself she’d NEVER allow someone to do what her dad did to her mom and was honestly so defensive with guys . little did she kno it was the lesbian raging inside her .

so because she had no idea what a lesbian was or that it was a possibility bc her household was not the type to really go into the topic of sex at all , she eventually got into a relationship with a guy in high school that she could actually put up with .... and got really disappointed when she was finally ‘ in love ’ because of how underwhelming it all was . her dreams about finding ‘ the one ’ were absolutely gone . she was like wtf why are people making such a big deal out of love when it feels like ...... kind of nothing ??

she became pregnant with his child which was completely unplanned and was such a huge turn in her life that she never ever expected . all this time she had been driven to start a career in chemistry and family would come way wayyy later , however she did Not want to give up her child ..... she was so torn about it but now she thinks not getting an abortion was the best decision of her life bc her little boy , one of her two little suns was brought into the world .

she paused her career to raise him w/ her now husband when she was 29 , and three years later became pregnant again , this time w/ her second sun , an adorable lil baby girl . things were already going downhill in her marriage before she got pregnant again , though , and she stupidly thought that maybe another child would help them but ... wrong ! her husband , the man she thought she loved , was turning out to be exactly like her father . she put up w/ him for as long as she could .... but it did just not work out . when her daughter was two and her son five , she divorced him and someway or another managed to pick up her career again .

she moved out with her kids into a small apartment , struggling with money and having to ask her parents for aid which wasn’t rlly good for her pride , despite that she and her mom were like best friends .

sHE made it to london by pure will after juggling her two children and working as a high school teacher , though when she got an offer to teach as a professor in a university w/ heR OWN LAB AND RESEARCH TEAM she could Not pass it up . the only problem was tht this job was across the ocean , and away from her family and everything she and her children knew .

still , she saw a brighter future , not only for herself but especially for her kids , so she packed up and said goodbye to the states .

she’s been teaching in soho for two years now and she still hasn’t really adjusted . it’s obviously a very different life than the one she had in chicago , but she’s very determined to make it work . also she’s recently discovering her repressed inner lesbian so hmu for plots !!! ;)))

shE’S a chemistry professor so ... @ any student connections hmu ... also any students whomst want 2 be on her research team A++

pERSONALity wise .... she’s a mess . she’s very lively and warm and inviting , but she is also extremely stubborn and unrestrained . you don’t agree w/ something she does ? also her children are her whole world and she loves to brag about them ... since she doesn’t get enough time w/ them at home she sometimes takes them to her lab on campus or they’re there being a mess during her office hours and stressing her out but she’s 2 fond of them to leave them w/ their babysitter .

his childhood wasn’t chill at all . he grew up with four sisters and three brothers , so his parents never really had time for all of them individually . they were always kind of lumped together despite the differences in age . santana was one of the middle children so he got evEN LESS attention .

he honestly does not understand what his parents were thinking when they had EIGHT whole kids , because they were poor as shit . they lived in a tiny house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms , where all the girls would be in 1 room , the boys in the other , and their parents in th third one . you could Not catch a moment of peace in this household . they basically lived on top of each other .

his older siblings were very bad influences , and so were his parents . it was all tough love , so he barely received any kindness or special treatment and had 2 go to school even if he was dying w/ the flu and got hit Bad when he acted out even a little bit bc his parents were Not about to deal w/ any disrespect . he actually pretty much got hit for just existing bc his parents didn’t want dumb kids and santana was failing in Everything at school so his dad especially tried to beat it into him but really he wasn’t dumb he had dyslexia and no one knew or cared enough to find out .

still , they didn’t really respect their children enough to demand their respect . they would cuss all of them tf out and allow them little to no privacy so they all became rEALLY GOOD liars , and all of them learned to have each other’s backs but rlly this only lasted during their childhoods/teenhoods .

santana started doing really stupid shit during high school and once he got caught stealing wine from a grocery store w/ all his dumb little high school friends whomst were in possession of weed and ended up in juvenile prison for two years until he turned 18 . thEN while he was on parole he didn’t learn his fucking lesson and his parents/family were not supportive At All honestly it’s like they didn’t give 2 shits that he was in juvie they were just like ‘that’s what happens when you’re a goddamn moron’ so santana went out and did it aGAIN bc fuck parental guidance anyways

this time he got caught stealing a whole fucking car and in possession of not only weed but cocaine so he got locked up for 4 long ass years . honestly thought that he wouldn’t make it out but he rlly learned a lot in prison and he was used to getting no privacy anyways and just kinda dealt . the prison system he was stuck in Sucked so bad though like the guards were the Worst and he’d try to stay out of fights but Some Fucker would piss him off and BOOM he’d end up in the hole for a whole week .

