Hi!!! okokok, how bout a s/o who has a kind of quirk (just like bnha!), how do you think they would react? Like, I think they'd probably integrate into something related to sex or develop a kink (? LMAO

y'all i am so into bnha you have no idea!! also, for neutrality purposes, i'll be using the quirks of deku, todoroki, bakugou, uraraka, kirishima, denki, sero, iida, and satou, all from class 1A, mostly just because none of their quirks rely on physical appearances!!

Toono – S/O's Quirk: One for All – This Quirk is a union of two different Quirks, one that stockpiles power and one that passes itself on to another. The user can momentarily gain strength and speed far greater than any other Quirk and hero.

thankfully by the time he'd met you, you'd mastered the use of your Quirk

you were never the prance about type to flash around your power anyway

you preferred to use it for more mundane tasks – like opening pickle jars and carrying the groceries into the house in one trip

he found out about it on accident

he was on his way out when he caught you in the parking lot coming in––

with your car in hand, two feet off the ground

you'd dropped your fob somewhere underneath it and couldn't see

toono passed out

when he came to, his first questions revolved around whether or not the car was okay

once he wraps his head around it though..

he's way more into it than he tells you

but it also fuckin terrifies him

so much so that he really doesn't want you to use it on him

definitely has watched you use it so intently that he can nut off to it later

maybe one day he'll pluck up and ask you to activate it for some pictures he can keep

Kashima - S/O's Quirk: Half-Cold, Half-Hot – This Quirk splits the user into two, half of the user's body can emit ice, the other half emits fire.

honesty is a pillar to kashima's relationship

your quirk came to light a month or so into seeing him

and at first, he was mostly excited about the health benefits

he decides then and there that you gotta do him a solid and chill his side of the bed

that way he can keep cool when he sleeps

sometimes

even if he's half asleep

he'll grab your right hand with a lil soft tug

and in your drowsy stupor you chill his pillow so there's no need for a flip

makes him grin like an idiot every time

when he comes home from practice or from the gym he has you freeze and unfreeze the bathwater-- saves you guys a whole lot of ice

he doesn't mind letting you ease his muscles with your left side after all the heats works wonders that would make any rice pack green with envy

as a top, kashima's got complete control in the bedroom

all day, he'll ask you to close your eyes and heat something up, maybe it's a vibrator or a dildo

or when you chill something, they're usually beads or a plug

all for him to torment you with later on that night

Yacchan – S/O's Quirk: Explosion – This Quirk allows the user to sweat a substance similar to Nitroglycerin from the user's palms and ignite it to create explosions.

kyosuke recognizes it's too dangerous to use in the bedroom

but that being said, there's plenty of other stuff around the place to let you show off

your firework shows are always the best on the block

especially when he sets some off right when yuu isn't expecting it

mainly, yacchan appreciates your quirk when it comes to pulling pranks

It's really funny when you're popping ziploc bags full of nothing right outside tamura's dorm when he's trying to power nap before exams

and even funnier when he storms out in just tighty whities to yell at you

only to meet the flash of yacchan's cellphone

toono will fall asleep during study sessions sometimes and yacchan will facetime you so you can let out a boom and wake him up

he will most definitely fall off the bed and yacchan will most definitely record it

the two of you are the best of the worst that way

Shikatani – S/O's Quirk: Zero Gravity – This Quirk allows the user to cause people and items to float on contact. There is a weight limit on how much the user can levitate, and if this Quirk is used to much, it will cause the user to get sick.

it's really helpful when you help him deep clean

after all, if the supplies are gracefully floating behind him, that leaves his hands free to do twice the work, saving him half the time

but you're content to watch the beautiful boy work

if you help him clean like that, he won't ask for much more that day

he is very very conscious of how much you use your quirk

because he cares about you too much to let you get sick

since he knows for a fact that because of his ocd he won't be able to take care of you

and that stings

so on the days where the chores have all been done he gets the honor of experiencing the effects of your quirk in bed

he likes how it feels when your tease him from the air above

your throat feels more open

but it's not like he can do too much about it since the instant he gets too eager you always float just out of reach

sometimes if he's behaved very well, you'll suspend him

the headrush he gets is euphoric

but the best is how good you are when you blow out his back with your strap

after all, without gravity, your stroke game is literally out of this world

Akemi – S/O's Quirk: Hardening – This Quirk allows the user to harden any part of their body. This shell can withstand several tons of metal falling on the user, along with shock waves, explosions, etc.

