I have a Hansanna Princess to Queen Anna Centric AU, but I'm a bit hesitant to share it, because at the moment it's only a concept. But here goes:

(This takes place after Elsa unfreezes the winter)

Everything is not fine. Elsa may have unfrozen the winter, but Arendelle is still afraid of their queen, and do not want her ruling. There's talk of an uprising, of a revolt. Anna tries to protect her sister (mainly by protecting her from assassins because Anna is very good at martial arts, but she'll also protect Elsa with words), but she knows that she will not be able to protect her sister for long. Elsa messed up pretty badly.

Anna also has her own problems. She tries her hardest, but she doesn't love Kristoff. When he speaks to her she feels rage. He doesn't respect her. He thinks she's stupid. And she knows it. Every time he speaks she remembers him saying that she can't fight because "I don't trust your judgement!"

Anna's relationship with Elsa is also fraught. While Elsa and Anna are trying to reconnect, they're too different. They don't like the same things. And worse, Elsa thinks Anna's hobbies are childish, the hobbies of a teenager and a child.

Elsa's not obvious about it, but Anna can tell that Elsa looks down on her. And this is a problem, since Anna wants to make several changes to the kingdom. Several changes that go against the way her parents ruled. But Elsa doesn't trust Anna's judgement, so most of her suggestions don't gain any traction. Anna's gotten frustrated at her sister more than once, which has made her relationship with Elsa more fraught.

On the bright side, the Arendellians love her-especially since she's stood up to Elsa. She's gained several friends, who genuinely care for her, but she's wary to trust them because she still remembers Hans. And his betrayal.

Oh, and Hans is still there in Arendelle. He's too popular to get rid of. Arendelle wants him to be their king. And Anna knows it's very likely he'll usurp Elsa soon. Somehow (ideas welcome) Anna makes a deal with Hans. She'll marry him, and he'll help her protect Elsa. Anna would also get the power to change and influence Arendelle.

Elsa doesn't approve and constantly reminds Anna how stupid it is to trust Hans again.

Nevertheless, Anna and Hans end up ruling Arendelle and protecting Elsa.

I know there's probably more, but I'm out of ideas. I just hope you like this AU. And if you have any ideas for how this story would go, please share!

I will not accept Kristanna until Kristoff apologizes for his earlier actions when they first met, belittling Anna and saying he doesn't trust her judgement. I don't trust anyone who doesn't trust Anna's judgement to be with Anna. (and belittling, even when someone deserves it, is legitimately harmful.)

If he apologizes I will accept the ship. Until then...

And just a note: Whatever anyone's feelings about enemies to lovers ships, at least there's a thread of respect. I don't feel that Kristoff respects Anna, though. He hasn't shown me yet.

(I don't hate kristoff, though. Or the ship. I just need an appology and a bit more ship development. Kristanna could be a legitimately interesting ship in time...)

Hi 🍁 so you've listened the complete Forces of Nature series? I'm surprised that you said it's the worst installment into the franchise. It's because Snow Sisters and Kristanna were in the background or the solution of the story was unsatisfying? The theme of trust and Otherness of Arendelle sounded interesting. And how do you think, what of these elements/motifs can be transported in F3? I don't mind conspiracies :}

Yes - I have access to it for a short time on Wonderly+, where it was released early before October 11th.

Ok, I have to admit, saying it's the worst installment was probably overexaggerated on my part. It is fun for what it is, and I'm sure many fans of all ages will find things to love about it. And as I said, everyone should give the podcast a chance regardless of my own opinions.

However, I think I was just taken aback by how much Disa and Wolfgang were forced into the narrative when we have plenty of established characters (Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf, Mattias, Ryder, Honeymaren, and Yelena) that could've had an opportunity to have some fun side content here that was instead given to these two new characters. I get it - they don't want to add new things or lore to the characters because it's a bit restrictive. However, you can easily take what is already established and build a nice, satisfying side story. Forest of Shadows was able to get away with adding depth to Anna and Elsa that didn't interfere with their developments in Frozen or F2. Why can't we do this here?

Example - why couldn't Ryder have Wolfgang's role instead? Imagine Ryder trying to explore and understand Arendelle, building a relationship with Kristoff and Mattias, while having solo episodes writing to Yelena about his experiences. Or, imagine Honeymaren grows an interest in Automatons, but then she and Elsa clash a bit about experimenting too much with them (adding depth to their relationship). Or how about Anna encountering other royals who feel strongly about Arendelle's magical allegiances, leading to Anna having to build the confidence to stand by her sister and the Northuldra. More about Kristoff learning to be a leader. Or maybe Olaf actually being the character to write an opera over Wolfgang. There is so much content you could explore with the characters we already have that introducing new ones just seems like a huge waste.

And how do you think, what of these elements/motifs can be transported in F3? I don't mind conspiracies :}

Well, either the elements introduced were just unique to Forces of Nature and the writers just didn't flesh them out well, or it's possible that they are not explored in depth because they are hints to what we could expect in F3.

Anna faces people who question Arendelle's allegiance to magic, testing her confidence as Queen and the strength of her relationship with Elsa and the Northuldra. Elsa grows a fear of trusting new people, as the fear of magic can cause a lot of damage (both Elsa and the Nprthuldra know this too well). Kristoff learns the skills necessary to become a leader himself since he is one day going to rule beside Anna. Trust seems to be a big deal in this podcast, and these elements (whether it is the trust of oneself or others) and if it continues into F3, then we're basically looking at -

F1 - Fear vs. Love

F2 - Fear vs. Change

F3 - Fear vs. Trust

But again, it's just a crazy theory. Cough cough cough also, trust being a thing can lead to Hans showing up again as an anti-hero or villain that the heroes either need to learn to trust or he takes advantage of the trust of others cough cough cough. Wow. What a crazy cough. I need to get that checked out.