hOWEVER if it wasn’t for being there he would’ve never discovered his passion of art and drawing . he got Really Fucking good bc he had nothing else to do but sit around and try to find anything to pour all of his pent up energy into and drawing happened to be his greatest outlet . would just sit for as long as they let him and draw his time away .

when he got out he went back to his fam but they were pretty much all split up . shit went Down while he was locked up and somehow his parents ended up w/ a giant grudge on their children and some of his siblings wanted to kill each other while others had just completely moved away to different parts of the states and had absolutely no communication w/ each other .

santana decided to fuck it and pursue his dreams of being a tattoo artist far from LA and just decided to move to a different country entirely .

Now u can find him giving tattoos in his apartment bc he doesn’t have enough $$$ to get a studio and while he Is training under a professional he’s not getting paid by them so he needs to make money somehow . it’s a secret that he’s tattooing when he’s not supposed to tho . Fuck the law .

even tho drugs got him some bad time in prison he hasn’t left them . still very 420 friendly and occasionally does the hard stuff . also loves 2 drink and party .

he’s irresponsible !!!! he feels like he lost a lot of his life in prison so he’s trying to make up for it and while he’s being more careful ..... he still loves 2 fuck shit up .

he gets way too comfortable around people way too easily . he thinks this is a trait he picked up in jail bc he rlly had no other option but to shower with a bunch of dudes and shit out in the open , so he’s very comfortable with his body and being in the nude in general . also a touchy guy , likes cuddles and appreciates hugs . random meaningless touches are a Habit .

I just read your Lemonhope/PB essay from a while back and it's really interesting, opened me up to how poorly PB treated basally all the lemons. So do you not think that Phlannel Boxingday was PB in disguise? It was ambiguous but I always thought it was pretty heavily implied that PB was the one in disguise trying to get Lemonhope to do what she wanted through deception, interested to hear why you think that wasn't her. Just neat stuff overall.

and like, hindsight is 20/20 so i could also see her realizing after lh runs off all the things she did that hindered him, and mentioning them through phlan as a way of roundaboutly apologizing (’ah lemonhope you learn with your hands not your head’ stands out to me mostly bc it seemed like a really nice thing for phlan to say to this poor kid who couldn’t do anything to please his teacher, but i guess i could see it being pb going ‘geez of COURSE he never learned to read…… i see why now, gotta make sure he knows it isnt his fault’)

i mean, also his whole ‘the way i see it youve got two options’ seemed like an outside perspective based on what lh has told him, but…… yeah i guess it does also seem like it could be pb going ‘youve got two options: suffer bc you cant live on your own obviously and youre wracked w guilt, or alleviate your guilt!'

also im sad that if he is pb, we dont get the Worldbuilding™ of lemongrab having locked up his entire kingdom from everyone, not just people who are close to and familiar w the laws. loved that minor characters knew shit was going down in his earldom. but i also have a soft spot for characters knowing my favorite characters’ names, so idk.

i guess also i gotta like. do this: assuming they are two different ppl, imagine the part where lh thinks he sees his family falling out of the greed lard and screams at phlan the stop and go back for them, bc like, phlan listens to him and reassures him that nothing bad has happened. because tbh… idk if i can imagine pb doing it so thoroughly. she might tell him 'no lh look it’s not them it’s just treasure’ but i cant see her turning the ship around, parking it, getting out and walking lh over to gently reassure him that everything’s alright and show him it’s okay. Maybe. could be, if she’s actively trying to not treat him the same way that clearly wasn’t working when he was in the candy kingdom. same when phlan has like coal or. smth i cant remember, and hes going on and on abt how excited he is to use them to make a love potion and stuff, and he accidentally drops them off the edge of the boat and goes like 'ah shoot,’ but when he sees lh looking upset he quickly goes 'hey, it’s not your fault buddy, i’m not mad’ like idk. i dk. im not a pb stan and idk all her characteristics but i cant see her picking up on lemonhope being upset and immediately jumping to 'that wasn’t your fault,’ but i could be wrong.