there's nothing cuter to akemi keiichi than a brat

if you want to misbehave?

go right ahead

he'll leave it to you to exhaust yourself

that's the first time he saw you use it

he wasn't aiming to cause any major damage, he was only spanking you with his hand

but he'd been at it for almost an hour

then suddenly he'd pushed you off him after he'd slapped what felt like a solid rock

not that it could stop him

his eyes only grew darker

from then on out, it was all a game to see how far he could push before the shell wore down and you gave into him

Itome – S/O's Quirk: Electrification – This Quirk allows the user to discharge electricity out of the user's body. It goes out in all directions around the user, and can be used to even charge objects, such as batteries. There is a limit to how much this Quirk can be used, and if used too much, the user will short circuit their own brain, and won't be able to do anything for an hour.

of course you can charge his phone in a pinch when it dies at the worst possible moment

hotwire his car when he's already running late

restart the fusebox when there's a power outage

after hours, itome's not a hard dom

not in the slightest

but every once in awhile, he can be particularly malicious

like when he has you overcharge your vibrators to give him the liberty of overstimulating you for longer

really it's less about the scene and more about what comes after

due to the limits of your quirk, aftercare is all on him

that's what he likes the most

taking care of you completely

being able to coax you through your braindead state

clean you off and pose you all comfortable

you're all the sweeter when you come to, when you come back to him

Yuri – S/O's Quirk: Tape – This Quirk allows the user to shoot extremely strong tape from openings on the user's elbows.

the tape is good for fixing most messes yuri gets himself into, clumsy fuck

also waxing!

of course he's gonna be into it

he loves the sting it leaves when you pull it off him the most

and he feels it all over again when there's red rectangular patches all across his skin the next morning

though the gluey part is a bit of a pain to wash off

sometimes he'll leave it for him to pick at throughout the day -- that way he'll get the shivers, makes him hot all over again!

he literally cannot get enough

when you do your school work or anything that diverts your attention from him, he'll be tugging at your elbow

this way you can restrain him until you're ready to ahem

put him to use

you can also use your tape to toss him around, floor to bed to floor to wherever

sometimes you even tape up his face, cover his mouth until the drool renders the tape into a thin flimsy strip

you tie his hands tighter and tighter every time, and it never breaks him

he loves it

on the other hand, yuri can be quite the slippery fuck

for emergencies, you've got some of your tape stored away

you've woken up more than once hogtied, your quirk turned against you

like it or not, yuri can easily turn the tables and you're almost never expecting it

you might have an unlimited supply, but he's too quick for your own good

Tamura – S/O's Quirk: Engine – This Quirk gives the user incredible speed by engine-like protrusions in the user's calves. The engines are fueled by orange juice, and carbonated drinks will mess the engines up.

he calls a 40 meter dash every single weekend

he sets his treadmill to train for it the whole week

but he never beats you

and it seriously pisses him off

you're always faster, no matter the game

if anything, it motivates him

he'll take the bruised ego if it helps him get into better shape

the fact that sometimes, you let him win makes his "engines" overheat faster than you can blink

he'll chase you and chase you for hours

fueled on adrenaline and testosterone, there's no way he'll tap out before you

expect a long, hard bite once he catches you

he goes absolutely animalistic

that lilt in his voice when he finally gets to sink his teeth into your shoulder, even if it's through a shirt, that doesn't matter to him

"caught you"

Jimmy – S/O's Quirk: Sugar Rush – This Quirk allows the user to become stronger and faster every 10 grams of sugar they eat for three minutes. The more the user uses this Quirk, the dumber they get.

every time he catches you snacking on a chocolate bar his whole brain turns off

he's practically jumping, the way he bounces around

waiting for you to inevitably choke slam him against the nearest surface

wall, couch, bed, anything

he likes it when you just toss him over your shoulder

even more the way your hits are harder than usual

he antagonizes you on purpose

making sure to stuff a grocery cart full of sweets he knows you like so that he can catch you snacking and make him pay through the nose

he always asks so nicely

but when you won't give in, well that just won't do!