For context, I made a post last night commenting on the fact that there are toxic Kristanna shippers out there and they aren't as likely to get called out by the larger fandom because they ship the Pure-as-Driven Snow Ship, whereas any time an Elsanna shipper does something bad, everyone in the ship is condemned for it. Specifically, it was about an anti-Elsa KA shipper who claimed once that Elsa, IN CANON, reflects incestuous violence... and I was like, "...If you hate Elsa so much that you're saying in the canon of the Disney movies, she reflects incestuous violence, you are delusional."

I replied with the "The point? You missed it" meme and didn't outright say, "Yes, I do, what of it?" on my other blog because I don't want to lose followers... but GAH, there's a petty spiteful part of me that wishes I could draw and respond with a picture of the sisters kissing and flipping the anon off. Of course, I'm too good a person to ever do that. I've just spent so long trying to be the Decent and Good Person and it doesn't matter to certain people and that brings out the spite.

And my point stands. If you're a KA shipper and hate Elsa so much that you're saying in the canon of the Disney movies, she reflects incestuous violence, you are delusional.

A fun fact about me: can't believe I forgot this tiny detail about me! This is like almost my whole personality..! 😭 I'm able to eat almost anything that you're tossing infront of me! I love food so much! But sometimes I'm eating less due to my random stomach aches.. My stomach pains get way worse when I'm in a hot area or stuck in one room, but I'm still able to see the positivity and know everything is gonna be ok! What I probably don't want to see in Kristanna Wedding is the preparations a whole movie long, in the Polar Nights style. Where there will be a fuss and trouble about outfits, places at the table, decorations, Anna will be nervous about every tiny detail, Kristoff will not know what to say and how to act around her, and everything will end with the "I don't need a perfect celebration, you're perfect" or something surely healthy anti-perfectionist like that. What if let everything be good and smooth? Anna and Kristoff were in need of the healing hugs, not in the anxiety-ing ones 😗

Note: this isn't me attacking all KA shippers. This is obviously me commenting on a very toxic subset who are so poisoned by their frustration towards Elsa. This should be obvious, but people have misunderstood these things before.

Думаю, все в фэндоме знают статью про идеального Кристофа - полное лицемерие. Все фаны Кристофа просто хотят Анну, как приложение к нему, но при этом, они же твердят, что это история о двух сёстрах.

Просто, я подумала, а чем всё то, что было с Гансом отличается от того, что у Кристофа? О Гансе говорят, что это было жестоко, оставить Анну умирать и пытаться убить Эльзу (на всё это у него были причины, но сейчас не об этом). В то же время Кристофу разрешается перетягивать всё внимание Анны на себя, когда Эльзе (не без причины) требуется помощь сестры, он же идеал, так что, может позволить себе творить любую херь. При чём, Анна была права: Эльзе была нужна помощь, и Эльза действительно погибла - беспокойство Анны было не зря, но это назвали созависимостью, а поведение Кристофа во второй части, которое кричало о созависимости и одержимости, поведение идеала. Он своим одержимым поведением избавил королевство от Эльзы, и Анна умерла морально, узнав о потере сестры.

Всё время кажется, что будь Ганс на его месте, то и вторая часть вышла бы ярче (Кристоф даже как просто персонаж - никакой), и он бы принимал желания Анны, как делал изначально, и не стал бы давить, не давая сёстрам побыть наедине. И эмоциональная близость у них была бы только крепче (а то у Кристофа и здесь пусто, ничто не наталкивает на то, что он действительно жил с Анной под одной крышей несколько лет).

Kristoff: Chases after Anna non stop, sings a ridiculous song about how he can't be without her, says basically one "nice" sentence.

Is praised by everyone for his "Love" for Anna, also wins noble peace prize, and is not viewed as Codependent in the slightest. In fact not even a slight whisper of it.

Anna: Chases after Elsa because Elsa has a reckless tendency and doesn't seem to want to be with Anna, in other words Elsa is being selfish. So naturally Anna is doing the right thing and is proving her love even more by being with her and stopping her from being stupid. A much truer love then Kirstoff's.

Is ridiculed and called co dependent, she has to seperate from her sister now because of this "Co dependentcy".( I never once thought that when I watched the film but anyway). Anna must throw away everything including Elsa because it's the "right" thing to do for Kristoff.

So what I learned from the films message:

1: If it's platonic love, then if you even so much as breath in the person's general vicinity then it's co dependentcy.

2: If it's "Romantic love" then you can stalk the person's entire life, history, and all their friends and family and never leave the person's side ever, and you can practically scream out " I'M CO DEPENDENT" but it's fine, it's not co dependentcy because it's "Romantic".

Such a awe inducing message, I'm so proud of Disney. *Wipes away tears dramatically*

P1-I know K is getting praised for being such a “nice guy” but obsession with another person is still obsession. I don’t care if it’s your gf or not. K is obsessed with A and he has wrapped up his whole identity in their relationship. It isn’t healthy. You can see that his other relationships have suffered too. He doesn’t see his fam anymore and his relationship with Sven has turned into counseling sessions. I see this type of stuff in the news all the time.

P2- As long as the couple is still dating, his obsession with her is considered “romantic” and “devoted.” But when the couple breaks up,for whatever reason, his behavior is now considered unhealthy and toxic. The news labels this type of person a “stalker” bc ppl only consider this type of behavior wrong when two ppl stop dating. I’m tired of ppl calling this type of behavior a form of “romance.” It’s creepy and unsettling, and women should never want to be in a relationship like this.