i guess what i’m saying is i could see it if phlan was just pb but i do nOT WANT TO because phlannel fucking boxingday is the nicest, most caring adult in adventure time i’ve ever seen in my life and i don’t want to believe he’s not still running around making lost kids feel good about themselves and see their own worth

esp since it clearly worked with lemonhope, but pb doesnt seem to have continued acting like phlan (speaking gently and evenly and being more patient and understanding with kids, even if just to get what she wants) even though lh definitely benefited from being treated like that. but tbf she (at this pt, after ‘you made me’) seems to be pretty aware of how lemon people don’t need the same things candy people do, so maybe she would think if lh benefited from it, candy kids wouldn’t? maybe she just hasn’t interacted with v many sad little kids since the lh special. idk. my knowledge of stuff after s6 gets kinda fuzzy since i dont have them on dvd to watch on loop in the background while i do stuff

idk this got long but i could talk about lemons and phlannel fuckin boxingday forever sorry tldr: i never Made that connection before, i can see how it might totally be true, but i really really like phlan and want to believe he’s still out there so i’m gonna stick to believing they’re two different people >:(

I'm so pissed. Soooooo pissed. Go Mo for realizing he's going then calling me out and ruining my already ruined game. I guess I have to play my ass off in this comp huh! Not cute at all. If I lose, I go home. Unless I can turn the tables on Amanda Lynn. I'm not sitting around and doing her dirty work anymore! Also, pissed because three of my frickin video confessions have yet to upload. I'll work on that. But just know I'm not happy at the moment.

Six guesses total, will this be the challenge I FINALLY win? Or will queen Emily win AGAAAAAIN? Find out soon on Survivor Azores! I think six guesses isn't bad, I usually suck at this challenge but this time I like made a spreadsheet and stayed organized so i wouldn't make any simple mistakes.

I literally have an f2/f3 agreement with more than half the remaining cast at this point and that's either gonna go well for me or blow up in my face, because we're reaching a crossroads where I'm gonna have to turn on one alliance, whether it be taking out Ruthie next vote, flipping on Amanda/Abbey at some point, or voting out Ali whenever it comes to it so... There's a very real chance that I'll be seen as too much of a follower but I really hope that I can show my social game saved me and my allies multiple times throughout the game and that the people I turn on, whoever it ends up being, won't be too bitter with me. I'm not confident in my Mastermind score in the slightest. I have a feeling I'm going to lose this one. This was the one immunity I really knew I needed. I'm so worried that I'm going home this round and it's really frustrating. If things are looking grim, I'll try my hardest to get Amanda Lynn out, though I feel that it's only smart to go after her when I'm immune. I need to start doing some damage and destroying her reputation to get the numbers. I know Mo just called me out last tribal and it'll be hard for me to convince people that Amanda is going to win over me, but I'm going to try. I need her out. FRANCIE DID THAT!!! SHE REALLY DID!!! If anyone else had to win, I'm glad it's her!!! And now our tie plan can work :-) I'm so happy??? As long as no one votes me out tonight.

I mean if everyone's smart they'll get Emily out right now, but some people tend to get a little nervous and start to make random cracked moves for no reason, but hey as long as I'm not the one with the target on my back I'm happy. I genuinely believe that Amanda Lynn and Abbey are with me until the end, but I also know that Ali and Ruthie are close enough to me and think they can trust me enough to tell me if things are going wrong and... that's when I can strike :) so if anyone wants to play any funny business games they can go for it. I'm.....holy shit I can't believe it. I really only got it in 5 and not 6 because I got the right colors in the first three guesses as opposed to the first four but still I'm in shock

Ok here's a better confessional. So I managed to win the mastermind tie breaker for individual immunity, and was only in the tie breaker bc I noticed Jay messed up reporting info which could've affected my score so I did it again and I got it in 6 that time. There is somewhat of a luck element in mastermind bc the first few rounds are just you figuring out what colors are in play and I managed to pick the right ones so that I got all 5 colors in 3 rounds and could guess the order in the next two as opposed to taking 4 rounds to determine the colors which was a big help. If it weren't for that there might've been another tie. Well, not might have, probably.

So the plan for tribal is a 2-3 split between Ruthie and Will, respectively. We're splitting the vote in case an idol is played so depending on how the idol is played it will either send someone home by 3 votes or force a tie and then we revote from there. I'm pretty sure Ali is loyal to us so the votes should work out. Hopefully an idol doesn't get played tonight but this time we have a better plan for if one does.