doses your miso with sugar, drops in three extra cubes in your milk tea, encourages extra flan for dessert

for the next three minutes, you're nearly tripping over yourself

everything is lighter

and then when the crash hits---

jimmy can finally take what he wants

and karma is quite the bitch

For my last post where I talked about how I like bad and abusive characters to cope with with my own life I mentioned some characters in the tags to get it going. Now I’ve seen some of their apologists liking that post. (They don’t just like the character but some of their posts try to justify their actions)

No matter if someone has gone through something like abuse, a tough childhood, a bad breakup, or major insecurities (all of which go with the characters I put in the tags), that doesn’t mean they should be aloud to hurt others.

I tagged Severus Snape. He had a hard childhood, he was bullied, bad home life. All of these can go together to create someone who’s hurt and suffering. But that doesn’t excuse his behavior later in life. He bullied children based on trivial things (Harry was related to Lily but also James, Hermione is Harry’s friend *hc up ahead* but also a smart muggleborn like Lily, Ron is Harry’s friend *hc up ahead* but also red headed like Lily, *hc up ahead* Neville could’ve been the chosen one and Lily would’ve lived). See the pattern here? It was all because of his love and obsession for a woman who trusted him but he then slurred and after she rightfully walked away he went into a slump because all he ever cared about was her. And don’t hit me with that “but he became a double agent to protect Harry” bullshit. He clearly didn’t want to do that, it was Dumbledore’s doing. He was abused throughout his life but he then took it out on CHILDREN. There is NO excuse for that.

Bakugou Katsuki. Now as the manga and anime still go on he is changing for the better but this is for those who dismiss his actions because he’s hot. He went through some major stuff when he was little. All his life he’s been praised for his quirk and has just taken that all in to become an arrogant prick. Also whenever he got hurt, instead of people asking if he was ok, he was told how wonderful he was. That does a lot to a child’s psyche. BUT that does not excuse that fact that he told Deku to go kill himself! I know that was all the way in the first episodes but his attitude never really changed until recently. I love Bakugou with all my heart, he’s what got me into anime, but he’s an asshole. He treats Deku like shit just because he hasn’t got a quirk and he thinks that Deku thinks he’s better than him which is clearly far from the truth. Bakugou’s story isn’t over yet though so let’s hope he’s redeemed properly.

Akemi Keiichi and Tamura Yui. This one I’ll keep short. I’ll focus on specific moments in the manga than it all together. Akemi, while he clearly lives Itome, treats him like shit. They have their cute moments but Akemi’s behavior with others has gotten to Itome, and it shows. It is very obvious (in the manga) that Akemi once had a lover who left him for a woman and during the manga has gotten her pregnant (which explains his hatred for women). He’s scared to get close to Itome in fear that he’ll get hurt but that is NO EXCUSE FOR CHEATING ON YOUR SPOUSE. They have a special situation, granted, but Itome’s disdain for having sex with other people shows he wants a closed off relationship. I absolutely hate cheaters and people who get with other people in relationships while knowing of said relationships. I ABSOLUTELY loath them. No one should be have to suffer because of their spouses lousy, idiotic, hurting decision to break that trust and become a monster (in my eyes). (Also if you have cheated on someone do not follow me or unfollow, I don’t support thoughts who bring emotional turmoil to the ones they were supposed to love; there is no excuse). Now for Tamura. He is the definition of “being an asshole cause I love it”. Now, it’s shown that he was bullied and then of course the gangr@pe that he went through (I won’t be mentioning that as much because it’s canonical that he enjoyed it). No matter how much bullying someone goes through, they should never bully others. I’m not sure if Tamura still gets pushed around but either way he did the year before the manga started. Also he bullies Yacchan just because he likes him. *takes in a breath* YOU SHOULD NEVER BULLY SOMEONE BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN FEELINGS!!! And you should also never tell young children (mostly girls) that because someone is abusing you, it means they actually secretly love you. I feel this is the biggest reason as to why I’m not that big of a fan of Tamura. Either way, both these characters still have an ongoing story as the manga hasn’t ended yet so I hope they become better people in the long run (probably not though; if your a fan you’ll understand why).

TL;DR: just because a person went through something bad doesn’t mean they can do the same to others. Apologists for these characters should see them as flawed people (as we all are). Seeing them as gray characters doesn’t mean you shouldn’t like them or what they went through doesn’t matter. It means that your giving the character justice. Don’t lie to yourself and others because you want to make your fave the ultimate goody two shoes. It won’t work and it’s stupid.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS/BECOMING FRIENDS ft. the upperclassmen

maliyah’s karasuno adventures masterlist

since this isn’t a “fanfic series” it’s also not going to be in chronological order and some of the parts won’t necessarily be full on scenes, just me rambling about things, therefore i will write about random things at any given point in the series, sorry if that gets confusing BAHAH

When I met Nishinoya, it was at my parents’ restaurant & he was so talkative. I was the volleyball manager at my middle school, and he had seen me at a game he played, so talked to me about volleyball. He ended up coming to the restaurant a lot “because it was near his house” but I’m pretty convinced it’s because he liked my company. I liked how easy he was to talk to. He eventually became my best friend, and I spent more time with him than I did with people at my actual school. Eventually, he went to high school at Karasuno and I would go to his volleyball games when I wasn’t busy. He’s also the reason I chose to go to Karasuno despite the fact none of my school friends were going there. My sister definitely calls Nishinoya my “simp” but we don’t talk about that—or do we?

When I met Tanaka I thought he acted basically like a tall Nishinoya, but louder and more obnoxious. The first thing that came out of his mouth was “CUTIE” and that’s where the nickname stuck. He didn’t think I was cute in a romantic way like he does with Kiyoko, but instead he just found me adorable. He was surprised that I spoke fluent japanese despite being Filipino and from America. He was like what I expected an obnoxious but dotting older brother would be like.

As for Sugawara, he’s the reason that Daichi eventually gave me the nickname of “Little Flirt.” I thought the gray haired boy was cute as hell and made that almost painstakingly clear, and he was also so soft. But he was also secretly really mischievous despite acting like the “mom” of his friend group.

I’ve definitely once asked him to help me with an assignment, and his face turned red when he glanced at the top of it, and where it said “Name” I had put Maliyah Sugawara and next to “Date” I had put “me please”

Or when the boys would talk about their future goals and aspirations, I’d casually add in, “I dunno what Imma be doing, but I know one of those things will be Kōshi-kun.”

Only to get scolded for the dirty comment, but Noya would snicker at me.

“You can’t say things like that, Macchan,” Sugawara would say, ruffling a hand through my hair while blushing really hard.

Asahi was more intimidated by me than I was by him and I clowned on him for it. He’s just so tall and mature looking that he was so afraid of scaring me that he overcompensated by being overly nice, and you can just see the anxiety written over his face when nishinoya introduced us.

Daichi was a whole other story. He was calm and collected while also being friendly. He wasn’t the captain of the team, but when i found out he was going to be, i really wasn’t surprised. He was definitely the “dad” of the team. While I openly flirted with Suga, I subtly thought Daichi was attractive. I just never said anything about it.

With Kiyoko, I definitely thought she was super pretty when I first met her. I was also fascinated in her calm and collected demeanor and how she never seemed stressed out. There was a certain sureness and confidence about her that made me want to be like her someday, and she quickly became someone I felt like I could go to with curiosity about the world, school, and life. The way I admired her was somewhat similar to the way I would admire my older sister, but with more curiosity since her attitude and personality was so different from my own.

As for Ennoshita, Narita, and Kinoshita, I just never got all that close with them. I’d hang out with the others after school or after games, but they weren’t really with us all that much. I did like to say that they reminded me of a calmer version of Suga, Daichi, and Tanaka because of their appearances, and oftentimes applauded Ennoshita for the way he was able to stabilize the energy within tanaka and nishinoya.