I have been making so many video confessions recently because I truly don't know how to type out what I'm feeling but I think cracked Emily is coming out. She's going crazy. She needs help. I literally have been ranting to my parents about this game because I don't have anyone else I trust and I really want to die. I'm putting my faith in Ali right now and hoping he can guide me to the promise land: final six. The thing that's killing me about this game is that FTC is so close I can taste it and my anxiety is taking over like a parasite. I get nauseous before every tribal but this one especially. I don't want to go home!!! I want to stay!!! Hopefully the Gal Pals are going to stay loyal to me for one more round then I can cut off the head of our alliance and watch the island burn. I'm going absolutely bonkers and I don't know how to stop myself. I need to chill out I need to chill out I need to chill out!!!!

OKay so I know I made a really long confessional last night with Duncan and Host Ali and people are probably not going to watch it but I just have a lot of thoughts about this tribal, that is happening 90 minutes earlier than usual, by the way. There is no denying that if Emily makes it to the end of the game, it’s going to be really hard for anyone to beat her. She has been in on all of the strategizing and (so it seems to everyone else) she has spear-headed every elimination. It just makes sense. But that doesn’t mean that I don’t feel bad. I genuinely feel terrible about voting for her (I don’t say “vote her out” because I fully expect to be blindsided tonight). This is the first game I’ve played where I am turning on an ally. And it sucks. I genuinely like Emily. I’ve been close with her since literally the first few minutes of the game, and I haven’t lied to her at all in this game until right now. And it sucks. It also sucks because I feel like I could lose trust with Francie and that I’ll be in danger after this round anyway. These girls are sweet and kind and this completely sucks. I’m also trying to think about like, what to do after this. How do I get to the end against people I can win against. I know I’m not gonna vote Abbey out. It’s just not happening. And I know that I could lose the game because of it. People are probably going to say that our friendship is the reason that we made it this far. Well if they do, I’m gonna counter it with…. Ashley and Ruthie are friends… yet they aren’t here together. Emily and Francie became friends in this game, and (if tonight goes as planned) they aren’t here together. I just have a bad feeling that people are gonna say the game was rigged (as if Jay would ever). I’m working really hard this game, and to think that people could say that I only made it as far as I did because of a rig or a premade or bc I’m a series admin is gonna suck. Don’t discredit my success bc you couldn’t figure out that we were close before this point, even though there have been multiple challenges surrounding the wiki, where it says that we are admins, with our skype names, and access to season blogs, on which you can find numerous posts containing Google Hangouts that Abbey and I both appear on as hosts.. I am so emo I think I'm GOING HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I told Ali that I don't trust Amanda Lynn and he agrees with me. I think he will be the one that I need to help get Amanda Lynn out. I have his vote should we get her out this tribal. Now I just need to get Francie's and Ruthie's, which I think I will be able to do? Call me optimistic. But should I go this round, Amanda Lynn gets my vote no matter what. If she is at FTC, I vote for her. The only way someone else can get me vote is if they orchestrate her tribal. If I can't do it, I'll vote for the person that can. I am just praying my life is spared this tribal. I am PRAYING!!! Please Survivor Gods, I've been a good egg, let me do this for you. Let me survive another round. Let me win another immunity. Please!!! I'll stay optimistic until my torch is snuffed. :-/

So basically im never going to win! No matter who I go to the end with I'm going to lose. Amanda will always beat me and I dont want to go with anyone else but her. Im scared that shes going home this round but theres really truly nothing I can do about it. Emily will always win if she makes it and Will is also a threat. The only way I have a chance is if its with Francie and Ali. Deep sigh.

Tonight will be the one that REALLY determines if my f3 is together or not, because if anything happens besides five (or four if Ali ends up flipping) of us voting Emily, it's gonna be messy. Everyone knows they can't win against Emily though, like she's playing an amazing game and even she knows she's the one to beat. An ideal final five still has Francie in it, if Abbey/Amanda/Francie end up voting Ruthie I can somehow avoid the blame and keep Ruthie's jury vote, and then Ali will know I can't do anything to save him. There's so many ways this can work out I just need to figure out the best one that will win me the game.

So tribal is moments away and I can't be there for live tribal bc of a family thing but I'm really nervous. If I get voted out tonight, well, it's been fun. I'm glad I played. And tbh if Emily gets to the end... she will probably have my vote. Hopefully it's the other way around but if not, it's been good.

LAST WORDS: This has been an absolutely wonderful game and I am so thankful for the people I have met throughout this process. No matter what happened, I knew this would be a super fun experience. I would like to especially thank Toph, Rafael, Bryce, Amanda G for being such wonderful friends - no matter how messy our NFPs alliance was. (Amanda G especially!!!) I have some regrets in this game, but it's all good. I had so much fun and I can't wait to play more games in the future!!! I'm still rooting for my Gal Pals - I love them no matter what.