Suga calls me Macchan like how Asahi and Bokuto call Yachi Yacchan or how Deku in bnha calls bakugo kacchan

yes i went crazy on suga’s section bc i am a suga flirt, bite me

Nishinoya would DEFINITELY be my simp no one can tell me otherwise

Yayoi looked up from her manga and gave Deku a bright smile. His jacket was just so soft and warm. And it smelled like him, like a mix of vanilla and mint. She couldn’t not wear it when he left it in her room the other day.

“Uzumaki, it’s one of my favorites!”

8. roommates au for tsukiyama (I hope that’s okay. I don’t think I’ve done roommates au for a ficlet before so I wanted to try it~)

“Tsukki, hurry,” Tadashi calls from the living room.

Kei doesn’t respond. If Tadashi wants Kei to come out then he can come pull Kei out of his room himself.

“Tsukki,” Tadashi calls again and there’s the sound of footsteps in the hallway. Kei sighs as Tadashi pokes his head into Kei’s room. Classic Tadashi, always somehow reading Kei’s mind. “Tsukki, if you don’t hurry we’ll be late.”

Kei turns and gives Tadashi a blank look. Tadashi smiles back. “You look great, Tsukki.”

“How did I let you talk me into this?” Kei grumbles, turning back the the mirror. His reflection, a not too terrible looking stock Shinigami from Bleach, glares back. It had been Tadashi’s idea, something understated and comfortable, and when Kei had agreed he hadn’t been thinking about how seeing himself in it would make him feel lame.

“Well,” Tadashi says. “I wanted to go to Yacchan’s Halloween party but I didn’t want to go alone so you said that you’d-”

“Shut up, Tadashi,” Kei says, cutting Tadashi off. Tadashi’s smile just gets wider, which is unfair. He looks perfect as Deku, green hair, freckles, wide smile. He’s so adorable it hurts and Kei refuses to think about that for more than a few seconds in case Tadashi’s mind reading powers catch it off his face.

Sometime between their decision to get an apartment together last year and now Tadashi has become completely immune to all of Kei’s scare tactics. Now he tends to convince Kei to do things with a smile. Half the time Kei doesn’t even realize the full scope of what he’s agreed to until it’s time to do it. Tadashi is secretly scary like that.

Tadashi eyes Kei. “You’re not getting cold feet, are you Tsukki?”

Kei feels one of his eyes twitch. “I know what you’re doing.”

Tadashi laughs. “Sorry, Tsukki.”

Kei sighs and turns back to his reflection. Unlike the first few ideas Tadashi had come up with this one requires no make-up or hair dye, which is good because Kei isn’t sure that he’d be able to handle that. Instead, though, the costume is underwhelming, especially next to Tadashi’s detailed cosplay.

“Tsukki,” Tadashi says, coming to stand next to Kei. Kei turns towards him and feels his heart flutter a little in his chest. He stomps down on it, metaphorically, telling it to behave. “If you really don’t want to go we don’t have to.”

Kei doesn’t miss the way Tadashi says ‘we’ like they’re a package deal. His heart does that fluttering thing again as he reflects on the fact that if he decides not to go Tadashi will change back out of his costume and settle in for the night instead. He’ll probably bake something sweet and then settle on the couch to watch TV. He’ll scroll through the channels to find some Halloween movie, maybe even horror, and when Kei settles down next to him without a word he’ll just smile. Halfway through he’ll be leaning on Kei’s shoulder, if it’s a horror movie he’ll grab Kei’s arm and use it as some kind of defense by lifting it in front of his eyes. Kei will probably end up covering his own eyes with his free hand but Tadashi won’t comment on that. Afterwards Tadashi will talk excitedly about his favorite parts and listen to the few comments that Kei will bother to have on the subject. They’ll go to bed late.

It would be a good night.

But, if Kei says he doesn’t want to go Tadashi will be sad. Before all that, before sitting down to watch a movie together while eating sweets and trying not to make it too obvious that he wants to cuddle with Tadashi like a lovesick fool, Tadashi’s happy expression will fall. His eyes will dim, his smile will get strained, his voice will lack it’s usual chirp.

Kei sighs. The things his heart makes him do.

“Come on, Tadashi,” Kei says, stepping around Tadashi and heading for the door. “If we don’t leave soon we’ll be late.”

Even though he isn’t looking Kei can feel Tadashi beaming at his back. “Coming, Tsukki!”

Maybe tomorrow night, Kei thinks. Tomorrow night he’ll look into finding a way to watch a movie with Tadashi, eating sweets and pretending that he doesn’t want to cuddle Tadashi under his arm and against his chest.

It sure felt like it’s been forever since Deku and Yayoi were able to go on dates again, what with the internships taking up what used to be free time, as well as studying for exams and practicing more on utilizing Black Whip on top of his usual training and studies. Of course, date ideas were sort of limited as of late, especially those that took up many hours in a day. Rather than going to a movie or spending time shopping at the mall, Deku opted for having a simple treat at a cafe stationed at the foot of the hill.

“These are.. so cute......!” He had to thank Yayoi for suggesting this place. Not only was it affordable and away from most of the hustle and bustle in the general public, but their treats really were nice, both tastefully and aesthetically! Deku spent their waiting time in line gawking at all the options on display behind the glass. He still hasn’t even decided on what he wanted to order.

“Yacchan, look at the way those scones are arranged...! They look like a dragonfly, don’t they? So creative... And look at those butterfly-shaped sugar cookies...! The designs look so good! Ah- are these options seasonal? I’ve no idea which to try out...”

“--Ah-h--!” C-Close...! Too close...!! Poor kid couldn’t even making any proper sounds with Yayoi here to gawk at him. Compared to Deku, who’s mostly gotten over it over time, this somewhat younger version of him was clearly terrible with any sort of interaction with girls. Junior!Midoriya continued to stutter incoherent noises, cheeks flushed bright red as he struggled just to avoid eye contact.

“Ah, uh, Yacchan, you might want to give me---er, him some space. He---I, er-- we’re.. really, really shy around girls back in middle school, so... You’re.. going to give him a heart attack if you get any closer...”

Well, he couldn’t exactly say that he didn’t expect such an offer from her. Being the way that he was, though, it still made him tense up in response. Staying the night with his girlfriend... That was bound to make people talk if they heard something like that, especially Kaminari and Mineta. But could he really blame her? No, not really. In fact, he probably might actually need the company, see if it actually helps. Otherwise, he’s.. not sure how else he can cope with these string of nightmares for very long, these recurring dreams of All for One invading his mind to inch ever closer in stealing One for All from him.

“..Sorry, Yacchan..” Deku was so tired, so sleep-deprived and therefore struggling just to keep a hold of his mental health. He had to excuse himself for a moment in order to wipe his troubled tears out of his eyes. There was really no need to get so emotional, but alas, he couldn’t help it.

“If it’s.. really okay, then.. I’d-- really appreciate it... I-I think I kinda need it, actually...”

Faint, delighted honking noises could be heard from the green bunny as he was picked up and carried in the arms. By now, he's grown used to being suddenly morphed into a rabbit without notice, now looking forward to seeing Yayoi's reaction whenever it happens.

Deku’s eyes locked on the anonymous scarecrow with a very stern gaze. His brows would furrow the more he listened to this person just pry and pry. “I know she’s different from how she used to be back in middle school. Her guilt is definitely genuine.” Midoriya turned himself to properly face the stranger. His answer came out firm without any sign of doubt. “Yeah, it’s true that apologies mean nothing if they’re only words, but Yacchan’s apologies clearly go beyond that. I can see that more than anything.”

“Ever since she met that one Quirkless guy, Yacchan’s been trying to redeem herself as an aspiring hero trying to make up for her mistakes. Regardless whether our talk absolved any of that guilt, she would’ve continued to strive and prove that she isn’t who she used to be. Every action, every decision, every thought she’s made since abandoning those ways as a bully is proof that she’s changed. It’s not like I’m the only one she’s trying to seek forgiveness from, after all, I’m not exactly her end goal here. It’s her own right to redemption and a chance to finally forgive herself that she’s reaching for. She knows she owes it to everyone she’s hurt and everyone else that falls in the same exact situation.”

“That’s what shows me that she genuinely feels remorse for what she’s done. Her being driven to correct her mistakes and stand as an example for others is what makes me believe she’s nowhere near the person she used to be. You can’t just define a person by that one particular instance, anon. There’s so much more to us than that.”
